This study examines the SteCu Song (Aesthetic and Cultural Studies by Civitas) as a form of aesthetic movement that combines art, music, and Islamic philosophy. Through a historical-hermeneutic approach, the main question asked is: how can the SteCu Song be read as an aesthetic practice that is in line with the principles of Islamic music philosophy, especially as stated in the Book of al-Musiqa al-Kabir by al-Farabi? This study aims to examine the relationship between contemporary musical expression in the SteCu Song with aesthetic and ethical concepts in classical Islamic philosophy. The method used is descriptive qualitative with text analysis and musical practice, as well as a theoretical approach that refers to al-Farabi's thoughts on music as a means of forming the soul and morals. The main theoretical framework in this study is the theory of harmony of the soul and the educational function of music according to al-Farabi, which is combined with the theory of art as a medium of social meaning. The results of the study show that SteCu Songs are not only a form of artistic expression, but also contain educational and spiritual dimensions that are in line with al-Farabi's idea of music as a means of purifying the soul (tazkiyat al-nafs). These songs present moral reflections, values of togetherness, and calls for goodness, thus placing musical art in the context of progressive cultural da'wah. This study recommends the development of similar musical works as a medium for learning Islamic philosophy that is applicable and contextual.

Teenagers today are filled with a number of rapid technological changes and developments. From a financial perspective, teenagers at this stage have a growing ability to understand the principles of saving and spending money, not only the basics, but also long-term goals. The three main areas that parents should focus on are income, savings, and responsible spending (shopping or investment). Problems that often occur in society (including teenagers) are such as wasteful living (lifestyle), online loan debt, and being trapped in online gambling. The emergence of several entertainment venues, cafes, and angkringan makes spending difficult for teenagers to control. The methods used in this service are lectures, simulations, discussions and questions and answers regarding the usefulness and benefits of understanding financial literacy. The results of this service show the different nature and patterns of financial management of teenagers requiring presentation patterns that need to be adjusted. In the implementation of the activity, there were participants (some) who were more enthusiastic or serious about this series of training. Presenters (speakers) require the application of andragogy model learning. The Kei Islands community adheres to the Larvul Ngabal customary law, which governs various aspects of social and economic life. The philosophy of Ain Ni Ain, emphasizing brotherhood and justice, serves as the foundation for Yelim, a mutual aid system for managing social funds within the community. Additionally, the Kei people have implemented cultural accounting practices in recording and managing communal funds, which align with the principles of transparency and accountability in Islamic banking. However, the acceptance of Islamic banking among the Kei people remains a challenge, particularly within a multireligious community. This study is a sociological legal research (Socio-Legal Research) that employs a descriptive qualitative method with an ethnomethodological approach, involving interviews with customary leaders, religious figures, business actors, and the general public. The findings indicate that the values of Ain Ni Ain and Yelim align with Islamic banking principles, particularly in terms of social justice and financial transparency. Moreover, cultural accounting practices in communal fund management reflect an accountability mechanism similar to Islamic accounting standards. Thus, integrating Kei’s indigenous financial system with Islamic banking offers an innovative approach to enhancing financial inclusion in multireligious societies.

The integration of Islamic education into a nation’s educational system represents a strategic effort to align religious and national educational objectives under a unified policy framework. In many Muslim-majority countries, the responsibility for managing Islamic education is delegated to local governments as part of a broader national consensus involving various educational stakeholders. This arrangement, however, often raises tensions because education policy is inherently a political decision influenced by state interests and ideological considerations. The process of incorporating Islamic education within the national system reflects the dynamic interplay between religion and politics, where Islamic education both shapes and is shaped by political structures. This study explores how political power affects the development, autonomy, and implementation of Islamic education policies. The objective is to highlight the challenges of maintaining educational freedom and religious authenticity while ensuring state oversight and quality assurance. The findings emphasize that a deep understanding of educational politics enables Muslim educators and policymakers to advocate for Islamic education that aligns with Islamic principles yet remains relevant within the national educational framework. Therefore, the balance between state control and institutional independence is essential in realizing the holistic goals of Islamic education in contemporary society.

Law firms must ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical responsibility when adopting AI to align with the principles of justice. Human interaction remains crucial to maintain trust and professional integrity in client services. The research contributes to the ongoing discourse on developing legal and ethical frameworks for AI implementation in the legal sector. This study analyzes the differences between the neoliberal and social democratic paradigms in poverty alleviation policies in Indonesia, by adding an Islamic Economic perspective as an alternative. The neoliberal paradigm focuses on free market mechanisms, deregulation, and minimizing the role of the state, but often exacerbates social inequality. In contrast, the social democratic paradigm balances the role of the market and state intervention through resource redistribution and protection of vulnerable groups through sustainable social programs. Islamic economics offers a complementary approach oriented towards the principles of distributive justice, balance, and solidarity, by integrating spiritual values into socio-economic policies. A qualitative approach is used in this study, with policy analysis of programs such as the Family Hope Program (PKH) and the National Health Insurance (JKN). The results show that the social democratic paradigm is more effective in reducing poverty systemically than neoliberalism, especially through increasing access to education, health, and social protection. However, budget constraints, corruption, and infrastructure gaps remain significant challenges. The Islamic Economic perspective emphasizes the importance of zakat, waqf, and infaq as instruments of wealth redistribution that have the potential to strengthen inclusive and sustainable poverty alleviation policies. This study recommends strengthening the synergy between the paradigm of social democracy and the values of Islamic Economics to create policies that are more effective, equitable, and oriented towards the welfare of society holistically.

Prior to the Third Amendment of the 1945 Constitution implemented in 2001, there were no rules governing how to resolve conflicts about the constitutional authority of state institutions in the context of Indonesian constitutionalism. In addition, there was no entity that had the authority to decide cases related to the constitutional authority of these institutions. After the Third Amendment of the 1945 Constitution, the Constitutional Court began to be used as a tool to resolve disputes related to the constitutional authority of state institutions. In the event of a dispute regarding constitutional authority, the Indonesian constitutional system provides a way to deal with state institutions when interpreting constitutional orders. In the event of such disputes, this type of research falls under the category of normative research. Constitutional disputes should always be based on the constitution as a clear and consistent source of the Constitutional Court, the public and state institutions can better understand the constitutional boundaries that apply. This is important to create a more effective legal system, where all parties, whether the government, society, or other state institutions, can carry out their roles in accordance with agreed constitutional principles. Therefore, constitutional justice upheld by the Constitutional Court does not only apply to certain cases, but also provides a clear direction for the development of state administration in Indonesia.
