Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Bengkong, Batam belum memiliki aplikasi yang mudah diakses untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan nasabah, sehingga menyulitkan proses evaluasi kualitas layanan dan identifikasi aspek-aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem analisis kepuasan nasabah menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Sistem dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model Waterfall dan dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden dengan 15 item penilaian. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan diuji menggunakan metode black-box testing dan berhasil diimplementasikan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai CSI sebesar 99,38 yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Puas”. Sistem yang dibangun memberikan sarana yang efektif untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan nasabah serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan di BSI KCP Bengkong, Batam.

The thesis supervision process in higher education institutions is still frequently conducted manually, which may lead to inefficiencies in recording supervision data. This study focuses on the development and implementation of a web-based thesis supervision attendance application designed to facilitate attendance documentation, supervision session administration, and systematic monitoring of thesis supervision history. The methodology applied in this study is the Waterfall model, which includes the phases of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The system design was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the validation process was conducted through Black Box Testing techniques. The research findings indicate that the developed application is capable of performing real-time supervision attendance recording, managing supervision information, and generating attendance reports effectively and efficiently. It can be concluded that the web-based thesis supervision attendance application improves the efficiency and accuracy of supervision record management and supports a more effective thesis supervision monitoring process..

Pengelolaan inventaris pada laboratorium kimia yang masih dilakukan secara manual berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti kesalahan pencatatan stok, ketidaksesuaian data, serta keterlambatan dalam penyusunan laporan. Kondisi tersebut dapat menghambat efektivitas pengelolaan barang masuk dan keluar serta menyulitkan proses monitoring ketersediaan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi inventory laboratorium kimia berbasis web guna mendukung pencatatan transaksi dan monitoring stok secara lebih terstruktur dan akurat. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model pengembangan Prototype dengan pendekatan Object-Oriented serta pemodelan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem yang diusulkan memiliki beberapa fitur utama seperti pengelolaan data barang, pengelolaan lokasi penyimpanan, pencatatan transaksi inventori yang meliputi proses IN, OUT, MOVE, dan ADJ, serta dashboard yang menampilkan informasi stok secara real-time. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing dengan empat belas skenario pengujian untuk memastikan bahwa setiap fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah dirancang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan dengan baik dan menghasilkan status valid pada setiap skenario pengujian. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan inventaris, mempermudah pengelolaan data persediaan, serta mendukung proses monitoring stok laboratorium secara lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode pencatatan manual.

The development of information technology has become a primary pillar in enhancing corporate operational efficiency, where rapid and accurate data integration significantly determines business competitiveness. Case study in PT Gawi Anjung Bersama (GAB) revealed that the company is facing operational constraints because the management of delivery orders and invoices still relies on conventional office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word. This procedure causes hurdles in data sharing among staff and results in low information security due to the absence of integrated access control settings. This research aims to design and develop the Gawi Anjung Bersama Information System (SIGAB), a web-based system implementing the CodeIgniter framework. The system is developed using Waterfall model, encompassing stages from analysis, design, and implementation to testing. The research flow starts with problem identification, primary and secondary data collection, and functional and non-functional requirements analysis. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, specifically Use Case and Class Diagrams, as well as Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) for the database. The system interface is designed as wireframes on Figma web. This system separates access rights into three main actors namely owner, administrator, and staff, to ensure data security. Blackbox testing results, conducted after the system was hosted, indicate that all functional features operate as intended. The implementation of SIGAB is expected to optimize the management of delivery orders and invoices at PT GAB.

This study aims to design and develop a waste complaint information system at the Environmental Agency of West Sumba Regency to improve the effectiveness of public services. The current problem lies in the manual complaint process, which leads to delays in handling reports, poor data documentation, and limited service transparency. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The system development adopts the Waterfall method, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system is modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams to provide a structured representation of the system. This approach is considered effective as it ensures a systematic and well-organized development process. The results indicate that the developed system facilitates the public in submitting complaints online and assists the agency in managing complaint data in an integrated manner. Furthermore, the system enhances response time, transparency, and service efficiency. Therefore, this waste complaint information system can serve as a technological solution to improve the quality of public services.

This study aims to design and implement an information technology-based economic and tourism potential mapping system in Tema Tana Village. This village faces several problems, including manual data management, limited access to information, and the absence of an integrated system for efficiently presenting village potential data. This study uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In developing the system, the Waterfall method is used, consisting of the stages of planning, design, implementation, and testing. The system design was carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to ensure a clear system structure and flow. The results of the system development indicate that the system is able to present information in the form of interactive digital maps and reports that are easily accessible to users. Testing using the Black Box Testing method shows that all system features function well and are in accordance with predetermined needs. Thus, this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of data management and support better decision-making processes in developing village potential, particularly in the economic and tourism sectors.

Information technology advancements have sparked a digital revolution in village government operations, especially in tracking and assessing village officials' performance. Performance evaluation is still done by hand in many village government organizations, which frequently causes reporting delays, ineffective data processing, and a lack of transparency in the evaluation process. In order to facilitate a more efficient and organized monitoring and performance evaluation process, an information system therefore required. In order to support the management village apparatus data, performance assessment procedures, and integrated reporting, this study intends design and develop a web-based monitoring system for assessing the performance village officials. To represent the system processes in an organized way, the system design is modeled using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. To make sure that every system function performs in accordance with user requirements, system testing is carried out using the Black Box Testing method. The findings demonstrate the system's ability handle village apparatus data, carry out automated performance evaluation procedures, compute final scores using assessment indicators, and produce precise performance reports. It is anticipated that the system's implementation will enhance the village officials' performance monitoring procedure's efficacy, efficiency, transparency, and structure.

Personal financial management behavior has gained prominence amid economic globalization, digital transformation, and crisis-induced shifts that reshape individual decision-making, budgeting, saving, and risk practices. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to chart the intellectual structure, growth patterns, and future orientations of research in this domain. Drawing on 312 English-language publications from the Scopus database spanning 2000 to 2024, the analysis employs VOSviewer for co-authorship, keyword co-occurrence, and co-citation mapping, complemented by performance metrics on trends and productivity. Findings reveal a marked acceleration in scholarly output, particularly after 2020, driven by heightened attention to digital tools and resilience factors. Thematic clusters highlight progression from foundational literacy and demographic influences to psychological mediators (e.g., self-efficacy, attitudes) and outcomes centered on well-being and socialization. Geographic contributions concentrate in the United States and Indonesia, with strong Asia-Pacific networks, while productive authors form specialized collaborative hubs. The intellectual base integrates behavioral frameworks with empirical applications, underscoring interdisciplinary depth. These insights address fragmentation in prior work by providing a unified knowledge map, revealing gaps in cross-cultural integration and dynamic digital modeling. Implications extend to guiding targeted interventions for financial education and policy, fostering individual resilience in volatile environments. This synthesis supports scholars and practitioners in advancing evidence-based approaches to sustainable personal finance practices.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut organisasi bisnis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, namun CV. Plaza Meubel Jati Masrum yang berdiri sejak tahun 1982 masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual yang menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti data tidak terbaca, kesalahan penulisan, kesulitan memperoleh laporan keuangan dan laba rugi, hilangnya bukti soft file, serta ketidakpastian kedatangan barang restock dari pemasok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pemesanan berbasis web guna mengatasi permasalahan sistem manual, meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, serta menyediakan informasi yang akurat dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model prototyping, yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pembuatan prototype, evaluasi pengguna, dan pemeliharaan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik, laporan transaksi, dan dokumentasi stok barang. Pemodelan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), yang mencakup Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, dan ClassDiagram. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem informasi pemesanan yang mampu mengotomatisasi laporan penjualan, riwayat pesanan pelanggan, dan pengelolaan data produk. Sistem ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas operasional serta akurasi identifikasi barang melalui integrasi data. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dengan potensi pengembangan lanjutan berupa integrasi pembayaran digital dan sistem pelacakan pengiriman.

Perkembangan media sosial yang pesat telah menghasilkan volume data teks yang sangat besar dalam bentuk opini dan ulasan pengguna. Analisis manual terhadap data ini untuk memahami sentimen publik tidak lagi efisien. Hal inilah yang mendasari dibuatnya sebuah aplikasi analisis sentimen otomatis menggunakan metode machine learning Support Vector Machine (SVM). Untuk mendukung penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) serta perancangannya menggunakan metode Object Oriented Programming (OOP) menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan framework Streamlit untuk menyediakan antarmuka pengguna yang interaktif dan mudah diakses. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan berhasil mengotomatiskan seluruh proses, memungkinkan pengguna untuk memasukkan teks baru dan mendapatkan hasil analisis sentimen secara real-time. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi SVM dan Streamlit dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dan praktis untuk analisis sentimen otomatis.

Teknologi internet telah berkembang pesat dan menjadi media yang efektif dalam mendukung penyebaran informasi serta aktivitas bisnis di era digital. Perkembangan tersebut mendorong pelaku usaha, khususnya usaha kecil dan menengah, untuk memanfaatkan sistem penjualan berbasis web guna memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Dalam industri penjualan sepatu, proses penjualan yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterbatasan akses informasi, ketidaktepatan pencatatan data, serta kurang optimalnya pengelolaan transaksi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi penjualan sepatu berbasis web pada MAF Clobber dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai alat pemodelan sistem. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. UML digunakan untuk memodelkan kebutuhan dan alur sistem melalui beberapa diagram, antara lain use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram, sehingga menghasilkan rancangan sistem yang terstruktur dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan UML mampu memperjelas kebutuhan sistem, mengurangi ambiguitas dalam proses perancangan, serta mendukung pengembangan sistem yang lebih sistematis. Sistem yang dibangun memungkinkan pengguna melakukan pencarian produk, pemesanan, dan pembayaran secara daring, serta memudahkan admin dalam mengelola data produk, pelanggan, dan laporan penjualan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas transaksi, akurasi data, dan kualitas layanan penjualan sepatu.

The development of information technology requires service companies to improve the effectiveness and quality of their services, including in the field of electrical installation services. CV Givas Jaya Sentosa still faces problems in managing orders, customer data, and technician scheduling, which are done manually, resulting in inefficiency. This study aims to design and build a web-based electrical installation service provider information system using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. The research method used is qualitative with a research and development (R&D) approach, through data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling and implemented as a web application. The results of the study show that the system is able to simplify the service ordering process, improve service and technician data management, and help monitor work status in an integrated and real-time manner. Thus, this information system can improve operational efficiency and service quality at CV Givas Jaya Sentosa.

This study aims to design a web-based information system for vehicle management and monitoring at Bengkel Merdeka Motor, which previously relied on manual recording processes. Manual data management caused several problems, including data loss, inaccurate records, difficulties in monitoring service progress, and delays in report generation. This research applies the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method supported by Unified Modeling Language (UML) to analyze system requirements and design the proposed system. The research methodology includes requirements analysis, analysis of existing and proposed systems, system design, and user interface design. The proposed system integrates vehicle data management, service offers, work orders (SPK), service progress monitoring, invoice generation, and automatic monthly reporting into a single web-based platform. The results show that the designed system improves data accuracy, operational efficiency, and transparency of service information. In addition, real-time monitoring features support better coordination between administrators and mechanics. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance service quality, reduce administrative errors, and support managerial decision-making at Bengkel Merdeka Motor.

The rapid development of information technology encourages companies to optimize administrative sistems, including employee payroll processes, to ensure greater operational effectiveness and data accuracy. PT Infokom Internusa still utilizes manual and semi-computerized methods in payroll management, which may lead to calculation errors, data duplication, data inconsistency, and delays in report generation. These issues can affect overall organizational performance and decision-making efficiency. This study aims to design and develop a Java-based Employee Payroll Information Sistem to improve efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and security in payroll processing. The research employs the Waterfall software development model, which consists of requirement analysis, sistem design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation using the Java programming language and MySQL database, and comprehensive sistem testing. The results indicate that the developed sistem is capable of automating salary calculations, allowances, deductions, tax computations, and report generation in an integrated and structured manner. The sistem also reduces manual errors, minimizes redundancy, and accelerates payroll administration processes. Therefore, the proposed information sistem can significantly enhance the performance, productivity, and service quality of the HR and finance departments at PT Infokom Internusa.

The development of information technology has encouraged restaurants and cafés to function not only as dining places, but also as venues for hosting various events. However, the event reservation process at Rumah Makan Ny. Hartini and Café Rain is still carried out manually through logbooks, telephone calls, and WhatsApp, resulting in problems such as unorganized data, delayed confirmations, and miscommunication with customers. In addition, the manual system limits access to information regarding venue availability, reservation schedules, and additional facilities required by customers. This study aims to develop a web-based event reservation information system using the prototyping method. The system design was carried out using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams to model user interactions, process flows, and system structure. The results of the study show that the developed system is able to automate the reservation process, customer data recording, reservation confirmation, schedule management, and additional facilities management. This system improves operational efficiency, data accuracy, and service quality, while also making it easier for customers to make reservations independently and obtain information quickly and accurately.

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Penjualan berbasis web untuk Gerai Oleh-Oleh Bali yang selama ini masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dengan buku besar dan perhitungan menggunakan kalkulator. Sistem manual tersebut menyebabkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan, lambatnya proses pencarian data, serta kesulitan dalam pengarsipan data penjualan, pembelian, pemesanan, dan pengelolaan stok barang. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall dengan pendekatan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik gerai, perancangan sistem (Use Case Diagram dan Class Diagram), implementasi, pengujian unit, pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black-box testing, serta tahap pemeliharaan (maintenance). Sistem yang dibangun mencakup fitur login, dashboard, pengelolaan data master (supplier dan barang), transaksi penjualan dengan dukungan scan barcode, transaksi pembelian, laporan penjualan dan pembelian, serta pengelolaan user. Hasil pengujian black-box menunjukkan seluruh test case berstatus Valid dan sistem berfungsi sesuai harapan. Pada tahap maintenance dilakukan contoh corrective maintenance dengan perbaikan bug pada query laporan penjualan harian.Sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang dihasilkan mampu mempercepat proses transaksi, mengurangi kesalahan manusia, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta memudahkan pengelolaan stok dan pembuatan laporan secara real-time. Implementasi sistem ini memberikan solusi efektif bagi Gerai Oleh-Oleh Bali dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan interaksi dengan pelanggan.

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pemantauan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja Mini PC dan pemeliharaan real-time di CV Permata Gemilang Jaya. Metodologi waterfall diterapkan menggunakanNodeMCU sebagai mikrokontroler utama, dilengkapi dengan sensor DHT22, DS18B20, dan INA219 untuk memantau parameter suhu, CPU, dan memori. Arsitektur sistem mengintegrasikan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan database MySQL, menghasilkan aplikasi web responsif dengan kontrol akses berbasisperan untuk Admin Pusat, Admin Regional, dan Teknisi Cabang. Infrastrukturserver cloud dengan konektivitas GSM cadangan memfasilitasi pemantauanterpusat di wilayah Ciayumajakuning. Desain sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan diagram kasus penggunaan dan diagram aktivitas yang komprehensif. Penerapan sistem pemberitahuan otomatisdengan mekanisme peringatan berbasis ambang batas memungkinkan deteksidini anomali perangkat. Antarmuka yang dioptimalkan untuk selulermeningkatkan aksesibilitas teknisi untuk operasi lapangan. Validasi sistemmenunjukkan strategi pemeliharaan preventif yang sukses dalam mengurangiwaktu henti perangkat dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional infrastrukturteknologi informasi.

The development of information technology requires public institutions to provide accessible and transparent information services. Polsek Kota Kisaran still faces limitations in delivering information to the public through digital media. This study aims to design and implement a profile website as a public information medium that supports service transparency. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through observation, informal interviews with police officers, and documentation. System development includes requirement analysis, system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML), interface design, and website implementation. The results indicate that the developed website is able to present structured information such as institutional profiles, organizational structures, SKCK procedures, SPKT services, news, and activity documentation. The Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) is a vital community organization with a significant role in addressing social issues. One such issue is the increasing number of juvenile delinquency cases in schools, which has become a major concern for both educational institutions and parents. Schools must be proactive in monitoring their students to address this problem effectively. However, traditional manual monitoring processes are inefficient and time-consuming. To overcome this, there is a need for an efficient, user-friendly, and multi-user monitoring system that enables both schools and parents to access information about their children's behavioral violations. This student violation monitoring system is designed to be web-based, utilizing UML (Unified Modeling Language) for system design and employing the Waterfall development method. The goal of this system is to provide an effective solution for managing and tracking student violations, allowing for better control and prevention of delinquent behavior within the school environment. By implementing this system, both school authorities and parents will be able to collaborate more effectively in monitoring and addressing student behavior.

This study addresses the inefficiencies in the manual student payment administration system currently used at SMK Bina Insan Nusantara, which relies on handwritten ledgers and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, leading to frequent data errors, delayed reporting, and difficulties in retrieving payment records. The research aims to design a web-based information system to streamline the recording, monitoring, and reporting of student payments. A descriptive research approach was employed, with data collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with administrative staff, and literature review. System analysis was conducted using the PIECES framework, and system design followed the Unified Modeling Language (UML) methodology. The proposed system features user authentication, student data management, real-time payment input, digital receipt generation, and automated reporting (daily, monthly, and yearly). Black-box testing confirmed that the system functions as intended, validating inputs, processing transactions accurately, and generating reliable outputs. Findings indicate that the web-based system significantly improves data accuracy, operational efficiency, accessibility, and service quality compared to the existing manual process. The implementation of this system enables school administrators to manage payments more effectively, provides students and parents with timely access to payment information, and supports faster, data-driven decision-making by school leadership and the foundation. Future enhancements could include mobile integration and online payment gateways.
