The main problems that often occur in people with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) are stress and an increase in blood sugar. Uncontrolled stress for a long time can lead to an increase in blood sugar levels, which can lead to various complications. One of the physical activities that can be done with relaxation is Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is an intervention that can be done in people with diabetes. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) on increasing stress and blood sugar levels. The research design used a quasi-experimental approach with a pre-post-test control group design approach. The sample consisted of 36 respondents who were divided into 18 intervention groups and 18 control groups. The group was given a therapeutic intervention for 1 week with a duration of 2 times a day, namely in the morning and afternoon for 10-15 minutes. The instruments used are a glucometer, blood sugar level observation sheet, and Diabetes Distress Scale (DDS) questionnaire. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test and Paired t-test to see pair data. Then for the research group, the data used the Man-Whitney Test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on decreasing blood pressure (p=0.013) and that there was an effect on decreasing blood sugar levels (p=0.034). Conclusion: Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) affects reducing stress and blood sugar levels in Type 2 DM patients.

In transformers installed and used in electric power systems, especially at substations (GI) there are often disturbances or problems. One of the problems with the transformer can occur due to the failure of the insulating oil which can be caused by a decrease in the value of the translucent voltage, therefore it is necessary to carry out maintenance to prevent and localize interference. Tap Changer oil is different from oil in the main tank (in terms of placement), in terms of type and function Tap Changer oil with oil in the main tank has similarities from the type of oil and its function as insulation, cooling and protecting windings from oxidation. With the method of observation (observation) in the field of all equipment worked on and with the literature method can be known the process of replacing oil On Load Tap Changer. From the results of the oil translucent voltage test study, it is known that the value of the penetrating voltage of the On Load Tap Changer oil sample used in the transformer is an average value of 38.8 kV, it can be known that the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 1) being filtered is 86.8 kV, the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 2) being filtered is worth 88 kV, and the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 3) being filtered is 98.2 kV.

Excessive anxiety can affect pregnancy and fetal growth. Irrational anxiety makes pregnant women uneasy and triggers stress. Babies born to stressed mothers tend to be hyperactive children and have difficulty controlling emotions(Maulana, 2016). To determine the level of anxiety of pregnant women and the factors that influence it in dealing with childbirth anxiety in the remote waters of Dabong Village, Kubu District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. The research methodology uses this research method using an analytical research method with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study were 31 pregnant women respondents. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate data analysis. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument consisted of a DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire for anxiety levels. Data were analyzed using Chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between two independent variables and the dependent variable, namely the level of anxiety and the factors that influence it (age, education, occupation, parity, level of knowledge). The results of the univariate data analysis showed that the anxiety level of many pregnant women experienced anxiety with a mild level of 12 pregnant women, 7 pregnant women, 6 pregnant women heavy. Bivariate data analysis with statistical test results obtained p value = 0.018 for age, statistical test results obtained p value = 0.043 for education, statistical test results obtained value for work p = 0.035, statistical test results obtained p value = 0.024 for parity and test results statistically obtained p value = 0.029 for the level of knowledge, on the anxiety of pregnant women, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the level of anxiety of pregnant women on anxiety in facing childbirth and the factors that influence it, The conclusion of the study is that pregnant women experience anxiety with levels of anxiety from mild to severe and there is an influence on the level of anxiety of pregnant women on anxiety in facing childbirth. There is a need for health education related to pregnancy and focusing on the psychology of pregnant women as well as family support, husbands (active roles) and the environment for pregnant women.
