The method applied in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and this work examines the pertinent literature between 2020 and 2024. The sources included here were Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar while using the following keywords; digital communication and profitability. The findings indicate that firms that engage in anticipatory digital media communication receive higher customer interactions of between 10-30% and continued patronage and sales. Furthermore, AI and big data help organizations tailor their communication strategies, maximize CLV and minimize operation expenditures. However, the study also revealed that digital skills’ dearth and organizational reluctance to embrace digital technology are a thorn for firms, particularly MSMEs, regarding the appropriate execution of digital communication strategies. Based on the findings of this study, the conclusion is that enhanced digital communication can enhance the profitability of the company as long as adequate technological platform and increased digitization of company’s employees are in place. As for the suggestions for future research, they include examining the effects of data privacy legislation on Digital Communications Planning and analyzing how manufacturing and, especially, financial service industries can leverage Digital Technology to create a sustainable competitive advantage.

This research is motivated by the rampant cases of bullying that occur in Indonesia. This study links bullying in the film Munkar with the sociological study of Ian Watt's literature. The purpose of this study is to describe bullying that correlates with Ian Watt's theory. This study examines the fundraising strategies implemented by LAZISNU East Java to increase the collection of Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah (ZIS) funds. Using a qualitative approach, this research identifies both online and offline fundraising methods. Online strategies include utilizing websites, social media, and crowdfunding platforms to expand donor reach. Meanwhile, offline strategies involve fundraising through donation boxes, religious events, and collaborations with various organizations. The findings indicate that combining digital and conventional strategies can enhance donor participation, strengthen transparency, and build public trust in ZIS fund management. Factors such as institutional legality, well-structured programs, and social media utilization also contribute to the effectiveness of fundraising efforts. Thus, adaptive and innovative fundraising strategies play a crucial role in optimizing ZIS fund collection and ensuring the sustainability of philanthropic-based social programs

The digital era in the industrial revolution 4.0 has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including education. With the presence of increasingly sophisticated digital technology and the widespread use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the education system is currently faced with new challenges to adapt to the times. However, the emergence of AI also has a negative impact on education, especially in the context of Technology and Vocational Education, namely increasing plagiarism, excessive dependence, lack of skill development, and weakening of culture, norms, and interactions between students and lecturers. This study aims to analyze the moral and ethical role in the use of AI in Technology and Vocational Education. The literature review research method is used in this study with a qualitative approach. Secondary data collection was carried out with the help of Google Scholar web technology and the bibliometric processing application VOSViewer. The data analysis technique applies the Miles & Hubberman model which consists of: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that morals and ethics play a central role in the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in Technology and Vocational Education in the digital era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The study also recommends strategic steps to ensure the use of AI in Technology and Vocational Education remains ethical and effective.

Graphic design has become a key element in shaping consumer perception and influencing engagement metrics in digital marketing. This study aims to explore the role of graphic design in the success of digital marketing campaigns through an experimental approach. The study compared the performance of visually optimized content with non-optimized content on various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing. The results of the experiment showed that content with optimized graphic design resulted in significant increases in consumer engagement, brand recall, and conversion rates. The increase in consumer engagement reached an average of 35%, while brand recall increased by up to 20% compared to non-optimized content. This study highlights the importance of integrating design aesthetics into digital marketing strategies to achieve higher effectiveness. The findings provide practical insights for marketing professionals in designing more visually appealing campaigns, while opening up opportunities for further research on the specific elements of graphic design that have the greatest impact on consumer behavior. Thus, this study strengthens the strategic role of graphic design in the era of digital-based marketing.

The National Educational Technology Talent Survey (NETTS) addresses the gap between Educational Technology graduates and private sector job opportunities in Indonesia. By connecting students, alumni, and industry practitioners, NETTS fosters professional readiness and promotes the recognition of Educational Technology in diverse fields. Using a research and development framework, NETTS developed activities including job market surveys, webinars, and training workshops to enhance graduate competencies. Findings indicate a lack of awareness among students regarding industry roles, despite existing market demand. Positive feedback from alumni and participants highlights NETTS’ potential to create a sustainable ecosystem for collaboration and knowledge exchange. Future initiatives should focus on expanding partnerships with industry stakeholders and student associations to maximize program impact.

SJF Teakwood is a producer and sales of various kinds of furniture. So far, the promotional media used by SJF Teakwood is through social media Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. However, using the promotional media above is considered less specific, so it is necessary to add interesting media to attract the public to the company. This study uses the R&D method. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method that uses data in the form of written or spoken words from people and people's behavior observed in a natural context. The results of the validation value from internal experts got a score of 32, external experts 38 and product users got a score of 37 which is included in the very good category, so this web-based furniture product catalog is declared valid for use. So it can be concluded that the Web-Based Furniture Product Catalog as a Marketing Media for SJF Teakwood Jepara is worthy of being used effectively.

This research aims to develop a web-based information system at the Kebondowo village office. This research was conducted by analyzing the extent to which the Kebondowo Village Office uses an effective information system. This system development uses PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages with the waterfall model method with several stages, namely requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The results of the study can be concluded that the Kebondowo Village Information System that can support activities in Kebondowo Village to the community. The Kebondowo Village website has been designed and implemented to improve the quality of public services by presenting information about profiles, announcements, and village activity agendas. This initiative makes it easier for Kebondowo Village Officials to deliver information directly without intermediaries, as well as providing convenience for residents to access and receive accurate information, including about social assistance programs and other activity agendas in the village.

This research aims to evaluate user interface/user experience issues and measure the usability level of batiksiputri.com. Batik Warna Alam siPutri is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) that has a website-based e-commerce, namely batiksiputri.com. This research was made using a qualitative descriptive method based on Jacob Nielsen's usability theory in determining what criteria have been applied and which have not been applied from the usability level at batiksiputri.com. The usability criteria used are Jacob Nielsen's usability criteria, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction. The application of Jacob Nielsen usability in the evaluation of user interface design/user experience on batiksiputri.com resulted in the conclusion that the usability criteria applied in batiksiputri.com have implemented the criteria of learnability, efficiency and satisfaction well but have a few shortcomings in the criteria of memorability and error. This batiksiputri.com, requires further development in order to meet all user needs.

The purpose of this research is to build a web-based information system for the Bandungan Sub-district Religious Affairs Office (KUA) that covers marriage registration, referral applications and receipt of marriage registration and referral reports. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The R&D method is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these methods. In addition, this research uses the proven waterfall theory. The result of this research is to produce a web-based information system that is able to manage integrated marriage and referral registration data using R&D and Waterfall methods. This information system uses the PHP programming language and uses mysql data storage.

Exotic Dramatic fashion, this fashion reflects a person's gentle personality, as well as a firm and strong side in some situations. Exotic dramatic clothing can be worn on formal or non-formal occasions. The problem that will be discussed is how the process of making exotic dramatic clothing with slope batik, santung and synthetic leather webbing. While the benefits can be to know the manufacture of exotic dramatic clothing with slope batik, santung and synthetic leather webbing. The method used by the author is the R&D method. This exotic dramatic fashion has 3 parts of fashion which include, crop top, dress, custom skirt, with standard size M, making archetypes, breaking patterns, making wicker, preparing tools and materials, sewing. The clothes on the Crop top three-axis wicker technique are located on the front of the bottom and on the back, the combination of slope batik motifs whose patterns are regular slashes and the combination of red and black materials makes an exotic impression. Making this fashion with slope batik, santung and synthetic leather webbing, in making woven size 3 cm wide 65 cm long which is sewn once so that the finished woven product becomes neat and not wavy. In the hollow three-axis webbing, it should be helped by sewing hands outside as a woven barrier on clothes so that they are not easily shifted and the result is neater.

One of the museums found in Bali is Subak museum in Tabanan Regency. The establishment of this Museum aims to preserve the traditional institution called Subak as a noble national cultural heritage, and to introduce to the younger generation and foreign tourists about the unique traditional irrigation system in Bali. Lack of supporting facilities in delivering information, making tourists who visit Subak Museum have minimal information. The solution needed in Subak museum is an Android-based E-Tourism application that is supported by Qr-Code technology so as to provide an interesting presentation of data. In making this application using the development of the Waterfall method and designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the Java programming language for Android and PHP for web services, and MySQL as a database. So that produced an android-based system in Subak museum Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of the tests carried out it can be concluded that the black box testing system functions have been running according to the planning. Then the result of the testing of users using questionnaires generated Application Benefits scores 90.8%, Ease of 86.93%, Interface 82% and Content 90.2%.

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin meningkat seiring dengan berjalanya waktu dimana semua pengguna harus mempelajari teknologi yang semakin berkembang. Dengan perkembangan yang semakin meningkat maka ancaman dalam pengguna internet akan semakin meningkat akan serangan siber dengan mencuri data atau informasi peribadi melalui website. Maka perlu dilakukan pengujian kerentanan keamanan pada website untuk mengurangi ancaman dari serangan siber dengan memberikan solusi yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat pengukuran akan tingkatan bahaya untuk memperbaiki keamanan yang ada pada website. Tujuan penelitian mencari apa saja kerentanan yang ada pada website Fakultas Teknologi Informasi pada Universitas Sebelas April dan menganalisis dampak yang terjadi jika ancaman tersebut ada pada website dan memberikan solusi dengan metode yang digunakan NIST SP 800-115 yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu planning, discovery, attack, reporting.  Berdasarkan hasil scanning yang dilakukan mendapatkan 11 kerentanan serta dari hasil pengujian belum ditemukan kerentanan sehingga masih dibilang aman karena belum mendapatkan kerentanan pada website tersebut. Penelitian ini memberi saran untuk melakukan pengujian ulang serta eksplorasi metode lain untuk menemukan kerentanan.

This study aims to classify chicken eggs based on their physical size using the concept of computer vision and image segmentation techniques. Compared to the standard methods that have been used so far, this alternative technology is expected to help standardize measurements, cost efficiency, and work effectiveness. In this study, the classification of chicken eggs was carried out using image segmentation and regression analysis. Thus, it is expected that the classification of chicken eggs will have increasingly accurate values. After the image is taken using a webcam, the image segmentation process is used to divide the image into homogeneous areas based on the RGB (true color) color intensity similarity standard. Regression analysis is used to study and measure the relationship between the number of pixels and the weight of the object. The number of pixels indicating the area of ​​the object is the result of image segmentation, which will be entered into the regression equation to calculate the weight (grams). The results showed that the color characteristics of chicken eggs have a normalization of R at least 0.41 and a normalization of G at least 0.3. In addition, the classification test has an accuracy of 100% (36/36) and a weight estimation accuracy of 42 percent (15/36).

Indoor air quality plays a vital role in public health, especially since people spend about 90% of their time indoors. Poor indoor air quality, often caused by chemical, physical, and biological pollutants, can severely impact health, comfort, and productivity. To tackle this issue, a robust air quality monitoring and control system was designed, featuring an ESP32 microcontroller paired with sensors such as the GP2Y1010AU0F dust sensor, MQ-7 carbon monoxide sensor, and MQ-2 smoke sensor, along with a fan to enhance air circulation. This system is capable of detecting air quality issues and taking corrective action. The ESP32 module, integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, enables real-time transmission of sensor data to a web server for continuous monitoring and prompt response. Researchers have made significant progress in creating an effective, system-based solution to improve and maintain indoor air quality

SION (Sistem Informasi Online) ITB STIKOM Bali is a platform used by students and lecturers to support administrative and academic processes on campus. This research examines how the user experience (UX) level of SION can enhance the quality of services provided by the system. The purpose of this study is to measure user satisfaction with the user experience quality. The study uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method, which includes six rating scales: attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty. The UEQ method also offers analytic tools that can be downloaded from its official website. Respondents in this study consisted of 75 people from a population of 248. The results of the UEQ analysis show positive evaluations across all aspects, with the following detailed scores: attractiveness received a score of 1.37, perspicuity 1.34, efficiency 1.16, dependability 1.21, stimulation 1.16, and novelty 0.87.

Milk consumption and the need for beef cattle for food purposes or sacrificial purposes continue to increase from year to year. This increase is in line with the increasing level of the economy and awareness of the need for nutritious food. However, the increase in demand still faces many production constraints due to the difficulties faced by farmers, the decline in cattle production from year to year in Indonesia. This causes Indonesia to have to import beef for 35.95% of the total national beef consumption. With many factors that affect the decline in the production rate of dairy cows or beef cattle every year, one of them is air pollution and poor air quality in cages. Along with the development of technology, a monitoring and detection system for air cleanliness in cattle pens was created, using the MQ-7 sensor as the concentration of carbon monoxide, the MQ-135 sensor as the concentration of ammonia gas, the MQ-2 sensor as the smoke detection, and When the air pollution value of each sensor input is according to the air pollution standard index (ISPU), the outputs namely indicator lights, buzzers and blowers will be on, then there will be temporary air neutralization in the cage. This tool is made easier by internet of things technology, so that it can send notifications via telegram and can see the level of air pollution levels through the web.

Current technological advances have made the need for information technology very necessary. With the existence of web-based geographic information system technology, it can help PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk Prabumulih City Branch to digitize every Indibiz customer and target area for Indibiz products. The aim of this research is to create a web-based Indibiz customer mapping information system and to improve technician performance in matters concerning Indibiz. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the Waterfall method as a system development method and UML as a design tool. The application was built using a website with the php programming language, a mysql database, and printing data using pdf files.

The web-based land transportation management system is a modern solution for managing transportation operations by utilizing web technology to facilitate monitoring, scheduling, and optimization of fleet usage. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the implementation of a web-based land transportation management system using SWOT analysis. The results of this study are expected to serve as a guide for companies or transportation management agencies in designing and developing efficient and effective systems. Although there are several challenges, such as dependency on stable internet infrastructure and relatively high implementation costs, the potential benefits, such as increased operational efficiency, cost reduction, and improved customer service quality, make this system highly relevant and have strong prospects for application in the land transportation industry.

This study aims to determine and examine the influence of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Liquidity, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Financial Performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. This research uses quantitative data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports of manufacturing companies obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) at www.idx.co.id and the related company websites. The data collection technique used the documentation method, with 23 companies meeting the criteria for this study. The data analysis technique used in this research employs quantitative analysis techniques, specifically Multiple Linear Regression. (Multiple Linear Regression). The statistical program used in this research is SPSS 26.0 to test the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the variables Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Liquidity, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have a positive and significant impact on financial performance (ROA).
