Choking is a dangerous thing for children, especially children with special needs who require proper handling, and parents as the closest people to the child must have first aid skills for choking. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ANSIVI (Animation and Simulation Video) Choking Management on parents' ability in first aid for choking. The research design was a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach without control. The purposive sampling technique obtained 36 respondents. The research instrument used an observation sheet for first aid for choking. The statistical test was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with α 0.05. The results of the study before being given the ANSIVI (Animation and Simulation Video) Choking Management intervention showed that all (100%) respondents had insufficient ability, and after the intervention the majority (52.8%) of respondents had sufficient ability. The results of the statistical analysis obtained a p-value of 0.013 < α 0.05, so there is an effect of ANSIVI (Animation and Simulation Video) choking management on parents' ability in first aid for choking. The ANSIVI method (Video Animation and Simulation) combines two methods so that it is more interesting, interactive, and effective because the video is captured by the eyes and ears and then will be detected and converted into signals to the optic nerve and auditory nerve and forwarded to the brain, program area, and frontal area to be associated so that it will affect the respondent's ability. The ANSIVI method can be used in education for all parents and school residents as a first aid effort for choking, especially for children with special needs.

Early childhood development assessment is an important process in obtaining a comprehensive picture of a child's growth and development as a basis for planning learning that is appropriate to the child's needs and characteristics. One of the most relevant assessment techniques for early childhood characteristics is observation, because it is carried out naturally through play and learning activities without putting pressure on the child. This article aims to examine the use of observation instruments as a basis for assessing early childhood development and to provide guidance to early childhood educators in conducting appropriate, systematic, and accountable assessments. The method used in this article is a theoretical study that examines the concept of early childhood assessment, assessment principles, and the process of conducting assessments through observation. The observation instruments discussed include daily records, anecdotal records, and children's work records. The results of the study show that the optimal use of observation instruments can help teachers understand children's development holistically, detect children's special needs, and serve as a basis for decision-making in learning planning and curriculum development. Thus, observation instruments play a strategic role in supporting the assessment process of early childhood development to be more meaningful and oriented towards children's needs.

The implementation of this research, conducted through Community Service Activities, is grounded in the conditions experienced by parents in caring for children with special needs, such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, or other developmental disorders. The heavy burden of caregiving can increase the risk of psychological distress. This Community Service Activity was carried out at the Sahabat Autis Bogor Foundation, located in Billabong Permai Housing Complex, Block C3D No. 2, Bojong Gede, accompanying seven parents of students. The objective of the Community Service Activity was to enhance the quality of life of the mothers, stabilize their mental health, prevent mental health decline, and provide optimal support for their children with mental health challenges. The methods employed in the Community Service Activity included (1) Socialization and Seminar Implementation, (2) Psychological Support and Counseling, and (3) Coping Strategy Training and the Establishment of a Support Group. The findings from this research activity indicated that parents struggled to express the anger and bitterness they experienced as side effects of stress, fatigue, and the lack of attention to their own needs. Parents, particularly mothers of children with special needs, were found to be more vulnerable to prolonged stress, anxiety, and even depression compared to mothers of children without special needs. They also experienced trauma in introducing their children to their social environment and exhibited heightened concerns regarding their children's careers and futures.

Children with disabilities face increasing challenges due to society's negative views that limit their social and emotional development and cause many families to feel ashamed and hide them from important social interactions. Education is considered key to ensuring their rights, but exclusive education systems often limit their access with a lack of facilities and teacher training. Inclusive education was identified as a potential solution, allowing them to study in nearby schools without being restricted by special needs, increasing access to education and changing society's view of disability to promote social inclusion and equal rights.

Community service is a tangible manifestation of a spirit of caring for others. In the context of special needs education, the State Special School in Banjarbaru City faces several challenges, especially in the assessment process of special needs children. Limitations in human resources in terms of teaching staff and technology, as well as conventional assessment methods, are the main obstacles. The solution came in the form of the Special Needs Children Assessment Application called APBAKUS in 2018. Community service through training and socialization of APBAKUS usage in 2019 encouraged the application's utilization. The results of the community service were highly positive, evident in increased efficiency in assessment timing, more coordinated data management, and the improved capabilities of teachers in overcoming obstacles. The APBAKUS application played a crucial role in enhancing the quality of educational services at the State Special School in Banjarbaru City, enabling teachers to provide better services tailored to the needs of special needs children. Inclusive Education, Changing the Future for All Children Inclusive education is an approach in education that prioritizes the principles of equality and opportunity for all children, including those with special needs. This article discusses the concept of inclusive education, its goals, benefits, and challenges and opportunities in its implementation. Inclusive education involves the integration of children with special needs into regular educational settings, where they can learn together with their peers. It aims to create an inclusive environment, supporting the development and learning of children with special needs. This article describes the basic principles of inclusive education, including equal access, active participation, individual support, and collaboration. We also explain the benefits of inclusive education, such as increasing social skills, independence, and academic understanding for children with special needs, as well as benefits for children without special needs in developing empathy and understanding of diversity. However, the implementation of inclusive education is not easy. This article identifies some of the challenges faced in inclusive education, such as a lack of resources, a curriculum that is not fully inclusive, and a lack of knowledge and skills for teachers in dealing with the special needs of children. In addition, social stigma and stereotypes are also obstacles in creating an inclusive environment. This article also discusses the efforts that have been made to overcome these challenges. In many countries, governments have adopted inclusion policies that promote access and support for children with special needs. Educational institutions also play a role in creating an inclusive environment, such as providing friendly facilities for all children and training teachers in an inclusive approach. In addition, this article emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting inclusive education. Parents should become advocates for their children, collaborate with teachers and school staff and be actively involved in educational activities. With the support and cooperation of all stakeholders, inclusive education can become a reality that changes the future for all children. In conclusion, inclusive education is an important approach in creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all children. Although there are still many challenges that need to be overcome, through the commitment and cooperation of all parties, we can create an educational environment that welcomes and supports all children. With inclusive education, we open the door to equal opportunities for all children, regardless of background or special needs they.

Apart from being a teacher, the teacher also plays an important role as a motivator (motivator or generates motivation for students). In almost every school we will encounter cases of children who are unable to achieve achievements. The achievements referred to in this case do not always have to be in terms of being class champions, but can be defined in other words, children are able to follow the lessons given by the teacher during the learning process. Children with special needs or what we often know as ABK are children who really need help in the form of special treatment from educators who have more experience and understanding of children with special needs.ABK is also the same as other normal humans who need proper educational services. Where through these educational services it is hoped that those with special needs have an environment to be able to establish interactions with other friends, besides that they are also expected to be able to develop the abilities and potential that exist within them. As for the types of children with special needs, they include: 1) cleft (speech impaired) 2) blind (blind) 3) hearing (deaf) 4) paralyzed (damaged) 5) emotional disorders (handicapped) 6) down syndrome 7) Children with Learning Difficulties.
