Every company always wants to achieve its goals while maintaining its existence in society. A company needs humans as implementers to achieve its expectations. Behind the success of a company, it is actually inseparable from the role of leaders who contribute to it. In addition to the role of leaders, employees will be able to carry out their activities well, if supported by good working environment conditions. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The object of this study is employees of PT Apparel One Indonesia 1, especially the production department with a total population of 1950 employees and a sample of 95. The data collection technique in this study uses random sampling, where everyone in the target population has an equal opportunity to be selected. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The research data processing used SPSS version 25. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 3. Leadership style and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang.

Increasingly advanced technological developments can also have negative impacts. One of them is cybercrime, namely phishing. The existence of phishing will also refer to a scam or fraud. This research aims to increase public knowledge in the Bandarharjo village environment about the dangers of phishing and scams in daily life. This community service activity is an effort to increase community knowledge. The method of transmitting the material is through giving lectures, discussions, and distributing leaflets. The use of these methods and media is effectively applied to increase public awareness regarding the dangers of phishing and scams. According to the evaluation carried out, the level of public knowledge has improved and they are aware of the importance of socialization regarding phishing-type cybercrimes. It is hoped that this activity can have a positive impact and long-term benefits in raising awareness of the dangers of cybercrime in the future in people's daily lives

Medan Tuntungan Sub-district is one of the strategic areas in Medan City that has great potential in the development of the tourism sector. This research aims to identify and analyze the characteristics of tourism architecture and the attractiveness of tourist destinations in the area. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through literature study and observation of several leading tourist attractions, including Kenanga Garden, Royal Sumatra Golf Course, Rajasyah Outbound & Edu Center, and Graha Maria Annai Velangkanni. The results showed that each destination has its own charm in terms of attractions, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary facilities. The existence of adequate facilities and a natural atmosphere are the added value of these destinations. However, some locations still need improvement in terms of infrastructure and promotion. Therefore, collaboration between the government, tourism managers, and the community is needed to support the development of sustainable tourism in Medan Tuntungan Sub-district.

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

The type of research used is qualitative research, qualitative research is research that produces several findings that cannot be obtained using statistical procedures or quantitative methods. The reason is that the supply and increase for foreign products from the Indonesian people will continue to increase. For this reason, companies or industries in Indonesia will often experience increases and growth, such as the development of the textile, shrimp, coffee and so on industries. Correctional institutions have very few employees compared to the prisoners who become prisoners. Therefore, the operation of the penitentiary system involves personnel from tamping in order to carry out operations optimally. This study aims to explain the existence of tamping as an auxiliary force for the operation of correctional institutions. The research method was conducted with a descriptive method through a qualitative approach and using data collection techniques with in-depth interviews with 3 key informants and 3 informants. This research is located in an urban area of Bandung, precisely in prisons X and Y. The results state that the prison organization can operate optimally because it is assisted by assistants who are more numerous than prison officers.

However, in GKSI Bacong there are still many young people who are less active and involved in carrying out services in the Church. This PKM aims to facilitate and provide training to young teenagers so that they can be involved and can improve the quality of service in the Church. This PKM was carried out using the training method. During the training, the youth were very enthusiastic and participated in the activities until the end. The youth can understand the material provided. After the PKM is carried out, the teenage youth can apply the material that has been received and carry out with full responsibility and be involved in the service of the Church.

The existence of digital transformation in the development of the world, makes the maritime industry increasingly rely on technology to carry out navigation, communication, and logistics intermediaries. As the maritime industry continues to adopt digitalization and adapt, the need for strategy as well as strengthening cybersecurity becomes critical for the country. The increase in cybercrime and its vulnerabilities should make Indonesia more aggressively address or anticipate this problem. Although it is proven that indonesia in its initiation of a cybersecurity strategy has increased, Indonesia is seen as still lacking to show the nation's commitment in terms of cyber security, when compared to data from NCIS (National Cyber security Index) from 2016-2023 Indonesia is still far below its neighbor, Malaysia, which is also a maritime country. Through a qualitative approach, this article aims to explain the urgency of cybersecurity in the maritime sector, highlighting challenges and solutions to protect ships, ports, and maritime infrastructure from cyber threats in Indonesia.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with the application of data analysis techniques using triangulation. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store is not yet optimal, as evidenced by the lack of adequate organizational structure and the existence of dual functions in the execution of tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, negligence in inventory recording by store employees leads to discrepancies between the physical inventory of merchandise and the recorded inventory in the system.

Inheritance is part of civil law which is a vital part of family law.  Inheritance conflicts still often occur in society.  Indonesia consists of many tribes, customs and cultures, giving rise to a diversity of habits in living life.  The habits of these groups of people become different points of view in determining legal standards in meeting all the needs of citizens.  The kinship system has a major influence on inheritance from customary inheritance law.  The kinship system is drawn along three lines, namely patrilineal, matrilineal and parental kinship.  The hierarchy of statutory regulations is an order that determines the priority of use of existing legal regulations, the application of which varies from higher rules to lower rules.  The research uses normative juridical methods which are carried out using three research materials.  Primary materials are in the form of laws, secondary materials are books or journals, and tertiary materials are dictionaries or encyclopedias.  Recognition of the existence of indigenous peoples in Indonesia is guaranteed in the constitution in Article 18B Paragraph (2).  Customary law is not formally accommodated in Law Number 12 of 2011 but its application is the same as other statutory regulations which have binding legal force.  Indonesia itself does not yet have a national inheritance law.  Settlement of customary inheritance disputes in Indonesia is carried out by means of consensus resolution, resolution through customary institutions, and also resolution through the courts.

In general, systematic philosophy has three main discussions or parts, namely; epistemology or theory of knowledge which discusses how we obtain knowledge, ontology or theory of nature which discusses the nature of everything that gives rise to knowledge, and axiology or theory of values ​​which discusses the use of knowledge.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of management style on work motivation and the influence of leadership on organizational behavior. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of this research show that every manager can determine the direction of an organization. Of course, mergers are carried out with a specific purpose, as is currently experienced by the banking industry. In the context of these concerns, researchers plan to explore the impact of the consolidation of three state-owned sharia banks on the development of Indonesia's sharia economy. The influence of PT business combinations is revealed through the use of a literature observation approach in this research. Indonesia's sharia economic growth will be considered with a focus on Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tbk. This research is motivated by: 1) the existence of various facts which show that students' reading comprehension abilities and reading motivation are relatively low; 2) the ability to find the main idea in a paragraph is very important in understanding a reading text. This research was carried out to determine the effect of the motivation-based Scaffolded Reading method on improving students' learning outcomes in finding the main idea in a paragraph. The research was carried out in class IX-C of SMPN 2 Balaraja. The method used in the research is an experimental method with a quantitative approach.  After knowing the results of data analysis that the application of the scaffolded reading method is effective in improving the ability to find the main idea in a paragraph, it is best to use this technique as an alternative learning technique in learning reading comprehension to improve reading skills.
