Kecap merupakan produk fermentasi kedelai yang berperan penting sebagai bumbu penyedap dalam masakan. Berdasarkan rasa dan kekentalannya, kecap dibedakan menjadi kecap manis dan kecap asin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan teknologi filling otomatis sebagai solusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengemasan botol kecap pada skala UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Permintaan pasar yang tinggi terhadap kecap manis mendorong tumbuhnya industri kecil. Namun, UMKM ini menghadapi kendala dalam hal kapasitas produksi dan konsistensi mutu produk. Salah satu proses yang memerlukan waktu lama dan tidak efisien adalah pengemasan manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diterapkan solusi teknologi berupa filling machine semi otomatis. Teknologi ini mempercepat proses pengisian botol, mengurangi kehilangan produk akibat tumpahan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan tenaga kerja. Meskipun memerlukan investasi awal yang cukup besar dan ketergantungan pada listrik, penggunaan filling machine semi otomatis terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi kecap di skala UMKM.

This study aims to analyze the application of digital marketing through social media at Yuk Ngopi Coffee UMKM in Medan City in facing competition in the digital era. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results show that the use of digital platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, contributes significantly to increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market expansion. Content strategies that emphasize visual aesthetics, interaction with consumers, and affordable prices are key factors in attracting customers. In addition, the integration of offline experiences in the form of a café atmosphere with online promotions has succeeded in strengthening the brand image. However, the study also found several challenges, including limited human resources, marketing budgets, and the rapidly changing dynamics of social media algorithms. Theoretically, these findings reinforce the relevance of the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) model, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and the concept of Perceived Value in the context of UMKM. This research provides practical implications for businesses to optimize social media as a strategic marketing tool, while balancing digital innovation and real-world consumer experiences.

Grobbak Korea merupakan salah satu UMKM yang ada di Kota Salatiga yang membutuhkan pendampingan dalam pemanfaatan media sosial dan platform online untuk meningkatkan pemasaran digitalnya. Permasalahan utama adalah kurangnya pemanfaatan media digital secara optimal, serta tidak adanya strategi konten yang konsisten dan terarah. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan pada tanggal 27 April 2025 - 9 Juni 2025. Media sosial yang dikembangkan antara lain melalui Instagram dan TikTok. UMKM Grobbak Korea juga melakukan promosi produk Grobbak Korea melalui Website dan Linktree. Dari kegiatan yang dilakukan terbukti dapat membantu memberikan dampak positif dalam pemasaran UMKM. Aktivitas seperti pengaktifan kembali akun media sosial, pembuatan konten terjadwal, pengunggahan foto produk serta pembuatan Website dan Linktree tersebut mampu meningkatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Peningkatan jumlah pengikut Instagram dan video konten di platform TikTok telah menunjukkan bahwa media sosial menjadi solusi efektif pemasaran digital bagi UMKM.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran krusial dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam aspek pemasaran dan branding produk. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM di Desa Kalipucang Wetan, Kecamatan Welahan, adalah minimnya inovasi dalam desain kemasan serta kurangnya pemanfaatan strategi pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produk UMKM, khususnya Kerupuk Lala 73, dengan mengembangkan desain kemasan yang lebih menarik serta menerapkan strategi digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mencakup observasi, pendampingan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi terhadap pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembaruan pada desain label dan kemasan mampu meningkatkan daya tarik produk, sedangkan pemanfaatan platform digital seperti TikTok, Facebook, dan marketplace lainnya berhasil memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dengan strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat, produk UMKM berpotensi lebih dikenal luas dan memiliki peluang yang lebih besar dalam meningkatkan penjualan.

This study aims to uncover the challenges faced by Mr. Jailani in starting and developing the "Bandrek Pak Kumis" UMKM and the strategies implemented to overcome them. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach, through in-depth interviews and direct observation of the business process. The results of the study indicate that limited capital, market competition, and marketing are the main obstacles. However, product innovation, utilization of social media, and building community relations are the keys to Mr. Jailani's success. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of perseverance, creativity, and adaptation in facing the challenges of UMKM.

Inovasi sosial dan kewirausahaan sosial telah menjadi strategi utama dalam menciptakan solusi berkelanjutan bagi tantangan sosial dan ekonomi yang tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh pendekatan bisnis konvensional. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis inovasi sosial dan perannya dalam kewirausahaan sosial; 2) Mengidentifikasi hubungan antara inovasi sosial dan keberlanjutan UMKM dalam konteks ekonomi berbasis dampak sosial; 3) Menjelaskan faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan kewirausahaan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi sosial berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan ketahanan UMKM melalui penerapan model bisnis berbasis dampak sosial, ekonomi sirkular, serta digitalisasi bisnis. Keberhasilan kewirausahaan sosial dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti kepemimpinan yang visioner, strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif, serta model bisnis yang adaptif dan inovatif. Sementara itu, faktor eksternal yang berperan mencakup dukungan kebijakan pemerintah, akses terhadap pendanaan berbasis dampak sosial, serta kemitraan strategis dengan sektor swasta dan akademisi. Indikator utama keberhasilan kewirausahaan sosial mencakup pengukuran dampak sosial dan ekonomi, keberlanjutan finansial dan operasional, serta efektivitas model bisnis dalam menjangkau masyarakat yang lebih luas. Sebagai implikasi, makalah ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan publik yang mendukung bisnis sosial, peningkatan akses pendanaan berbasis dampak, serta integrasi inovasi sosial dalam strategi pengembangan UMKM. Dengan menciptakan ekosistem yang lebih mendukung bagi kewirausahaan sosial, diharapkan inovasi sosial dapat menjadi pilar utama dalam pembangunan ekonomi yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Saat ini penggemar krupuk di Indonesia cukup lumayan besar dan banyak, krupuk merupakan cemilan yang banyak disukai dimanapun keberadaannya, karena rasa dan tesktur yang dimunculkan cukup enak dan renyah bila di nikmati.  Saat ini petani di Indonesia juga banyak menghasilkan hasil pertanian yang kadang cepat memusuk karena tidak tahan lama, salah satunya adalah cebe dan tomat. Manakala hasil pertanian ini berlimpah maka wajib membuat inovasi dalam proses pengolahannya. Salah satu yang dilakukan adalah mengolah cabe dan tomat di olah menjadi krupuk yang tentunya mempunyai harga jual yang lumayan bila dilakukan kontinyu dan dipasarkan oleh UMKM secara kontinyu. Tujuan; adalah untuk mengurangi limbah dari cabe dan tomat, sehingga bisa menjadi inovasi baru bagi UMKM. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah dengan metode langsung peraktek pembuatan krupuk dari bahan baku cabe dan tomat, kemudian dilakukan tanya jawab kelebihan dan kekurangan pada saat pembuatan krupuk tersebut,  dan Pemberikan materi, Peraktek langsung pembuatan krupuk / Partisipasi UMKM dalam praktek, Pendampingan dalam pembuatan krupuk yang dilakukan oleh dosen-dosen, Kegiatan dan solusi dalam penyelesakan masalah, Luaran yang dihasilkan (Laporan hasil Pengabdian).

UMKM is an economic platform for the community which is a basic component in the development of economic pillars starting from the lowest level, small and medium enterprises (UKM/UMKM) are types of companies in Indonesia which are owned by individuals or business entities in accordance with the criteria set by Law No. 20 of 2008. UMKM is able to defined as business run by individuals, households, or small-sized business entities. The classification of UMKM is based on limits on annual revenue turnover, total assets, and number of employees. The development and quality improvement needs to get serious support for its further growth, this is not only in terms of capital and ease of doing business, but also needs to be done in terms of management up to the ability of the perpetrators, one of that the UMKM perpetrators must learn about management, especially in financial management, starting with simple things such as preparing a cash book. Most UMKM are run by individuals who do not have special skills. UMKM run as they are and do not have a good financial planning system and financial management system, this is one of the weaknesses of UMKM, so they cannot make plans for future business development. The cash book preparation training aims to increase the financial management capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The training method is designed to provide a basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statement preparation techniques, and practical applications that are relevant to the needs of UMKM. This training program is expected to improve the quality and financial performance of UMKM, so that they can be more competitive and sustainable in the market.

There are various types of financing in Islamic banking or financial institutions, one of which is mudharabah financing. This financing is a cooperation agreement between the capital owner (shohibul mal) and the fund manager (mudharib) for a business, where the profit is shared according to the agreed percentage based on the profit obtained. Mudharabah financing is closely related to UMKM, where UMKM owners, especially housewives, play an important role in managing family finances. This study aims to examine what are the challenges for UMKM in using the mudharabah contract and what are the advantages of using the mudharabah contract. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, as well as descriptive data analysis through literature studies from scientific journals and books. The results of this study indicate that mudharabah financing can help the community in improving UMKM.

The digital industrial revolution 4.0 has had a significant impact on various sectors in Indonesia, including the business sector. Currently, one of the digital marketing strategies that UMKM can adopt to promote their products and develop their businesses is the use of e-commerce. This scientific article was written to reveal the importance of digital marketing in facing the challenges of the digital industrial era 4.0, especially for UMKM. The method used in writing this article is qualitative descriptive research, with data collection through literature study. Data collection was carried out by referring to books, journals and online sources, which were then cited as the theoretical basis for writing. The research results show that digital marketing is a relevant strategy to be implemented in the current digital era, especially for UMKM. By implementing digital marketing, UMKM have a great opportunity to develop their business and expand their market reach. E-commerce as a form of digital marketing needs to be implemented by UMKM because it makes it easier to market their products.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Digital Literacy in increasing sales marketing for UMKM in Telanaipura, Jambi City. This research is a type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques were through observation and interviews conducted by researchers with UMKM actors as a sample of which 16 people were interviewed. The results of this research show that the digital literacy strategy carried out by UMKM actors in Telanaipura , Jambi City is in the form of marketing through social media and also e-commerce applications such as grabfood and gofood. The impact of Digital Literacy in increasing company profits is not very significant because their understanding of digital literacy is still lacking. However, Digital Literacy-based marketing has a positive impact on the sustainability of UMKM in Telanaipura, Jambi City. With Digital Literacy, UMKM can promote their businesses more easily and reach consumers more widely. Digital Literacy also makes it easier for consumers to buy food and drinks without having to come directly to UMKM outlets. This can provide comfort and convenience for consumers so that it also has a good impact on UMKM.

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia contributes to the expected progress of the Indonesian economy. However, UMKM still face many challenges in the field of accounting and financial reporting. Financial reports are a tool used to determine the value and performance of UMKM. The purpose of this article is to examine the use of technology, especially in the field of accounting and understand the role of accounting information systems in UMKM and the application of digital accounting in UMKM. The method used is a case study method using related journals. The results obtained show that the use of technology in UMKM currently brings digitalization to their activities. For example sales transactions and payment transactions. However, many UMKM still use manual paper accounting. With increasing socialization and rapid technological advances, it is hoped that UMKM players can carry out accounting effectively and efficiently in their businesses so as to create technology-literate UMKM.

A village profile is needed to provide an accurate, comprehensive and integral picture of the village's potential and level of development. Through the University's Real Work Lecture activities on August 17 1945, we tried to help Kalidami RW 10 Village located in Surabaya City, East Java Province in an effort to create a village profile. Based on problem identification, the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village contains some information on the number of existing UMKM. However, there is some data that is still not complete or updated. For example, data that has not been updated is about Waste Generation, Village Profile, Waste Savings, etc. Therefore, the objectives of this service activity are: 1) creating a profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which contains complete village potential data and 2) presenting profile data of Mojo RW 10 Village which can be accessed in printed and electronic versions. The methods used are secondary data collection, surveys and interviews. Evaluation of this activity is carried out directly during the profile creation activity, so that output can be produced that meets the wishes of the target audience. The output of this activity is a printed book on the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which is one of the documents available at the RW 10 hall and a video profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which has been uploaded on social media.

Artikel ini berfokus pada edukasi dan pendampingan sertifikasi halal dan digital marketing yang memberikan dampak peningkatan dalam penjualan UMKM. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan pelatihan. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) yang didasarkan pada pemberdayaan aset masyarakat. Tahapan ABCD meliputi 5 tahap yakni, 1) Inkulturasi, 2) Discovery, 3) Design, 4) Define, dan 5) Reflection. Pengabdian menghasilkan bahwa UMKM di Desa Pesawahan telah berhasil memahami pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan pemasaran digital, meningkatkan daya saing mereka, dan memperluas jangkauan produk secara signifikan yang mencerminkan peran krusial kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat lokal, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di era digital.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Pada saat sekarang perkembangan teknologi serta digitalisasi di berbagai bidang, UMKM merupakan jenis usaha yang memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam perkembangan perekonomian juga perlu mengalami kemajuan dibidang teknologi khususnya dalam memasarkan prodak. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan UMKM dalam hal digital marketing juga memperluas jaringan pemasaran UMKM. UMKM Salome Bunda Som merupakan salah satu contoh UMKM yang membutuhkan pendampingan digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat terbafi menjadi empat tahapan yaitu tahapan survei, sosialisasi digital marketing,   pendampingan digital marketing, serta tahapan pemeliharaan dan evaluasi. Bentuk pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan tujuan mengembangkan dan turut serta dalam pendampingan digital marketing terhadap UMKM Salome Bunda Som agar dapat memiliki jaringan pemasaran yang tidak terbatas pada pasar lokal saja.

The work program for creating logo and packaging designs as well as digital technology is a service to the community engaged in the production business of bead craftsmen in Lembang Angin- Angin. These bead craftsmen have been established in Lembang Angin-angin for a long time, but their marketing methods are still very minimal and there is a lack of community skills related to UMKM. Therefore, these UMKM need to be given counseling about the importance of branding and the use of digital marketing so that their marketing system can be better so that they can expand the target market coverage and support marketing activities through business accounts on digital media. The method used is by providing counseling in the form of making a logo. , packaging and training on how to manage digital media for selling beads. This program has the potential to increase the sales appeal of beaded products, as well as serve as a symbol of product identity to make it easier for consumers to remember the product. This will support increased marketing activities and increase sales of the bead business.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a vital role in the Indonesian economy, creating new jobs, innovation and unique strategies. The growth phenomenon of MSMEs presents challenges and opportunities, encouraging the need for targeted strategies, in-depth market understanding and adaptability. This research explores strategic management practices in MSMEs in Dee Lestari's "Rantai Tak Putus". The strategies implemented include internal development, making the right decisions, and consistency in implementing positive values. The MSME players in this book are able to adapt strategic management to their business needs, not only for immediate business growth, but also to build a solid foundation for long-term sustainability. This creates an environment that supports business growth, strengthens competitiveness, and ensures the adaptability of MSMEs to change for sustainable business continuity.

KKN or Kuliah Kerja Nyata is mandatory program held by college. KKN Kolaboratif is program organized by the Jember Regency government with 18 college. The work program carried out by KKN Kolaboratif 236 is based on the problems that exist in the Tegalgede, such as the low level of public awareness in managing inorganic waste, the high level of use of inorganic waste, and the lack of digital UMKM marketing. That program aims to make the public aware of the separation of inorganic waste so that it can be recycled again and to help introduce and market UMKM products for Tegalgede digitally. The activities waste sorting competition also invited WCDI (World Clean Up Day Indonesia) and BSI (Bank Sampah Induk) to discuss determining the category of inorganic waste to be contested and related to the process of evaluating and transporting the results of the competition. The results were 14 RTs took part in the competition. Another  program, the creation of e-catalog in collaboration with 20 UMKM in Tegalgede to enter their data into the catalog. The implication of this community service activity is that it can help residents to understand more about inorganic waste and make easier to access UMKM.

Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).

This study aims to examine the effect of digital accounting systems on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study are SMEs in Sidoarjo who use a digital accounting system, and the sample is taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using in-depth interview techniques and relevant sources on the internet. Data analysis was performed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the use of digital accounting systems has a significant influence on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. In its use, the digital accounting system simplifies the process of recording and reporting finances, as well as assisting UMKM owners in making more precise and accurate business decisions. In addition, the use of digital accounting systems also helps UMKM in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, so as to produce better business performance. In this case, it is advisable for UMKM in Sidoarjo to adopt a digital accounting system as part of their business development strategy. This will help UMKM  improve their business performance and compete with other UMKM. In addition, the government can also provide support and assistance to UMKM to adopt digital accounting systems, so as to accelerate the growth of UMKM  in Indonesia.
