Training on the Use of Code.org-based Educational Games in Delivering Material in Schools is a community service activity which aims to improve teachers' skills in using video-based learning media. This activity was carried out at SDN Kedungdalem II, attended by 12 teachers. This abstract explains the reasons for choosing this topic, namely to overcome challenges in delivering material in schools and utilizing the potential of technology in the learning process. The method used is interactive training and direct practice in creating and editing educational games for learning. During the training, teachers were provided with knowledge about code.org-based educational game concepts and technical skills to create interesting and effective educational games. The results of the training show an increase in teacher skills in using code.org-based educational games and more active student participation in learning. Teachers report increased student learning motivation and better understanding of concepts after implementing code.org-based educational games in the classroom. The conclusion from this activity is that this training succeeded in providing significant benefits for teachers and students. Using educational games based on code.org can improve the quality of learning and produce a more interactive learning environment

The rapid development of science and technology has led to the emergence of various crimes that violate the law by utilizing technology, for example the Doni Salmanan binary option fraud case, which uses the quotex and flexing platforms on social media to influence the public so that they are interested in trading. This relates to forensic linguistics which analyzes the relationship between language and the field of law. This study aims to 1) understand the utterances used by Doni Salmanan to influence someone from a pragmatic perspective of speech acts, 2) understand the meaning of the language used by Doni Salmanan from a semantic perspective, 3) examine how the relationship between the language used by Doni Salmanan and violations in the world of law . The method used in this study is a qualitative method, data collection techniques in the form of documentary studies, and using a forensic linguistic approach from the pragmatic and semantic perspectives of speech acts. The results of this study concluded that Doni deliberately spread hoax news, flexing and charity with the aim of convincing and motivating members that his current wealth is the result of trading. From a pragmatic point of view, the speech delivered by Doni Salmanan contains illocutionary and perlocutionary meanings. Meanwhile, from a semantic point of view, it can be concluded that binary options trading does not have a definite profit and the teaching method may not be profitable because the activity is chancy. So that Doni violated Article 45A paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) RI Law number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE as amended and added to RI Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. This research aims to determine the application of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) in Islamic Business Management. This research uses a qualitative research method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The existing data sources come from indexed journal literature that has an ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) electronically which has been published via the internet with the code E-ISSN. Data collection was carried out via internet surfing from Google Scholar. The research data population is journals and books that focus on POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). The results of this research state that the implementation of planning in Islamic business management must be in line with sharia values, ensuring that business objectives not only benefit the company, but also create social and economic benefits for society as a whole. The application of organizing in Islamic business management involves the creation of a fair and sustainable organizational structure. The separation of duties and responsibilities must reflect fairness, and strategic decisions must take into account their impact on society. Synergy between business interests and general welfare is the main key in the organizing process. The application of actuating in Islamic business management is the implementation of Islamic values in every company action such as work ethics, transparency and honesty and creating fair economic opportunities. The application of controlling in Islamic business management includes continuous monitoring of compliance with sharia principles. This includes ongoing evaluation of business sustainability and fair distribution of profits. Controls also ensure that the business operates in accordance with Islamic objectives and does not involve practices that are inconsistent with sharia law.

This article presents the results of an analysis of the alleged defamation case of Marissa Icha by Medina Zein. As a form of forensic linguistics study, the data in this research was analyzed descriptively-analytically using semantic and pragmatic approaches. This research found that 1) semantically, the defendants indicated that they intended to commit acts of insult and/or defamation. 2) pragmatically, the majority of these utterances fell into the form of expressive illocutions, especially to show anger or simply the personal opinion of the defendant, and thus, 3) these speeches can be said to have the potential to violate article 27 paragraph (3) of the ITE Law and articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code

The purpose of the research conducted was to design an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku. Data processing at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku has not utilized the use of information technology to support operational activities, data processing is still recorded manually, such as in processing student assessment data, teacher data, lesson schedule data and student final report data (Raport) and data storage is still done conventionally using paper and cabinets. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The system development method uses the Prototype method. At the design stage using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This system is built using PHP, Mysql, Xampp, and database. The results of this study are a web-based academic information system using the Codeigniter Framework. From this application it is hoped that it will make it easier to process Academic data for SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku so that it is faster and more detailed, and makes it easier to make final data reports on student scores (Rapot).

A traditional house is a house that has a characteristic building that symbolizes the culture of a region. The uniqueness of traditional houses in Indonesia is one of the learning materials for students in Indonesia. Books that are a medium for introducing traditional houses in Indonesia still have shortcomings in the form of limited visual display of traditional houses. So that it reduces children's interest in recognizing the traditional houses of the archipelago. This can lead to cultural erosion. Therefore, to increase interest and insight into the culture of this traditional house, technology and culture are combined. This combination uses augmented reality technology to introduce the traditional houses of the archipelago. Traditional houses are visualized through 3-dimensional objects in the android application. The augmented reality application developed is dynamic, so that the addition of content can be done without modifying the program code. This application will visualize 9 traditional houses from 9 provinces in Java, Nusa Tenggara, and Bali. The test results show an increase in knowledge of SDN Banjarmendalan students by 56% which means the application is quite effective to help students recognize the traditional houses of the archipelago and from the assessment of student satisfaction with the application get a score of 90.5% which means the application is enough to attract students to learn to recognize traditional houses.

Auditing is one of the fields in accounting. The public accounting profession has an important role in auditing financial reports in an organization and is a profession trusted by the public. From the public accounting profession, the public expects a free and impartial assessment of the information presented by management in financial reports (Mulyadi and Puradireja, 1998). Harjanto (2014) explains that good audit quality can in principle be achieved if auditors apply audit standards and principles, act freely without taking sides, comply with the law and adhere to the professional code of ethics. This research analyzes factors that influence audit quality. The purpose of this research is to test how much audit quality is produced by auditors. The analysis technique uses MRA analysis with a sample of Semarang City KAP auditors.

Health services which is execllent is able to refer to prime levels that are implemented on basis of service and code of ethics. Those will create a satisfaction for each patient. To measure the quality of service, there are several references, including; tangibles, reliability, empathy, assurance, and responsiveness. This study investigated the correlation between service quality and outpatient satisfaction at Manguharjo Lung Hospital (RS Paru Mangunharjo), Madiun, East Java. All the specimens in this research were outpatients where purposive sampling is used to determine the research sample. Data Accomodation technique is carried out by questionnaire. The  output of the research, from 80 respondents asked about the relation between service quality and outpatient satisfaction at Manguharjo Lung Hospital, it can be concluded that there are dealings among Reliability, Assurance Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness. The outcome of this research is ecpected to contribute theoritically such escalating quality development especially in public institutions, namely hospitals. Practically, It can be a consideration in arranging the policies that relate about hospital service particularly for outpatient service cases.

This research aims to find out how the implementation of K3 in clinics meets standards and to analyze problems related to the implementation of K3 at Kimia Farma clinic, Pasar Minggu. South Jakarta. The method used is a descriptive method by collecting retrospective and concurrent data. The research results obtained are that the Kimia Farma Pasar Minggu Clinic, South Jakarta is a health service place that already has an K3 commitment as evidenced by the availability of a Decree from the Owner of the Clinic Facilities regarding the implementation of K3 as well as a Decree from the K3 Implementation Team, the availability of competent human resources and supported by training and allocation of funds, available SOPs for Standard Precautions Compliance Levels, available B3 waste management carried out by third parties, available SOPs and PPE related to waste management, available SOPs for reporting work accidents, reporting work-related illnesses and available Emergency Response Teams or Red Code Teams.

The author uses qualitative legal research with secondary data sources in this research. In this article, the research method used is the normative news method. The Police of the Republic of Indonesia have direct authority to carry out all criminal acts, including theft with violence. This is in accordance with the police's duty to maintain security and public order, protection, protection and community service, as well as law enforcement. In the law enforcement process, efforts are made to uphold functions with legal norms as guidelines for behavior in traffic or legal relations in society and the state where there are perpetrators who commit the criminal act in question, in the sense of people who, with some intention or something unintentional, as required by law, have left a consequence of climbing the law whether it is subjective elements or other elements and in article 362 of the Criminal Code it is explained that the act of taking an item which in whole or in part includes a statement by another person with the intention of possessing the item in violation of the rights.

The crime of trafficking in persons (TPPO) is an extraordinary crime that must be eradicated together. Anyone can become a victim, be it men, women, even children. This study aims to find out the form of legal arrangements for children who are victims of the crime of trafficking in persons in the old Criminal Code (KUHP) and the new Criminal Code in Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The type of research used in this research is normative legal research. The approach used in this paper is the statutory approach and the comparative approach. The results of the study show that in the latest Criminal Code there is a detailed explanation regarding the crime of trafficking in persons, which regulates corporations, regarding the act of recruiting, transporting, harboring, sending, transferring or receiving a person, through threats of violence, use of force, kidnapping, confinement , forgery, fraud, abuse of power or position of vulnerability, debt bondage, or giving payments or benefits, as well as the minimum and maximum penalties that have been categorized in Law Number 1 of 2023.

In the era of digitalization and rapid technological development, payment systems have undergone significant transformation. One innovation in payments is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which has become increasingly common in various sectors. An in-depth understanding of the implementation of QRIS in the new canteen environment of Jakarta State University will provide valuable insight into how this new technology impacts the transaction process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques are based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving the initial goal of improving the payment process, understand the positive impacts that have been generated by the use of QRIS, including increased efficiency, transaction security and convenience for users, and identify obstacles. that may arise in implementing QRIS, such as network problems or additional costs, which may affect its effectiveness. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has gone well even though several obstacles need to be corrected, such as a lack of consistency in payment rules and a lack of socialization about QRIS. The Policy and Use of QRIS in the new canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving order, efficiency, and security in the payment process, simplifying transactions, reducing dependence on cash, reducing the risk of errors, and increasing sales in the canteen. Although there are challenges such as network problems, inadequate smartphones, and administration costs. It is highly recommended that sellers and managers of the New Jakarta State University Canteen continue to implement quality improvements properly. It is necessary to carry out intensive outreach to students and canteen staff regarding QRIS and how to use it, and it is important to ensure that the QRIS system runs smoothly and safely. Thus, the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University provides significant benefits and has the potential to continue to be improved.

High blood pressure, marked by a sustained rise in arterial pressure, poses a complex medical challenge with diverse origins. Internal factors like gender, age, and heredity, combined with external elements such as obesity, unhealthy habits, and stress, contribute to its development. The aging process in elderly individuals often results in reduced adaptive capacity, making them more susceptible to various ailments, including hypertension. To address this issue, Therapeutic Touch is explored as a non-pharmacological intervention, utilizing touch energy to modulate the nervous system and hormonal responses, thereby restoring energy balance and reducing pain and blood pressure levels. This study investigates the impact of Therapeutic Touch on blood pressure reduction in hypertensive elderly individuals in Balung Village, Kendit District, Situbondo Regency, using an experimental design with a one-group pre- and post-test setup. The research involves the entire hypertensive elderly population of Balung Village (32 individuals), with 30 participants selected through purposive sampling for a six-session Therapeutic Touch intervention over two weeks. Data collection employs observation sheets with coded responses, revealing a significant post-intervention shift towards normal blood pressure. Statistical analysis, using the Wilcoxon signed test (p-value: 0.000 ? ? 0.005), supports the acceptance of the  hypothesis. In conclusion, Therapeutic Touch proves effective in reducing blood pressure among elderly individuals with hypertension, operating through mechanisms influencing nerves, hormones, and overall body relaxation.

This research aims to determine the optimization of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payment system in realizing financial inclusion. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis using the literature method by conducting a literature study. The research results show that using QRIS is getting easier because it is able to reach various merchants with integrated mobile banking applications and digital wallets. Optimizing the QRIS payment system can realize and overcome the challenges of financial inclusion in Indonesia and open wider financial access for Indonesian society as a whole.

Nurses must correctly identify patients as people who will be given certain services or treatment, this must be done by adapting the service or treatment to each patient. This identification process requires at least two ways of identification, such as name, identification number, date of birth, barcoded bracelet or others. The aim of this research is to analyze the behavior of nurses in wearing patient identification bracelets in the children's inpatient installation at RSUD. Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai. This research uses qualitative research (In-depth interviews). From this research, the sample consisted of 6 (six) people, namely 1 key informant and 5 main informants. The results of the research are that not all nurses know about the Fixed Procedure (PROTAP) for using patient identification bracelets in the class III children's inpatient room at Dr. RSUD. R.M. Djoelham Binjai is good, not all nurses' attitude in carrying out the Permanent Procedure (PROTAP) for wearing patient identification bracelets in the class III children's inpatient room at RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai is not yet good, not all of the nurses' actions were correct in carrying out the Permanent Procedure (PROTAP) for wearing patient identification bracelets in the class III children's inpatient room at Dr. R.M. Joelham Binjai, Suggestions are expected for hospital management to avoid things that are undesirable for babies to also wear identity bracelets, not just mothers. Protap disseminates affirmations and hospital policies that include rewards and punishments for nurses so that there are no mistakes in identity. And continues to provide socialization, education and understanding of the importance of nurse behavior when installing patient identification bracelets in pediatric inpatient rooms.

The examination of witnesses regulated by Act No. 8 of 1981 on the Code of Criminal Procedure Law (hereinafter referred to as KUHAP) is a provision concerning formal criminal law. In the case No. PDM-242/JKTSL/10/2022 with the accused Ferdy Sambo (FS) and the case N. P.D.M-246/Jktsl/10/2022 with Princess Chandrwati (PC) there is an event conducted examination of witnesses jointly, becoming a material of investigation, whether such examination can be carried out simultaneously considering the witness in giving explanations must be independent. To respond to the focus of research in this research use normative jurisprudential research methods with conceptual approaches and legislative approaches. The conclusion is that the joint examination of witnesses is based on Article 172 (1) of the Convention. Accordingly, the public prosecutor or the accused or the legal counselor may prepare a witness of a qualitative nature, subject to the provisions of applicable law, so that the testimony of the witnesses may have a valid proof force. Furthermore, it is expected that the law enforcement agencies will be able to carry out witness examination procedures accurately and honestly in order to the objective of the examination in the trial, which is to material truth.

Dengan berkembangnya e-commerce, persaingan antar toko online menjadi semakin ketat. Banyak perusahaan perlu menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan pasar yang berubah-ubah. Untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif, perusahaan harus memahami pentingnya kepuasan pelanggan. Pelanggan yang puas akan membeli produk lagi, membicarakan produk dengan baik kepada orang lain. Penelitian ini mengambil obyek di Transmart Setiabudi Kota Semarang, karena masa pandemi COVID-19 ini meluncurkan layanan pesan antar Transmart Home Dailivery (THD) yang dapat diakses melalui website thd.transretail.co.id ataupun dengan cara scan QR code yang terdapat pada seluruh sosial media Transmart Carrefour. Peluncuran layanan pesan antar ini diharap mampu membantu memenuhi kebutuhan harian masyarakat terutama produk fresh food, namun tetap meminimalisir penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19). Permasalahan yang diangkat penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah dampak online fresh product delivery service dan pakaging produk dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini sesuai renstra Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 dalam topik tata kelola bisnis perusahaan.

This paper aims to investigate the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Ships. Eastern Fair at PT. pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. In writing this paper, the author utilizes methodology, during the Onshore Practice, the author collects materials from field observation methods and library methods. This is intended to gain a deeper understanding of the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Eastern Fair Ship at PT. Pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. The ISM Code is an International regulation developed by the International Maritime Oeganization (IMO) to ensure the safety of ship operation and the protection of the marine environment. By integrating the principles of the ISM Code into their operations, shipping companies can create a safer and more efficient environment for both ship crew and onshore personnel. Safety onboard is a shared responsibility. Safety plays a crucial role in the overall operation of ships. Facts shw that as much as 80% of all accidents can be attributed to human error. Furthermore, about 75-80% of these human errors can be linked to poor management systems. Safety encompasses the ship, crew, cargo, and the marine environment. The Implementation of the ISM Code plays a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in terms of safety.

Karangawen State Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) is a junior secondary level formal education institution which is geographically located in Karangawen Village, Karangawen District, Demak Regency, with a total of around 800 students divided into 25 classes. This Madrasah has been officially established since 1997. With a large number of students, MTs Negeri has been supported by facilities and infrastructure capable of supporting the process of teaching and learning activities as well as administrative activities. Currently MTs Negeri Karangawen already has 20 units of computers in one computer laboratory equipped with a computer network to support teaching and learning activities. In the field of administration, it has also been supported by 5 units of computers that are used by administrative staff in order to serve all teaching and learning process activities, including in the service of student financial payments.
