Business is an economic activity carried out by individuals or organizations to produce and sell goods or services with the aim of making a profit. The NSH Group Store is a business that sells carpets, pillows, bolsters, and dolls located in the Sei Dadap I/II Plantation, Sei Dadap District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra 21225. The NSH Group Store was established in 2016 and is owned by Mrs. Siti Komariah Siregar. Among the challenges faced by the NSH Group Store owner are irregular stock procurement. Sales transaction processes still use conventional methods, reducing efficiency and time effectiveness, and potentially leading to data errors. Supply Chain Management is a series of approaches used to efficiently integrate suppliers so that goods can be distributed in the right quantities, locations, and at the right time, with the aim of minimizing overall system costs. A bolster pillow is a pillow that can function as both a pillow and a bolster. Bolster pillows are oval and long, so they can be hugged while sleeping. The benefits of a bolster pillow include maintaining a proper sleeping position, reducing pressure on joints, helping reduce aches, improving sleep quality, and improving overall health. Therefore, by implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM), data processing will be faster and more accurate.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan keterampilan perencanaan keuangan bagi pelaku industri rumahan, khususnya penjahit perempuan dan ibu rumah tangga di sentra konveksi Desa Kalitengah, Kecamatan Wedi, Klaten. Permasalahan rendahnya literasi keuangan, tidak adanya pencatatan keuangan, serta tumpang tindih antara keuangan pribadi dan usaha menjadi hambatan utama dalam pengambilan keputusan finansial dan keberlanjutan usaha. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif yang meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan, simulasi perencanaan anggaran, diskusi kelompok, serta pendampingan individual. Materi disampaikan secara kontekstual menggunakan bahasa sehari-hari dan narasi kehidupan nyata, serta mengintegrasikan nilai kearifan lokal seperti prinsip “kembali ke akar”. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya pencatatan pemasukan-pengeluaran, penyusunan anggaran rumah tangga, serta perubahan sikap terhadap konsumsi dan manajemen keuangan keluarga. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong transformasi perilaku keuangan yang lebih bijak dan dapat direplikasi dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi rumah tangga berbasis komunitas

Nyemilee is a student-run homemade fruit salad business that uses a pre-order system and social media to align operations with academic schedules. This qualitative-descriptive study involved interviews, Instagram (@nyemilee.id) observation, and PO documentation. Findings show that PO enhances efficiency, Instagram acts as a digital storefront and customer service tool, while time and demand challenges are managed through scheduling and daily quotas.

This research aims to examine the Islamic economic perspective on home-based businesses in improving the welfare of the people on Miang Island, as well as tracing their development and supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used is field research with a qualitative approach and descriptive techniques, with data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation from primary and secondary sources. The results show that home-based businesses make a real contribution to improving the community's economy by utilizing local potential and applying Islamic values such as honesty, trustworthiness, and fairness in their management. This business is growing rapidly and has become the main alternative to increase family income, while encouraging local economic empowerment. Family support in running the business provides efficiency and strengthens the sense of community, and is supported by community loyalty as regular customers. However, challenges faced include limited capital to expand the business, instability in raw material prices, and competition from larger businesses. These constraints often prevent businesses from increasing their production capacity and reaching a wider market.

Kampung 4 Village has great potential in developing home-based culinary businesses as a strategy to increase family economic independence. One promising business opportunity is Tuna Balado Rice Bowl, a practical food product that combines tuna as the main ingredient with the distinctive flavor of balado. This product has broad market prospects because it is easy to produce, has high nutritional value, and is in line with the trend of fast food that is in demand by various groups. In addition, this business can be run with relatively affordable capital and has broad marketing potential through digital strategies such as social media and delivery services. Seeing these opportunities, the Tuna Balado Rice Bowl business can be an alternative home-based business that is competitive, able to increase family income, and contribute to strengthening the local economy in a sustainable manner.

The purpose of this community service activity is to help the guardians of the students of Jauharotul Huda Kindergarten, home-based entrepreneurs, so that they can develop skills and indirectly improve the family's economy, especially by using the Canva application. To achieve this goal, the training method for making simple designs is training. directly. The target of this community service activity is the guardians of students of home-based businesses at Jauharotul Huda Kindergarten with a total of 9 trainees. The training is carried out with three stages of activities consisting of observation, training implementation, as well as evaluation and monitoring. During the observation stage, an analysis of the problems and needs of the parents of home-based businesses was carried out to create simple designs using the Canva application. At the implementation stage of the activity, material exposure and direct practice were given. In the evaluation and monitoring phase, direct evaluation and monitoring is carried out to see the abilities that have been achieved by the guardians of students at Jauharotul Huda Kindergarten in making simple designs with the Canva application. Through this simple design training, it is hoped that it can improve the skills and economy of the families of the guardians of students who do home-based businesses at Jauharotul Huda Kindergarten

Business Registration Certificate (TDU) is an essential element in strengthening the legality and sustainability of small businesses, particularly in providing legal protection as well as access to funding and training opportunities. Increasing awareness of the importance of TDU among home-based entrepreneurs is a crucial step in reinforcing the legality and sustainability of small enterprises, especially in the Margaluyu region. The primary focus of this activity is to enhance understanding of the benefits of TDU, including legal protection and access to various opportunities such as funding and training. Direct engagement with entrepreneurs allows for the identification of their specific needs and challenges. Through a door-to-door outreach approach, this program aims to provide a deep understanding of the benefits of TDU, ranging from legal protection aspects to access to funding and training opportunities. By involving entrepreneurs directly, this method effectively addresses the specific needs and challenges faced by home-based businesses in Margaluyu. The results of this outreach indicate an increase in understanding and participation among entrepreneurs in legally registering their businesses, which is expected to promote more sustainable local economic growth.

Starting a home bakery and donut business is an attractive option for many individuals who have skills in cooking or baking, as well as an interest in the food industry. By taking advantage of time flexibility and lower initial costs than opening a physical store, this business offers the potential to generate additional income or even become a main source of income. Supporting quality and innovative food products on the menu can win the hearts of local customers and support the community economy. Although there are challenges in terms of licensing, operational management, and adapting to market changes, strategic steps in market research, business planning, product development, marketing, and inventory management can help build a successful and sustainable business in this sector. In conclusion, starting a bakery and donut business at home is not only about cooking skills, but also about creativity, effective business management, and commitment to providing added value to customers and the community as a whole.

Financial aspects are needed to assess whether or not a business is feasible to continue because the amount of income obtained from sales is the key to the success of a business. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of Kokom Katering business from the financial aspect. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with direct data collection in the field, with the research location at Kokom Katering located in Cikampek with the research time in June 2024. From the results of the research, the Kokom Katering business received total revenue in May 2024 of Rp. 16,875,000 with production costs of Rp. 12,150,000 so that the profit obtained was Rp. 4,725,000 as of May 2024, so it can be concluded that the Kokom Katering business is profitable.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the home business Kerupuk Kelempang Cek Isyah Palembang. This research uses primary data with a quantitative approach. Classic assumption testing techniques and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 26 statistical analysis. The results of this research show that Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction . Price, product quality and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This research highlights the importance of social capital in the development of home laundry businesses in Jember. Starting from the significant contribution of MSMEs to the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and driving the economy, the focus of this research is the laundry business as a type of service business that continues to grow. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the welfare of laundry business actors in Jember, as well as how social capital can be used to overcome challenges such as tight competition and limited capital. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that social capital through customer networks, local partnerships, and response to feedback can improve the performance and desirability of laundry businesses. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of social capital-based strategies in strengthening relationships with customers and local communities to achieve sustainable business success.

This research aimed to analyze the competitive advantage strategy applied by Mrs. Mersi as a sewing business actor and the strategies carried out based on the SWOT analysis approach in Mrs. Mersi’s home tailoring business in Habi Village. This research data was obtained from interviews, observations, distributing questionnaires, and documentation. The findings of this research indicated that the Competitive Advantage Strategy applied by Mrs. Mersi consisted of low sewing rates, diverse products produced, and the ability to meet customer needs following the budget. Meanwhile, based on the SWOT analysis, the value (X,Y) = (0,3, -0,4). So Mrs. Mersi’s sewing business was included in quadrant II (Positive, Negative) which included a Diversification Strategy. Thus the strategy that needs to be pursued by Mrs. Mersi is to expand the sewing room or make a special room for sewing, improve more modern / sophisticated equipment, and do promotions.

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta mengenai kewirausahaan berbasis digital marketing. Rumusan  masalah  yang  dihadapai kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta tentang kewirausahaan dan pemasaran berbasis digital. Strategi implementasi yang disarankan adalah terlebih dahulu memberikan penyampaian materi tentang menumbuhkan pola pikir kewirausahaan berbasis digital marketing, dilanjutkan dengan instruksi, diskusi, dan praktik dalam membuka toko online. Kesimpulan yang diambil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pengusaha yang menggunakan digital marketing. Diharapkan ppelaku usaha pelatihan lebih percaya diri dalam memulai dan mengembangkan kreativitasnya, terutama dalam pengembangan bisnis online, sebagai hasil dari peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya.

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) merupakan elemen penguat struktur Perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, ada kendala dalam pengembangannya Untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM yaitu belum adanya sertifikasi Halal. Kebutuhan Sertifikat Halal merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi UKM, karena Sertifikat Halal atau logo merupakan jaminan Halal bagi pelanggan untuk mengkonsumsinya. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi UMKM dalam proses pengajuan sertifikasi halal. UMKM yang menjadi sasaran kegiatan adalah usaha kuliner Roti The Vos Bakery. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi, diskusi dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan untuk penyusunan dokumen, pendaftaran sertifikasi halal melalui sistem informasi dan audit halal. Proses sertifikasi halal dilakukan melalui metode pendampingan untuk pendaftaran pada sistem ptsp.halal.go.id dengan mengunggah berbagai macam dokumen yang menjadi persyaratan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai halal dalam rantai nilai industri penggilingan daging bakso pada usaha industri Penggilingan Daging Bakso Mas Pur di Pasar Angso Duo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen terkait proses produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penggilingan daging bakso di Home Industri Mas Pur telah diatur sesuai prinsip-prinsip halal yang ditetapkan dalam standar industri halal. Analisis nilai halal mencakup seluruh tahapan mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku, proses produksi, hingga distribusi produk. Proses pemotongan dan penggilingan daging dilakukan dengan memperhatikan tata cara yang sesuai dengan ajaran halal, termasuk penggunaan peralatan yang telah dibersihkan dan disucikan sesuai aturan agama. Pemantauan dan pengendalian kualitas dilakukan secara ketat untuk memastikan kebersihan dan kehalalan produk. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan peningkatan dalam sistem rantai nilai halal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan industri penggilingan daging bakso rumahan yang lebih berkualitas dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip halal.

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of the marketing mix consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Baked Bolu Cake in Mother's Home Business Yuli in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District. The sample in this study were consumers who coincidentally met the researcher during the research period to buy Bakar Bolu Cake at Mrs. Yuli's home business in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District from June to July 2023 with an incidental sampling technique and a sample size of 50 respondents. The results of the validity test calculation show that 28 statement items have a value of rcount > rtable, which means that all statements are considered valid, because rcount is greater than rtable. The results of the reliability test showed that a result of 0.944 was obtained, which means that the 28 questionnaire items were said to be reliable because Cronbach'alpha was > 0.6. The results of multiple linear analysis are Y= 1.117 + 0.308X1 + 0.042X2 + 0.283X3 + 0.175X4, meaning that the marketing mix variables have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.898 which is in the range of 0.80-1.000, meaning this number shows a very strong relationship between the variables Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) on Purchasing Decisions ( Y). The value of the Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient of 0.790 or 79.0% means that 79.0% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced by the variable factors Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4 ). The remaining 21% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of the f test calculation (simultaneous) show the value of fcount > ftable (47.080 > 2.58) which means that the marketing mix variables consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) have a simultaneous effect or together on the Purchase Decision (Y) Bakar Bolu Cake at Mrs. Yuli's Home Business in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District. The results of the t test calculation (partial) by looking at this t calculate each marketing mix variable consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) with a t test result of 3.318; 0.311; 2.465; and 2.614 which, when compared with the ttable value of 2.014, means that the dominant influence on purchasing decisions is Product (X1) because the Product variable (X1) has the highest value, namely 3.318 > 2.014. From the conclusion of the t test results obtained, the second hypothesis is that it is suspected that the Product variable (X1) has a dominant influence on the Purchasing Decision (Y) of Bakar Bolu Cake can be accepted or H0 is rejected Ha is accepted.

The development of the internet has affected all aspects of human activity including marketing. Social media marketing is a marketing strategy by utilizing social media platforms. For this reason, every business needs to pay attention to social media as a very important promotional medium. This research journal aims to prove the importance of optimizing social media marketing for increasing sales conversions carried out at the 'Dapur Mamiku' catering business. The process of increasing sales is carried out by assisting business actors and optimizing social media. The final stage of this research will be an analysis and evaluation of the research that has been done. The results of this study are expected to give a greater impression/reach to potential customers and increase sales conversions for 'Dapur Mamiku' catering products.

Industri kecil dan Menengah (IKM) merupakan salah satu sektor yang penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Kita menyadar bahwa pengembangan IKM didaerah sangat erat kaitnya dengan otonomi daera. Kecamatan rungkut memiliki jumlah Industri Menengah dan Industri Rumah Tangga sejumlah 1.219 . Kecamatan Rungkut mengalamikenaikan industri kecil dan industri rumah tangga pada pertengahan covid-19, industri kecil dan rumahan sebagian besar dibidang makanan dan kerajinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui pola spasial IKM dan IRT di kecamatan rungkut, dengan metode yang akan digunakandidalam penelitian ini ada beberapa metode yaitu teknik pengumpulan data, teknis analisis data, populasi dan sampel dan metoe pengumpulan data. Untuk hasil yang didapatan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri kecil dan rumah tangga memiliki karakteristik sebagai industri dengan kekayaan sebesar Rp.200.000.000,- (dua ratus juta rupiah) yang tidak termasuk tanah dan bangunan tempat usaha, hal ini diartikan sebagai modal awal berdirinya suatu usaha yang dijadikan nilai investasi, Modal awal ini mencakup biaya pengadaan peralatan maupun mesin dalam proses produsi. Industri kecil dan rumah tangga biasanya hanya menghasilkan penjualan maksimal sebesar Rp.1000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) per tahunnya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran usaha industri rumahan (home industry) keripik tempe dalam meningkatkan daya saing. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, dan juga penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu dan sumber literasi yang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT sendiri merupakan salah satu instrumen yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran, analisis SWOT dapat menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, serta ancaman yang termasuk dalam faktor internal dan eksternal usaha. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dalam strategi pemasaran masih perlu  untuk diperbaiki sehingga diharapkan dengan memperbaiki dapat meningkatkan daya saing.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide information and knowledge related to the importance of brands to the community in Tambu Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency as a form of learning for home-based businesses. The MBKM student activity method used is in the form of education or providing information on brand functions. The use of the mark on shredded fish product packaging to provide a mark on the product, as a means of promotion, shows the quality of the product and the origin of the product. Providing learning about the function of the brand given by the MBKM Faculty of Economics students to the people of Tambu Village as an effort to provide education on the importance of using a brand. In addition, using a brand serves to provide an identity for goods or services and functions to ensure quality and combination for consumers.
