The lyrics of the song that will be discussed in this study are Wildflower which is a pop song created by Billie Eilish which was released on May 17 2024 in her third studio album, Hit Me Hard and Soft. This song tells the story of Billie's experience of initially comforting a girl who is heartbroken after a breakup, but then she actually has a relationship with the girl's ex-lover. The purpose of this study is to describe the language style contained in the lyrics of the Wildflower song and explain the meaning of the language described. This research is qualitative research. The research for this study is to use data analysis, namely listening to the song to be analyzed, understanding the content of the lyrics, then looking for words that contain majas or language style. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The data of this study is an analysis of the use of metaphor, personification, repetition, hyperbole, and irony language styles contained in the lyrics of the Wildflower song. The results of this study show that there is the use of metaphor, personification, repetition, hyperbole, and irony language styles in the lyrics of Wildflower songs.

This paper aims to provide knowledge about the role of the General Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) in handling administrative election violations. Bawaslu, as an independent institution, has the main task of supervising all stages of the general election and ensuring that its implementation runs in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Administrative election violations, which include actions that are not in accordance with administrative election regulations, are one of the main focuses of Bawaslu's supervision. Handling these administrative violations is very important to maintain the integrity of the election and public trust in the democratic process. Handling administrative election violations by Bawaslu, from the prevention stage to enforcement. In addition, various challenges faced by Bawaslu in carrying out its role are also described, such as limited human resources and supporting facilities, as well as the complexity of administrative violation cases. As a result, the role of Bawaslu in handling administrative election violations is very important in maintaining election participants' compliance with the rules, although there are still several obstacles that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of this supervision. This article examines the story of David’s election as king of Israel in 1 Samuel 16:1-13 through a historical-critical approach. The focus of this study is to understand how God chooses based on the heart, not the outward appearance, as emphasized in verse 7. This study highlights the differences between how humans and God judge a person, as well as the importance of inner qualities in choosing a leader. Through this analysis, it is found that God asserts His sovereignty and prioritizes faithfulness, humility, and obedience as the main criteria in determining the leader of His people. This story is theologically and practically relevant to today’s life, especially in character development and spiritual leadership.  

This research aims to improve the atmosphere of the beneficiaries and help them express themselves through art therapy and dance therapy to reduce dependence on interventions through the media. The theory used in this research is art therapy as a medium for channeling expression and communicating thoughts and feelings through visual art. Apart from that, dance therapy combines physical movement and social interaction to relieve stress experienced by beneficiaries. The method used is a participatory method because it involves community members with a total of 15 beneficiaries (PM). Then for implementation it uses a pre-test and post-test by voting on sad and happy emoticons which must be chosen by the beneficiary. Apart from that, art therapy as a drawing medium, dance therapy as a physical movement activity, and interactive games as a group activity. The results of this study indicate that the two therapies used are effective in overcoming negative feelings and creating a positive mood

Peptic ulcer is a condition where there is a wound or ulcer on the inner lining of the stomach. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) occurs when stomach contents flow back into the esophagus and can damage the mucosal lining of the esophagus. Extension activities carried out at SMA Santo Lukas 1, obtained pre-test results for correct answers of 82.08% and for wrong answers of 17.92%, while the post-test results showed a significant increase after the provision of material, namely for correct answers of 93.33% and wrong answers of 6.67%. This shows that most students understand the information delivered through counseling activities regarding GERD and peptic ulcers.

Catholic youth are the important future of the church. Teenagers also have a role in continuing the goals and ideals of the nation and state in the future. This research aims to increase the participation of Catholic teenagers in liturgical services at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Margomulyo Station through a structured training program. The methods used include observation and practical training regarding liturgical tools, lectors and acolyte duties. This training runs from January to June 2024 and involves Catholic teenagers in order to improve their understanding and skills in the liturgy. The research results showed an increase in understanding, self-confidence, and involvement of teenagers in church activities. This training not only strengthens their faith but also encourages a generation of Catholic teenagers to be more active in the church community. It is hoped that this program can become a model for other churches to increase youth involvement in liturgical activities.

Literature is an inseparable part of the surrounding reality, presented in the form of fiction. Women are consistently included as objects that provide a unique symbol in conveying its implied messages. Similarly, within the pesantren (Islamic boarding school) environment, women possess their own distinct culture that conforms to the habits that bind them. This portrayal is depicted in the literary work, the novel Hati Suhita by Khilma Anis. The pesantren woman is described concerning her tendencies in pesantren life and her role as the successor in the leadership relay within it. This research aims to describe (a) the portrayal of the pesantren woman's culture in the novel Hati Suhita by Khilma Anis, and (b) the implication of the pesantren woman's leadership on the development of the pesantren in the novel Hati Suhita by Ning Khilma Anis. The approach in this study uses a qualitative methodology. The data source for this research is the novel Hati Suhita by Khilma Anis. The data in this study consist of findings relevant to the problem focus within the novel Hati Suhita by Khilma Anis. The data collection technique used is literature study The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained are: The pesantren woman described in the novel Hati Suhita by Khilma Anis is portrayed with the attitudes of obedience and humility as the defining characteristics of a santri (pesantren student). The novel Hati Suhita lays out the implication of her leadership, which brings advancement and renewal to her in-laws' pesantren.

Dian Brori. Evaluasi Sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi kinerja Sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek konteks kelembagaan sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih secara organisasi menunjukkan kinerjanya belum optimal, hal ini dapat dilihat dari sisi kinerja organisasi juga ditentukan oleh kinerja masing-masing bagian dan tentunya sangat penting bagi kinerja pegawai yang menjadi titik tolak atau ujung tombak. Selanjutnya dari aspek input, saling berkoordinasi dan bekerja sama menjadikan sisi kekuatan kinerja organisasi sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Kemudian dari segi kinerja organisasi pada lembaga sekretariat diawali dengan melakukan evaluasi pada level individu pegawai, kemudian melakukan evaluasi pada sub bidang dan bidang baru secara keseluruhan, evaluasi terhadap berbagai proses sangat penting dilakukan karena dinilai berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja di masa mendatang dan mencari atau menemukan alternatif-alternatif strategi yang tepat. Terakhir dari aspek produk yaitu mendapatkan informasi tentang kekuatan dan kelemahan Lembaga dalam hal ini sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih, maka hasilnya seperti yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya bahwa organisasi ini banyak sekali sisi-sisi lemahnya mulai dari unsur yang terkecil yaitu individu pegawai sampai pada bidang dan keseluruhan Lembaga. Faktor pendukung dari penelitian ini yaitu kerjasama tim serta koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik yang tertanam dalam hati setiap pegawai serta rasa kekeluargaan yang kuat dan saling membutuhkan satu sama lain menjadi faktor pendukung dalam menunjang kinerja pada Sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Kemudian didukung oleh kualitas pegawai yang mumpuni, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kelemahan atau faktor penghambat kinerja organisasi atau lembaga sekretariat DPRD Kota Palembang yaitu belum semua pegawai menguasai sarana berbasis IT, hal ini memang menjadi kendala, namun kedepannya akan dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut.

This research aims to determine and analyze the recording of financial reports at the Nurul Haq Islamic boarding school in accordance with Islamic boarding school accounting guidelines which include financial position reports, net asset change reports, cash flow reports and notes to financial reports. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of this research found that currently the Nurul Haq Islamic boarding school only uses simple financial reports because it does not fully understand Islamic boarding school accounting guidelines, due to a lack of knowledge and information regarding Islamic boarding school accounting.

Health, and 3. Tourism Village. And the results of this social contribution activity are being able to help free medical treatment, help teach at SDN 08 Central Bengkulu, provide books as learning media, and develop tourist attractions into tourist villages.

This research is research conducted in the Taman Aster Housing area to look for the influence of service quality, product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction with the product "Coffee from the Heart" in the Taman Aster housing complex, West Cikarang. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and product quality. and Promotion of Consumer Satisfaction with "Coffee from the Heart" Products at the Taman Aster Housing Complex, West Cikarang. The results of this research were that it was found that there was a positive influence of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction with the "Coffee from the Heart" product at the Taman Aster Housing Complex, Cikarang Barat. Meanwhile, product quality does not have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction with the "Kopi Dari Hati" product at the Taman Aster Housing Complex, Cikarang Barat because this might happen when Kopi Dari Hati customers get the product they ordered that is less than their expectations

This research aims to understand and describe the development of achievements in the Pencak Silat institution of Setia Hati Terate Branch Kedungadem, Bojonegoro Regency. The phenomenon of Pencak Silat PSHT has significantly contributed to elevating Indonesia's name in both national and international martial arts. However, to maintain competitiveness with other countries, efforts are needed to universally develop achievement development. Challenges faced in advancing the achievement development of Pencak Silat PSHT in the Kedungadem branch of Bojonegoro Regency include insufficient funding, underutilization of existing facilities, and a lack of specialized training for athletes and coaches. This research adopts a qualitative approach, intentionally selecting the location as the PSHT Training Center in the Kedungadem Branch of Bojonegoro Regency. The results indicate that achievement development in the Kedungadem branch meets standards for coaches, demonstrating professionalism and competence. The sports branch of Pencak Silat PSHT in the Kedungadem branch has a considerable number of potential athletes. The training program is structured and continuous, with sufficient budgetary allocations to fund athlete training and participation in competitions. The applied training program is well-organized, with training sessions held three times a week. The Pencak Silat PSHT branch in Kedungadem possesses equipment, including mats (10m x 10m), two sandbags, five wooden dummies, and three pairs of body protectors.

The film “Hati Suhita” released in 2023 is an adaptation of the novel by Khilma Anis. Because it is set in an Islamic boarding school causes the film to have dialogues that are thick with politeness. However, this does not deny that the film also contains conversational implicatures. The aim of this study is to describe the forms of conversational implicatures found in the film “Hati Suhita” and explain how the process of violating the principle of cooperation and the principle of politeness can cause the emergence of implicatures. This study uses two approaches, namely a theoretical approach with pragmatic studies and a qualitative descriptive approach as a methodological approach. The data collection method uses the listening method with advanced techniques, namely the proficient free-involved listening technique and note-taking technique. Based on the 736 speech data from the film “Hati Suhita”, 63 speeches containing conversational implicature were found. The details of the implicature are 26 implicatures caused by the violation of cooperation principle and 37 implicatures caused by the violation of politeness principle. The thimble violation that creates the most implicature in the film is the violation of the thimble of agreement maxim. In addition, no violations of the thimble of modesty maxim and the thimble of obligation of S to O maxim were found in the analyzed data. Hopefully, this research can reveal the implied meanings in the dialogue between the characters in the film Hati Suhita.

The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts of classroom teachers in instilling self-discipline and social discipline in grade II students at SDN 139 Palembang. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with a descriptive research form. The data collection techniques in the study used questionnaire, interview, and documentation techniques. The Data Validity Techniques used in this study are Source Triangulation, Source Triangulation, Time Triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Data Presentation. Based on research in the field, it can be known that the impact of teachers' efforts in instilling discipline that has been implemented at SD N 139 Palembang has a good effect on student discipline such as wearing complete uniform attributes, departing on time and orderly following the bender ceremony It would be good for the principal and teachers to set an example and give sanctions to students who violate school rules to train the discipline of SD N 139 Palembang students.

CREATIN photography competition event: Creative Moment INABA Photography Contest is a national level competition held to provide a platform for students from various universities to create high quality images based on a specific theme. The main purpose of this event is to encourage creativity, appreciate the art of photography, and promote the potential of young photographers, especially among students. This research uses a qualitative case study method to understand the phenomenon in depth. The focus of the research is a national-level photography competition event held by INABA University with the theme "The Quiet Street". Purposive sampling was used to select informants, and data collection techniques included direct observation of the planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling of the event. The results showed that the use of the POAC framework in organizing the national photography competition event provided clear guidance in planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring and evaluating the event. Careful planning, good organization, coordinated execution, and continuous monitoring and evaluation helped overcome obstacles and ensure the success of the event. The final evaluation provides important insights for the committee to improve the quality of future events.  

The background to writing this thesis was complaints from priests, catechists, and the young generation themselves (OMK) about the lack of knowledge and understanding of the younger generation regarding the value of the responsibilities they carry. The aim of writing this thesis is to help the young generation of Catholics (OMK) understand their duties and responsibilities as members of the Church. Apart from that, this research also aims to help pastors understand and recognize the problems faced by young people. In analyzing the problem, the author uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. By using this phenomenological approach, the author tries to analyze and interpret the personal experiences of the informants regarding the importance of the value of youth responsibility in the life of the Rantau Pulut Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish church. Data collection in this research used observation, interview and note-taking techniques. In this research, the author found that the majority of young Catholics in the Rantau Pulut Parish have not fully participated in the life of the Church. This is due to a lack of motivation and encouragement from parents and pastors. As the spearhead of youth mobilization, pastoral workers are an important element in support and guidance so that young people are encouraged to participate in Church activities.
