Health education is one of the most important thing to be learn since early age like washing hands and brushing teeth. But because of the lack of education a lot of people in the community don’t know the ways to take care of their own teeth. The consequence of lack of education create a problem for a a lot of people in the community which is tooth ache. The effort that could be done to fix the problem is to create a learning media that is easy to understand and have the capability to share information widely. Because of that, animation 3D become a choice for this research to educate people in the community about dental health and how to take care of it. The method that the researcher use in this research is qualitative interview, researcher will do an interview with a dentist to get information about how to take care of your teeth. After getting the information it will then be used to create animation 3D. the method that is being used to create animation 3D is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) which has 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution after the animation is finished its being shared to social media such as Youtube and Instagram. This study focuses on solving the green economic load dispatch problem by considering the presence of green energy sources, including wind energy and solar power plants. The main objective function of the whole study is to minimize the total fuel cost (TFC) of all the thermal generating sources (TGSs) in the system. Moreover, the multiple selection of all TGSs is also evaluated. Fire hawk optimization (FHO) and the Zebra optimization algorithm (ZOA) are applied to solve the problem of achieving the best TFC value and satisfying all the constraints involved. The results indicated that ZOA can achieve a better optimal solution compared to FHO. Particularly, the results obtained by ZOA are completely superior to FHO in all comparison criteria at two load demand levels, such as Best TFC value (Best.Cost), Average TFC value (Aver.Cost), and Maximum TFC value (Max.Cost). On top of that, ZOA is the only algorithm of two applied ones providing the fast convergence capability to the optimal value of the main objective functions in two cases of load demand levels. Therefore, ZOA is an efficient search method to deal with such GELD problems.

The lecturer specialising in accounting and management delivers comprehensive training sessions on financial management, taxation, and accounting practices to micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). Additionally, the lecturer offers valuable advice on the practical implementation of these principles within the context of everyday business operations. Furthermore, the instructor has the capability to acquaint UMKM (micro, small, and medium enterprises) with accounting software and provide guidance on comprehending tax responsibilities. The positive effects encompass enhanced economic well-being of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKMs), less business risk, adherence to tax responsibilities, sustained growth, heightened competitiveness, and facilitation of local economic progress. The provision of training and support services additionally enhances individuals' financial literacy, thereby playing a significant part in the overall improvement of society's economy.

Communication plays a very important role in human life. Because wherever there are humans, that’s where communication occurs. So, it is important to have and increase knowledge about communication. Not only communication between individuals in daily life, but also between individuals in organization. It is very crucial to create good and targeted communication between individuals within it, to create harmony and to avoid misunderstanding. All people and organizations live in relation to their environment. To improve the quality of this relationship, good communication is needed. Improving the quality of this communication is the field of activity of public relations. Every organization from initial to final activities will go through various integrated activities so as to achieve the best results. The glue of all these activities is the field of Public Relations activities.  In the society, also in organizations, we need to know about Public Relations. Because in organization, what is very important to pay attention to is how individuals in the organizations create and develop good ways of communicating with each other. So that all organizational works can be carried out well and produce the best results. Apart from being a good goal for the organization itself, knowledge of Public Relations can also be useful for individual Dharma Wanita members to continue to improve their own quality and empower themselves even more, so that they can continue to carry out activities with other individuals in public. This increase in capability correlates with an increase in the quality of human resources, in this case Dharma Wanita members.

The district or province's financial capacity to integrate with the economy. The greater the contribution to the economic progress of North Sumatra. The research establishes regional financial integration (Local Revenue, asset spending, and General Allocation Fund) on North Sumatra's economic ability to develop development potential. The data analysis method uses panel data. The research results found that Local Revenue, asset spending, and General Allocation Funds simultaneously or together had an effect on the economy. Local Revenue and asset spending have a partial effect on the economy. The General Allocation Fund has no partial effect on the economy.

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease indicated by hyperglycemia. This matter occurs due to the incapability of the pancreas to secret the insulin, the interrupted insulin performance, or the existence of both problems. Poor sleeping quality influenced the blood glucose level in the body. Normal individuals have blood glucose levels between 65 and 120 mg/dl after waking up. This research determined the blood glucose levels and the sleeping quality of diabetes mellitus type 2 patients. This quantitative research applied the analytical descriptive design with the cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 40 respondents taken by purposive sampling technique. The applied measuring instrument was the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI. The Spearman Rank test obtained a p-value of 0.000 lower than 0.05. Thus, the result accepts Ha, indicating a significant correlation between blood glucose and the sleeping quality of diabetes mellitus type 2 patients with r = 0.786. The r-value had a negative correlation indicating a strong correlation between glucose level and the sleeping quality of the patients. If the blood glucose was abnormal, the sleeping quality would be poor and vice versa. The researcher recommends future researchers promote quantitative research to examine the influential factors of diabetes mellitus type 2 patients' quality.

This study aims to analyze how customer orientation, value creation capabilities and marketing performance affect coffee shops in Padang city. This research was conducted on 90 coffee shop business actors in Padang city with quantitative research methods. The data of this study were analyzed by using PLS 4, the data processed in this study to examine the relationship between customer orientation, value creation capabilities on marketing performance. This study produces answers that all hypotheses are proposed and shows that customer orientation has a significant positive effect on the performance of coffee shops in the city of Padang. Customer orientation has a positive and significant influence on value creation capabilities. Value creation capability has a positive and significant influence on the marketing performance of coffee shops in Padang city. Customer orientation has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of coffee shops in Padang city through value creation capability as a mediating variable.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, innovation, and entrepreneurial competence on the success of with business ability as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 110 respondents who were employees of Jenang Mubarokfod Cipta Delicia Kudus. The sampling technique in this study used the Probability Sampling Technique with proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model). The processing of this research data uses the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. Based on this research, it shows that motivation influences the success of Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value (0.004). Innovation has no effect on the success of Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0,147). Entrepreneurial competence influences the success of Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0.000). Motivation has no effect on success which is mediated by business ability in Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0.545). Innovation has an effect on success which is mediated by business ability in the Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0.001). Entrepreneurial competence has an effect on success which is mediated by business ability in Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus  with a P-Value of (0.007).

Technology information (IT) has been widely adopted across sectors like healthcare, education, governance, and business, playing a crucial role in facilitating relationships between businesses and stakeholders. However, Val, a business that has incorporated technology, lacks an analysis of information technology governance. Consequently, Val faces challenges in effectively aligning their technology usage with their business objectives. This research aims to assess Val's information technology practices, recommend improvement measures, and achieve desired capability targets. Utilizing the COBIT 2019 framework and the design factor toolkit, two priority Governance and Management Objectives (GMOs) have been identified: APO04 (Managed Innovation) and DSS05 (Managed Security Services). APO04 currently operates at capability level 2, falling 2 levels short of the desired capability level, while DSS05 operates at capability level 1, with a gap of 3 levels.

Six components make up the Internal Audit Capability Model, which is used to gauge capability. The goal of this study is to ascertain the measures taken to enhance the Ministry of Finance's Inspectorate General's capacity to attain level 3 Government Internal Audit Apparatus competency. Excellent governance, risk management, and control are demonstrated by the organization's Level 3 internal audit capacity. Consequently, internal auditors play a critical role as strategic collaborators. The Ministry of Finance's Inspector General then assesses and examines the issue. Through case studies, qualitative research was carried out for this subject. Interviews and document reviews were used to gather data.l. Nevertheless, several elements of the Internal Audit Capability Model at level 2 still rely on the outcomes of self-evaluation, while other elements do not fully satisfy the requirements for level 3. This necessitates the adoption of thorough Corporate Risk Management as well as evaluation for three years in a row. Thus, enterprise risk management is a useful tool for internal auditors' supervisory duties. The research findings may also be helpful to other establishments aiming to attain level 3 internal audit proficiency.

Provision and capacity building according to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) absolutely must be provided, covering knowledge, skills, and attitude. As well as being given knowledge about the basics of excellent service and tour guides. Tunjungan Tourism Village Community Empowerment Through Technical Guidance Capacity building and Capability of Tourism human resources, which has been implemented, has resulted in the participation of participants (the target audience) who expressed satisfaction and enthusiasm. Participants (the target audience) also hope that in the following year there will be ongoing activities to increase knowledge, skills, and attitudes for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village.

This study aims to analyze the role of competitive advantage as a variable moderating innovation capability and entrepreneurial marketing on the marketing performance of food and beverage SMEs in Central Java. Problems caused by declining MSME marketing performance around the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was conducted using a quantitative research approach and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The population of this study is the SMEs in the catering industry in Central Java Province, including a total of 100 SMEs, and the sample is determined by simple random sampling. The results of the analysis show that innovation capability, entrepreneurial marketing, and competitive advantage have positive and significant effects on marketing performance. This study aims to develop the concept of external support, compatibility and organizational capabilities in increasing the adoption of Electronic Commerce and its impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises. The sample of this research was 123 respondents consisting of small and medium culinary business owners in the city of Semarang, Indonesia. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling - Amos program version 21. The results show that adoption of electronic commerce is significantly positively influenced by external support, by compatibility, by organizational capability, and by organizational capability, in addition to being significantly positively influenced by adoption of electronic commerce and the performance of small and medium-sized businesses. Tabular-based clinical risk prediction models are extensively applied in medical decision support systems; however, two major challenges often reduce their reliability: predictions that contradict basic clinical logic and poorly calibrated probability outputs that weaken threshold-based decision making. This study investigates explainable binary risk prediction using the processed Cleveland subset of the UCI Heart Disease dataset as a public clinical benchmark. A lightweight and CPU-efficient pipeline is proposed by employing an XGBoost classifier integrated with monotonic constraints on clinically relevant features, followed by probability calibration through post-hoc methods, including Platt scaling, temperature scaling, and isotonic regression on a separate validation set. Model performance is assessed in terms of discrimination capability using AUROC, AUPRC, F1-score, sensitivity, and specificity, while probability reliability is evaluated using ECE and Brier score metrics. A monotonicity audit is also conducted through counterfactual feature sweeps to measure violation rates. In addition, the model is applied for risk stratification into low-, medium-, and high-risk categories with corresponding event-rate reporting. The findings demonstrate that isotonic regression improves probability reliability without degrading discrimination performance. Furthermore, the monotonicity audit reveals no observed violations for constrained features. Overall, the integration of monotonic constraints and probability calibration produces more decision-ready risk estimates for threshold-based clinical decision support while maintaining transparency through SHAP-based analysis.

The aim of the research is to determine the level of capability of the Human Resources (HR) apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). And to find out the policies for developing human resources for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of the research are that the Human Resources development policy for the apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service has been running well in accordance with applicable personnel procedures and regulations. This can be seen from the implementation of the HR development policy for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service. The policy of developing human resource capabilities for the apparatus has goals and objectives, namely development and improvement as well as carrying out the main tasks and functions as government officials so that they can meet predetermined standards while being able to make decisions independently and professionally based on a spirit of service and changes in attitudes that lead to further development. openness, attitude of serving and protecting the public as the main duties and responsibilities.
