This study aims to examine the relationship between mental health, non-physical work environment, and the performance of generation Z employees in Bekasi City. Generation Z, who were born between 1995 and 2010 or are currently in the age range of 13-28, are known for their characteristics that include high proficiency in using technology, high levels of involvement in social media. However, Generation Z employees have negative characteristics, namely being easily anxious and stressed when things don't go as they wish. Generation Z feels stress at work caused by their perception of a very competitive work environment, long working hours, and tight deadlines in completing their tasks. This study uses a qualitative method through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were 50 generation Z employees in Bekasi City. This study tested the hypothesis and analyzed the data using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) Computer Software version 3.0. The results of the analysis show that the influence of mental health has a significant influence on employee performance, while the influence of the non-physical work environment has a significant influence on employee performance.

Human resources influence the performance of a company. Therefore, so that employees understand their duties and can carry out their responsibilities well within the company, there is also a need for democratic leadership and a comfortable working environment. The method used by the author in this research is a quantitative method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. The data used in this research was collected by distributing questionnaires to 60 BPS employee respondents. Data processing techniques use validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test using normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and f test, and coefficient of determination analysis using partial and simultaneous. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, the F test is (78,670) > F table (3.16), proving that the Democratic Leadership Style and Work Environment variables together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.851 + 0.296X1 + 0.657X2 and a coefficient of determination value of 0.734, it can be concluded that Democratic Leadership Style (X1) and Work Environment (X2) together have an influence contribution of 73.4% on Employee Performance (Y).

Employee commitment in an organization is not just carrying out their duties and obligations as employees in accordance with their job descriptions, but doing their best with their thoughts, attention, ideas, and dedication to produce the best for the organization. The problem that occurred at X Hospital Central Jakarta was the decreasing employee commitment related to the lack of employee intensity to stay working for a long time at X Hospital Central Jakarta and there were still employees who left the work hours room with a percentage of 27%, thus reducing the overall performance of the hospital and the lack of supporting work facilities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously on employee commitment mediated by the work environment. This research method is quantitative causality against 64 non-medical employees who have worked for at least 6 months at X Hospital Central Jakarta. The sampling method was total sampling. The data analysis method used was the Three Box Method and the Path Analysis Method with SEM AMOS. The results of the study found that democratic leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive effect on employee commitment with the mediation of the work environment, democratic leadership style does not affect employee commitment, democratic leadership style does not affect the work environment, organizational culture does not affect employee commitment, organizational culture has a positive effect on the work environment, the work environment has a positive effect on employee commitment. The implications of the study in theory will prove the influence of research variables and in managerial terms will further improve the system of facilities for work facilities and improve communication between leaders and employees in hospitals. Suggestions for the need for attention from the hospital management to improve work facilities and improve communication between leaders and employees.

This study aims to see the extent of the influence of Working environment and Rewards on Employee Performance with Teamwork as an intervening variable. The sample selection technique used random sampling and obtained 140 samples. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equition Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the research and hypothesis testing that has been carried out, the results of the study can be concluded that the Working environment has a positive and significant effect on Teamwork at PT. A comfortable and good work environment is a collection of processes that encourage employee behavior and encourage the achievement of company goals. The work environment is things related to the workplace itself and can influence the way he does his work. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Bandar Bakau Jaya. This research used a questionnaire method with a Likert scale which was distributed to 37 respondents. The variables studied include work environment (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and employee performance (Y). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and data quality testing through validity and reliability tests. The research results show that a good work environment, such as adequate lighting, appropriate temperature, and good ventilation, has a positive influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Most respondents agree that the conditions of their work environment affect productivity and the quality of work results. This research suggests that companies continue to improve working environmental conditions to increase employee satisfaction and performance.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, individual characteristics and employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach using literature study and technical content analysis. In the work environment at Bank Syariah Indonesia there is a huge support for the creation of a company's activity processes. With a good working environment, good and pleasant working conditions will be created, this can provide employee morale. According to (Rahmawanti et al., 2014). a work environment that is always around workers who are able to influence them in carrying out the tasks they have been burdened with. Meanwhile, individual characteristics are that each person must have different views, goals, abilities and needs from each other. These differences will bring habits into the world of work, which will cause self-satisfaction and cause differences between each other even though they work in the same place. An employee's performance is the result of a person's work during the period of work, for example standards, targets or target criteria that have been determined in advance and have been mutually agreed upon.

The STAN State Financial Polytechnic is an official university institution within the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia that is responsible to the Minister of Finance through the Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the influence of Motivation and Work Environment on the Performance of STAN State Financial Polytechnic Employees. The employee population in this study is 261 employees. The sample used in this study was 78 employees who used the purposive sampling technique with criteria, namely Non-State Employees (PPNPN) who had a working period of more than 1 year. Data collection techniques through google form questionnaires. The research methods that will be used are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests and F tests and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study show that partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in an organization. Work motivation and work environment are important factors that can affect staff performance levels. In the context of human resources management, it is important for organizations to take these factors into account in order to improve productivity and achieving the goals of the organization as a whole. Through an empirical and theoretical study approach, the study highlights the importance of creating a conducive working environment and increasing employee motivation in an effort to optimal performance. The results of this research are expected to provide useful insights for managers and organizational leaders in managing human resources more effectively.

Intensive compensation for employees is an achievement that is in conflict with the use of energy or compensation for services performed by the workforce. By paying employees, they will gain financial and non-financial benefits, compensation will encourage employees to analyze their work well so that their skills improve. The higher the salary a company offers its employees, the greater the employee's efforts to improve their performance. Compensation is an important thing that companies must provide fairly to their employees, both financial and non-financial. Employees need to be given compensation such as bonuses, allowances, a comfortable working environment, and work that can demonstrate their abilities so that the employee can provide the best results for the company. One of the aims of this research is to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance. The success achieved by a company cannot be separated from the important role of the human resources department. The purpose of this study is to identity and analyze the impact of motivation and good working environment on employee. The responden of study are employees of PT. Putriana Jaya Utama  with a sample of 40 people.Methods of collecting observation data, questionnaires and documentation, and using data analysis methods, namely descriptive analysis of percentages, research instruments, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 software for Windows. The calculation results are optaining the impacts of motivation and employee working performance is t count of 3,623 to 0,001 sig. The impact of working environment on employee working performance t count of 3,038  to 0,004 sig. The impact of motivation and working environment on employee working performance F count of 42,819 to 0,000 sig. As such motivation and the working environment have positive and significant impact on employee working performance. And the calculation of Coefficient of determination (R2) both motivation and working environment have an impacts of the working performance of 69,8%.

work stress is becoming an increasingly important issue in the workplace safety (K3) perspective. Factors that influence work stress have a significant impact on employee health and organizational productivity. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that contribute to the level of work stress and its impact on K3. The research method used is a literature study that investigates various factors that can cause work stress, including excessive workload, role conflict, lack of control over work, lack of social support, job insecurity, and unsafe working conditions. In addition, the impact of work stress on K3 has also been analyzed, including an increased risk of work accidents, reduced attention span, and increased risk of physical and mental illness. Research shows that factors such as high job demands, lack of job control, and unsafe work environments contribute significantly to workplace stress levels. In addition, work stress also negatively affects K3, increasing the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. The practical implications of these findings are that organizations can influence workplace stress through intervention programs such as stress management training, encouraging work-life balance, increasing social support, and improving managed work conditions. Therefore, these initiatives not only improve K3 and employee well-being, but also help improve productivity and performance throughout the organization.

Therefore, the company must pay attention to a good work environment or create working conditions or a comfortable working atmosphere in order to be able to provide motivation to work, it will have an influence on the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees to work. The hope is that the company must build a pleasant work environment so that every employee is happy to do his job so that he can work optimally. Therefore, employees' performance should be driven by work motivation and a conducive work environment to attain optimal employee performance. This study focuses on the effect of motivation and working environment on employee performance on PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. The first research objective is to analyze the effect of motivation variables on employee performance, the second is to analyze working environment variables on employee performance and the last is to analyze the effect of motivation and working environment on employee performance of PT. The data analysis methods used are data quality instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing. The research results partially show that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation variables on employee performance and partially also show that there is a positive and significant influence of work environment variables on employee performance. Simultaneous or joint research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation and work environment variables on employee performance.
