The capital market plays a strategic role in supporting national economic growth through its function of raising funds and providing investment vehicles for the public. However, the integrity of the capital market is often threatened by the practice of insider trading, which involves securities transactions conducted using material, non-public information by certain parties for personal gain. This practice violates the principles of fairness and transparency and has the potential to harm public investors and undermine confidence in the capital market. This study aims to analyze the law enforcement mechanisms for insider trading in the Indonesian capital market and examine legal protection efforts for investors. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach through a literature review of laws and regulations, scientific journals, books, and publications from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results indicate that law enforcement against insider trading is carried out through mechanisms of supervision, investigation, and the imposition of administrative, civil, and criminal sanctions. However, the effectiveness of law enforcement still faces various challenges, particularly in proving the use of insider information and the complexity of transaction technology. Furthermore, insider trading negatively impacts investor confidence and capital market stability. Investor protection efforts are implemented through a preventative approach, including information disclosure, supervision, and investor education, as well as a repressive approach through legal sanctions, dispute resolution, and whistleblower protection. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of capital market law and practical recommendations for strengthening law enforcement and investor protection in Indonesia.

A clear national insight can guarantee the achievement of national interests, both internally and externally. This means that national insight provides a clear picture and direction for the nation's survival, as well as the future development of the nation and state. The organization of national and state life must proceed on the basis of mutual agreement, namely Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). Indonesia's existence as a state based on the rule of law (rechtstaat) based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution requires the development of Pancasila ideology and national insight as instruments that serve as catalysts or drivers in strengthening national insight and spirit, love of the homeland, democracy, legal awareness, respect for diversity, and participation in building a Pancasila-based nation in Wonogiri, especially among intellectuals. In accordance with its function, the Pancasila Ideology and National Insight Development organizes national, democratic, legal, multicultural and citizenship education to support the realization of citizens who are aware of their rights and obligations, as well as intelligent, skilled and have character so that they can be relied upon to build the nation and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

The role of the Holy Spirit is one of the central aspects of Christian theology, particularly within Evangelical theology, which seeks to uphold a balance between biblical truth and spiritual experience. This study aims to examine the understanding of the Holy Spirit in Evangelical theology, with a specific focus on the relationship between biblical pneumatology and the expressions of contemporary charismatic movements. The approach used is a theological–descriptive study through an analysis of biblical literature, classical Evangelical theological works, and contemporary research on charismatic movements in Indonesia and around the world. The findings indicate that Evangelical theology understands the Holy Spirit primarily as a divine person who works in regeneration, sanctification, and ministry empowerment based on the authority of Scripture. Meanwhile, the charismatic movement emphasizes more phenomenological aspects of the Holy Spirit’s work, such as Spirit baptism, spiritual gifts (charismata), and manifestations of supernatural power. Theological tension arises when charismatic experiences do not always align with the strict Evangelical hermeneutical principles applied to Scripture. Nevertheless, both approaches offer important contributions: biblical pneumatology preserves a healthy doctrinal foundation, while charismatic spirituality reminds the church of the importance of the Holy Spirit’s dynamic power in contemporary ecclesial life. This study concludes that integrating biblical foundations with openness to the work of the Holy Spirit can enrich the understanding and praxis of the contemporary Evangelical church. The church needs to develop a balanced pneumatology that is rooted in Scripture yet responsive to the movement of the Holy Spirit within the changing contexts of time and culture.

This community service activity was carried out in Sladi Village with the goal of improving the digital literacy of village officials through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) plugins in Microsoft Word and Excel. The main issue faced by the village officials was their limited ability to use digital technology, which resulted in administrative tasks being carried out manually and inefficiently. Therefore, this digital literacy training aimed to enhance the skills of village officials in utilizing digital tools, especially AI, to support their administrative work. The method used in this activity was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involved the stages of diagnosing, action planning, action taking, evaluating, and specifying learning. Evaluation of the activity was conducted using Likert scale questionnaires and open-ended questions to collect feedback from participants regarding their understanding and responses to the training provided. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS to calculate the mean, standard deviation, and qualitative findings from the open-ended questions. The evaluation results showed that the benefits of the activity (mean = 4.2) and the intention to implement AI (mean = 4.2) received the highest scores, indicating that the participants found the training highly beneficial and were motivated to apply AI in their daily tasks. On the other hand, the understanding of AI in Excel (mean = 3.7) and the assessment of the material (mean = 3.7) showed that further in-depth learning was needed to improve participants' comprehension and skills. This study aims to explore the root growth patterns of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) cultivated in a polybag system, and examine the implications for nutrient absorption efficiency and plant survival. The method used was a systematic literature review, with narrative analysis of recent studies in the last five years. Data were analyzed to identify the relationship between root architecture, growing medium, and nutrient absorption efficiency.  The results showed that the polybag system, with its limited root growing space, promoted adaptation of root growth patterns, including an increase in lateral root density and a reduction in primary root length. Coconut fiber- and vermiculite-based growing media were shown to increase nutrient absorption capacity by up to 30%, while inoculation of rhizosphere microorganisms, such as mycorrhiza, increased phosphorus use efficiency by up to 25%. In addition, optimal root zone temperature plays an important role in supporting root metabolic activities.  The conclusion of this study confirms that optimizing root growth patterns through growing media, temperature management, and utilization of microorganisms can significantly increase the productivity of cucumber plants. These findings provide a basis for developing more efficient and sustainable cultivation strategies in modern horticultural systems.

Social and economic welfare reflects the quality of life in a region and is influenced by local social, economic, and environmental factors. East Java, as the second most populous province in Indonesia, faces challenges in improving the welfare of its residents, particularly due to varying regional characteristics such as employment, education, and population demographics. To understand the patterns of interrelationships among factors affecting welfare, this study conducted a klaster analysis to group regions based on similar characteristics. The klaster analysis employed both hierarchical (complete linkage) and non-hierarchical (K-means) approaches to determine the optimal number of klasters. The results revealed that the level of diversity across regions in East Java tends to be homogeneous in social and economic aspects, with average values exceeding standard deviations. Assumption tests for the klaster analysis confirmed that the data met the assumptions of multivariate normal distribution and dependency.Through hierarchical (complete linkage) and non-hierarchical (K-means) klaster analysis, two main klasters were formed, dividing districts/cities in East Java based on welfare characteristics. Using the complete linkage method, 27 regions were grouped into klaster 1, and 11 regions into klaster 2, while K-means grouped 26 regions into klaster 1 and 12 regions into klaster 2. Out of the six variables used, one variable was found to be insignificant in influencing the klastering results. Based on the mapping results, the grouping aligns with similar criteria, where urban areas predominantly fall into one klaster, and the other klaster is dominated by rural areas.
