Bahasa adalah alat yang digunakan orang setiap hari untuk mengekspresikan diri dan berkomunikasi dengan orang lain. Teknologi dan pengetahuan berkembang pesat sebagai akibat dari globalisasi. Salah satunya adalah internet, teknologi kompleks yang mencakup berbagai platform media sosial. Media sosial memiliki dampak karena berfungsi sebagai platform untuk komunikasi pendidikan dan memungkinkan pengguna untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan pemikiran satu sama lain. Di sisi lain, penggunaan dan penulisan bahasa Indonesia juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh media sosial. Pengguna media sosial memiliki kemampuan untuk menampilkan aktivitasnya, berbagi pemikiran, dan mengomunikasikan perasaannya.

The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people. 

Sistem ekonomi Islam dinilai mampu memberikan kontribusi bagi perekonomian global, termasuk di Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan moneter di Indonesia dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengamati instrumen kebijakan moneter yaitu operasi pasar terbuka (open market operation) dimana secara umum, sasaran moneter ditujukan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan stabilisasi inflasi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kepustakaan terhadap tiga jurnal utama dan beberapa artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional yang terkait dengan moneter syariah. Temuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah perkembangan kebijakan moneter berbasis syariah di Indonesia dinilai memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia.

 The current era of globalization demands that manual data processing is no longer relevant and accurate for companies. This is because errors that occur due to manual processing can no longer be neutralized. Where the information generated by these errors, becomes inaccurate anymore to be used as a basis for decision making. That is why currently the existence of SIA is becoming increasingly important for a company. Initially the existence of this information system was to collect, process, store, calculate, analyze, and disseminate information for specific purposes. However, currently SIA has a very important impact on the company, namely providing added value to its users because it will ultimately have an impact on improving the company's overall performance.

Berdasarkan pertanyaan tersebut, tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari permasalahan yang akan dikaji adalah: 1) Mengetahui hambatan belajar (learning obstacle) berdasarkan koneksi matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal operasi hitung bilangan bulat. 2) Mengetahui desain didaktis untuk meminimalkan terjadinya hambatan belajar (learning obstacle) siswa dalam menyelasaikan operasi bilangan bulat.Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan model penelitian Desain Didaktis atau Didactical Design Research (DDR). Subjek penelitian pertama merupakan siswa kelas 8 yang telah mempelajari bilangan bulat. Sedangkan sunjek kedua adalah subjek observasi yang akan dilakukan pada siswa kelas 7 yang  sedang mempelajari materi bilangan bulat untuk melihat bagaiman proses pembelajaran dan situasi di kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pembelajaran dengan desain didaktis yang sudah peneliti susun dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yaitu siswa dapat memahami dan menemukan konsep-konsep yang berkaitan dengan sub bab bilamgam bulat dapat tercapai meskipun belum sepenuhnya. Karena masih ada kelompok yang tidak menemukan konsep-konsep tersebut dalam mengerjakan kerja proyek. Berdasarkan data yang peneliti peroleh dalam penilaian validator melalui angket dan wawancara yang telah dipaparkan sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan secara global bahwa bahan ajar ini dalam bentuk LAS dengan 3 kegiatan di dalamnya layak digunakan dengan beberapa perbaikan.

Salah satu unsur yang harus dilestarikan dan dijaga melalui kegiatan pendidikan adalah nilai, tradisi, budaya, keterampilan dan konsep yang berlaku pada masyarakat. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pemerintah menggulirkan perubahan kurikulum dengan menambahkan mata pelajaran muatan lokal. Melalui pembelajaran muatan lokal diharapkan peserta didik, tidak saja memiliki pengetahuan akademis berupa pengetahuan yang bersifat global sebagaimana diharapkan, tetapi juga mempunyai kepedulian terhadap nilai-nilai sosio-kultural yang melingkupi pesertadidik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian library research atau penelitian pustaka. Jadi yang dimaksud dengan pendidikan muatan lokal Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an adalah  kompetensi dan potensi daerah yang dituangkan kedalam suatu muatan pendidikan yang mempelajari tentang membaca dan menulis Al-Qur'an sesuai dengan ilmu tajwid. Di dalamnya juga diajarkan tentang adab-adab dalam membaca dan menulis Al-Qur'an

Tantangan didalam dunia pesantren merupakan Globalisasi dalam realita sosial, serta harus bertindak secara konsisten dalam melintasi batas-batas suatu negara (trans-nasional), dan mendorong perubahan-perubahan di berbagai tingkatan . Dalam keadaan seperti itu, tantangannya menuntut kesiapan pesantren di segala bidang, tanpa harus meninggalkan nilai-nilai tradisional yang dibangun  pada berabad-abad yang lalu dan menjadi sistem pendidikan khas Indonesia (pribumi). Dan  sekolah dituntut untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam merespon  berbagai perubahan, serta mengharuskan sekolah tampil dalam persaingan pasar bebas. Kondisi ini merupakan deretan dan masalah yang panjang di mana benteng moral telah mencapai titik kritis dan terjadinya kekhawatiran, pergeseran nilai, secara signifikan. Dan merespon pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong untuk memainkan perannya dalam dinamika yang ada, tanpa meninggalkan tradisi nilai-nilai tersebut. Dalam perspektif teori Pierre Bourdieu peran sekolah dalam menghadapi proses masuknya ke ruang lingkup dunia secara konseptual, peneliti  juga mendeskripsikannya melalui teori yaitu habitus [bentuk pesantren] x modal [kiai di pesantren] + domain [nilai Satlogi Murid] = praktik [peran kiai dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi]. Internalisasi nilai-nilai diatas menjadi tradisi besar di sepanjang sejarah dan dapat memberikan kemuliaan.

Globalization has penetrated the territorial boundaries of countries in the world, and has affected the order of people's lives, namely in the political, economic, social, cultural and legal aspects. Indonesia as a part of the world community cannot be separated from these influences, including the influence of the development of narcotics abuse. This paper will discuss the problem of the influence of globalization on the development of narcotics abuse, as well as strategies to deal with the development of narcotics abuse in the era of globalization. The discussion shows that the problem of narcotics abuse seems endless in Indonesia. For this reason, a strategy is needed in overcoming narcotics abuse, namely with pre-emptive, preventive and recessive efforts. Besides that, it is necessary to cooperate with the police of other countries in the form of cooperation between countries, the ASEAN regional area and internationally through the United Nations (UN) through the Interpol forum.

Penelitian ini bertujuan dapat mengetahui implementasi MBKM terhadap minat pertukaran pelajar mahasiswa program studi administrasi negara dari Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Adanya program MBKM agar mahasiswa dapat merasakan pembelajaran diluar kampus dan menambah wawasan beserta relasi yang terjalin antara dua kampus. Pengalaman pertukaran pelajar ini dapat mengasah kemampuan dan kompetensi mahasiswa, sehingga nantinya dapat menjadi lulusan yang siap dalam persaingan global. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagaikan kepada 4 mahasiswa dari Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 dan 11 mahasiswa dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo dengan program studi Administrasi negara. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan sebanyak 80% mahasiswa memilih memiliki minat dan antusias terhdap program pertukaran pelajar dikarenakan banyak mendapatkan relasi dan meninmgkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi mahasiswa dari kedua pihak kampus. Sehingga program pertukaran pelajar MBKM yang terjalin antara mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo berdampak positif dan meningkatkan minat mahasiswa lain untuk mengikuti program pertukaran pelajar selanjutnya.

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.

Increasing consumer demand, including in the fashion sector, is directly proportional to the waste generated. Unconsciously, the fashion industry is one of the contributors to global pollution. One of the contributions is with a sustainable fashion. Awareness of environmental sustainability encourages environmentally friendly clothing styles become more popular. Designers are competing to make design collections with sustainable materials, It is the ecoprint fabric motif. Ecoprint means the technique of making motifs on cloth by tracing the leaves and then boiling them. Almost 100% of ecoprint fabrics are made using natural materials that are biodegradable. Creating fabrics with ecoprint motifs requires fabric materials derived from natural fibers, both plant and animal fiber. The dyes used come from nature, including from stems, leaves, flowers, fruit skins which when boiled are able to produce the same colors as chemical substances. The motif from leaves that produce natural colors, arranged in such a way is created kind of motif formation. Experimental methods of various in arranging leaves and flowers will produce unique different styles of motifs. Ecoprint as an alternative to sustainable Indonesian ‘Wastra’ expected will become more popular because of the uniqueness of the motifs, sustainable and the high selling price.

In the current era of globalization, there are many problems with hair loss, dandruff, and unhealthy hair. Hair mask is one of the treatments to treat hair damage. Bitter gourd is known to have a bitter taste and has the benefit of reducing hair loss and dandruff, which is the main ingredient in making hair masks. The purpose of this study was to determine the manufacturing process, application method, and public acceptance of pare fruit hair masks to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The research methods used are literature, experiments, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Making pare fruit hair mask with composition. stearic acid 20 g, liquid paraffin 40 ml, bitter melon juice 70 ml, menthol 0.5 g, TEA 3.5 ml, lime seed perfume 3.5 ml, nipagin 0.5 g. The use of hair masks is done 2 times a week, the use has been seen after use. The results of the public test to 41 respondents to determine the acceptance of the community. It can be concluded that pare fruit hair mask is effective in reducing hair loss and dandruff as an innovation of pare fruit in making hair masks. Need clinical trials and durability tests of bitter melon hair mask products to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The need for other efforts by diligently washing hair to reduce hair loss and dandruff.

At the end of 2019 towards the beginning of 2020, the world was shaken by a virus known as Coronavirus Disease (covid-19). The Covid-19 pandemic began in the city of Wuhan, Hubei Province, China and then spread to 200 countries, impacting various sectors of the global economy. Fighting this virus requires strategies and policies to regulate the economy. This article describes the Indonesian Government's Policy for Preeconomic Stability During Covid-19. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in the form of literature studies or what is known as review literature.  The results of this study show that although various policies carried out by the Indonesian government are appropriate, in their implementation, further steps are still needed to maintain the stability of the Indonesian economy.

IUU Fishing is a global issue in the world of fisheries, especially in Indonesian waters. The factors that cause IUU Fishing in Indonesian often occur are inseparable from the statement that Indonesian has potential and a strategic environtment in the global world, especially the condition of fisheries in other countries that have sea borders and fishery management systems in Indonesian. Factors causing IUU Fishing include the need for increased world fish demand, disparities in world fish prices, and overfishing. Losses experienced as a result of IUU Fishing in Indonesian can have social, economic, political and environmental impacts. In order to realize security in the marine and fisheries sector, orderly and uphold the law and human rights, it’s necessary to have efforts prevent and combat IUU Fishing, namely efforts to prevent, and take action.  

Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) secara resmi menyebut virus Covid-19 sebagai pandemi global, oleh karena itu semua negara di dunia berusaha meminimalkan dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh virus tersebut, yaitu dengan mengembangkan vaksin. Dalam konteks pandemi Covid-19, pemerintah Indonesia juga meminta dan mendorong masyarakat untuk turut serta mendukung vaksinasi, namun upaya tersebut sebenarnya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang mengutarakan pendapatnya di jejaring sosial salah satunya Twitter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan analisis sentimen dan mengukur performansi algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) terhadap data vaksin Covid-19 dengan cara mengklasifikasikan data tersebut ke dalam kelas positif dan negatif. Data tweet yang didapat kemudian dilakukan text preprocessing untuk mengoptimalkan pengolahan data. Terdapat 4 tahapan text preprocessing antara lain Case Folding, Tokenizing, Filtering, dan Stemming. Penelitian ini mengkaji kinerja Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan menambahkan teknik TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) yang bertujuan untuk memberikan bobot pada hubungan kata (term) sebuah dokumen. Kemudian melakukan splitting data yaitu membagi data training 80% dan data testing 20% dengan harapan mendapatkan model dengan performansi terbaik dan yang terakhir melakukan visualisasi data tweet dengan menggunakan Word Cloud agar bisa menarik sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil klasifikasi data tweet vaksin Covid-19 menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier mendapatkan nilai accuracy sebesar 81%, precision sebesar 80%, recall sebesar 99%, dan f1-score sebesar 89%, Sedangkan untuk algoritma Support Vector Machine mendapatkan nilai accuracy sebesar 87%, precision sebesar 88%, recall sebesar 96%, dan f1-score sebesar 92%.

Abstract Gadget is a small device that has a special function related to today's technological developments. Almost all humans, especially high school/vocational school children nowadays, already have Gadgets. Gadgets are used to meet the needs of today's life which is the main target in everyday life. The impact of using positive gadgets is as a good learning tool, but the negative impact of gadgets makes attitudes that are not good or affect one's behavior and health. So from that, the author provides community service to early youth regarding the impact of Gadgets at St. Vocational High School. Nahanson parapat sipoholon, to use Gadgets in a good way. The method used by the author is the Qualitative Method, in which the author gives an explanation through material regarding the impact of gadgets. the development of globalization with the demands of the need for rapid exchange of information, the role of technology has become very important. So that it makes users uncontrollable in using these gadget          

Batik is a global cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation. Various kinds of Indonesian batik motifs, one of which is the Javanese Lurik Motif. In Philosophical-Sociological-Phenomenological Studies, Lurik Motives are very close to the human life cycle. Using a critical discourse analysis approach, Philosophical-Sociological-Phenomenological studies, this paper describes the relationship between the Javanese Lurik Motifs and their spiritual meanings. Javanese lurik motifs have different meanings and uses in every traditional ceremony in society. It is hoped that this writing will be able to awaken the nationalism and love of the younger generation for Javanese Lurik Batik Motifs, their preservation in the future and increase our piety to the Creator, God Almighty.

Penelitian ini melatarbelakangi pengguna internet di Indonesia, dimana internet sudah sangat berkembang menjadi suatu tempat untuk pasar global yang cukup luas untuk perdagangan, munculah sebuah sistem baru yaitu E-commerce. Sebagai suatu E-Commerce besar Indonesia yaitu tokopedia. Tokopedia didirikan sejak 2009, tokopedia mampu menyediakan suatu sarana penjualan kepada customer untuk customer sehingga siapa pun bisa membuka toko online milik sendiri yang mampu melayani calon pembeli di seluruh Indonesia dan memiliki fasilitas untuk mempertemukan penjual dengan pembeli, memberikan informasi dari customer ke customer, sarana mencari referensi produk. Produk yang dapat dijual pada Tokopedia merupakan barang baru yang dijual dengan harga yang sudah ditentukan oleh tokopedia sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi-dimensi tersebut terhadap kepuasan para pelanggan dengan melihat kepada setiap indikator yang ada pada Service Quality beserta besaran dari pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Tokopedia di kabupaten karawang. jenis penelitian yang dipakai yaitu jenis penelitian kuantitatif, data yang dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner dan di olah dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS statistic. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan signifikan.

Covid-19 is a dangerous respiratory disease caused by the corona virus. At first, this outbreak was in Wuhan, China, then quickly spread throughout the world and caused a global pandemic. An understanding of Covid-19 is needed. This article is the result of community service activities carried out in Rt 03/ 02, Desa Kademangaran Village, which aims to provide understanding to TPQ Al Fattah students about the Covid-19 virus and how to prevent its infection through socialization and education. This activity is one of the efforts to stop the transmission of the Covid-19 virus, it is hoped that with this activity TPQ Al Fattah students can understand the challenges of Covid-19 and how to prevent it so they can participate in efforts to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus starting from themselves. each of them, given the importance of socialization and education movements about Covid-19 as it is today, because very few people, especially children, have an understanding of the virus that is spreading throughout the world.

Today the world has faced the era of globalization, where we can exchange news and communicatewith each other effectively through today's technological innovations. However, this world ofglobalization has resulted in the younger generation entering and leading to various problems inthis country, such as a reduced sense of love for one's own language and culture at a young age.Indonesian culture may disappear over time, because Indonesian people do not want to be out ofdate with foreign cultures. As the next generation, we should have the principle of participating topreserve and strengthen our cultural defense as Indonesian people. We should focus on learning theIndonesian language and the various cultures that exist, so that our love for our own culture cangrow and develop. Our current struggle is to return the love for the homeland to the younggeneration of Indonesia.
