Tangerang Regency is an area with many industrial, commercial and residential sectors. So that many migrants are looking for work and this results in many ethnic groups entering one area. Thus, inter-ethnic marriages have become commonplace because they are a natural process that occurs in multi-ethnic societies, especially marriages between Javanese and Sundanese ethnic groups. Developing perceptions and stereotypes have become obstacles that have an impact on harmony in inter-ethnic marriages. Various obstacles arise because each ethnic group has a different background, culture and beliefs. The aim of this research is to analyze the process of intercultural communication in inter-ethnic marriages, namely Javanese and Sundanese. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach, with a constructivist paradigm with the subject being 3 Javanese and Sundanese husband and wife tennis couples. The results of the research show that in the Optimistic Phase, couples still feel happy with their partner's cultural differences. They still don't know their partner's culture and experience difficulties at the beginning of their marriage. In the Culture Shock Phase, couples begin to be shocked and confused by their partner's culture, so they experience cutlure shock. In the Recovery phase, they begin to introduce each other to their respective cultures. In the adjustment phase, couples are starting to get used to and adapt and understand their partner's culture.

This research examines “Karang Awake Tandurin”, the oral expression of the Balinese people, which is the domain of intangible culture. Cultural expressions taken from the work of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen from Griya Intaran Sanur. This excerpt from the text Karang Awake Tandurin is published in the Traditional Balinese Literary work Geguritan Selampah Laku, a Balinese work that was composed and written by himself and tells the personal life history of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen in Bali Script. This research used a post-structural approach from critical theories. The theories used were Jauss’ reception theory, Pierce’s semiotic theory, and Barthes’ mythology theory. The meaning entities of the Balinese words ‘karang’, ‘awak’ and ‘tandurin’ actually both stand alone, however in life, the use of the three depends on each other, in humans’ relationship with nature and agrarian culture. ‘Tandurin’ is a representation of agricultural activities, ‘karang’ is a representation of nature, and ‘awak’ is a representation of humans. Delve into yourself, understand yourself, reflect on it to its roots, and your perception will become higher. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is one of the health IT applications that is becoming a trend around the world. EMRs are considered to improve the overall quality of care and have an impact on patient safety. EMRs can also help reduce costs, improve accessibility, and improve the quality of hospital services. Therefore, the preparedness analysis of the implementation of EMR with the DOQ-IT approach (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology) is the goal of this research. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken from all the officers who were in direct contact with the medical records at AMC Aisyiyah Clinic. Sampling technique using a total sampling of eight officers. Primary data collection is done with a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis of frequencies, percentages, graphs and tables. From the results of analysis using the DOQ-IT method obtained a total score of 104.75 belongs to category III which shows that human resources, organizational work culture, governance and leadership, IT infrastructure AMC Aisyiyah Clinic is ready to take advantage of EMR as well as overcome the potential challenges for successful adoption of the EMR.

One of valuable asset of the nation is various caltural since all we know that Indonesia has rich variaty culture widely spreaded in the nation, from Sabang to Marauke. The country of Indonesia has enormous cultural capital, has the potential to function as a source of accelerating national development more quickly.A qualitative method used in this type of reseach and included checking incident. It is a technique that combines qualitative and descriptive analysis and is used to conduct this kind of research. Findings are presented in descriptive narrative, and the authors emphasize the natural and holistic focus and multi-method research.Family can take an important role in developing their childrent's socializing skill by helping the children to understand how to respect the tradition of Ash Table, and also introducing the kids  the value of religion  and culture that related to their ritual.Moreover, family has a good chance to take a part as a model for others by maintaining the consistency this routine excercise to practice. This practice has the ability to lead the family to be solid and an excellent reminder of their background of ancestors and spiritual that they share to one each other.

The Mayangsari culinary tourism village Semarang was formed in 2018 by a number of people who are members of the Putra Mayangsari Disaster Preparedness Group (KSB Puma) and the Mayangsari Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis Mayangsari). The Semarang City Culture and Tourism Office provided ideas for developing Mayangsari River Tourism by highlighting the potential attractions of river tubing, river education and culinary tourism. The development of the Mayangsari culinary tourism village, which is a finalist in the 2022 great village competition in the creative and innovative village category, still has several things that need to be improved, especially regarding accounting records for culinary tourism. Based on this, it is important to provide education on the importance of accounting records in theory and practice in the Mayangsari culinary tourism village. The approach used in this community partnership program is in the form of giving lectures and tutorials by providing accounting material ranging from recording to preparing financial reports. It is hoped that this community partnership program will increase and sustain economic activities in the Mayangsari culinary tourism village.

A road traffic accident is an unexpected and unintentional event on the road involving a vehicle with or without other road users which results in loss and/or loss of property. If the violation gives rise to criminal consequences attached to the violation, then the violation is a criminal offense. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, regulates lex specialis, regarding the process of resolving cases of criminal traffic accidents, However, the resolution of this case is also often carried out outside of court or in other words it is resolved through peace (islah) between the parties, this mechanism is often also called Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Handling criminal cases that occur in society can be resolved using two methods, namely penal and non-penal. One of the non-penal solutions is Penal Mediation. Penal mediation itself is born from the culture that exists in society so that the content of its values is in accordance with the characteristics of the Indonesian nation. Mediation is a procedure based on "good faith" where the disputing parties convey suggestions through channels on how the dispute will be resolved by the mediator, because they themselves are unable to do so. Through this freedom, it is possible for mediators to provide innovative solutions through a form of resolution that cannot be carried out by the court, but the parties to the dispute obtain mutual benefits.

The huge economic potential of the ocean in Indonesia and the importance of maintaining the sustainability of marine resource exploitation to support sustainable economic growth and food security. As one of the potentials in the marine and fisheries sector, the estimated potential of fish resources from marine capture fisheries and aquaculture certainly has the potential to fulfill the food of the Indonesian people with high protein nutritional value. The purpose of this research is to see the potential of the marine sector for food security in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with time series data from 2017 to 2022 obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. This research is located in Indonesia. The results showed that the water sector, namely fisheries, has high potential to support food security in Indonesia. In addition to the nutritional content contained in fish that is easily digested by the body, the selling price of fish also varies so that it is affordable at all economic levels of Indonesian households.

Because they aid in the understanding of the actual world by students, internships are an essential component of curricula in higher education. The Independent Campus Learning Internship program, which was introduced by the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology at the beginning of 2020, is the subject of this study. The purpose of this program is to expose students to the outside world. experience working in an environment relevant to their subject of study in order to enhance graduates' hard and soft skills. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine what competencies accounting students pick up from their MBKM internships across a range of sectors. In order to collect data for this study, accounting students in Indonesia who are doing MBKM internships are sent Google forms over social media. Using descriptive statistical methods, the data was analyzed, and 87 out of the 98 respondents made up a viable sample size. The analysis's findings demonstrated that most students had made progress in the hard and soft abilities needed in the job. The majority of students concur that their confidence in working in accounting has grown as a result of their internships, which have also enabled them to work independently on tasks, cooperate with others, evaluate data, and solve problems on their own. The majority of interns who complete their internships receive employment offers, demonstrating the effectiveness of internship programs in enhancing the abilities that businesses and industry deman.

The purpose of this study was to identify the elements that helped and hindered the implementation of English literacy programs at SMA Negeri 1 Hawu Mehara. The descriptive qualitative method is used in this study. Open-ended questionnaires, interviews, and observation are the methods utilized to collect data. Students, librarians, English teachers, and school principals are the research's data sources. Based on the data, the author examines and discusses the factors that help and impede English literacy in SMA Negeri 1 Hawu Mehara. Two factors help. 1. internal elements, such as the students' condition, interest, motivation, and mode of learning. 2. External variables, specifically the community and the parents of students. English literacy is hampered by several internal and external factors, such as low student motivation and students who spend a lot of time on social media for play rather than to promote an English-literate culture. Other external factors include government and teacher support for the implementation of English literacy programs.

In the field of education, organizational culture and the school environment are critical variables that must be considered. Of course, this immediately improves teacher performance, which in turn improves school quality. In practice, State Elementary Schools in the Buah Batu District have established an organizational culture and created a welcoming school atmosphere, yet this appears to be insufficient. It is still discovered that instructors' behavior in carrying out their tasks does not adhere to the established culture, and there are many teachers who have not earned teaching credentials, which is an intriguing issue to explore. The quantitative approach used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis. 78 respondents were given questionnaires with the expectation that they would be able to answer the research objectives. SPSS version 25 was used for statistical testing. According to the findings of the research, organizational culture and the work environment have an impact on teacher performance, both individually and collectively. Several recommendations are made to school principals, supervisors, and instructors in the study that will help them enhance their performance.

Education is an effort to grow and develop innate potentials, both physically and spiritually, in accordance with the values that exist in society and culture. LP. Ma'arif NU is the part that deals with the fields of education, teaching and culture. Character education as a pedagogy gives important attention to human growth, namely the development of natural human abilities as possessed differently by each individual. This study uses a qualitative research method, which seeks to describe the Reconstruction of Ma'arif Educational Institutions in implementing character education in MI Banyumas Regency, with the results of data collection through observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. Activities for developing religious habits: 1. Daily activities include morning apples, greetings when meeting teachers and friends, shaking hands or shaking hands when coming to and from school, praying before and after learning activities, reading Asmaul Husna every day, memorizing short letters. (juz amma) and tahfidz, memorizing daily prayers and hadiths and their meanings, dhuha prayers, congregational midday prayers and honesty canteens. 2. Weekly activities include charity Friday, Yasin and tahlil, healthy Friday, and clean Friday. 3. Monthly activities include PHBI (commemoration of Islamic holidays), Pondok Romadhon, and Halal Bi Halal. 4. incidental activities such as istighosah (joint prayer), istisqo prayer, visiting sick friends, and ta'ziyah.

Digital transformation has become a critical force in shaping the arts and cultural sector, revolutionizing the creation, accessibility, and dissemination of artistic expressions. While several studies have examined digital transformation and government funding in various contexts, limited research has specifically focused on the influence of government funding on advancing digital transformation within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. The problem statement revolves around understanding the extent to which government funding initiatives impact the advancement of digital transformation in the arts and cultural sector in Indonesia. The research questions include exploring the key factors shaping the relationship between government funding and digital transformation, as well as understanding the challenges and opportunities associated with these initiatives. This study employs a qualitative research methodology, specifically relying on secondary data sources such as academic journals, research papers, books, government reports, and relevant documents. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the influence of government funding on advancing digital transformation within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. The analysis reveals key factors shaping the relationship between government funding and digital transformation, highlighting challenges and opportunities for future development. This study has implications for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers, guiding strategic decision-making and policy formulation to drive the advancement of digital practices within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. 

Malay culture that developed in the Nusantara provides an intellectual heritage in the form of ancient texts, one of which text of Undang Undang Adat (UUA). The UUA text is a text containing Minangkabau customary law. This text was written in 1858 by Datuk Raja Bandara using Arabic-Malay script. The aim of this research is to reveal Minangkabau customary law institutions in the UUA Text. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from the text will be analyzed and explained systematically. Based on reviewing the contents of the text, this research produces findings of customary legal institutions which include (1) cupak nan duo, namely cupak usali and cupak artificial, (2) four laws, namely the nagari law, law in nagari, law -luhak law, and nan twenty laws, (3) kato nan ampek namely kato pusako, kato mufakat, kato kudian bacari, kato dulu batapati, (4) judge's debt or obligation of the judge, and (5) sanctions for violations custom.        

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Pati Ea Culture of the Lewuk Tribe in Natarita Hamlet and the Socio-Economic Conditions After the Pati Ea Ceremony in Natarita Hamlet, Darat Gunung Village, Talibura District. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were the Lewuk Tribe Traditional Leaders, community leaders who had organized pati ea events and community leaders in Natarita Hamlet who were actively involved in pati ea events. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that pati ea is a traditional ritual performed to honor the spirits who have died and ask for abundant yields in wulan lelen (rainy season) and to give thanks for the harvest in wulan daran (summer). Kula babong (deliberation), Teme Pelang ( soaking rice), Leron pati ( slaughtering animals) and Ekak ( feeding the ancestors). The Socio-Economic Condition of the Dusun Natarita community after the Pati Ea ceremony experienced a decline due to the community's non-compliance with adat.

Local cultural tourism in the village has become an increasingly interesting topic in the context of local economic development and preservation of cultural heritage and exotic experiences for tourists. The implementation of this service aims to provide a deeper understanding through socialisation activities in the application of local cultural tour packages as alternative tourist attractions in the Huta Tinggi Tourism village. The method of implementing this service activity is through a one-day seminar with the stages of observation, building communication regarding the willingness of partners, presentation of material, questions and answers and preparation of reports on the programmes that have been carried out. The focus of this socialisation presentation examines the economic impact, cultural preservation, and community participation in tourism development. By presenting tourist attractions that highlight the uniqueness of Huta Tinggi's local traditions, arts and culture, the village can maintain their heritage and encourage a better understanding of their cultural wealth, which is where the importance of this activityties.

The writing of this article was carried out to show and provide education to tourists about what is in the Cirendeu traditional village and what prohibitions there are in the Cirendeu traditional village, so that it can be used as a tourist attraction in Cimahi for tourists. By using the observation method, searching for online-based data and information and also conducting research directly by visiting the Cirendeu traditional village. The Cirendeu traditional village has cultural and artistic values that are still present in their lives. By conducting this research, we hope that tourists will realize and care more about how important it is to maintain the natural beauty and cultural values in a tourist destination. Cireundeu Traditional Village is one of the Tourist Attractions (DTW) in the cultural aspect and is the only traditional village that applies the tourist village concept in Cimahi City. Cireundeu Traditional Village has a variety of potential, but has not been managed and developed well so it has not yet become a sustainable tourism destination. Thus, this article will analyze the various potentials as well as the shortcomings and weaknesses of the Cireundeu Traditional Village, so that the strategy for developing this tourist village can be known.

Achieving professional success relies heavily on having a network of quality contacts. Therefore, networking is key in work life. Breakfast in the morning has become a culture for Indonesian people. The breakfast culture has become an activity as evidenced by the diversity of sellers offering various types of food suitable for breakfast. Breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking between morning and 9 o'clock to meet nutritional needs. Based on the above, easy and practical rice innovation is needed. To respond to this, the author conducted marketing development strategy research on business networks carried out by the UMKM Nasi Gigit Candu. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing development strategy for the Nasi Gigit Candu business network. This research was conducted directly with the owner of Nasi Gigit Opium. This research looks for how the development of business network marketing is carried out by entrepreneurs of the Nasi Gigit Opium Business to decide on product marketing development starting from making breakfast products to products that are marketed into the hands of consumers. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods, namely by direct interviews with Nasi Gigit Opdu MSME owners and financial management.

Independent Entrepreneurship is one of the Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) programs offered by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. This program provides an opportunity for students to add and hone soft skills through learning outside the lecture classroom.The aim of this program is to provide opportunities for students to add and hone soft skills through learning outside the lecture classroom,  Providing in-depth insight into the world of business and economics, understanding business processes, markets, competition, as well as factors that influence business success.The expected results of the independent entrepreneurship program are to stimulate student creativity and innovation, so that students can develop ideas and solutions about business, as well as making prototypes. others as well as increasing sales and so on at affordable prices and manufacturing with minimum possible time.

This research aims to determine the types of children's diversity in learning. The method used in the research is literature study or literature review. There are 2 journals that are suitable for this research. The results of this research show that children's diversity in learning is a phenomenon that is increasingly recognized as a key aspect in education. Children bring a variety of backgrounds, cultures, interests, and abilities to their learning environment. By embracing diversity, educators can create an inclusive environment and allow every child to develop to their potential.

This research discusses the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) in the Independent Curriculum at the UNP Laboratory Development High School. The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the character of students with six main dimensions, such as faith, diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking and creativity. Implementation of P5 is carried out through project-based activities involving these elements, with a focus on the theme "Local Wisdom." UNP Laboratory Development High School implements P5 every three months, involving all education stakeholders. P5 evaluation does not focus on written grades, but rather on strengthening character, especially local wisdom which describes the culture, identity and ethics of the local community. This program aims to prepare students to face the challenges of globalization while maintaining harmony with Pancasila values ​​and local wisdom. The research method used was qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews with the P5 coordinating teacher. The findings show that P5 involves project-based activities aimed at strengthening students' competencies and character in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. The implication of this research is the importance of character education that integrates local wisdom in learning to create a competent and characterful generation.
