Workplace microaggressions represent subtle and ambiguous forms of interpersonal mistreatment that are frequently normalized in organizational interactions, yet may generate significant psychological consequences for employees. While research in industrial and organizational psychology has extensively examined related constructs such as workplace incivility and ostracism, the linguistic mechanisms through which microaggressions operate remain underexplored. This study aims to systematically review Indonesian-language journal articles published between 2015 and 2025 that address workplace microaggressions and related phenomena, by conceptualizing microaggressions as speech acts. Using a systematic literature review approach guided by the PRISMA 2020 framework, relevant peer-reviewed articles were identified, screened, and analyzed through thematic synthesis. The review focuses on three main aspects: linguistic forms of microaggressions, contexts in which they emerge, and their psychological consequences in formal organizational settings, including companies and educational institutions. The findings indicate that workplace microaggressions are predominantly realized through indirect and ambiguous communicative practices, such as dismissive remarks, stereotypical humor, and interactional exclusion, often occurring within hierarchical relationships and formal work situations. These communicative acts are consistently associated with negative psychological outcomes, including stress, emotional exhaustion, reduced wellbeing, and withdrawal-related work attitudes. By integrating industrial-organizational psychology with linguistic-pragmatic perspectives, this review highlights language as a central mechanism through which microaggressions produce psychological harm at work. The study contributes a conceptual synthesis that underscores the importance of addressing everyday communicative practices in organizational interventions aimed at fostering psychological safety and employee wellbeing.

This study investigates the incorporation of Sufi-oriented values into the management practices and production processes of MADA Drinking Water operated by the Ahlus Shafa Wal Wafa Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The research focuses on the Syafi’i ethical concept known as Giti–Gito, which encompasses spiritual and moral values including sincerity, patience, inner richness, holistic physical and spiritual well-being, as well as fairness in sharing resources. The main aim of this study is to examine how these values are implemented within pesantren-based business management and to assess their impact on employees’ work attitudes, leadership styles, and interpersonal relations in the workplace. This research employs a qualitative case study method. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and a review of relevant institutional documents. The findings reveal that the implementation of Giti–Gito values has successfully shaped a work environment grounded in religious ethics, social harmony, and humanistic principles. The Giti aspect strengthens employees’ commitment to sincerity, patience, and accountability in carrying out their responsibilities, while the Gito aspect contributes to enhancing employee welfare and fostering a sense of social responsibility. Although challenges remain in reconciling spiritual values with modern management demands, the integration of both spiritual and professional dimensions has demonstrated its effectiveness in creating a productive, ethical, and sustainable organizational environment.

The food and beverage (FnB) industry is one of the main supporting sectors of tourism in Indonesia and has experienced rapid growth along with the increasing number of tourist activities and consumer demand. However, previous studies indicate that Service Quality in the FnB industry remains suboptimal, particularly in aspects related to human resources (HR). Issues such as inconsistent service performance, low responsiveness, and limited employee competence and work attitude are commonly identified. This study aims to systematically examine the role of human resources in Service Quality within the FnB industry and to identify key factors, management strategies, and existing research gaps. This research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using the PICOC framework, analyzing 20 national and international journal articles published between 2015 - 2025 and retrieved from Google Scholar. The findings reveal that the most influential HR factors affecting Service Quality include competence, communication skills, work attitude, experience, and employee training. Furthermore, effective human resource management practices demonstrate a positive relationship with improved Service Quality. Nevertheless, the review identifies a lack of comprehensive studies integrating HR management and Service Quality within the specific Context of the Indonesian FnB industry, indicating opportunities for future research.

Work in the informal sector, such as weaving, has high health risks due to the repetitive nature and static positions required. Weavers often experience Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) due to sitting too long in front of the loom for about 8 hours. This condition causes muscle contractions in the shoulders and neck, reduces blood flow, and causes pain and fatigue. A study of two sarong weaving industries in Dalangan Village found that 70% of 10 workers complained of low back pain. Many workers work with non-ergonomic positions and inappropriate equipment. Improvements in work attitudes are needed so that workers' health and productivity are maintained. This study aims to determine the relationship between work attitudes and MSDs disorders in the central craftsmen of the weaving industry. This research is a quantitative study using observational analysis method with cross sectional approach. The population was 35 from 4 locations with a sample of 35 respondents taken using total sampling technique. Assessment for work attitudes using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and for Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) experienced using the Nordic Body Map (NBM). This research was conducted because the author observed the conditions at the Ciamis Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Office, which showed that some employees had suboptimal performance even though they already had adequate competence. This low performance is caused by a lack of attention and support from leaders, lack of cooperation between divisions, employee competencies that are still below organizational expectations, and rapid development of information technology that is not balanced by the improvement of knowledge, skills, and work attitudes of employees. As a result, the results of the work produced have not been optimal. Many employees lack discipline in carrying out the rules and work procedures set by the organization, which can also be seen from the untimely attendance and the presence of employees who are absent from their duties. Employee empowerment is also uneven because employees who have the necessary skills are limited, so more work is done by certain employees only. The delegation of work is also often not accompanied by a complete explanation to the recipient, causing the completion of the work to exceed the set time target and the quality of the work is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to study, know, and analyze the influence of the work environment, competence, and empowerment on employee performance. This study uses an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach, as well as descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis techniques with correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis tools. The results of the study show that the work environment, competence, and empowerment are empirically in high condition, and have a significant influence on employee performance. A good work environment, very high competence, and optimal empowerment have a positive effect on high employee performance.
