Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease induced by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis and can attack human organs, especially the lungs. The entry of this antigen causes the release of various pro-inflammatory cytokines which cause liver cells to synthesize acute phase proteins such as C-Reactive Protein (CRP). C-Reactive Protein is a type of alpha globulin protein that appears in the blood in response to inflammation in the body. The aim of this study was to determine the description of CRP in pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the Naibonat Community Health Center. The method used is descriptive with a cross sectional study design method. This research was carried out at the Naibonat Health Center Laboratory, Kupang Regency from February to April 2024. The examination method used was the qualitative latex agglutination method. The results of CRP examination on pulmonary TB patients from a total of 23 respondents obtained reactive results for 8 samples (35%) and non-reactive results for 15 samples (65%). Based on the results of reactive CRP, the highest number was found in males, 6 people (26%), while the highest number was found in the age range 12-25 years, 4 patients (Teenagers) (17%), with the highest length of treatment at 0 -2 months (intensive stage) as many as 6 patients (35%), with the highest patient status being new TB as many as 8 patients (35%), with the highest treatment status being non-resistant as many as 6 patients (26%).

Pleural effusion is a pathological condition characterized by the accumulation of fluid in the pleural cavity, which can cause shortness of breath, chest pain, and other complications. This study aims to evaluate evidence-based nursing care for patients diagnosed with pleural effusion using a case report approach. The assessment was conducted holistically, including interviews, observations, and physical examinations. The results show that nursing interventions combining respiratory physiotherapy, such as breathing exercises, mobilization, and patient education, along with medical care, are effective in reducing shortness of breath and improving chest expansion in patients. The management of pleural effusion involves a multidisciplinary approach, including early diagnosis through thoracentesis and imaging, as well as supportive therapies such as respiratory physiotherapy, pleural fluid drainage, and medical interventions tailored to the underlying etiology. This study also highlights the critical role of respiratory physiotherapy in accelerating patient recovery, including deep breathing exercises, chest mobilization, and posture correction. The evaluation indicates that, although the patient’s respiratory problems were not completely resolved, there was significant improvement in overall health status. This study underscores the importance of applying a multidisciplinary approach to improve the quality of life for patients with pleural effusion.

The national blood demand is estimated to reach around 5.5 million bags per year, while the available blood supply is only around 4.1 million bags. This results in a significant annual blood shortage, approximately 1.4 million bags. The root cause of the main problem of unmet blood needs lies in the lack of public awareness. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public education and awareness about the importance of blood donation and the high demand for blood. Activities include counseling and blood type testing of the ABO and Rh systems using the slide test method. The examination results show that the most common blood type found in Lampegan Village is type O, while the least common is type B. Almost all of them have Rh-positive blood type, and Rh-negative was found in one resident. Knowing the exact blood type and adopting a healthy lifestyle can help someone become a blood donor. Blood type testing is a persuasive strategy to raise public awareness about the importance of blood types and the benefits of blood donation.

Background: Hypertension is a common condition in primary health care, affecting approximately 25% of the adult population and more than 50% of those aged over 65 years. As the "silent killer of hypertension", it can cause stroke, which is a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. This study aims to detect early signs of stroke using the BE-FAST method in the elderly in Karangasem, Bali, and to spread the effectiveness of this method in reducing the risk of stroke. Method: This community-based education program uses the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling) approach. A total of 79 elderly participants were recruited and underwent health examinations, including blood pressure measurements and the BE-FAST screening test. The BE-FAST method assesses balance, eyes, face, arms, speech, and timing to identify early signs of stroke. Results: The results showed that 55.7% of participants had hypertension, and 67.1% had difficulty moving their legs and arms on one side of their body. Additionally, 36.7% had difficulty opening their eyes or experienced vision problems, and 32.9% experienced facial weakness or numbness. The BE-FAST method is effective in detecting early signs of stroke, with a sensitivity of 92%. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of early detection of stroke using the BE-FAST method in the elderly population. The research results show that this method is effective in identifying early signs of stroke and can be easily taught and applied in the community. Application of this method can reduce the risk of stroke and associated morbidity and mortality.

This study discusses the legal vacuum that occurs in the pre-prosecution process, especially related to the absence of time limits and frequency of return of examination report files (BAP) between investigators and public prosecutors. This vacuum has the potential to hinder the principle of fast, simple, and low-cost justice that should be applied in the Indonesian criminal justice system. This study proposes solutions in the form of setting clear time limits, improving coordination between investigators and public prosecutors, and providing training to improve human resource capacity. In addition, the application of sanctions for parties who violate the provisions of pre-prosecution is an important step to ensure the smooth running of the judicial process. This study is expected to contribute to increasing the efficiency of the criminal justice system in Indonesia.

The Marriage Law regulates the minimum age limit for marriage is 19 (nineteen) years, but in practice underage marriages still often occur so that these marriages cannot be registered. Marriage dispensation becomes the legal legitimacy so that underage marriages can be registered in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 paragraph (2) of the Marriage Law. Marriage dispensation is obtained through the courts by involving the application of civil procedural law principles, including the principle of passive judges. This study aims to obtain an overview of the application of the passive judge principle and the limitations of active judges to the application for marriage dispensation at the Soreang Religious Court in relation to civil procedural law in the case of the application for underage marriage dispensation in Decision Number 421/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Sor. This study aims to examine the theological significance of King David's removal of the Ark of the Covenant in 1 Chronicles 13:1-14, highlighting the critical nature of keeping God's commandments during worship. The research involved an examination of the text and its context, along with a comparison with the related narrative found in 2 Samuel. the research revealed that the failure of David and the people of Israel to follow God's instructions in moving the Ark according to God's instructions resulted in the death of Uzzah, which illustrates the consequences of ignoring God's holiness. The three-month stay of the Ark in Obed-Edom's house resulted in blessings, which reinforces the idea that God's presence is experienced when His laws are honored and obeyed. The results of this study underscore the importance of obedience to God's commandments.
