The development of information and communication technology has significantly transformed consumer behavior, particularly in the process of searching for information prior to making a purchase. One rapidly growing phenomenon is Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM), which refers to informal communication among consumers through digital platforms such as social media, online forums, and product review websites. eWOM is considered more credible than traditional advertising because it originates from real user experiences. This study aims to analyze the impact of eWOM on consumer purchase intention with trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design was employed, involving active users of digital platforms who accessed product reviews before purchasing. Data were collected via online questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression and mediation testing (Baron and Kenny approach with Sobel test). The findings reveal that eWOM has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust (β = 0.72) and directly influences purchase intention (β = 0.31). Trust demonstrates a stronger effect on purchase intention (β = 0.56) and serves as a significant mediator in the relationship between eWOM and purchase intention (indirect effect = 0.40). These results highlight that the quality, credibility, and consistency of eWOM information are crucial in building consumer trust, which subsequently enhances purchase intention. Theoretically, this study enriches digital marketing literature, while practically it provides implications for companies to manage online reviews transparently and foster consumer trust to drive purchasing decisions.

Fantasy eyelashes are eyelashes that are used to add an accent of beauty to fantasy eye makeup. Currently, fantasy eyelashes are rarely sold on the market, and most of them are relatively expensive with simple designs. The scarcity of fantasy eyelashes at relatively high prices has led the author to innovate by utilizing mother-in-law's tongue leaf fibers as the basic material for making fantasy eyelashes. The research aims to simplify the search for fantasy eyelashes needed by the public at an affordable price while using natural materials that minimize the risk of irritation, thereby presenting an entrepreneurial opportunity. The natural material used is the mother-in-law's tongue plant. This plant is an environmentally friendly ornamental plant that is easily found in the author's surroundings, highly beneficial for health as it filters toxins and air pollution, and has high economic value. This research employs observation, literature review, experimentation, documentation, and questionnaires. The author uses descriptive qualitative analysis, presenting research results in narrative form using words and sentences. The author offers a price of Rp. 35,000 per pair, which is competitive with market prices for fantasy eyelashes. Product validation was conducted through sensory testing with three expert validators, covering aspects such as texture, shape, neatness, and a rating of 15 in the “very suitable” category. The level of preference was assessed through a preference test with 60 respondents, covering statements 1 to 8, with results ranging from 241 to 300 indicating “very liked.” This study concludes that fantasy eyelashes made from mother-in-law's tongue leaves can compete and are favored by makeup artists and practitioners.

This study was motivated by the low motivation and boredom of students in learning Indonesian, which is still dominated by conventional methods and results in less optimal conceptual understanding. The purpose of this research is to implement Wordwall as an interactive learning medium to improve students’ conceptual comprehension, interest, and motivation. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects were X students of MA Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that Wordwall successfully created a more engaging and enjoyable learning atmosphere compared to traditional teaching methods. Its interactive features, such as quizzes, word-matching activities, and word-search exercises, stimulated students’ enthusiasm and encouraged them to actively engage with the material. The scoring system and timer also fostered a healthy sense of competition, which further motivated students to participate. However, some limitations were identified, including the possibility of cheating, the relatively small font size, and the time-consuming process of preparing questions. Despite these challenges, the implication of this study suggests that Wordwall can serve as an innovative alternative medium for teaching Indonesian, providing both meaningful learning experiences and enhanced learning quality.

This study examines the integrity of general elections through the lens of prophetic journalism. A qualitative approach was employed to explore the perspectives and experiences of institutional administrators, community leaders, and local residents regarding electoral integrity grounded in prophetic journalism. This approach emphasizes the importance of relationships among various actors in the public policy process, including government institutions, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. The research was conducted at the East Java Provincial General Election Commission (KPU), with data collected directly by the researcher through observation of words and actions. Data collection was carried out holistically and integratively, focusing on relevance to the study objectives. Data analysis involved systematically searching, organizing, and processing all interview transcripts while ensuring validity through careful verification procedures. The results indicate that electoral integrity can be maintained effectively through a combination of deliberative democracy and prophetic journalism. In this context, the media functions not only as an information distributor but also as a moral agent ensuring transparency, accountability, and fairness throughout the electoral process. Campaigns to validate and counter hoax news during elections are most effective when prophetic journalism is integrated with agenda-setting theory, allowing the media to shape public perception through information filtering, digital literacy education, and the delivery of objective and ethical reporting. Prophetic journalism also serves as a social control mechanism, reinforcing transparency and oversight by combining the press’s watchdog function with principles of honesty, responsibility, and wisdom, preventing electoral manipulation and safeguarding democratic integrity.

This study aims to identify and analyze the denotative and connotative meanings in an alternative universe (AU) entitled Throw.back by @Matchacioya uploaded on social media X. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative with semantic theory as the basis of analysis. Semantic theory is used to explore how the meaning of a word or phrase is formed both literally (denotative) and in a social and emotional context (connotative). The research data was obtained through the free-spirited conversational listening method, which allows researchers to understand and identify the words or phrases used in the AU. After the data was collected, the analysis was carried out using the distribution method, with the direct element division technique and the lesap technique. The direct element division technique is used to dissect the literal meaning of the word or phrase, while the lesap technique is used to understand the hidden meaning, namely the meaning formed due to the influence of the context and the emotional experiences of the characters in the AU. The results of the study show that the denotative meaning reflects the literal meaning of the word or phrase, such as the word "kabur" which refers to a physical event in the story. Meanwhile, connotative meaning is deeper and reflects a more complex emotional interpretation, such as in the phrase "lost direction" which describes the character's emotional confusion. The importance of connotative meaning is also reflected in the use of symbolism and metaphor in the work. Phrases such as "becoming a shadow" or "trapped in time" not only refer to physical or temporal states, but also describe the character's inner conflict and search for identity. This research confirms that language plays a crucial role as a communication tool that helps build interactions between characters in literary works, especially in AU that is developing on social media.

This study discusses the symbolic meaning contained in the use of figurative language in the poetry anthology Selamat Menunaikan Ibadah Puisi by Joko Pinurbo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a semiotic analysis method as a theoretical basis, which allows researchers to interpret the signs and symbols in the poetic texts in depth. The results of the study show that the figurative language in the poems does not only function as rhetorical decoration or mere linguistic ornamentation, but has a strong and essential symbolic function in conveying hidden messages and the poet's inner emotions. Symbols such as "storm", "refrigerator", "twilight", "window", "door", "river", and others are not only concrete images, but convey deep meanings related to inner suffering, past memories, the search for self-identity, feelings of alienation, and the search for the universal meaning of life. In addition, this study also identifies various types of figurative language used by Joko Pinurbo in the anthology, including metaphor, simile, personification, hyperbole, synecdoche, paradox, and irony. All types of figurative language are skillfully used to enrich the meaning of poetry and deepen the aesthetic experience of readers, allowing them to feel and reproduce the messages hidden behind the words. Thus, this study confirms that the use of figurative language in poetry is not only a literary technique, but also a powerful medium of expression and a means of communicating complex meanings in modern literary works. This study discusses the symbolic meaning contained in the use of figurative language in the poetry anthology Selamat Menunaikan Ibadah Puisi by Joko Pinurbo. Arabic language proficiency, a key element in Islamic religious education, requires adequate learning resources. One innovation that contributes to the learning process is the use of a digital Arabic-Indonesian dictionary. This study aims to identify the extent to which students utilize digital dictionaries and their impact on Arabic language learning. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach through data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Participants included students enrolled in the Arabic Language Education study program from the 2010 intake, lecturers teaching Arabic, and data on the use of digital dictionary applications. The study findings indicate that most students prefer using digital dictionaries due to their ease of access and comprehensive features, such as instant word search and examples of word usage in context. Students perceive digital dictionaries as more practical and efficient, especially for quickly searching for word meanings, which is very helpful in the intensive Arabic language learning process. However, several obstacles also arise, including low digital literacy among some students and limited internet access in some locations. On the other hand, lecturers at the Al-Zaytun Islamic Institute in Indonesia continue to encourage the use of printed dictionaries to train students' accuracy in searching for meanings, especially so that they do not rely solely on technology. Overall, the use of digital dictionaries has been proven to positively contribute to improving Arabic comprehension and sentence structure, making them an effective and relevant alternative learning resource in the digital age. The use of digital Arabic-Indonesian dictionaries also makes it easier for students to learn technical terms frequently used in academic and religious texts.

Nutritional problems can jeopardize the survival of a country. The nutritional condition of each individual reflects the physiological demands of that individual, because if these needs are not met, nutrition-related health problems will arise. Children's health and nutritional status are interrelated. When a child's health deteriorates due to an infectious disease, their appetite is affected and they consume less food, resulting in less nutrients entering the body. Journals in this literature review used 3 databases including Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct using the words malnutrition, child, 2-5 years. The literature search was adjusted based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The search results obtained 10 journals consisting of 4 national journals and 6 international journals. The results showed that the risk factors for malnutrition in children aged 2-5 years were inadequate nutritional intake, parental education and knowledge, infectious diseases, parenting, environmental sanitation and socioeconomic factors.

The GKSI Nazareth SP 5 congregation, which consists of various ages and social backgrounds, faces challenges in understanding and applying the true meaning of worship. Many congregations do not fully understand the essence of worship as a form of direct communication with God, but only carry it out as a routine ritual. With the increasing influence of technology and social media, priority for spiritual activities such as worship tends to decrease. The method used is qualitative by observing the phenomena that occur and continuing with data collection by taking notes, then conducting a literature search, journals, books and the Bible to support the research. Novelty lies in the church's approach to taking concrete steps to guide the congregation to understand the teachings of God's Word regarding worship. The findings show positive changes in the GKSI Nazareth SP 5 Congregation, explanations of guidance from God's Word and also explanations of the meaning of worship that the GKSI Nazareth SP 5 Congregation can apply in their lives. This positive change can be seen in the fact that they are willing to give up their time to come to worship together on Sundays and also to worship at home.
