Background: The management of hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics typically involves aggressive fluid resuscitation, often leading to iatrogenic fluid overload and pulmonary edema. Implementing a timely fluid de-escalation (deresuscitation) strategy is critical to facilitate ventilator weaning and achieve early extubation. Case Illustration: A 31-year-old female (G5P3A1) was admitted to the ICU following emergency Re-Cesarean Section due to Grade IV hemorrhagic shock caused by postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) and placenta previa totalis. Intraoperative aggressive resuscitation triggered iatrogenic fluid overload, manifesting as bilateral pulmonary edema and severe gas exchange impairment (initial AaDO2 of 459 mmHg and lactate level of 2.8 mmol/L). Management and Results: Following initial hemodynamic stabilization, an active fluid de-escalation strategy was initiated on Post-Operative Day 1 (POD 1) using continuous furosemide infusion at 10 mg/hour targeting a negative fluid balance. The patient achieved a negative fluid balance of -1485 mL within 24 hours, accompanied by a significant increase in urine output (7.8 mL/kg/hour). This approach successfully reduced the AaDO2 to 162 mmHg and improved lactate clearance to 1.8 mmol/L without compromising hemodynamic stability. The patient was successfully extubated within 18 hours of ICU admission. Conclusion: Early transition from resuscitation to fluid de-escalation, guided by perfusion targets (lactate) and oxygenation markers (AaDO2), is safe in critical obstetric cases. This strategy effectively resolves pulmonary edema and accelerates early extubation.

Ballast water plays a crucial role in maintaining ship stability during shipping, but it also carries environmental and human health risks due to the heavy metals it carries. This study aims to examine the health risks posed by exposure to heavy metals in ballast water and to assess the effectiveness of management practices implemented in the maritime industry. Using a literature review method, this study examines various scientific sources related to the content of heavy metals such as lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), and zinc (Zn) in ballast water, as well as their impacts on human health and marine ecosystems. The results indicate that heavy metals in ballast water can cause long-term toxic effects such as neurological disorders, kidney damage, and respiratory and reproductive disorders. The greatest risk is experienced by maritime workers who are directly exposed through inhalation or skin contact during the ballast water sampling and processing process. To minimize these risks, strict work safety protocols, improved ballast water treatment technology, and regular monitoring of heavy metal levels are required. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening ballast water management policies and practices that are oriented towards human health and environmental sustainability.

The development of information technology encourages government agencies to switch from manual systems to digital systems that are more efficient and accurate. One important aspect of office administration is recording the absence of village officials, which is often done conventionally so it is prone to errors, data manipulation, and takes longer in the recapitulation process. Based on these problems, this research designs and implements a Qr-Code based attendance system at the Palatta Village Government Office. The design of this system is to provide a faster, more accurate and transparent attendance solution by utilizing Qr-Code technology which is integrated into a web-based application. The system is built with main features such as user login, Qr-Code scanning, attendance history, as well as an admin dashboard to manage data and generate reports. The results of implementation and testing using the Black Box method show that all functions run as required. Testing on users also shows that the system is easy to use, speeds up the attendance process, and helps admins in monitoring and recapitulating data. Thus, this Qr-Code attendance system is suitable to be implemented as a substitute for manual methods to increase work efficiency and discipline in the village office environment.

Digital evolution in the pattern of social interaction of the community also has a significant influence on the dynamics of the national judicial system. The transformation covers all judicial sectors, both religious and public, especially related to the technique of presenting evidence in the litigation process. This research is carried out with normative legal methods and is descriptive analytical. The author utilizes secondary data obtained through library search, which is then processed with qualitative normative analysis techniques. The legitimacy of screenshots as evidence has been explicitly regulated in applicable regulations. Referring to the renewal of the ITE Law in Law Number 1 of 2024, Article 5 paragraph (1) affirms that electronic information and its printed results are recognized as valid evidence before the law. This study shows that normatively, screenshots have a strong legal position in the civil system. However, in the reality of the trial, this instrument is positioned as a free evidence (vrij bewijs), which means that the weight of the evidence is not absolute and depends on the judge's evaluation and conviction.

This research is motivated by the escalating prevalence of illegal online lending practices in Indonesia, which generate a multitude of legal problems, particularly those concerning the validity of loan agreements and debt collection practices. The simplicity of access through smartphone applications, rapid processing times often approved within minutes and minimal administrative requirements have rendered these services immensely popular among the public. However, this accessibility also paves the way for unlicensed providers to operate unchecked, preying on desperate borrowers. The study aims to analyze the legal validity of illegal online loan agreements pursuant to the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, OJK). Additionally, it examines the legal position of debt collection from a civil law perspective. A normative juridical method is employed, utilizing statutory and conceptual approaches, with qualitative analysis of the data. The results demonstrate that illegal online loan agreements fail to fulfill the requirements for a valid contract, especially regarding the legal capacity of the parties and lawful cause, categorizing them as null and void by operation of law. Nevertheless, in practice, unlicensed providers continue debt collection efforts, frequently employing methods that violate the law, such as harassment and intimidation. This reveals a significant gap between legal norms and field implementation. The implications emphasize the critical need for robust law enforcement, enhanced consumer protection mechanisms, and stricter oversight of fintech lenders to establish legal certainty and justice for society.

Long fishing is an environmentally friendly traditional fishing tool that is commonly used by fishermen to catch fish passively using bait, both in sandy waters and in coral reef areas. Grouper fish (Epinephelus sp.) tend to inhabit waters of a certain depth, especially in areas of coral fractures and dead corals that serve as shelter and foraging. Determining the right depth setting in the operation of a fishing rod is essential to optimize the catch. This study aims to determine the effect of the difference in setting depth on grouper fish catch in the waters of Pengambengan Beach and determine the most effective depth. The study used an experimental method with three depth treatments, namely 10 m, 15 m, and 20 m, each repeated nine times. Data analysis was carried out by Group Random Design (RAK) and ANOVA test. The results showed that a depth of 10 m produced the highest catch with a total of 35 fish (average 3.89 fish/trip), followed by a depth of 15 m with 10 fish (average 1.11 fish/trip), and a depth of 20 m with 7 fish (average 0.78 fish/trip). Statistically, the difference in depth has a real influence on the number of grouper catches. A depth of 10 m is recommended as the optimal setting for the operation of long fishing rods in the waters of Pengambengan Beach.

Divorce gives rise to various legal consequences relating to the status of the parties, marital property, and the rights and obligations toward children, thereby requiring a legal mechanism that ensures legal certainty, justice, and legal protection. In practice, the parties often express their intention to divorce in the form of a Pre-Divorce Agreement Deed drawn up before a notary. This study aims to analyze the legal standing and evidentiary strength of a Pre-Divorce Agreement Deed as evidence in divorce cases decided by default judgment (verstek). The research employs a normative juridical method with a statutory approach and a case approach, focusing on the Decision of the Ngawi Religious Court Number 425/Pdt.G/2023, through a literature review of primary and secondary legal materials. The findings indicate that a Pre-Divorce Agreement Deed executed in the form of a notarial deed constitutes an authentic deed with perfect evidentiary value as written evidence in divorce proceedings. Although it cannot directly result in the dissolution of marriage, the deed is relevant to prove the existence of an agreement between the parties and the condition of a marital relationship that has irretrievably broken down. In cases decided by default judgment, the deed becomes an important basis for judicial consideration in granting the divorce petition. The implications of this study emphasize that a Pre-Divorce Agreement Deed may be lawfully and proportionately used as evidence to support the proof of grounds for divorce and to realize legal certainty in judicial proceedings.

Mine slopes play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and sustainability of mining activities. Continuous mining operations can alter slope conditions, thereby increasing the potential for instability and slope failures. Slope stability is influenced by the balance between resisting forces and driving forces acting on the rock mass. When the resisting forces are smaller than the driving forces, the slope becomes unstable and failure may occur. Therefore, slope stability analysis is essential to prevent landslide hazards, as it directly affects occupational safety, equipment security, other assets, and overall production continuity. These conditions have encouraged PT Insani Bara Perkasa to develop a more accurate and real-time slope monitoring system. The application of radar-based monitoring was initiated using the CHCNAV PS-2000 system. This study aims to analyze the deformation behavior of mine slopes using radar technology. Data acquisition was conducted at Pit K1 Mahakam, PT Insani Bara Perkasa, covering Area 1 South, AR 2 South, AR 3 South, AR 5 South, AR 6 South, AR 7 West, AR 8 West, AR 9 South, AR 13 South, as well as TA-2, TA-3, and TA-6 areas. The study was carried out from November 2025 to December 2026. Starfruit (Averrhoa bilimbi L.), commonly known in Indonesia as belimbing wuluh, is widely used as a natural acid in traditional cuisine. It is often processed into dried sour starfruit (asam sunti), which can last 1–1.5 years. However, traditional sun-drying methods are inefficient due to weather dependency, long processing times, and inconsistent product quality and color. This study aims to design and develop a tunnel-type starfruit dryer equipped with a blower system and heat control based on the Arduino Mega 2560. The research employs a quantitative method to evaluate tool performance. The dryer is cylindrical and supported by key components, including LPG gas as a heat source, a blower for air circulation, and a drum holder. Drying is conducted in six stages, each lasting 120 minutes, totaling 12 hours to achieve optimal dryness. Temperature monitoring at three points (T1, T2, T3) uses a MAX6675 sensor with a thermocouple connected to the Arduino Mega 2560, while weight measurement is done manually. Results indicate the tool functions effectively. A denser drying chamber and proper blower installation are recommended to ensure even heat distribution and improved drying efficiency for community use.

Conflicts in transmigration areas are generally multidimensional and influenced by social, economic, land, and institutional factors. This study aims to identify the forms and distribution of conflicts in three districts of the transmigration area, namely Momi Waren District, Ransiki District, and Oransbari District, as well as to formulate a smart system-based conflict resolution approach through the use of spatial data, local institutions, and local wisdom-based settlement practices. Based on field mapping, four main categories of conflict were identified: 1) Land conflicts occur throughout the transmigration sites in the form of claims to transmigration land that has not been handed over to transmigrants because the compensation price is below normal. In addition, there is no ATR BPN office in South Manokwari Regency, one of whose functions is community empowerment and conflict resolution. 2) Economic conflicts occur because transmigrants are registered and recorded in the population registry, making it easy for them to access capital. Several economic activities in agriculture and transportation services are dominated by transmigrants, causing economic jealousy. 3) Social conflicts occur when the distribution of social assistance is uneven and the excessive use of illegally sold alcoholic beverages causes social unrest. 4) Institutional conflicts occur when civil servants, police, and military personnel are recruited, and not all indigenous Papuans who are nominated can be accommodated, requiring the involvement of tribal councils to formulate recommendations for recruitment that prioritize indigenous Papuans. The root causes of the conflict were analyzed using a root cause analysis approach that covered unclear land boundaries, unequal economic access, weak coordination between institutions, and low social trust due to differences in interests between groups. This study utilizes best practices from the Tribal Council, the South Manokwari Regency Transmigration and Manpower Office, the Religious Harmony Forum, and the Social Services Office as the basis for developing smart maps for an early warning system for conflicts. The results of the study formulate a Smart Conflict Resolution System framework consisting of three main components: (1) participatory spatial mapping of conflicts and key actors, (2) integration of institutional databases and social-customary mediation channels, and (3) design of smart maps as a mitigation and decision-making tool in transmigration areas. This system is expected to strengthen collaborative governance, prevent conflict escalation, and realize inclusive and sustainable management of transmigration areas

Indramayu mango is a seasonal fruit that is highly favored due to its delicious taste and high nutritional content. However, high mango production is often not supported by adequate post-harvest facilities, particularly in terms of fruit ripeness classification. Currently, mango ripeness classification is still performed manually, which tends to be subjective and inconsistent. To address this issue, this study proposes a ripeness detection system for Indramayu mangoes by integrating the TGS2602 gas sensor and the YOLOv11 algorithm based on image processing. The TGS2602 sensor is used to detect ethylene gas emitted by ripe mangoes, while YOLOv11 is employed for visual image analysis of the fruit. This study aims to evaluate the system’s performance in classifying ripe and unripe mangoes, as well as analyze the integration between the gas sensor and the object detection model. The test results show that the TGS2602 sensor can detect increased ethylene gas concentration in ripe mangoes, while YOLOv11 demonstrates high accuracy in detecting mangoes based on visual images, with precision and recall close to 1.0. The system was also tested under various lighting conditions, including dark environments, and still performed well, although with a slight decrease in accuracy under low-light conditions.
