The Operational Aspect in Islam emphasizes that production activities must benefit humanity or be related to meeting human needs. For example, the selection of raw materials should not come from haram sources, the production process should be free from activities prohibited by Sharia, production should not be excessive, and there should be no waste. The Islamic view on human resources emphasizes that all workers are huan beings, not robots or business tools. A A Business Feasibility Study refers to an analysis of a business plan, both prior to its implementation and once the business is operating on a regular basis. The aim of this study is to evaluate the operational aspects and human resource management within the feasibility study of the Islamic-based convection business, Brand 57 Busana Pekalongan. This research employs a qualitative approach. The data were collected through field research, which involves conducting the study directly at the site where the phenomena related to the research problem occur. The techniques applied for data collection include observation, interviews, and documentation The result of this study indicate that the Brand 57 Busana pekalongan is feasible in terms of operational and human resource management aspects from a Sharia businesss feasibility study perspective because it has chosen a strategic location, good product quality, adequate production capacity, and technology utilization. In addition, the brand 57 Busana Pekalongan convection is deemed permissible for operational production activities from an Islamic perspective, such as production activities based on Islamic values and Maqashid Syariah. In the implementation of human resources management, the Brand 57 Busana Pekalongan convention has implemented job descriptions, a Muslim work ethic, a fair and decent salary distribution system.

This research aims to analyze the influence of thermal conditions; specifically the temperature difference between the test object and the environment; on the characteristics of air flow and heat transfer around it. The object of this study is a test piece subjected to free air flow under various temperature conditions; focusing on the convection heat transfer phenomenon. The main problem addressed is how temperature variations affect the convection heat transfer coefficient; heat transfer rate; and heat flux; as well as changes in air velocity and pressure profiles. Therefore; the objective of this research is to quantitatively compare and assess these thermal and fluid parameters through an experimental study approach and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation. The methodology involves direct measurement of temperature and pressure parameters under low and high-temperature conditions; which are then processed to determine the convection coefficient (); heat transfer rate (); and heat flux (). The main findings indicate that at low-temperature conditions; the heat transfer coefficient () was found to be 53.26 ; the heat transfer rate () was 24.99 W; and the heat flux () was 537.87 ; with a pressure drop of 0.86 Pa. In conclusion; thermal conditions play a crucial role in determining the dynamics of air flow and the efficiency of heat transfer; the greater the temperature difference (); the higher the potential heat transfer rate; establishing a strong correlation between thermal conditions and the convection phenomenon.

The lack of a systematic calculation approach makes it difficult for APR Nine to monitor fabric raw material inventory, resulting in raw material purchases still being based on habit and intuition. With a total inventory of 2,001 rolls and raw material usage of 1,803 rolls of fabric, there were seven times of excess stock and five times of shortage during the period of October 2024 to September 2025. The difference between the two was 198 rolls. This study uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to analyze fabric raw material inventory control. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis using data from the period of October 2024 to September 2025. The results of the study indicate that 1694 orders with an ordering frequency of 10 times, a safety stock of 29 rolls, and a reorder point of 35 rolls are the ideal quantities when using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach. Compared to the previous APR Nine approach, the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is more effective in reducing overall inventory costs from Rp. 5,011,949.35 to Rp. 4,508,824.67.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting Indonesia’s economic development, not only by contributing to economic growth but also by creating employment opportunities. Along with the rapid increase in the number of MSMEs, competition among business actors has become increasingly intense, including in the knitted industry, which requires consistent product quality and efficient production processes. In this context, this community service program is designed to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs by improving their understanding and implementation of machine maintenance. Proper and well-planned maintenance practices are expected to reduce the risk of machine failure and minimize product defects. The activities were carried out through a series of socialization sessions, training programs, and technical assistance focused on machine maintenance calculations. The expected output of this program is a community service report that will be further developed into a scientific article and published in the Indonesian Journal of Community Service.

In Indonesia, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have long been recognized as a very important business sector due to their various real roles in the economy. However, MSMEs often face many obstacles in running their businesses. More incentive support from various parties, especially the government, is needed for the development of MSMEs. In order to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs and support their sustainability, a KKU (Business Field Study) activity was carried out by Group 15 at the KKU-11 of the Institute of Technology and Business (ITB) Adias Pemalang at the MSME “Ev_Kids Product.”After conducting an observation phase, several problems faced by the SME were identified, including the lack of social media for marketing, failure to calculate the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and maintain simple accounting records, absence of a business logo, banners, promotional image designs, organizational structure, business profile, product catalog, stamps, receipt books, and product attributes. Additionally, the SME had never produced a production video or promotional video.After conducting the observation phase, KKU actors formulated several business development assistance programs, namely creating social media accounts, calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), creating simple bookkeeping, creating a business logo, banners, promotional image designs, organizational structure, business profile, product catalog, stamps, note books, and product attributes in the form of hangtags. They also created production videos and promotional videos.

This research aims to analyze the risk factors of occupational accidents and identify effective prevention efforts within the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), specifically at Inkside Sablon. This qualitative study, employing a case study approach, utilized in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentary analysis for data collection. The findings indicate that occupational accident risk factors at Inkside Sablon are influenced by several aspects, including human factors such as lack of safety awareness and fatigue, environmental factors like inadequate ventilation and suboptimal lighting, and equipment factors such as non-ergonomic tools and insufficient maintenance. The prevention efforts implemented by Inkside Sablon are still partial and not well-structured, thus requiring the integration of more comprehensive safety programs, such as enhanced safety and health (OSH) training, provision of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and improvements in management and supervision systems. It is expected that the implementation of these measures will increase worker awareness and reduce the number of occupational accidents, thereby creating a safer and more productive work environment

This study aims to analyze the thermal performance of the heating system in a small-scale plastic bolt molding machine using LDPE material, in order to determine process parameters that are efficient while maintaining product quality. The method used includes experimental testing at two set-point temperatures (90 °C and 120 °C), measurement of melting time and feed mass per cycle, as well as heat balance calculations separating the contributions of conduction, convection, and radiation on the barrel heated by a band heater. In addition, the power/energy requirement per cycle and productivity projections based on hopper capacity were calculated. The results show that increasing the set-point from 90 °C to 120 °C accelerates melting from ±240 s to ±180 s (≈25% faster). Heat transfer analysis confirmed the dominance of conduction (≈329.7 W at 90 °C and ≈471 W at 120 °C), while convection and radiation contributions were much smaller; the total system heat rate was ≈342.7 W (90 °C) and ≈490.8 W (120 °C). The discussion highlights the process trade-off: higher set-points increase production rate and mold filling quality (due to lower melt viscosity), but may raise energy consumption per cycle and require tighter mold temperature control to limit shrinkage/warpage. The practical implications for SMEs are the need for efficiency strategies based on barrel insulation, heater contact area optimization, and correlation of temperature-time settings with quality and energy consumption targets. This study concludes that controlled temperature and heating duration, supported by simple yet targeted thermal design, can improve cycle time consistency, dimensional precision, and energy efficiency in small-scale plastic bolt molding machines.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a strategic role in national economic development, particularly in rural areas. Their existence not only supports local economic growth but also contributes to cultural preservation. One concrete example is the Balinese kamen embroidery convection industry that is developing in Kates Village, Kauman District, Tulungagung Regency. This industry not only produces products that represent local cultural identity but also serves as a primary source of livelihood for a large portion of the local community. This study aims to examine the role and impact of this embroidery convection industry on improving the economic conditions of the Kates Village community. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study method, where data were collected through direct observation techniques, in-depth interviews with village officials, convection business owners, workers, and local residents, as well as documentation related to production activities. The results show that this industry is able to absorb a significant local workforce, both among women and youth, thereby reducing unemployment. Furthermore, community incomes have increased, directly impacting families' living standards. Furthermore, the existence of this industry has also encouraged the growth of new entrepreneurs, both in the convection sector and other supporting sectors such as distribution and marketing. Overall, the Balinese kamen embroidery convection industry in Kates Village has proven to be a local economic force based on culture. Its potential to strengthen the people's economy is enormous, especially if developed in a targeted and sustainable manner through policy support and capacity building of business actors. Therefore, greater attention from the government and other stakeholders is needed to ensure this industry continues to grow and provides long-term positive impacts for the community.

This Community Service Activity was conducted to develop branding on local products in Kerinjing Village, Tanjung Raja District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This activity was carried out offline. The method of this community service activity was training and mentoring for participants. Participants in the activity were MSME actors engaged in food and beverage processing, convection, and several other fields. The community service activity began with a presentation of material, discussion, and direct practice of using media in making logos. In addition, participants were also directed to use social media to brand their products. The results of the community service activity showed that some participants understood the branding material and could use the Canva application to make their product logos, which will be used in packaging or distributed through social media. Successful branding will build a positive image for consumers, ultimately increasing consumer interest in the product.

This research is motivated by the limited workforce at Risse Convection, where this convection has not been able to increase income significantly due to limited production capacity caused by a lack of qualified workforce. The aim of this research is to provide concrete recommendations for Risse Convection in developing an effective human resource development strategy to deal with workforce limitations and meet demand for sharia clothing products. The following is the essence of the research based on the problem formulation for copra entrepreneurs in Nagari Lansek Kadok: the majority of copra entrepreneurs in Nagari Lansek Kadok, South Rao District, Pasaman Regency, prioritize excellent service to customers and analyze the growth of their business to increase people's income. Because most of the residents of Nagari Lansek Kadok have lower middle class incomes, the community still views the purchase price given by the seller (copra entrepreneur) as reasonable. The business strategies of Nagari Lansek Kadok copra entrepreneurs, the factors that hinder these entrepreneurs, and the development strategies carried out by traders in this area are things that need to be improved if the residents of Nagari Lansek Kadok, South Rao District, Pasaman Regency can make improvements. to see an increase in their income. The reason behind this is that they continuously incorporate new ideas into the development of their company. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the human resource development strategy to overcome the limited workforce in Risse Convection Sungai Pua, Agam Regency is: 1. Lack of workforce at Risse Konveksi resulted in reduced production of sharia clothing on the market, workforce competency occurred due to the lack of special training for employees, resulting in the work being completed more slowly or not on time. To overcome this problem, Risse Convection implements an annual reward system, and employee training is carried out personally. For new employees, Risse Convection uses its convection advantages in innovative sharia clothing designs to be able to recruit employees from the surrounding area or outside the village/nagari as well as the use of social media to promote new design innovations to reach a wider audience and increase brand visibility. 2. By using the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy method, namely optimizing existing strengths by taking advantage of existing opportunities. The SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy that can be applied in increasing employment at Risse Convection is: utilizing excellence in innovative sharia clothing design to recruit employees from the surrounding area or outside the village/nagari and maintaining an annual reward system for employees who work hard to improve motivation and productivity.

This study presents a computational analysis of a corn drying system using SolidWorks simulation tools. The main objective is to understand the thermal and flow behavior within a silo-type corn dryer powered by a wood-fueled horizontal furnace. The simulation covers thermal distribution, air velocity, and flow trajectories using finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The model includes a vertical silo with embedded piping systems and air inlets driven by blower-induced convection. The heat source, simulated at 500°C from the furnace, is transferred through ducts into the drying chamber. The results indicate that air temperature reaches up to 100°C within the chamber with a velocity of up to 5 m/s. Temperature and velocity distributions show a good potential for uniform drying, although lower regions exhibit heat accumulation. These findings highlight the effectiveness of the system design in enhancing drying efficiency.

The textile industry, especially clothing, is never-ending, because clothing is one of the primary needs, so that production services for ready-made clothing or the clothing convection industry continue to grow rapidly. One of the companies in the clothing convection industry in Malang City is CV. Defix Unggul Jaya. The clothing convection industry often shows intensive and repetitive work patterns. This can result in excessive workloads on workers, causing work-related diseases. Each stage of work in the clothing convection industry can cause risks related to work postures such as neck pain complaints. The incidence of neck pain complaints in workers reaches 6-67%. So the role of physiotherapy becomes very important, where the form of physiotherapy services not only provides treatment, but can provide services in the form of preventing neck pain disorders through socialization activities. The purpose of this socialization activity is to see the importance of the role of physiotherapy education in understanding the prevention of neck pain in CV. Defix Unggul Jaya, Malang City convection workers. The method used is education through socialization related to neck pain complaints using leaflets as a promotional media for the mat and using pre-test and post-test to determine the level of workers' understanding of neck pain complaints. The results obtained show an increase in the understanding of convection workers regarding the prevention and proper handling of neck pain.

Didik Bag Convection is a manufacturing business specializing in bag production. However, its production activities often encounter issues related to product quality, such as defects caused by employees' lack of understanding of new sewing machines, the absence of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and an unsupportive work environment. To address these issues, quality control measures are necessary, which can be analyzed using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify the root causes of defects in product quality and production processes. The quality control analysis techniques employed include Check Sheets, Pareto Diagrams, Control Charts (P-Charts), and Fishbone Diagrams (Cause-and-Effect Diagrams). The results of this study indicate that the quality control at Didik Bag Convection is within acceptable limits as it falls within normal control boundaries. The number of defective products remains within a reasonable threshold. Based on the Pareto Diagram, damaged stitching defects account for the highest proportion of defects, making up 43.28% of the total defects. Improvements to address stitching defects are needed, which can be achieved using the Fishbone Diagram by focusing on the factors of Man (human resources), Material (raw materials), Machine, Method, and Environmental indicators that influence product defects during production.

This study aims to determine the effect of working hours and labor on wages with loyalty as an intervening variable (Case Study of Convection Tailors in Medan City). The research method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of several convections in Medan City. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample were 85 respondents and used a saturated total sampling technique. This research uses SPSS statistical tools. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Working Hours have a significant effect on Wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Working Hours variable (2.314) is greater than the ttable (1.989) and the sig value is 0.014 <0.05. Labor has a significant effect on wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Labor variable (3.609) is greater than the ttable (1.989) and the sig value is 0.001 <0.05. Loyalty cannot mediate the effect of working hours on wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the indirect effect of the Working Hours variable (0.007) is smaller than the ttable (1.989). Loyalty can mediate the effect of Labor on Wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the indirect effect of the Working Hours variable (2.025) is greater than the ttable (1.989). As well as Working Hours and Labor have a simultaneous and significant effect on Wages. This is evidenced by because the Fcount of (6.518) is greater than the Ftable (3.11) and the sig value of 0.002 <0.05.

The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of Raw Material Inventory Control on Production Results and the influence of the Production Process on Production Results among employees of the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi. This research is quantitative research using the causality method with a survey approach. The data source used is a primary data source and the data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations. In this research, the analytical tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. In the hypothesis testing process, the F test and t test are used. The results of the research show that control of raw material supplies, production processes and production results at the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi has a very good rating classification. Control of Raw Material Inventory and Production Process simultaneously has a significant effect on the Production Results of the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi. Partial control of raw material supplies has a significant effect on the production results of the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi. In this paper, Spline techniques have become prominent lately due to their effectiveness in addressing singular perturbation boundary value problems. These issues, defined by a boundary layer or a minor parameter associated with a derivative term, pose difficulties due to swift fluctuations in solutions adjacent to the boundary. Solutions to singularly perturbed involving both positive and negative changes in a spatial variable are shown in this review article. The methods presented here are algorithmic in nature. The singular perturbation that arises in neural activity simulation and the approaches proposed by numerous investigators between 2004 and 2024 are the only ones covered in this review. A variety of types of singularly perturbed were reviewed, including ordinary delay differential . Discovering what numerical and analytical strategies have been created in the past decade to address these types of issues is the primary objective of this review. Its secondary objective is to encourage academics to come up with novel, strong approaches to resolving related issues.

Companies today are faced with a variety of opportunities and threats. Entrepreneurs are starting to be pressured to innovate, minimize operational costs, and perform well in their business. An increase in sales can be said to be a series of activities to increase the release of products through buying and selling activities. This service aims to share a technology development to increase sales in the beret hat convection MSME business in Ngudi Hamlet, Punggul Village, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used as basic research for this service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The result of this activity is the establishment of Shopee and Tokopedia accounts that have been developed regarding business descriptions and photos of attractive products. The author emphasizes the spirit of entrepreneurship in the era of more and more competitors by utilizing social media and e-commerce.

This article discusses the importance of understanding heat convection in fluids in the context of physics and engineering. Using first order Simple Differential Equations (PDS), we can analyze the temperature distribution in a fluid over time and space in high detail. PDS allows modeling heat convection by considering parameters such as temperature differences and fluid flow velocity. Numerical methods are used to complete the PDS computationally, while data collection techniques through literature studies provide an in-depth understanding of relevant theories and previous findings. With the application of PDS and numerical methods, we can better understand and predict heat transfer in fluids, which has wide applications in engineering, biology, and physics. In conclusion, this article provides a comprehensive insight into the use of PDS in the analysis of heat convection in static and dynamic fluids, with a focus on mathematical and computational approaches to better understand this phenomenon.

This study aims to analyze the effect of competitive advantage on the sales performance of PT Abdillah Sukses Bersama. The purpose of this study is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of PT Abdillah Konveksi. In addition, this study discusses the various strategies used by Abdillah Konveksi to improve their sales performance. In this study, the author collected data through interviews and observations. The results showed that Abdillah Konveksi is in a fairly good condition compared to its competitors' convection positions, each of which has its own characteristics and advantages. Abdillah Konveksi is also able to take advantage of opportunities from the problems that exist in the Bangka Belitung Islands. One of the famous convections in Bangka Belitung, PT Abdillah Sukses Bersama, emerged as a result of the most appropriate initial strategy, which focuses on promotional strategies to publicize and build the brand.
