This study aims to systematically analyze the literature on the implementation of external evaluation systems and accreditation management in improving the quality of Islamic education. It also seeks to provide a more comprehensive understanding of best practices that can be applied by Islamic educational institutions in responding to increasingly complex quality demands. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) approach, this study identifies themes, strategies, and challenges found in previous studies. Articles were identified from Google Scholar, Garuda, and ScienceDirect databases within the 2012–2024 period. The selection process involved a step-by-step screening of titles and abstracts, resulting in 15 main articles for further in-depth review. The findings indicate that external evaluation functions as a strategic instrument to enhance accountability, transparency, and quality control in educational institutions. Key themes identified include the importance of a Total Quality Management (TQM) culture, the strategic role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in data governance, and the gap between administrative compliance and substantive quality improvement. This study concludes that effective accreditation management requires a shift from a bureaucratic approach toward a culture of continuous improvement integrated with Islamic values and oriented toward overall educational quality enhancement.

This research focuses on examining the innovation of licensing and accreditation services for educational institutions within the Department of Education and Culture of Sidoarjo Regency, as a strategy to ensure effective, transparent, and accountable education governance in the digital age. This research is based on bureaucratic intricacies, poor integration of information systems, and inadequate digital skills among civil servants in overseeing public education services. This research utilized a qualitative descriptive method, gathering data via in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving department personnel, school leaders, and representatives from educational institutions benefiting from the services. The results indicate that service innovation via the deployment of digital systems like the Sidoarjo Education Online System and e-Accreditation has effectively expedited licensing procedures, enhanced administrative efficiency, and bolstered transparency and public information release. Nonetheless, the primary obstacles persist in coordination between departments, opposition to changes in organizational culture, and insufficient human resource skills in managing digital systems. This research highlights that the effectiveness of public service innovation in education relies not just on adopting technology but also on improving collaborative governance and increasing bureaucratic capabilities. The research suggests creating a cooperative, data-informed, and participatory innovation framework to guarantee the sustainability and inclusivity of educational service innovation in Sidoarjo Regency.

Hospitals, as healthcare institutions, bear the responsibility of delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centered services. Hospital accreditation serves as a crucial mechanism to ensure service quality and legal protection for patients, particularly in medical dispute cases. This study aims to analyze the impact of accreditation on patient legal protection, both preventively and repressively. The research employs a normative legal method with statutory and conceptual approaches, utilizing primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Data were analyzed through document studies covering Law Number 17 of 2023 on Health, government regulations, presidential regulations, and technical regulations from the Ministry of Health regarding accreditation standards and procedures. The findings indicate that accreditation functions as a continuous evaluation mechanism to ensure medical services comply with safety standards and clinical governance, strengthens patients’ rights to information, informed consent, and quality care, and reduces the risk of medical disputes. However, implementation challenges exist, including limited resources, compliance performed as formalities, and inconsistent supervision. Therefore, accreditation is not merely an administrative symbol but a strategic legal instrument that enhances patient safety culture and hospital accountability, ensuring that healthcare delivery meets professional, ethical, and legal standards.

Private Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIS) play a strategic role in developing superior human resources with Islamic character. However, in practice, many PTKIS face challenges in meeting higher education quality standards and achieving optimal accreditation. Accreditation assistance based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and quality digitization are innovative solutions to improve the effectiveness of education quality management. OBE emphasizes the importance of learning outcomes integrated into the curriculum, learning process, and assessments that are measurable and relevant to the needs of the workplace. Meanwhile, quality digitization supports the efficient, transparent, and real-time management of academic data, forms, and accreditation reporting. Through the integration of these two approaches, PTKIS can improve accountability, accelerate the accreditation process, and ensure the achievement of sustainable quality standards. This article discusses the strategy of OBE-based accreditation assistance and quality digitization at the Tanggamus Islamic Education College, Lampung Province, highlighting the implementation process, obstacles encountered, and solution steps that can be applied to strengthen the PTKIS's internal quality assurance system.

This study provides a comprehensive synthesis of ten SINTA-accredited journal articles (levels 1–3) published from 2019 to 2024, examining how a low-interest-rate policy environment affects corporate capital structure in Indonesia. We focus on internal determinants (profitability, firm size, asset composition) versus external factors (market interest rates) in shaping firms’ debt ratios. The meta-analysis results indicate that although low interest rates statistically encourage higher leverage (average coefficient +0.28), internal firm characteristics remain the dominant drivers of capital structure decisions. Approximately 80% of studies report that more profitable firms tend to reduce debt ratios, consistent with the pecking order theory. In the post-pandemic context, low rates initially facilitated cheap borrowing, but heightened economic uncertainty underscores the need for managers to align funding strategy with each firm’s risk profile. The study draws practical implications: financial managers should calibrate capital structure in line with profitability and market volatility, while regulators should monitor corporate debt growth to safeguard financial stability. The findings also suggest directions for future research on how evolving macroeconomic conditions influence corporate finance in Indonesia.

Accreditation is the act of measuring the eligibility of education programs using a number of predetermined criteria. In its implementation, school accreditation uses instruments and criteria that are guided by the National Education Standards. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of accreditation assessment instruments on improving school performance. The accreditation instrument, which is based on the National Education Standards, acts as a tool for evaluation to measure the quality and eligibility of schools in organizing education. This research uses a qualitative method with a normative approach and literature study. The results show that the accreditation instrument is effective in providing a comprehensive picture of school performance, ranging from aspects of learning, management, to facilities and infrastructure. This instrument assists in determining the school's strengths and weaknesses to guide the development of a sustainable improvement strategy. This study concludes that the accreditation assessment instrument is not only an assessment tool, but also a catalyst for the development of overall school performance.

Considering that Indonesian education is currently still lagging behind many other countries. Efforts must be made immediately to improve education standards in Indonesia in order to have equal competitiveness with other countries. So that all schools must carry out accreditation as a guarantee of quality. Aims to analyze the role of school accreditation as an effective evaluation tool for improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This research is categorized into literature research which is a series of studies related to library data collection methods through various information. The National Accreditation Board for Madrasah Schools (BAN-SM) is one of the accreditation institutions in Indonesia. In general, the flow of accreditation mechanisms can be implemented through target setting, visitation, validation, verification and determination of results and accreditation certificates. Schools also carry out accreditation follow-up as evaluation material for the development of the school. There are also several challenges and obstacles to accreditation along with solutions that can be taken. Quality assurance of education is very important to ensure quality education as an effort to produce quality human resources. Therefore, it is very important to carry out school accreditation as a strategic step to maintain the quality of education that is evenly distributed throughout the country.

Nowadays, the demands in education to publish scientific papers are increasing. However, some students still do not understand how to publish scientific papers in accredited national journals. This community service activity was carried out to equip final-year students to compile scientific papers that meet national standards. The method used in implementing this activity is the lecture and practice method. The presenter first explained the technique of writing scientific papers to the participants, then continued with the practice of submitting articles through the OJS facility. The community service results showed that most participants understood how to compile good and correct scientific papers. In addition, the participants who attended also seemed to understand the steps to submit articles through the OJS facility. Through this training, it is hoped that all final-year students can publish parts of their theses in accredited national journals.

Abstract. One technology that is widely used today is ChatGPT, a chatbot that utilizes AI in its operation. One of the impacts that needs to be considered is the decline in student interest in reading. Students reading interest may decrease due to the convenience offered by ChatGPT through services that use natural human language. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of using ChatGPT on students' reading interest as well as identify other factors that may affect reading interest. This study investigates the effect of using AI ChatGPT on reading interest by involving respondents through filling out a Google Form questionnaire, that is Information Systems students at ITS. The results showed that there was no significant effect of using ChatGPT on the reading interest of ITS Information Systems students. The proposed recommendations include increasing student awareness of the importance of reading accredited literature, books, and scientific articles in the era of digital development. In conclusion, this study provides an in-depth insight into the influence of AI Chat GPT respondents regarding the reading interest of ITS Information Systems students.   Keywords: Artificial Intelligences (AI), Chat GPT, Reading Interest.   Abstrak. Salah satu teknologi yang marak digunakan saat ini adalah ChatGPT, sebuah chatbot yang memanfaatkan AI dalam operasinya. Salah satu dampak yang perlu diperhatikan adalah penurunan minat baca mahasiswa. Minat baca mahasiswa dapat menurun karena kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh ChatGPT melalui servis yang menggunakan bahasa alami manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap minat baca mahasiswa serta mengidentifikasi faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat baca. Studi ini menyelidiki pengaruh penggunaan AI ChatGPT terhadap minat baca dengan melibatkan responden melalui pengisian kuesioner Google Form yaitu mahasiswa Sistem Informasi di ITS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap minat baca mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup peningkatan kesadaran mahasiswa akan pentingnya membaca literatur terakreditasi, buku, serta artikel ilmiah di era perkembangan digital. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai pengaruh AI Chat GPT responden terkait minat baca mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Evaluation of education quality is important because good quality education ensures that students receive relevant, in-depth and meaningful education. Accreditation is an evaluation process carried out by educational authority institutions or independent bodies to assess the quality of an educational institution. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing accreditation on improving the quality of education at MI Cimahi Peuntas. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the results obtained, MI Cimahi Pentas is trying to carry out follow-up actions to improve school quality, namely: (1) Improving the implementation of quality school management, starting from planning, implementing, organizing, monitoring and evaluating education and learning activities and supporting education and learning activities in school; (2) The accreditation results and recommendations obtained are used as material for consideration by the school in the context of making policies to improve school quality; and (3) Improving technology-based school facilities and infrastructure to support education and learning activities in schools.

Strategic management has a very important role and needs to be implemented in improving the accreditation status of the hospital. The strategy that has been made must be implemented properly in order to ensure development and sustainability. This strategy must be applicable to all hospital parties in order to improve service quality and accreditation status. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study are the function of strategic management in improving accreditation status by carrying out procedures so that it can assist hospitals in making better plans with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of health, strategic management is also needed to improve services. With accreditation strategic management, the hospital becomes the object of focus or a process of assessing and determining the eligibility of the hospital according to service standards set by an independent accreditation agency. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For hospitals strategic management is very important and needs to be done optimally to support the improvement of accreditation status. So agencies improve infrastructure facilities, adequate human resources and supporting facilities.

This article aims to discuss the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The research method used in this article is literature study or literature review, where data is obtained by reviewing literature sources. The literature study conducted included the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The results of this literature study indicate that educational supervision in schools must continue to improve so that school accreditation is even better. We recommend that educational supervision should be carried out properly so as to increase the achievement of school accreditation.

Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam proses belajar mengajar di dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi. Selain melaksanakan proses belajar, aktivitas lain mahasiswa juga sangat penting dalam berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan mutu akreditasi program studi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang dapat dijadikan point-point kontribusi mahasiswa dalam akreditasi program studi. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini berupa ceramah. Dari hasil ceramah tersebut didapatkan hasil yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap mahasiswa yang langsung merealisasikannya berupa kegiatan sosialisasi promosi program studi ke sekolah menengah atas, dan minat mahasiswa dalam mengikuti kompetisi di luar kampus. Maka dari itu, penyampaian sosialisasi kotribusi apa saja yang perlu dilakukan mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan mutu akreditasi program studi merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Hal-hal yang perlu dilakukan mahasiswa yaitu (1) meningkatkan prestasi mahasiswa dalam bidang apapun, (2) memahami visi misi program studi, CPL, CPMK, fasilitas kampus, aturan kampus, (3) Profil lulusan yang bekerja sesuai bidang dan masa tunggu yang tidak lama, (4) Meningkatkan peminat program studi, dan (5) Adanya ikatan keluarga alumnni yang mendukung kinerja program studi.

Hospitals in guaranteeing good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Hospital Accreditation is a way of monitoring the implementation of measuring hospital performance indicators. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out the importance of improving the quality of hospitals, especially for hospital structures and health workers. The method in this scientific article is to compare cases from several hospital studies that apply the accreditation process and the literature collected at the editing (re-examination) stage. The data is then processed and analyzed and conclusions drawn. The findings from the study of the application of hospitals in the importance of holding accreditation are to improve the quality of hospital services, improve hospital patient safety, increase protection for patients, the public, human resources for hospitals and hospitals as institutions and support government programs in the health sector. It can be concluded that the importance of hospitals carrying out accreditation is to ensure good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Suggestions made for hospital agencies, namely hospitals that have obtained national accreditation status are required to make strategic improvement plans in accordance with the surveyor's recommendations to meet hospital service standards that have not been achieved.

This study aims to determine the library strategy to obtain library accreditation at SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design with the main objective of providing an objective description or description of a situation. The method used is observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study found that the strategies carried out by the head of the library Insan Cendikia to obtain national school library accreditation were procurement of books, procurement of infrastructure, arrangement of equipment in the library, cataloging and human resource development. The supporting factor is the existence of a library card number (NPP), the library building has reached an area of ​​168m² and there is a reading area, work area and bookshelf area and the books are neatly arranged, there is a library management structure, the relationship between the librarian and the head of the library is quite good , the number of collections of library materials has met the national school library standards as many as 2,520 titles with 2,737 copies and professional human resources, while the inhibiting factors are insufficient funding, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, insufficient book procurement, and support from school principals who less strong.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) proses pembentukan tim akreditasi sekolah, (2) pelaksanaan pengisian instrumen akreditasi dan bukti fisik, (3) faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam persiapan akreditasi sekolah, (4) quality control dari proses pengisian instrumen akreditasi dan bukti fisik, (5) tindak lanjut persiapan akreditasi sekolah, dan (6) strategi keberhasilan dalam akreditasi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di SD Islam As-salaf Tahfidzul Qur’an Serpong, Tangerang Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini (1) proses pembentukan tim melalui penunjukan ketua tim oleh kepala sekolah, (2) pelaksanaan pengisian instrumen akreditasi dan bukti fisik melalui menghadiri sosialisasi, melakukan checklist instrumen akreditasi, persiapan data akreditasi dan pemenuhan bukti fisik, (3) faktor penghambat yaitu belum adanya tenaga dibidang administrasi sekolah, keterbatasanya waktu, bukti fisik berupa dokumen yang letak nya tidak beraturan dan terkadang tidak adanya bukti berupa foto, fasilitas yang kurang memadai berupa printer, sedangkan faktor pendukung yaitu bantuan dan motivasi kepala sekolah, kerja sama antar tim, dan bantuan stakeholders sekolah (4) quality control melalui pengecekan dan rapat evaluasi, (5) tindak lanjut persiapan dengan membiasakan kelengkapan perangkat sekolah, membuat program sekolah, dan (6) strategi keberhasilan dalam akreditasi sekolah terdapat strategi untuk mendapatkan nilai A dan strategi supaya cepat selesai.

Di kota Semarang terdapat beberapa perguruan tinggi jurusan komputer yang sangat kompetitif dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Dengan banyaknya universitas yang ada, sebagian besar lulusan SMA dan SMK harus pandai menentukan universitas yang baik untuk masa depan mereka. Kriteria penilaian meliputi akreditasi, jumlah mahasiswa, jumlah dosen, biaya kuliah, biaya SPI dan jumlah jurusan. Hasil rekomendasi pemilihan perguruan tinggi bidang komputer di kota Semarang didapatkan dari nilai yang paling tinggi. Dari seluruh Perguruan Tinggi bidang komputer yang ada di kota Semarang diatas, nilai Q_i tertinggi adalah UDINUS dengan nilai sebesar 0,955. 3. UDINUS memiliki nilai tertinggi karena memiliki akreditasi tertinggi dimana kriteria akreditasi memiliki bobot persentase tertinggi. Kombinasi keunggulan dalam akreditasi dan keunggulan dalam bobot memberikan UDINUS skor tinggi.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa penyampaian paparan materi  Optimalisasi Komunikasi Antar Pribadi Dalam Pendidikan  menuju Generasi Emas Pada Guru dan Orangtua Peserta Didik di SD Kestalan Surakarta. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan menghadirkan guru, kepala sekolah dan perwakilan orang tua peserta didik yang tergabung dalam komite sekolah secara bersama-sama dalam acara paparan materi dan tanya jawab interaktif hingga pada level penguasaan guru SD Kestalan Surakarta tentang Optimalisasi Komunikasi Antar Pribadi Dalam Pendidikan Menuju Generasi Emas Pada Guru dan Orangtua Peserta Didik. Dengan Optimalisasi Komunikasi Antar Pribadi Dalam Pendidikan Menuju Generasi Emas Pada Guru dan Orangtua Peserta Didik di SD Kestalan Surakarta ini dimaksudkan agar mampu menumbuhkan atensi peserta didik, interaktif, komunikatif dan suasana yang menyenangkan dalam proses pembelajaran tematik Integratif di kelas. Sehingga dengan kondisi yang nyaman dan menyenangkan ini prestasi belajar peserta didik meningkat. Dengan meningkatnya prestasi belajar peserta didik secara otomatis akan meningkat pula peringkat sekolah tersebut. Sehingga terjalin hubungan harmonis antara guru dengan peserta didik dan guru dengan orang tua peserta didik dalam hal pendidikan dan tumbuh kembang peserta didik menuju generasi emas. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru-guru di SD Kestalan Surakarta, sejumlah  30 peserta yang terdiri dari  guru ,Kepala Sekolah beserta orang tua peserta didik sebagai perwakilan Komite Sekolah. Pelaksanaan pada hari Senin 15 Juli 2019 di ruang kelas SD Kestalan Surakarta dengan pola waktu pelaksanaan selama 6 jam, mulai pukul 8.00 wib hingga pukul 15.00 wib.  Luaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah (1). Memberikan dasar ilmiah bagi guru Sekolah Dasar dalam memahami hakikat komunikasi Antar Pribadi dalam pendidikan guna mendukung kelancaran proses pembelajaran. (2). Memberikan kejelasan secara teoritis dan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang belajar, obyek belajar serta situasi dan kondisi belajar di Sekolah Dasar.(3). Memberikan kontribusi pemikiran bagi pengelola pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di Sekolah Dasar melalui komunikasi antar pribadi dalam pendidikan. (4). Menjalin hubungan komunikasi antara guru dari pihak sekol;ah dan orangtua peserta didik di  Sekolah Dasar agar terbentuk komunikasi integratif dalam pendidikan. Selanjutnya hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dipresentasikan dalam Seminar Nasional Pengabdian Kepada Masyrakat dan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal pengabdian masyarakat terakreditasi dan ber ISSN.   Kata Kunci :   Komunikasi Antar Pribadi   Â
