The Naval Academy (Akademi TNI Angkatan Laut) is one of the units under the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) with a direct command line to the Navy Chief of Staff (Kasal). The academy has subunits responsible for secretarial duties, administration, and archive management, specifically the Secretariat (Bagset) and Administrative Office (Tata Usaha). The objective of this research is to examine how to optimize the storage and disposal of letters and archives to ensure the smooth operation of general administration and secretarial affairs at the Naval Academy. It explores the issues and analyzes the requirements for the storage and disposal of letters and archives at the Naval Academy. The research employs a qualitative method. The study concludes that the suboptimal management of letters and archives at the Naval Academy is due to the lack of directives on the disposal of letters and archives, inadequate infrastructure for archive destruction, and the absence of an electronic application program that qualifies letters and archives based on their validity period and stores archives in softcopy form. For the optimization of archive management to ensure smooth general administration and secretarial operations at the Naval Academy, the researcher proposes several recommendations for Bagset and the administrative offices of each unit at the Naval Academy. These include increasing the number of personnel in the archival section with formal education in archiving, improving archive destruction facilities, and developing an electronic application that can automatically classify archives.

The change in marketing behavior from conventional to digital is not balanced by the existence of MSMEs who use digital marketing, even though MSMEs are believed to be able to spur the Indonesian economy. The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts is a hope for MSMEs to develop into centers of economic power. Digital marketing promotional media is expected to be an effective choice for MSMEs in developing their business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media that require a lot of money and are much more complicated are no longer the main concern for MSMEs because of digital marketing.

This study evaluates the investment feasibility of UD Al-Mustofa, a tobacco business in Kendal, by considering aspects of production, storage capacity, waste management, and market expansion opportunities. UD Al-Mustofa is strategically located, ensuring high mobility, optimal production scale, and an effective waste management system, which includes recycling solid waste into organic fertilizer, processing liquid waste, and mitigating gas emissions by conducting tobacco drying in areas far from residential zones. Although the business has not yet obtained certification for international markets, financial analysis indicates that investment in this venture is viable. The calculations show a payback period of 2.01 years, significantly shorter than the projected 10-year investment lifespan. The Net Present Value (NPV) reaches IDR 489,345,567, indicating positive returns, with a profitability index of 0.854. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 46% significantly exceeds Bank Indonesia’s interest rate of 5.75% in 2024, while the Average Rate of Return (ARR) of 78.8% is higher than the cost of capital. Based on these findings, UD Al-Mustofa has strong potential for further development, both in terms of production and market expansion..

This study aims to analyze how business model innovation and organizational structure play a role in increasing creativity in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through the Open Innovation approach. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach on several SMEs that apply the principle of open innovation. The results show that the flexibility of organizational structure and the adoption of innovative business models are key to creating a sustainable innovative ecosystem. This study also underlines the importance of external collaboration, business model adaptability, and leadership that supports creativity. These findings provide practical implications for the development of SME policies and strategies in the digital economy era.

Small and Medium Enterprises in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District, Sumbawa Regency” that have been carried out, can be concluded as follows: 1) Participants already have additional marketing through online media and how to use it to market the products of small and medium products in Kelungkung Village through Google My Business and Sahabat UMKM. 2) The participants of small and medium business actors get a method of management techniques on how to marketing products through online media. Small and medium business owners in Kelungkung Village know how to do simple bookkeeping

Making a modern bun from coconut fiber to support your appearance can be an idea for a business opportunity because the coconut fiber fiber material does not require too much additional material, so the price of a modern bun from coconut fiber is relatively cheaper. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the process of making a modern bun from coconut fiber, validate the modern bun from coconut fiber, and the public's acceptance of the modern bun from coconut fiber. Data collection uses the methods of observation, literature, experiments, documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The sensory test results from 3 coloring trials on the bun were declared valid on product 3 with a total average color of 4.5, a total average texture of 4.3, a total average of packaging of 4.5, while the total the average aroma is 4.1. The results of the public test showed that people's acceptance was at the highest level of liking in experiment 3 with an average total of 4.5 colors, a texture of 4.3, an average total of packaging of 4.5 while an average total of aroma of 4.1. From the research results, making modern buns from coconut fiber is quite good, creative and innovative, so it can be a business opportunity.

This study aims to analyze the development strategies of business units at Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Ulum Muncar Banyuwangi in realizing the economic independence of the pesantren. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, using data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques, and data validity was strengthened through source and method triangulation. The findings reveal that the management strategies implemented include careful planning, systematic organizing, effective leadership, and directed controlling. The implementation of these strategies has successfully positioned the business units as productive economic centers that not only contribute financially to the sustainability of the pesantren’s operations but also serve as educational platforms for students to gain economic and entrepreneurial skills. Positive impacts can be seen through the increased welfare of students and administrators, as well as strengthened economic capacity within the surrounding community. However, challenges remain in the form of limited human resources, financial capital, and internal bureaucratic structures that require continuous improvement. In conclusion, professional management of business units becomes a key factor in building independent and competitive pesantren in the modern era.

This community service activity (PKM) aims to improve operational efficiency and service quality at Santosa Catering through the implementation of a web-based catering ordering system. Santosa Catering, as a micro business, faces obstacles in managing orders that are still done manually, which causes inaccurate stock information, delays in delivery, and limited customer access to menus and prices. Through a Diffusion of Science and Technology and Knowledge Transfer approach, a web-based ordering system was developed and implemented to support business operations. The system allows customers to access real-time menu information, place online orders, and choose preferred payment methods, while the owner and staff were given intensive training to effectively operate the system. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in all aspects of assessment, including understanding of system features, operational skills, time efficiency, and customer satisfaction, as shown in the comparison chart of pretest and posttest results. The system not only optimizes operational processes but also increases customer satisfaction, strengthens business competitiveness, and has the potential to become a model for other micro businesses in utilizing digital technology. Thus, this PKM activity is expected to contribute to the sustainability of Santosa Catering's business in the digital era.

Understanding the impact of digital technology on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Makassar City is the aim of the research. The descriptive qualitative method used in this research is collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Research shows that this has a significant positive impact on the profits of UMKM in Makassar City from Digitalization. On the other hand, one of the factors that hinders UMKM actors in terms of the effectiveness of digitalization is the ability to utilize technological media as an indicator of digital economic performance.

The purpose of this activity is to develop digital marketing skills through training on the use of digital applications Canva and Capcut to promote Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in fish processing and tourism in the Fisherman Village located in Salira Village, Serang Regency. This activity aims for MSME entrepreneurs to enhance their skills in taking photos and videos, as well as processing these images and videos into more engaging, innovative, informative, and professional content.The method used in this activity involves training on the use of the Canva and Capcut applications with the theme "Application of CANVA and CAPCUT in Digital Marketing." The research results indicate a positive and significant improvement in marketing content compared to previous efforts. However, there are still challenges to address, such as the inadequate facilitation of supporting tools for content creation, which must be improved for the content produced to continue evolving for display on various digital marketing platforms.

Banyuwangi City is a tourism icon, known for its local delicacies and souvenirs. Many tourists visit the city for its attractions and often seek items to take home as gifts. One of the local businesses specializing in selling traditional cookies is located in the Penganjuran subdistrict. However, this business has been significantly affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has caused a decline in economic activity, with many businesses experiencing reduced income or even closure. To address this issue, a community service program was initiated to help revive the local cookie business. The program aims to provide valuable knowledge and skills to the community during its implementation and beyond. Ultimately, the goal is to enable business owners to grow their operations and improve their marketing strategies. 

Research on Feasibility Analysis of the Etawa Peranakan Goat Milk Production Business (PE) at Tharraya Farm in Geli Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency aims to analyze the income of the goat milk (PE) production business at Tharraya Farm and analyze the feasibility of the goat milk production business (PE) in Tharraya Farm. The use of banana stems as a basic ingredient for chips is an innovative effort to reduce organic waste as well as open up new business opportunities for the people of Depok Village, Bendungan District, Trenggalek Regency. This topic of service was chosen because banana stem waste is generally unused and often becomes a source of environmental pollution. In fact, banana stems have great potential as an alternative food ingredient that can be processed into products of economic value. In this service, the methods used include the socialization stage, technical training, and production assistance to ensure the community's skills in processing banana stems into chips. The socialization stage was carried out to increase residents' awareness of economic opportunities from the use of local waste. At the technical training stage, residents are taught how to choose materials, processing processes, and packaging products so that they are suitable for sale. The results of the activity showed an increase in interest and skills of residents in producing banana stem chip products with various flavor variants. In addition, this product has managed to attract the attention of local consumers and has the potential to be marketed more widely. In conclusion, the use of banana stems into chips not only reduces environmental waste but also strengthens the community's economy through sustainable new business opportunities.

This study aims to examine the illegal land ownership of the Pusong Reservoir in Banda Sakti Subdistrict, Lhokseumawe City by the local community, viewed from the perspective of Islamic law, specifically the concept of milk al-daulah, and national legislation, particularly Law No. 17 of 2019 on Water Resources. The phenomenon of land ownership in the reservoir has resulted in various impacts, including ecosystem damage and the potential for conflicts between the community and the government. This research uses a juridical-sociological approach with a descriptive-analytical qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings show that the community’s ownership of the reservoir land, which is used for business and residential purposes, is in conflict with the principle of milk al-daulah and Law No. 17 of 2019, which stipulates that water resources are controlled by the state and must be used for public interest. The weak implementation of government oversight in managing this land has led to an imbalance between the interests of the community and the state. This study recommends better management of the reservoir land to ensure ecosystem sustainability and community welfare.

Proses ini menambah nilai pada limbah sekam padi yang sebelumnya tidak termanfaatkan, menciptakan peluang usaha baru bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Sajau Hilir tentang manfaat dan potensi sekam padi sebagai bahan baku briket. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Desa Sejau Hilir dengan tema "Pemanfaatan Limbah Sekam Padi sebagai Briket" dilaksanakan melalui metode sosialisasi dan pembekalan materi. Sosialisasi pemanfaatan sekam padi memberikan dampak positif di Desa Sajau Hilir dalam hal pemahaman, kesadaran, dan keterampilan masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan ini, masyarakat yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang potensi pengolahan limbah sekam padi kini memiliki wawasan baru tentang potensi energi alternatif dan manfaat ekonomi. Program ini tidak hanya mendorong penggunaan energi yang lebih berkelanjutan, tetapi juga memberikan peluang untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan warga desa yang dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi desa.

The presence of the State Administrative Courts Judiciary as an administrative law enforcement institution for justice seekers, often encounter obstacles to the implementation/execution of judgments. The decision in question is in the context of the fictitious lawsuit is negative where the nature of the decision is already in Kracht. Against the verdict that already in kracht, State Administrative Courts officials as the losing party often do not want to comply with the content decision from the judges of the State Administrative Court. This can be caused by several factors such as The implementation of the execution arrangement is not clear, then the presence of administrative efforts that are felt is still not effective in creating a deterrent effect, as well as a lack of awareness from State Administrative Courts officials who losing and not wanting to comply with the order of the State Administrative Courts decision is the main obstacle. Problem is the lack of awareness of the obedient attitude can be due to the nature of the State Administrative Courts decision, which is basically upholding self-respect from the losing party. The act of not complying with the content State Administrative Courts decision can be included in the elements of the Contempt of Court act that is regulated in Law Number 14 of 1985 jo Law Number 5 of 2004 concerning Supreme Court. This can certainly have implications for the possibility of criminalization of officials State Administrative Courts for the consequences of the non-compliance.

This research aims to determine the effect of working capitaI financing on creditors' business income at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP BIangpidie Kuta Tuha, Southwest Aceh Regency. Working capitaI financing is financing to meet increasing production needs both quantitativeIy and quaIitativeIy, and for trade purposes or increasing the utiIity of an item. Of course, higher operating income is expected by every customer who seeks to encourage business deveIopment. This research concerns working capitaI financing to creditor income using probabiIity sampIing techniques; simpIe random sampIing, where the researcher provides an equaI opportunity for each member of the popuIation to be seIected as a random sampIe without paying attention to the strata in the popuIation itseIf, so the sampIe in this study was 60 peopIe from a totaI of 150 customers. The method used in this research is the simpIe Iinear regression method. Based on the research resuIts obtained that the vaIue of tcount > ttabIe (5.035 > 1.672) and the significance vaIue is smaIIer than the significance IeveI (α) of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then the hypothesis states that there is a significant positive infIuence on the capitaI financing variabIe work on creditors' business income at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kuta Tuha, BIang Pidie District, Southwest Aceh Regency. This shows that working capitaI financing is reIated to creditors' business income at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP BIangpidie Kuta Tuha, Southwest Aceh Regency.

This research aims to describe the development of small business networks as an effort to create jobs for the younger generation and low-skilled communities. Referring to the teachings of Pacem in Terris which emphasize social justice, human rights and economic prosperity, small businesses are seen as an effective solution in facing the challenge of unemployment, especially among these vulnerable groups. SME networks have the potential to provide training, employment opportunities and skills development that can increase individual competitiveness in the labor market. This article also explores the application of Pacem in Terris principles, particularly solidarity and cooperation between individuals and groups, in small and medium enterprise development policies and programs to create inclusive and sustainable employment opportunities. It is hoped that this research will provide insight for policy makers and practitioners in formulating more effective strategies to support economic empowerment and poverty alleviation through strengthening the SME sector.
