Human being having a conscience and freedom to determine what is good and performing actions according to God's will. In today's era, phenomena show that human being sometimes ignores the Divine law and do not listen to their conscience. These acts of infidelity  drive a human being to fall into sin and live contradict according to God's will. However, God through the Holy Church always gives the human being the opportunity to revert to God. The Church provides the special opportunity to repent, explicitly through the Sacrament of Reconciliation . It was emphasized by St. John XXIII in the Encyclical Paenitentiam Agere. The method used is a literature study, especially studying the Encyclical Paenitentiam Agere. The results of the study show that the spirit of repentance as proclaimed in the Encyclical Paenitentiam Agere says that only through repentance the Christians will nurture in the perfection of life. The repentance according to St. John XXIII is a repentance of the body and soul. The conclusion of this study confirms that inner repentance is a repentance carried out by Christians through a good confession of sins and taking part in the Eucharistic sacrifice and receiving holy communion. Inner repentance is realized in everyday life through daily actions called external repentance. By doing external and internal repentance, the Christians will obtain true happiness and salvation from God.

Of course, there are many ways you can reduce homesickness, such as doing useful activities. This research aims to analyze the determination of the internalization of BerAKHLAK work culture in constructing apparatus integrity within the Social Services Department of East Java Province. In the context of modern bureaucratic transformation, Civil Servants (ASN) are required to have a strong work culture foundation as a moral compass to avoid practices that deviate from professional ethics. The Social Services Department possesses unique characteristics as it interacts directly with vulnerable social groups, necessitating personnel with unwavering integrity and moral immunity against the temptation of abusive authority. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, this research dissects the phenomenon of value internalization holistically through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the internalization process of BerAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative) is carried out through a social construction dialectic encompassing stages of externalization, objectification, and internalization. Phenomenological findings suggest a paradigm shift from formalistic integrity toward substantive integrity, where values such as Accountability and Loyalty are no longer viewed merely as regulatory burdens but as manifestations of moral responsibility rooted in individual conscience. The habituation process through routine actions, such as consistently precise data verification, has created an "ethical sedimentation" that transforms honest behavior into an instinctive or automatic self-governing action. Furthermore, the Harmonious and Collaborative dimensions have successfully established peer-supervision mechanisms and a collective social identity that strengthens the organization's moral fortress through collective social shame against deviations. The integration of Competent and Adaptive values also proves to be a primary determinant in mitigating ethical risks, where technical professionalism encourages personnel to remain transparent despite complex field pressures. Overall, the internalization of BerAKHLAK work culture has successfully reconstructed the integrity of the East Java Social Services apparatus into a stable social reality, which not only transforms work methods but also builds public trust through quality and equitable service.

Learning materials are not merely tools, but rather as the main source that provides important substance for learning. This concept is enriched by the view that learning materials are not only physical materials, but also something that carries meaningful messages to achieve teaching goals. Learning material on prayer jurisprudence, it can be seen that there is a gap in the approach which is still focused on declarative and procedural aspects. These materials do not yet reflect comprehensive Islamic education that can penetrate the emotional and spiritual dimensions. Therefore, there is a need to develop more meaningful prayer fiqh material by combining emotional and spiritual values as additional material to support the goals of Islamic education that are in accordance with the principles of Islamic education. religious principles and Education laws. The emotional and spiritual intelligence material is prepared first according to the content of prayer jurisprudence. Ari Ginanjar's ESQ concept can be used as the main reference for this preparation. The results of the preparation are combined with existing prayer jurisprudence material. The results of this combination are then said to be the development of teaching materials, for example; The material on prayer intentions is given additional material on spiritual emotional intelligence which explains that intention contains the meaning that "Integrity is sincerity, honesty and commitment that grows from the impulse of one's conscience, not influenced by other factors". After the development of the teaching materials was ready, inquiry, contextual and expository learning strategies were chosen as relatively easier strategies in interpreting prayer fikh material based on the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence material.

This research aims to analyze the effect of imposing sanctions on perpetrators of the crime of child sexual intercourse in decision number 4/pid.sus-anak/2022/PN.Lbo. This research is normative research by dissecting problems related to rules or norms, principles and regulations as well as court decisions, and analyzed descriptively. The research results show the factors that influence the judge in handing down decision number 4/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/PN.Lbo regarding the crime of child sexual intercourse, seen from both juridical and non-juridical aspects, which pay attention to the charges given by the public prosecutor, the facts of the trial and is based on two valid pieces of evidence, namely the testimony of the witness and the defendant. Non-juridical considerations are that the perpetrator admits his actions and mistakes, promises not to repeat them; the perpetrator has never been convicted and makes a statement that he will be responsible for what he did; and act kindly and politely during the trial. Therefore, judges in examining sexual relations cases must be more proportional and prioritize conscience, especially in terms of providing protection to victims, considering the long-lasting effects on the future of children and the nation. Parents are expected to increase supervision and vigilance towards their children, especially girls so that they do not become victims of criminal acts. Apart from that, society and the government are expected to maximize the role and function of protecting children as the next generation

Elections or general elections have an important role in determining the future of the nation by electing leaders and officials who are directly elected by the people and for the people. Democracy is the main factor in holding elections as people are free to choose according to their conscience without any coercion or threat. However, the process of implementing elections in Indonesia still experiences obstacles such as the white group (golput) who choose to give up their voting rights in determining the future of the nation. Therefore, we provide solutions and suggestions that can be used to reduce the percentage of the white group by means of election education, voting training, encouraging political parties to be more active, using the media to publish information about elections, election monitoring, research and opinion surveys as described in this research article that we wrote in the hope that it will create a movement to suppress white groups who throw away their voting rights. Then, in compiling this research article, we used an empirical juridical qualitative research method by raising two problem formulations that are problems in the current era. With the results of this research article, hopefully it can help you and can be a source of reference in preparing research that has the same aims and objectives.

Toxic leadership in church contexts is not merely an organizational problem; it can become a psychospiritual wound when pastoral authority is used to shame, silence, manipulate, or control congregants in the name of God. This article examines pastoral counseling for congregants who experience inner wounds caused by toxic leadership in the church. The study addresses a gap in previous research: leadership studies have clarified the concepts of abusive supervision and destructive leadership. In contrast, religious trauma research has described spiritual abuse, yet fewer works have developed a constructive pastoral counseling synthesis that integrates both fields. Using a conceptual and integrative literature review design, this article draws on peer-reviewed studies on toxic leadership, spiritual abuse, institutional betrayal, moral injury, trauma-informed care, and spiritually integrated psychotherapy. The synthesis proposes that pastoral counseling in this context must be trauma-informed, spiritually competent, ecclesially accountable, and clinically humble. Three findings are advanced: toxic church leadership wounds identity, agency, and God-image; pastoral counseling must begin with safety, validation, narrative reconstruction, and protection of conscience; and recovery requires individual care and institutional repair through accountability, referral pathways, and anti-retaliatory church culture. The article concludes that pastoral counseling is most constructive when it becomes a ministry of truth-telling, non-coercive accompaniment, and communal restoration rather than a tool for preserving abusive systems.
