The existence of a leader in an organization/company/country is important and must exist. A leader must have good managerial skills and excel in providing examples and direction to his subordinates. Because with a good and superior theory and leadership style, you will be able to form superior character and human resources that are felt by employees and their subordinates. One of the characteristics of a leader that is needed in this modern era is example, honesty and high discipline as well as the ability to manage emotions in various matters, both in responding to the company/organization and in dealing with subordinates who are deemed to need special handling. In this research, it was found that the facts and influence of a leader in shaping the character of the people he leads cannot be separated from the upbringing of a leader who will later have superior character in facing Indonesia in the future or golden Indonesia 2045.

The cultivation of students' morals by Islamic Education teachers is of utmost importance in both worldly and spiritual life. Its aim is to shape the character of students with noble virtues according to Islamic teachings, such as obedience to Allah and His Messenger, and respect for parents. The process of moral upbringing is conducted continuously and systematically to transform and instill positive attitudes and behaviors in students, with the goal of achieving happiness in both this world and the hereafter.This study employs a literature review approach to identify the role of Islamic Education teachers in nurturing students' morals. Teachers of Islamic Education bear moral and professional responsibilities to provide continuous and guided guidance so that students can internalize Islamic moral values in their daily lives.The conclusion of this study affirms that the cultivation of students' morals by Islamic Education teachers is a strategic effort to shape a generation that is of high quality both morally and spiritually. This effort is crucial in preparing students to face life's challenges and to pursue happiness in both the present life and the afterlife

The alpha generation is the generation born in 2011 and is expected to end in 2025. This generation is also called the digital generation. This alpha generation was raised in the technological era and also has a very important influence on the progress of the times. His upbringing must also receive special attention, especially from those closest to him, namely parents. Ideal parenting for the alpha generation needs to be implemented by parents. The type of research we use is qualitative research. Where data is collected by means of interviews, documentation and observation. And then conclusions are drawn regarding ideal parenting for the alpha generation. The results of this research show that there is a very close relationship with ideal parenting and the alpha generation. This is shown by the results of interviews that we have conducted that many parents complain about their children's attitudes, and parents lack understanding about parenting.
