This final report aims to design a website-based electronic archiving system using PHP and MyAdmin. The data collection method used by the author in this research is the field research method through interviews, observation, library research, and descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques using the waterfall method, namely the Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system, which is used to develop information systems in the website creation process. This method uses a systematic and gradual approach. This electronic filing system can help companies overcome various obstacles when recording and rediscovering documents. Automating processes in the system in systematic recording and storage can save time and help provide information quickly so that the administrative process is smooth. Reduces the use of paper (less paper) because documents are stored in digital format, so documents will not pile up and can reduce the use of archive storage space. In electronic archiving, there is no longer a need to manually record the agenda for incoming and outgoing letters, because when recording transactions, incoming or outgoing letters will be automatically recorded on the agenda for incoming or outgoing letters. For the system to continue running optimally, it is recommended that companies carry out employee training, routine system maintenance, continuous development, implementation of information security policies, and regular system performance monitoring.  Implementing these recommendations is expected to increase operational efficiency and accessibility of company information

Formal words are words which follow the language rules that have been determined in formal situations both in oral and written. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of primary school students in distinguishing formal words. The method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) in waterfall model. The result of this study is the design of a scratch-based game design of KaKu  to improve students’ ability to distinguish formal words at primary school has code blocks on 1) Teacher’s sprite, 2) Easy quiz, 3) Medium quiz, 4) Hard quiz, 5) Tick sprite, 6) Cross sprite, 7) Easy sprite, 8) Medium sprite, and 9) Hard sprite. The conclusion of this study is that there are 9 scratch-based game designs of KaKu (formal words) to improve students’ ability to distinguish formal words at primary school.

The Segitiga Motor website was developed using the Laravel framework with the SDLC Waterfall model approach to digitize the management of customer data and workshop services. The development process includes stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Laravel was chosen for its ability to speed up development through reusable components and its organized and flexible structure. The website successfully integrates key features such as online service booking, customer data management, product catalog, and promotions, all effectively. Testing results show that the system works as planned, enhancing operational efficiency and making it easier for customers to access services. For future development, adding features like analytics and integration with digital payment systems could further improve customer experience and satisfaction.

The programming language used in this web development is PHP using the Laravel framework and the RDBMS used is MySQL. The system development model used is the SDLC waterfall model so that the work is gradual and more structured. This research resulted in web-based drug management at the Jambi City Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD being able to solve the problem of recording incoming drugs from Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Submission of LPLPO files by Puskesmas as official proof of drug needs at the Puskesmas, outgoing drugs during drug distribution activities to Puskesmas, data on Pharmaceutical Wholesalers who partner as drug suppliers at the Jambi City. Health Office Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD Warehouse, data on health centers in Jambi City along with officers who will come during distribution and drug data that will be returned to the Pharmaceutical Wholesaler responsible for the product.

This research aims to develop a web-based Mosque Management Information System (SIMM) to manage the administrative and operational activities of mosques. The method used in this research is the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model. The SDLC phases include Project Planning Phase, Analysis Phase, Design Phase, Implementation Phase, and Support Phase. This research was conducted at Al Hikmah Mosque, located in Grand Samara Residence, Dusun Kopo, Klari Village, Karawang District. Data and information were collected through surveys and interviews with mosque administrators. The results show that the developed web-based SIMM can improve efficiency in data management, enhance coordination among stakeholders, and increase transparency in financial management. The system was well received by mosque administrators and is expected to improve the overall quality of mosque management. Additionally, this SIMM is expected to provide better services to the congregation and increase the accountability of mosque administrators.

Waste Bank is an institution that plays an important role in waste management. Kedungmaling village is a village located in Mojokerto district, East Java province, Kedungmaling Waste Bank was established in 2019 and its head is the PKK organization of Kedungmaling village. Some research has been conducted with a case study of a Waste Bank to improve the performance of waste banks that still carry out their business processes conventionally. Most previous research focused on making waste bank applications but still used Kotlin programming language and fire base web service as the database. This research uses the React Native framework to create mobile applications and uses the Rest API as a database. The application design uses the SDLC method with a waterfall model. Application testing using black box gets a percentage of 97% of 89 scenarios and Rest API testing assisted by the postman application gets a percentage of 100% of 94 scenarios. With this application, it can help officers in managing waste and facilitate customers in managing their balances.

The lack of information conveyed to the public, resulting in a lack of knowledge the community regarding the sales of the ce florist shop in PALI district due to the sales information system that was carried out at the ce florist bouquet shop is still manual, namely people who want to know about the latest information about bouquet items must come directly so that it is more effective and efficient, because it takes a lot of time to arrive at the ce florist's bouquet shop. So from the researcher will make an android information system for the ce florist bouquet shop which will be accessed through the application that we install using Flutter programming language. This study uses the method (SDLC) Waterfall as a development method to be used when designing and build applications, while the research methods to be used is a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. Research collecting data through direct observation, interviews and library research. help tool uml design to help design the system to be created. With the existence of this android application hopefully helps people save time when want to shop at the ce florist bouquet shop.

Methodology is a very important basic framework in the design and development of professional software, aimed at creating an information system that meets the business needs of an organization. Success in software development relies heavily on managing the software project as a whole. Establishing a methodology includes high dynamics in the design stages of a model that describes the activities and life cycle of a system. SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) or Systems Development Life Cycle, in the context of systems and software engineering, is a process that includes the creation and modification of systems, as well as the models and methodologies used to develop them. This discussion will explain the analysis of selecting software development methodologies, including waterfall, prototype, iterative, spiral, and rapid application development (RAD). It is hoped that the results of this discussion can provide considerations in choosing and using the right methodology based on each individual's needs, strengths and weaknesses, as well as other factors such as familiarity with technology, system complexity, system reliability, and short and precise time requirements, as well as referencing several scientific journals.

As a beginner in the business of exotic animals provider, Rumbur Exotic Pet run the business activities manually and do not utilise advanced technology, so it’s performance is less effective and efficient. Therefore, adequate technological support is needed to improve business performance and productivity through designing a Java-based sales information system. This research use the Waterfall model as one of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) software development methods. The system design tools that used are Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results of designing a Java-based sales information system can increase work effectiveness and efficiency, facilitate data collection and storage of sales information, produce detailed and accurate reports, and encourage productivity and profitability.

Businesses, regardless of size, must continuously adjust to fast-paced technological advancements to remain competitive, particularly in the hotel industry. The Room Division plays a vital role as the heart of the hotel business, serving as the frontliner. A significant number of hotels have implemented technological advancements inside their operational room divisions, particularly in the front office and housekeeping departments. However, there are only a limited number of apps that can provide automation for analyzing the effectiveness of room attendants using delegation systems. A prototype of the hotel room division application based on the Intelligent Planning System (IPS). The IPS module provides automated analysis with rapid and precise outcomes, minimizing human involvement and reducing the likelihood of human mistakes. The research is conducted by applying the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model, which includes planning, development, testing, and implementation stages. The prototype's anticipated outcome is to serve as a viable solution, with innovative features potentially benefiting the hotel's operational room division.

Procurement is a recurring activity in a company's business process. While the traditional procurement process is often considered less efficient and effective, it requires a better solution. The traditional procurement process also often requires a long time, high cost, and lack of transparency. This can lead to inefficiency and the risk of misuse. This research aims to develop a more efficient and effective procurement application model using SDLC and waterfall methodologies. This research uses observation methods to study the current procurement process and interviews to get input from stakeholders regarding application needs. The results showed that the developed procurement application model can help companies in a more efficient and effective procurement process. This application model can help companies to save time and costs, as well as increase transparency and accountability of the procurement process.

This research proposes the use of a decision support system based on the Profile Matching method to determine the thesis supervisor. This method is effective in making decisions that are in accordance with the concentration of the thesis title, functional position, and educational level of the lecturer. This research refers to the concept of a decision support system that offers several alternative choices to assist management in making decisions efficiently. The Profile Matching method is carried out with the stages of variable weighting, factor grouping, and total value calculation. This research also refers to related studies that have been conducted previously to build a more effective and efficient system in determining supervisors. The research method used is Research and Development with a waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. The results showed that the use of a decision support system with the Profile Matching method can provide recommendations for supervisors in accordance with the criteria set. Product testing using Aiken's V and ISO/IEC 25010 standards also shows that this system is feasible to use with good validity values and quality that meets standards. In conclusion, the decision support system with the Profile Matching method can help speed up and improve efficiency in determining thesis supervisors in the PTIK study program at UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Suggestions for further development are to consider integration with web technology for ease of access and use.

The research results show that the goods procurement application model developed can help companies in the goods procurement process more efficiently and effectively. This application model can help companies save time and costs, as well as increase transparency and accountability in the procurement process.

The critical period for the growth and development of infants can be referred to as a critical period. It is said that this critical period in infancy will be very detrimental to the environment around it and it is said that the future due to infancy is very short and cannot be repeated. Newborns are more susceptible to various diseases. Diseases in infants can be identified based on the symptoms that arise. This is caused by several factors including the lack of information about diseases in infants after birth that is known to the general public. Therefore, research is needed on diseases and symptoms that affect babies after birth. One alternative in order to find out the disease in the baby after birth can use an expert system. In building the system, the author uses the Backward Chaining method, uses the Waterfall system development method (SDLC) and the Object Oriented Approach (OOA). The result of this research is a web-based application that can later be accessed or used to make it easier for the public, especially parents of babies, to diagnose symptoms or diseases in babies after birth as early as possible.

PT Cempaka Mega Mandiri is a company engaged in processing and selling swallow's nests, both for export and in the local market. Currently, it is known that the attendance system used in this company has an unsatisfactory level of accuracy. Therefore, the author decided to apply GPS technology to increase efficiency in the attendance process, in the hope of providing a better solution for the company. GPS, which stands for Global Positioning System, is a navigation system that uses satellites to identify and synchronize location data from an object on the earth's surface. In this context, the application of GPS technology is considered a strategic step to increase the accuracy of recording employee attendance. This research uses the SDLC Waterfall method as a software development approach. This method involves sequential stages, starting from planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, to maintenance. The result of this research is the development of a GPS-based attendance website, which is expected to provide an effective solution for improving the attendance system at PT Cempaka Mega Mandiri.

This research focuses on optimizing accounting business processes through efficient stages of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). SDLC is a framework used to plan, develop, test, and maintain accounting information systems. In this study, each stage of the SDLC is analyzed to identify steps that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting systems. The research method used is SDLC with a Waterfall approach, involving the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that applying a structured SDLC can help companies manage accounting data more effectively, increase accuracy, reduce errors, and speed up accounting processes. This optimization also includes selecting the appropriate SDLC model, such as Waterfall and Prototype, based on the specific needs of the project and business environment. Thus, this research is expected to provide practical guidance for companies in optimizing their accounting business processes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses distribusi tiket pelanggan pada Divisi Assurance PT. XYZ. Dengan fokus pada implementasi sistem distribusi yang lebih terotomatisasi, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode observasi digunakan untuk memahami secara mendalam proses penanganan tiket pelanggan di lapangan oleh Teknisi Assurance, sementara wawancara melibatkan pemangku kepentingan kunci seperti Teknisi Assurance, Helpdesk Assurance, dan manajer divisi. Studi pustaka digunakan sebagai dasar teoritis untuk merinci best practices, keberhasilan, dan tantangan dalam implementasi sistem serupa. Hasil observasi akan memberikan pemahaman tentang dinamika lapangan, sementara wawancara akan menggali pandangan langsung dari pemangku kepentingan. Studi pustaka memberikan landasan teoritis untuk memandu perancangan dan implementasi sistem distribusi tiket pelanggan yang efektif. Pengembangan sistem distribusi tiket pelanggan yang terotomatisasi mengadopsi metode Waterfall dengan pendekatan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional Divisi Assurance PT. BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo has an integrated information system in 1 website application, starting from HR, operations, and finance. However, the staffing information system is still less effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to comprehensively describe the design of the staffing information system implemented at BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo. The solution that can be applied to overcome this problem is to develop a website-based staffing information system. The process of designing this system is done through direct observation method to BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo to collect accurate staffing data. The author chose to apply the waterfall method, a model in the System Life Development Cycle (SDLC) that involves system analysis, design, coding, and testing in sequence. The programming language used in this system is PHP, using Bootstrap as a web design library and MySQL as a database server. After performing a series of steps, including observation, design, and system development, it can be concluded that this system can assist employee staff in carrying out real-time recording of personal data, attendance, work history, and performance evaluation that can be accessed by related parties.
