Early marriage can have negative impacts on reproductive health and the lives of those involved. This study in South Bangka Regency aimed to analyze the relationship between geographic and socio-cultural factors and early marriage. Using a cross-sectional design and Chi-Square statistical test with a 95% confidence level (ρ ≤0.05), the study found that geographic factors did not significantly relate to early marriage (p=0.102). However, logistic regression analysis indicated that female adolescents living in coastal areas had a 1.49 times higher risk of early marriage compared to those living on the mainland. Socio-cultural factors, particularly education, showed a significant relationship (p=0.016), with lower education levels correlating with a higher likelihood of early marriage. Conversely, ethnicity did not show a significant relationship (p=0.147). Although cultural factors were not statistically significant, traditions and cultural norms still influence marriage decisions. Therefore, enhancing education, increasing awareness of the negative impacts of early marriage, and community interventions are crucial. Health professionals are advised to improve education and counseling on reproductive health and the effects of early marriage, adopt a proactive approach in communities, especially in coastal and isolated areas, and collaborate with schools and community organizations. Regular training and effective monitoring systems are also necessary to ensure the success of early marriage prevention programs

Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

MS Glow for Men is sponsoring the Gresini Racing Team in the 2022 MotoGP season. The suitability between MS Glow for Men and Gresini is considered low. Meanwhile, several previous studies have revealed that the suitability between a sponsor and the sponsored party determines the effectiveness. Gresini's best performance occurred 20 years ago, accompanied by lower popularity on Instagram compared to 11 other teams. These two conditions contradict the goal of sponsorship as a marketing communication tool that requires high visibility. The attractiveness of this sponsorship is also due to its timing in the middle of the season. Based on these factors, this research aims to obtain a comprehensive overview of the reasons and strategies behind this sponsorship. Using a qualitative approach and a case study method, data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research successfully found that the reasons for sponsorship include the impact of top-level effects, consumer research, external discussions, exposure, connections, values, cooperation, and riders. Sponsorship is conducted to enhance brand awareness, maintain brand image, and expand geographical reach. Focusing on men aged 20-35 who are automotive and MotoGP enthusiasts, MS Glow for Men also extends its sponsorship into six derivative programs, not merely relying on logo placement on the Gresini livery.

Anemia is one of the health problems, especially adolescent girls in developing countries. The World Health Organization (2021) shows that the prevalence of anemia in women of reproductive age (15-49) in the world in 2019 is around 29.9%. Balitbangkes 2018 states that in Indonesia anemia in adolescent girls ranges from 27.2% in the age group 15-24 years. The cause of anemia is generally due to lack of knowledge about anemia, lack of iron, folic acid, vit B12 and vit A. One of the government's efforts in preventing anemia is the consumption of blood supplement tablets. However, there are still many adolescent girls who are not compliant with consuming them, which have been distributed free of charge, this is due to the lack of awareness and knowledge of adolescent girls about the benefits of taking blood supplement tablets. So it is necessary to provide alternative solutions that are able to increase awareness and knowledge for adolescent girls about the benefits of consuming blood tablets. This activity is part of the Tridharma Community Service of Almarisah Madani University. This activity was carried out in November 2023. The method used in this service is counseling. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge and compliance for adolescent girls at MAN 2 Makassar to routinely consume Blood Addition Tablets to prevent the incidence of anemia. The pandemic era that occurred in 2020 is a new history in human civilization. The emergence of the pandemic has limited interaction between humans and the surrounding environment. Limited interaction during the pandemic is manifested in the social distancing program, indirectly this program can reduce the sense of social concern, kinship and togetherness between residents. Not only does it have an impact on social welfare, this program will also limit buying and selling activities in markets and local village environments. Thus affecting the level of economic welfare of local communities. The pandemic era that has ended has not been able to restore the economy and health of the affected communities, so various individual and group efforts still need to be made that can increase people's income. Some of the problems above are the background and reasons for choosing Simomulyo Village as our KKN object. Simomulyo village has a very strategic location because it is located in the city center and has a fairly large market. Of course, this condition causes Simomulyo village to receive a significant impact from the pandemic period to the post-pandemic period. To solve existing problems, we and the Simomulyo Village community will work together to maximize the benefits of implementing the waste bank program. The success of this optimization is marked by increased awareness and insight of the village community regarding waste that is ready to be recycled and sold to increase village income. The hope is that, apart from being useful in creating a healthy environment, the waste bank program will also be useful in improving economic and social welfare for the people of Simomulyo Village. This is realized in the form of a waste bank account which is accumulated into cash to ensure the smooth implementation of several village activities.
