This study examines students’ perceptions of the use of online platforms for English listening practice. The research employs a mixed-methods approach involving 150 undergraduate students through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The findings indicate that the majority of students hold positive attitudes toward the use of online platforms, primarily due to time flexibility, diverse content, and the ability to learn independently. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, including internet connectivity issues that disrupt the learning experience, a lack of personalized feedback, and difficulties in maintaining learning motivation. Features such as adjustable playback speed, the availability of transcripts, and interactive exercises received high levels of satisfaction. Overall, the study concludes that although online platforms have great potential to enhance English listening skills, their effectiveness largely depends on proper implementation, adequate technical infrastructure, and active support from educators. Therefore, this study recommends improvements in technical aspects and the development of more effective learning methods to achieve more optimal outcomes.

Every individual possesses both rights and obligations that must be understood and exercised in a balanced manner to maintain social order, justice, and collective well-being. A clear understanding of citizens’ responsibilities is essential for creating a prosperous and harmonious society. This study examines the rights and obligations of citizens as stipulated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, with a primary focus on exploring how the Constitution guarantees, regulates, and implements these fundamental principles in national life. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through desk research, analysis of constitutional provisions, examination of relevant legal documents, and review of related academic literature. The findings indicate that the 1945 Constitution provides strong protection for fundamental human rights, including the rights to education, health services, employment, legal protection, and freedom of expression. At the same time, the Constitution clearly outlines citizens’ obligations, such as obeying the law, paying taxes, respecting the rights of others, participating in national defense, and contributing to social harmony. The study emphasizes that rights and obligations are interconnected and must be carried out proportionally. Understanding and applying these constitutional principles is crucial for strengthening democratic governance, enhancing legal awareness, and fostering a just, orderly, and sovereign nation.

The fitness industry has shown rapid growth as public awareness of the importance of healthy lifestyles increases in today's world. Gyms no longer function solely as a place to exercise, but also offer value and a sustainable experience for their members. The ability to manage a gym and retain members in this increasingly competitive era encourages gym owners to be more sensitive to factors that could potentially affect member satisfaction and loyalty. To improve the quality of the gym, it is necessary to evaluate the price and quality offered in the form of well-maintained and complete facilities. The suitability of the price to the benefits felt by members will make them more loyal to training at the gym. Likewise, comfortable facilities can increase member loyalty, which in turn drives member satisfaction, especially at Velcro Gym.

Low back pain is a common complaint among pregnant women in the second and third trimesters due to biomechanical and hormonal changes. Non-pharmacological interventions like prenatal exercise are believed to be effective, though evidence from controlled trials is limited. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of prenatal exercise in reducing low back pain intensity. A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group design was used with 30 pregnant women (15 in the intervention group, 15 in the control group), selected by purposive sampling. The inclusion criteria were gestational age of 20–36 weeks, no medical contraindications, and willingness to participate. The intervention group performed prenatal exercises twice a week for 8 weeks (45 minutes per session), while the control group received health education without physical exercise. Pain intensity was measured using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Data analysis was conducted using paired t-test, independent t-test/Mann–Whitney, and ANCOVA to control for age, parity, and BMI. Both groups had homogeneous baseline characteristics (p > 0.05). The intervention group’s pain score decreased from 6.9 ± 1.1 to 3.6 ± 1.0 (Δ = -3.3; p < 0.001), while the control group’s pain score decreased from 6.8 ± 1.2 to 6.3 ± 1.1 (Δ = -0.5; p = 0.09). The difference in pain reduction between groups was significant (p < 0.001). ANCOVA confirmed that prenatal exercise was significantly effective after adjusting for confounders (β = -2.8; p < 0.001). Prenatal exercise is an effective, safe, and affordable intervention for reducing low back pain in pregnant women.

Daily drinking water requirement for healthy individuals is a crucial factor in maintaining health and physiological balance. For individuals involved in intense physical activity or exercise, fluid requirements can increase significantly, with recommendations reaching 3 to 4 liters per day to replace fluid loss through sweat, so researchers consider it important to discuss the provision of clean drinking water installations with the application of Reverse Osmosis (RO) machines that utilize PDAM water as a source, which is in the Candrasa complex to support the fulfillment of drinking water needs for the Indonesian Navy Academy Cadets. AAL is a military educational institution that requires a supply of safe and high-quality drinking water for the Cadets so that the learning and training process can run smoothly. This study covers the daily drinking water needs of AAL Cadets, the current condition of the drinking water supply, and the concept of the RO machine itself in the Candrasa complex by utilizing PDAM water to produce healthy and suitable drinking water for AAL Cadets. The results of this study are expected to increase the availability of clean and safe drinking water for AAL cadets, facilitate drinking water distribution in the Candrasa complex, support their quality of life during their education, training, and foster care, and help maintain their health and safety. This study also underscores the importance of efficient and sustainable water management in the military environment.

Global environmental challenges require active engagement from all sectors, including education. For Muslim youth, awareness of environmental sustainability aligns with Islamic ethical principles such as stewardship (khalifah), justice (ʿadl), and social welfare (maslahah). This study examines the influence of green economy education within Islamic higher education on students’ eco-literacy, ethical awareness, and sustainable economic behavior. A quantitative approach was employed using a structured questionnaire distributed to students from both Islamic economics and non-economics programs. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, and one-way ANOVA to identify differences in environmental knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. Findings show that students with an Islamic economics background consistently achieve higher scores in knowledge, attitudes, and behavioral engagement related to sustainability compared to non-Islamic economics students. Integrating Islamic ethical values into the curriculum provides a holistic framework for internalizing sustainability principles, encouraging students to translate ethical knowledge into practical action. Pedagogical strategies such as project-based learning, reflective exercises, and experiential programs further enhance engagement and eco-conscious behavior. The study highlights the critical role of Islamic education in fostering a generation of ethically aware and environmentally responsible students. By embedding moral and ecological principles in academic programs, educational institutions can strengthen students’ capacity for sustainable decision-making and support broader goals of responsible economic and environmental stewardship.

This study analyzes the role of the Golkar Party of Serang City in the formulation and oversight of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2019 on the Implementation of Tourism Business Governance using the Institutional Analysis and Development (IAD) framework. The study aims to examine how political party institutions perform their functions in local legislative processes, particularly in terms of public representation, interest articulation, and policy oversight. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews with party actors and members of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), as well as document analysis of relevant policy materials. The findings reveal that Golkar’s role in the formulation and supervision of the regulation was predominantly carried out by its legislative faction through informal mechanisms, while the party’s organizational structure played a limited institutional role. The process of absorbing public aspirations was relatively constrained and tended to favor groups with close social and political ties, indicating that the party has not fully exercised its functions of public articulation and accountability. From the perspective of the IAD framework, this condition reflects weaknesses in internal rules, actor capacity, and interaction mechanisms within the party as a political institution in the policy arena. Therefore, strengthening Golkar’s institutional capacity is essential to enable a more substantive, responsive, and inclusive role in local legislative and policy oversight processes
