This research delves into the dynamics of motor vehicle tax compliance through a qualitative approach, exploring taxpayers' perceptions and attitudes. The identified key factors shaping attitudes toward tax obligations include regulatory complexity, clarity of rules, and personal experiences. Elements such as fairness perception, trust in the taxation system, and supervisory effectiveness also play crucial roles in forming compliance attitudes. These factors, integrated with psychological aspects, provide an in-depth understanding of taxpayer compliance behavior. While acknowledging challenges like regulatory complexity and economic inequality, the study highlights opportunities, including the application of information technology, fiscal incentive development, and cross-sector collaboration, as strategies to enhance compliance. In conclusion, a holistic and adaptive tax policy strategy, considering both local and global contexts, can foster a transparent, fair, and supportive tax environment for sustainable development.

Over the years, value has been an important part of philosophical discussions, both implicitly and directly. Spiritualism is a teaching that says that the soul is the absolute reality of nature in the universe, and that the soul is the basis of the universe and provides a rational explanation. The first principle of Pancasila, Belief in One God, shows the value of spiritualism in its foundation. The value of spiritualism in its general form can be seen in the articles of the 1945 Constitution, especially Article 29 of the Amended 1945 Constitution. Spirituality focuses on a way of life, rather than abstract and speculative philosophical formulations. "Spirituality" is also considered a way that can be used to bring a person to the desired life. Exploring the values of Pancasila as a Liberating Spirituality is an effort and commitment as citizens of the nation, state, and religious communities to make Pancasila a guiding spirit in carrying out the governance of personal and social life of the nation and state. The national spirit of Pancasila truly becomes an inclusive social virtue, inspiring, uniting, and liberating all social groups, ethnicities, religions, languages, and aspirations. The spiritual values contained in Pancasila are divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation, and justice. These values are aligned with the universal values of all religions. Taking Pancasila as a liberating spirituality can help integrate the diversity-also known as kebhinekaan-that characterizes Indonesia around the world. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the national spirit and liberating spirituality of Pancasila values are essential to anticipate and deal with such a crisis. The incarnation of the spirit of Pancasila can be seen in the benefits of national life, such as harmony, tolerance, solidarity, compassion, gotong royong, equality of the dignity of every Indonesian before the law, freedom of expression responsibly, and social solidarity. The sense of nationality reminds us how important it is for every Indonesian son and daughter to stick to the basic principles of national life, namely the love of the homeland, language, and one nation, Indonesia. Loyalty is not limited to religion, culture or geographical region. Basic human values can serve as benchmarks for a country's political, legal and economic systems, so that the spiritual values of Pancasila can liberate and liberate every citizen.

This research aims to understand the impact of the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the workforce involved in the MSME sector on poverty levels in Central Kalimantan. Through this research, it is hoped that we can increase understanding and knowledge about the factors that contribute to efforts to reduce poverty. The data used in this research consists of secondary data covering a five year period, starting from 2018 to 2022. The research method applied is the quantitatively to analyze the relationship between the independent variables, namely the number of MSMEs (X1) and the MSME sector workforce (X2), with the dependent variable, namely the number of poverty (Y). The large number of poverty can be influenced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because MSMEs have an important role in creating jobs, supporting economic growth and reducing economic inequality. From this research, it is concluded that the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs) in Central Kalimantan Province do not significantly influence factor Y, which shows that the number of MSMEs in the region does not play a role in reducing poverty levels. Meanwhile, the variable number of workers apparently has a significant impact on the poverty level in Central Kalimantan Province.

Education is a process needed to obtain balance and perfection in the development of individuals and society. Education itself is faced with various problems that become obstacles to the quality of education itself. This can be seen in various aspects, some of which include the lack of adequate physical facilities such as the feasibility of buildings used in the learning process. These problems can hinder the development of students to reach their best potential and cause inequality in terms of access to quality education. There are differences in the quality of education in rural and urban areas, where rural areas have more specific challenges such as lack of school facilities, difficulty of access, and technological and social changes. In the context of education, technology has changed the way we learn, access information and communicate. Social changes, such as changing demographics, can also affect the way we design education systems. These factors create pressures on education that require creative thinking and innovative solutions. This research uses qualitative research methods through a phenomenological approach. The theoretical foundation used in this research is the functional structural theory proposed by Talcott Parson. Data collection in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation.

The controversy surrounding the lineage of Habibs has recently become increasingly widespread and even sparked debates that have led to hatred within society. This issue is often exploited to exacerbate differences, potentially damaging Islamic brotherhood. Therefore, a wise middle ground is needed to prevent discussions about lineage from becoming increasingly wild and divisive. One important solution is to return to the teachings of the Quran. This holy book provides comprehensive guidelines on morality, brotherhood, and the principles of human equality. The Quran emphasizes that a person's honor in the sight of God is not determined by ancestry, social status, or nationality, but by their level of piety. This message is universal and relevant to all humanity, regardless of background. Piety itself is born from a transcendental moral awareness and is manifested through righteous and beneficial behavior. Therefore, Muslims should focus more attention on character development and self-improvement, rather than pride in lineage, which only fuels controversy with no real benefit to social life.

The SME empowerment policy is generally directed at supporting efforts to overcome poverty and inequality, create job opportunities and increase exports, as well as agricultural and rural revitalization, which are national development priorities. In addition, the development of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is directed at making a significant contribution to creating job opportunities, increasing exports and increasing competitiveness. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is focused on MSMEs in Pagerharjo Village, Kulon Progo Regency. Previous training involved mostly listening to lectures, whereas the current training involves participants being active in solving the various problems they face. The evaluation results show that the participants' knowledge has increased and their insight into their business has also increased. It turns out that producing a business is not only based on generations, but also requires innovation so that marketing will continue to develop and financial management will also improve.

This article examines the development of education in Indonesia with a focus on the background, results and conclusions of the historical journey of education in this country. The development of education in Indonesia has been influenced by a long history, especially the period of Dutch colonialism. Education at that time was limited to the native elite and created inequality in access to education. Nevertheless, educational inequality between urban and rural areas and between islands in Indonesia remains a problem that must be addressed..Educational developments in Indonesia include increasing access to education, diversifying higher education programs, and efforts to integrate local culture in the curriculum. The government has allocated a significant budget for education, modernizing the curriculum and improving the quality of teaching. Education reform also includes teacher training and curriculum updates to face changing times. However, there are still challenges in educational governance, unequal access to education, and integrating technology in the learning process. The development of education in Indonesia reflects a journey full of challenges and significant changes. While there has been progress in terms of access and cultural integration efforts, challenges such as educational inequality, complex governance, and technology integration still need to be addressed. Quality education remains a priority, with the hope that continued efforts will ensure that education in Indonesia meets high quality standards and is relevant to face a challenging future. The position of wealth functions to cover basic needs as provisions for carrying out worship to Allah, SWT. Assets in Islamic legal governance function to spread prosperity to the weaker sections of society. Therefore, the weak party's right to ownership of property must be released and distributed to other parties, whether requested or not. Economic inequality is a trigger for crimes committed because of poverty, such as theft. Islam views that poverty is not an insult, but Islam provides solutions to poverty alleviation such as by requiring the payment of zakat and encouraging infaq shodakoh and other forms of obligations which aim to care for the weak, such as waqf. Islam is very concerned about equal distribution of property ownership, in fact its concern is included in the structure of the pillars of Islam, namely the obligation to pay zakat.

Issuance of General Election Commission Regulation Number 10 of 2023 concerning the Nomination of Members of the DPR, Provincial DPRD and Regency/City DPRD, special wabil Article 8 paragraph (2) raises a new polemic because it is felt to deny the value of the struggle for democracy and the rule of law principle which has been painstakingly built so far sucks.
