The purpose of this study was to determine the Level of Efficiency of Fertilizer Production Factor Use in Red Chili Plants in Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku Barat District, Konawe Regency. The research location is in Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku Barat District, Konawe Regency. The selection of the research location was carried out intentionally (purposive), with the consideration that Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency is one of the areas that has very good potential in developing red chili farming. The researcher determined that the entire population of 30 people were made respondents, which is referred to as a census. The analysis of production factor efficiency uses the price efficiency calculation formula based on the use of the Cobb-Douglass production function technique. The use of fertilizer production factors is not efficient for red chili farming in Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku Barat District, Konawe Regency. This is indicated by the efficiency value which is not equal to one (NPMx ≠ 1), namely; the efficiency value of SP 36 is 0.70, the efficiency value of NPK Ponska is 0.87, the efficiency value of NPK Mutiara is 0.66 and the efficiency value of liquid organic fertilizer is 2.07. This means that the use of fertilizer production factors in the farming business is still very wasteful.

The aim is to determine the feasibility of long bean farming in Tetona Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency. In this study, 30 respondents were used with the census method, namely making all existing populations as respondents. The data analysis used in this study was a business feasibility analysis. The income obtained by long bean farmers in Polandangi Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency was IDR 19,268,785/Ha for one planting season. From the calculation above, it was found that the R/C value of long bean farming is 1.9. This shows that the R/C value of 1.9> 1, meaning that if farmers spend IDR 1, then farmers will get an income of IDR 1.9 and long bean farming in the research area is feasible.

This training plays a crucial role in providing training to 37 participants in Nagari Bukit Batabuah, Agam Regency. It focuses on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. Pre-training needs analysis helped the community service team understand the challenges faced by the partners and identify their primary needs. Survey data indicates that the majority of participants have been actively involved in various business sectors, with many already owning their businesses. Income analysis suggests income variation, with most participants falling into the middle and upper-middle-income categories. In the context of digital marketing, Shopee emerges as the primary platform chosen by participants, while diversification through WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram is also evident. This training provides a deep understanding and practical skills to MSME entrepreneurs, assisting them in developing effective marketing strategies and leveraging the full potential of online media for business growth

The role of cooperatives in supporting the economy is reflected in their contribution to GDP, which experiences a positive trend every year. The potential of each region is different, resulting in a classification of the types of cooperative businesses that exist in order to realize regional growth in accordance with the resources it has. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach using the Location Quotient (LQ) method. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Cooperatives and BPS West Java. The results of the Location Qoutient (LQ) method analysis show that two types of business are categorized as potential bases, namely the consumer cooperative and producer cooperative sectors, because they have an LQ value> 1. Meanwhile, the cooperative, service, marketing cooperative and savings and loan cooperative sectors are in a non-base position, because they have an LQ value <1.

In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.

The implementation of this service activity is carried out by providing material regarding the preparation of proposals and planning for a Potato Processed Food Products Business. The delivery of this training material is carried out by means of lectures and discussions. Assistance is provided by providing direction on how to start business planning, marketing and business development strategies, as well as preparing business proposals. The aim of this assistance is to foster and develop the entrepreneurial spirit at the Indonesian Christian University of Toraja so that students are increasingly interested in entrepreneurship. The form of activity is in the form of guidance in creating a business, such as determining a business idea first/determining the product to be sold, developing a business idea (market segmentation), marketing strategy, finance, and making a business proposal. After that, a business and product proposal presentation was carried out to find out to what extent the students were able to prepare a business proposal for processed potato products.

In this research the author gave the title 'Analysis of Marketing Strategies Carried Out by Small Businesses'. From the research, readers and entrepreneurs can take examples of what the Dgilangemil small business did in developing their business which they started from zero until their business began to be known by many people using the marketing strategy of SWOT Analysis and Marketing Mix. In this research the author used a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative research is a research process carried out by observing and investigating a phenomenon that occurs and producing descriptive data. In this research, the author conducted observations, interviews and documentation with the owner of this business, namely Dea Puspita, which was carried out on December 11 2023 at the production site in the city of Langkat.

This journal examines the development strategies of silver craftsmen businesses in Bakalan, Mojodadi Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto, facing the risk of extinction. This Region, initially known as a center for silver craftsmen, now confronts serious challenges due to changes in market trends and modernization. The research aims to analyze the factors causing the threat of extinction and formulate appropriate development strategies. The research methods include surveys, interviews, and qualitative data analysis. The results indicate that factors such as changes in consumer preferences, lack of innovation in design, and insufficient marketing and distribution support have significantly impacted the decline in the performance of silver craftsmen in Mojodadi Village.

The research results show that globalization means the process of bringing information, thoughts, lifestyles and technology into the world scope. In the era of globalization, business people have to compete with competitors all over the world. Globalization has expanded markets and reduced geographic boundaries, but it has also increased intense competition. In facing challenges and taking advantage of opportunities, collaboration, innovation and focus on customer needs will be the keys to success. Worship leader is a person who is responsible for leading praise in worship sessions. The existence of a worship leader has a very important role in the implementation of worship because almost the entire worship process takes place in the responsibility of the worship leader, not only the person who compiles a series of worship, but is responsible for inspiring the congregation to thank God through song, as well as to enter and enjoy God's presence during the atmosphere of worship or praise and worship God. Thus, whether or not the purpose of worship is achieved depends on the conduct of a worship leader in leading worship. Where a worship leader is needed who is able to bring the atmosphere to truly feel the leading of the Holy Spirit in worship so as to help the preacher to convey what is his part in conveying the truth of God's Word. And young teenagers are the next generation of the church or the backbone of the church. Youth need to be trained as much as possible to take part in church services. And in the ministry, youth have a very important role.  Youth ministry determines the future of the Church. However, in GKSI Bacong there are still many young people who are less active and involved in carrying out services in the Church. This PKM aims to facilitate and provide training to young teenagers so that they can be involved and can improve the quality of service in the Church. This PKM was carried out using the training method. During the training, the youth were very enthusiastic and participated in the activities until the end. The youth can understand the material provided. After the PKM is carried out, the teenage youth can apply the material that has been received and carry out with full responsibility and be involved in the service of the Church.

Various types of green vegetables include leaves, leafy vegetables, and other green plants that are usually cooked as part of everyday meals,product. various journals, books and scientific sourcesas well as with Mr. Harryono Aritonang as a vegetable farmer in Parhorboan Village, Kec. Pagaran, Kab. North Tapanuli has experienced price increases in recent times, on November 6 2023, the price of vegetables, including green mustard greens, white mustard greens and other mustard greens, reached around 10,000/kg Previously the price which was IDR 5,000/kg the previous two. This increase in vegetable prices occurred due to weather events that were not good or adequate,Parhorboan Village is due to the quality getting better.

The bakery industry is a sector that continues to grow through the crisis period in 2021 when Indonesia managed to record the highest bread sales in the Southeast Asia region with total transactions reaching USD 18.7 billion. Mak MPOEQ cake house in Bogor is one of the small food industries that has continued to produce during the Covid 19 pandemic until now. Bakery products are sensitive to contamination so they can easily and potentially spread food safety hazards. An integrated system of control and quality management of manufactured products is required, which makes it possible to implement timely measures to prevent, identify and eliminate deficiencies and errors in production, to provide reliable information about the products produced to consumers. To date, a system based on the use of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles has been able to overcome these food safety problems well. The design of the HACCP system at Mak MPOEQ's cake house has been implemented through a community service mentoring program for staff from FMIPA Pakuan University in the period April-December 2023. The coaching is carried out following the stages of implementing the HACCP system as stated in SNI CAC/RCP 1 of 2011 issued by National Standardization Agency. The basic requirements for HACCP itself have been prepared by partners since 2021. The results of the hazard analysis carried out on the MPOEG Mak Cake House production system found 7 significant hazards out of the 20 hazards evaluated. Next, using the Codex decision tree, 4 CPPs were determined from the 7 hazards, namely egg receiving, flour sifting, filing, and vla cooking. Based on these 4 CCPs, a HACCP Plan has been prepared which focuses control on cleanliness when receiving eggs, physical contamination when sifting flour, sanitary bacteria from worker cross-contamination, and temperature and cooking time. All controls are carried out per activity batch and verified periodically.

This research aims to analyze the level of brand awareness of contemporary drinks in Rungkut Kidul Village, with a focus on local beverage businesses. The survey method was used to collect data from respondents consisting of contemporary beverage consumers in the area. The variables observed include the level of consumer knowledge of the brand, brand awareness, and their perception of the quality and value of the local drink. Analysis was carried out using a descriptive statistical approach to describe respondent profiles and brand awareness. The results are expected to provide an in-depth understanding of the extent to which these local drinks are known and appreciated in the Rungkut Kidul environment. It is hoped that the findings from this research can provide guidance for local beverage business owners in improving their marketing strategies, as well as contributing to the development of local businesses in the face of increasingly fierce market competition.

This research was conducted to analyze the mechanism for distributing commissions for sales of consignment goods to snack business actors in Sidodadi Village, Sekampung, East Lampung. Research was conducted on two cassava cracker making home industries, namely the Pelangi Cassava Cracker Home Industry and the Satria Cassava Cracker Home Industry which implemented a consignment sales system. Data was obtained through interviews with business owners. The research results show that there are differences in basic prices and commissions between the two home industries which are influenced by several factors. The recording system for consignment sales has not been fully implemented. It was concluded that the commission distribution mechanism had been carried out based on an agreement, but consignment accounting records had not been implemented completely.

The background of this research is about optimizing company assets and limited resources in company operations. The aim is to find out whether the financial performance of the Cornflower Agent business is optimal or not. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. With this data, researchers can find out what types of fixed assets are used by Cornflower Agents, namely buildings, machines and vehicles. The limited resources in the Cornflower Agent business are human resources, because they have been replaced by machines that can make the grinding process easier.

State assets in BUMN are State Finance, namely state money which is separated into its management as a form of direct capital participation from the state. BUMN is a business entity so it is a business entity whose business orientation is focused on making a profit (profit). The problem is that not all BUMNs in Indonesia are said to be good and healthy BUMNs, because a number of BUMNs are still suffering significant or even very large losses. From the research results, it can be concluded that state finances in state-owned companies are realized in the criteria if all the capital comes from separated state assets, and if the majority (majority) of the capital comes from separated state assets. These two criteria indicate the existence of state assets in state-owned companies so that they are fully subject to the legal provisions of state-owned companies according to Law no. 19 of 2003. State financial losses to state-owned companies are not state financial losses, but rather losses to the state-owned companies themselves. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that: (1) Profit and loss distribution is carried out with a ratio of 7:3 according to the initial capital of each party; (2). Financial performance does not affect the sharing ratio, but does affect the amount of profit or loss that is shared, (3) Contribute to the content of Aida Jaya Gorden in the form of production facilities and Konveksi Marti which provides production personnel, which greatly influences the success of this joint venture.
