Effective collaboration is a strategic imperative for contemporary organizations, yet its success hinges critically on team dynamics and underlying psychological factors like Trust and Psychological Safety. The purpose of this Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was to synthesize empirical research published between 2020 and 2025 to clarify how these psychological factors influence collaboration and team performance. Following the PRISMA guidelines, a rigorous search on Google Scholar using keywords such as "team performance," "psychological factors," and "collaboration" resulted in the final inclusion of 15 articles for in-depth synthesis. Findings confirm that Trust is the most vital psychological construct, acting as a crucial mediator: it successfully transmits the positive effects of Transactional Leadership on employee performance and, conversely, mediates the detrimental effect of Toxic Leadership leading to Employee Silence. Leadership Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence are identified as primary antecedents that build perceived trustworthiness, which, in turn, significantly reduces Turnover Intention. The review also highlights emerging contexts: trust is now influenced by Agent-Related Factors in Human-AI Teams (HATs), and unconventional factors like Corporate Comedy are found to positively contribute to Group Cohesion. However, contradictory findings regarding trust's role in Knowledge Sharing suggest a significant research gap. This SLR concludes that building psychological capital is fundamental to effective collaboration and recommends that future research utilize Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to validate conceptual frameworks and employ mixed-methods approaches to resolve contextual conflicts within the literature.

Leadership management plays a crucial role in developing nursing career paths in hospitals. An effective career path system not only enhances nurses' competence and professionalism but also contributes to job satisfaction and retention. However, scientific evidence regarding the influence of leadership management on nurses' career paths remains scattered and shows varying findings. This systematic review aims to synthesize scientific evidence related to the influence of leadership management on nursing career path development in hospitals. This study used a systematic review design following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines. A literature search was conducted through PubMed and Google Scholar for articles published between 2015 and 2024. Articles were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 13 articles for analysis. Data synthesis was conducted using a thematic synthesis approach. The review identified five main themes: leadership style, managerial support, organizational systems and policies, the impact of career paths, and barriers to implementation. Transformational and participatory leadership has been reported to have a positive influence on nurses' career development. Managerial support through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training strengthens career readiness, increases job satisfaction, and reduces nurse turnover intentions. Leadership management has a significant influence on nursing career development in hospitals. Integrating effective leadership with a clear and transparent career development system is necessary to enhance professionalism, job satisfaction, and the sustainability of the nursing workforce.

The high level of Turnover Intention in regional banking industries indicates the importance of supervisor support in retaining employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Supervisor Support on Turnover Intention with Work Engagement as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at PT BPR Bali Dananiaga involving 54 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Path Analysis, Classical Assumption Tests, and the Sobel Test. The results show that Perceived Supervisor Support has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, Perceived Supervisor Support has a significant positive effect on Work Engagement, Work Engagement has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Work Engagement significantly mediates the effect of Perceived Supervisor Support on Turnover Intention. These findings strengthen Social Exchange Theory, stating that reciprocal relationships between supervisors and employees increase work engagement and reduce the intention to leave the organization.

This study conducts a systematic literature review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis to map and synthesize research on digital transformation in talent management and its impact on employee retention in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Against the backdrop of high turnover rates and intense competition for talent, this research aims to identify the key interconnections between digital technologies, talent management practices, and retention outcomes within the MSME context. The methodology involved a comprehensive analysis of reputable databases using VOSviewer software for bibliometric mapping, focusing on co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation networks. The findings reveal a robust, interconnected model centered on three core pillars: the adoption of digital technologies (e.g., AI, cloud-based HR systems), the implementation of strategic talent practices (notably digital employer branding and work flexibility), and the critical mediating role of employee psychological factors (job satisfaction and organizational commitment). The analysis demonstrates that successful retention in MSMEs is not merely a function of technological adoption but is achieved through a synergistic integration where technology enables effective talent management, which in turn fosters commitment and reduces turnover intention. This review contributes a comprehensive conceptual model that clarifies these dynamic relationships. The practical implication for MSME managers is the necessity of a holistic strategy that simultaneously develops digital infrastructure, refines talent management, and cultivates a supportive organizational culture to secure a sustainable competitive advantage through enhanced employee retention.

This study aims to analyze the effect of burnout and turnover intention on employee performance in banks. Declining performance and high work pressure in the micro banking sector are important reasons for conducting this study. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 42 respondents from the credit, marketing, and teller divisions. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a 1–5 point Likert scale, which were then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method through the SmartPLS 4 application. The results show that both burnout and turnover intention negatively affect employee performance. This means that as employees experience higher levels of emotional exhaustion and a stronger intention to leave their job, their performance declines. The study highlights the importance of addressing these psychological factors to enhance employee performance. The findings imply that company management should focus on improving the psychological well-being of employees to ensure the stability of organizational performance, reduce turnover, and maintain a productive workforce.

This research looks at why freelance event crews think about leaving Maharagung Organizer by focusing on two things: the rewards they receive and the punishments they face in a project-based setup. The core issue is that crews feel dissatisfied when rewards are unclear or rarely given, while discipline rules can feel uneven, so the goal is to see whether these practices actually change how much people want to quit. The study uses a simple survey design and analyzes the results with a PLS model in SmartPLS after checking that the questions reliably measure reward, punishment, and turnover intention, and it includes everyone active and reachable during the data phase. The results point one way: fair, transparent rewards help people want to stay, while discipline does more to set standards than to keep people from leaving; taken together, that means rewards carry most of the weight for retention, and punishments mostly support order and safety. The bottom line for managers is to make rewards predictable, tied to performance, and clearly communicated, then keep discipline fair and consistent in the background so crews feel respected and choose to keep taking future event offers.

This study aims to analyze the influence of employer branding and digital capability on turnover intention, with employee engagement serving as a mediating variable, in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Central Java Province. The research design uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The research sample consists of 205 SMEs employees selected using purposive sampling techniques with criteria of a minimum of six months of service and active use of digital technology in their work. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that employer branding has a positive effect on employee engagement and a negative effect on turnover intention. Digital capability has a positive effect on employee engagement, but its direct effect on turnover intention is not significant. Employee engagement was found to mediate the relationship between employer branding and turnover intention, as well as between digital capability and turnover intention. These findings reinforce the relevance of Social Exchange Theory and the Resource-Based View in the context of human resource management in the SME sector, while also providing practical implications that strengthening employer branding and enhancing employees' digital competencies can reduce turnover intention.

This study explores key antecedents of turnover intention among employees in the warehouse industry, with a focus on workload, work stress, and job satisfaction. Conducted at CV. Sejati Pati, the research involved 102 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. The study applied a quantitative approach, using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 27, including classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results showed that workload and work stress have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect. In contrast, compensation and work environment were found to be statistically insignificant. Simultaneously, all variables jointly contribute to explaining 64.9% of the variation in turnover intention. These findings underscore the critical role of managing job demands and psychological pressure while enhancing employee satisfaction to reduce the likelihood of resignation. The research provides empirical insights for human resource management in high-pressure sectors, particularly warehouses, where operational continuity and labor stability are crucial. It also offers practical implications for developing targeted strategies to improve employee retention and foster a more resilient workforce in logistics operations.

This study examines the strategic role of job satisfaction in shaping organizational commitment in the context of companies by synthesizing empirical evidence published between 2016 and 2025. Although it has been extensively researched, findings related to the consistency and determinants of the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment are still scattered and have not been integrated, thus requiring comprehensive mapping. Therefore, this study aims to identify empirical patterns, conceptual issues, and theoretical foundations that explain how job satisfaction contributes to the formation of organizational commitment. Using the PRISMA based Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, 35 articles were selected through the stages of identification, screening, quality assessment, and thematic synthesis. The review results show that job satisfaction is consistently a major predictor of organizational commitment in various corporate sectors. These findings are consistent with theories such as Social Exchange Theory, Equity Theory, Herzberg's Two Factor Theory, and Job Demands Resources Model, which explain the cognitive and affective mechanisms of commitment formation. In addition, variables such as work environment, job involvement, work life balance, internal CSR, and HR practices were identified as mediators or moderators that strengthen this relationship. This study concludes that increasing job satisfaction is an important strategy for strengthening commitment, reducing turnover intentions, and improving organizational performance. This review contributes to an integrative understanding of empirical developments and theoretical perspectives, and provides recommendations for future research to expand the data base and consider cross-cultural dynamics in organizations.

This study aims to determine the effect of work overload, work stress, and work motivation on the turnover intention of employees at PT HWI's sewing computer production operators. The study utilizes three independent variables (endogenous), namely work overload, work stress, and work motivation, and one dependent variable (exogenous), turnover intention. The population in this study consisted of employees in the sewing computer section at PT HWI, with 99 respondents sampled for analysis. The results of the data analysis indicate that the indicators are valid and reliable. The classical assumption test showed no multicollinearity in the data. In the hypothesis testing, the variables of work overload, work stress, and work motivation were found to have no significant effect on turnover intention. These findings suggest that while work overload, stress, and motivation play important roles in employee well-being, they do not significantly impact the intention to leave the organization at PT HWI. Future studies could explore other factors influencing turnover intention and the dynamics between these variables.

Pemimpin yang efektif diperlukan untuk mengembangkan strategi dan struktur yang baik dan menarik karyawan, menginspirasi dan mendukung staf yang berpengalaman, menghargai komitmen mereka, dan meminimalkan turnover intention. Turnover intention mengacu pada kecenderungan atau rencana untuk berhenti dari pekerjaan di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendidikan tentang gaya kepemimpinan sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi turnover intention. Kegiatan pendidikan dilakukan dengan menerapkan empat tahap termasuk tahap I perencanaan dan pemilihan strategi, tahap II pemilihan saluran dan materi, tahap III pengembangan materi, tahap IV penerapan, tahap V meninjau efektivitas, tahap VI umpan balik untuk evaluasi. menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pengetahuan kepala ruangan setelah diberikan pendidikan tentang gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berada pada kategori tinggi, yaitu 12 responden (85,8%). Kepemimpinan transformasional telah menjadi gaya kepemimpinan yang dominan dipraktikkan oleh para pemimpin di banyak industri dan disiplin ilmu, termasuk dalam keperawatan oleh kepala ruangan

This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership (SL) on perceived organizational support (POS), job satisfaction (JS), job embeddedness (JE), and turnover intentions (TI) among private bank employees in West Jakarta. The research is motivated by the high turnover rate in the banking industry, despite organizational efforts to strengthen leadership and employee support. A total of 154 employees participated by completing an online Likert-scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.1.0.9. The findings reveal that SL positively and significantly influences POS (β=0.667), JS (β=0.585), and JE (β=0.579). Furthermore, POS (β=−0.328), JE (β=−0.386), and JS (β=−0.220) significantly and negatively affect TI. Predictive relevance is supported with Q² values ranging from 0.283 to 0.604, while model fit testing using SRMR yielded 0.050 (saturated) and 0.127 (estimated). Bootstrapping was conducted with 5,000 resamples, two-tailed testing, bias-corrected accelerated (BCa), and 95% confidence intervals. Theoretically, this research strengthens the literature by demonstrating that SL enhances workplace relationships through improved POS, JS, and JE, which subsequently reduces turnover intentions. Practically, the findings provide implications for banking management to adopt servant leadership as a strategic approach to employee retention. Nevertheless, despite high levels of POS, JS, and JE, some respondents still report turnover intentions, indicating the presence of unmodeled external factors such as career opportunities, workload, or industry dynamics. This study is limited by its cross-sectional design and one-time self-report measurement; thus, generalizations and causal inferences should be made with caution.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian imbalan hadiah terhadap niat untuk keluar karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Fenomena turnover intention menjadi tantangan yang signifikan bagi perusahaan, terutama di industri otomotif yang memiliki tingkat persaingan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 121 karyawan tetap dari berbagai perusahaan otomotif di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring. Hasil analisis Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares,  menunjukkan bahwa pemberian imbalan hadiah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun, pemberian imbalan hadiah juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk keluar. Sementara itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap niat untuk keluar, dan memediasi hubungan antara imbalan hadiah dan niat untuk keluar. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen SDM bahwa pemberian imbalan perlu disertai dengan strategi peningkatan kualitas kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis agar dapat menurunkan niat keluar secara efektif.

This study aims to determine the role of work-life balance in mediating the effect of self-efficacy on turnover intention. The research employed a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 112 employees. The method used was a survey method with questionnaires and interviews, analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential  statistical analysis with SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a negative effect on turnover intention. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance. Work-life balance negatively affects turnover intention. Furthermore, work-life balance is able to mediate the effect of self-efficacy on turnover intention. The theoretical implication of this research is a confirmation of attribution theory and its relation to the research variables. The practical implication provides alternative solutions to the problem of turnover intention. The recommendation given is that the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, should provide psychological support and a conducive work environment to enhance employees’ self-efficacy, while also developing flexible work policies that support work-life balance through workload management, rest periods, and a work culture that respects personal life.

Labor-intensive garment industries are experiencing significant employment challenges in the post-pandemic era, which has direct implications for the achievement of organizational objectives. This study was conducted to examine the effects of work-life balance, workload, and job stress on turnover intention among employees of PT 3Di Garmentech in West Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 70 respondents, selected using a saturated sampling technique, meaning all members of the population were included as respondents. Data collection was carried out through structured questionnaires, and the analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods, complemented by interval value interpretation on a Likert scale. The data were processed with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26 to ensure accuracy in statistical testing. Findings from the study revealed that workload and job stress significantly and positively influenced turnover intention, indicating that higher levels of these factors increased employees’ desire to leave the company. Meanwhile, work-life balance showed no significant impact on turnover intention, suggesting that despite potential difficulties in balancing personal and professional roles, employees’ decisions to resign were more strongly driven by excessive workload and heightened job stress. These results emphasize the importance for garment companies to manage workload effectively and reduce stress levels to maintain employee retention and organizational stability.

PT. Indosato Jaya Makmur is a company engaged in the culinary sector through the operation of a family restaurant called Washoku Sato, which serves authentic Japanese cuisine. The company is committed to maintaining taste quality, hygiene, and production consistency by utilizing mostly locally sourced raw materials. However, the company faces a serious challenge in the form of high employee turnover intention, which can negatively affect operational continuity, team stability, and service quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of workload (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on turnover intention (Y). A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires to 86 permanent employees as respondents. The data were analyzed using a series of statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that the higher the workload perceived by employees, the greater their tendency to leave the company. Conversely, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect, suggesting that higher job satisfaction reduces the likelihood of turnover intention. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly influence turnover intention, with an Adjusted R² value of 35.6%, while the remaining 64.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings emphasize the importance of balanced workload management and continuous efforts to improve job satisfaction in order to minimize turnover intention and support the company’s operational sustainability.

Turnover intention is a critical issue that companies must address, particularly in service sectors such as cleaning services, which often experience high employee turnover rates. This study is motivated by the observation that low wages and high workloads are the main factors contributing to turnover intention among workers. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the effect of wages and workload on the turnover intention of daily workers at PT Serasi Manunggal Sejahtera ICE BSD. The study employed a quantitative approach using survey methods for data collection, which included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population of this study consisted of 105 workers, from which a sample of 84 respondents was selected using the Yamane formula. The sampling technique applied was Simple Random Sampling to ensure unbiased representation. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 30, which involved data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and the determination coefficient test. The findings of this research indicate that wages have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, implying that higher wages tend to reduce employees’ desire to leave their jobs. Conversely, workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that greater workload increases employees’ likelihood of resigning. These results highlight the importance for company management to review wage policies and manage workloads effectively. By addressing these factors, companies can reduce turnover intention, maintain employee stability, and improve organizational performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Workload, and Work Environment on Turnover Intention in employees of the Quality Department of PT. Pharos Indonesia. Turnover Intention is understood as the tendency of employees to leave the organization, which can have an impact on the company's operational effectiveness and stability. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression method to test the relationship between variables. The sampling technique was carried out by non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method, involving the entire population of 30 respondents. The research instrument was in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire, and the data obtained was processed using Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis show that Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. These findings indicate that increased workload can drive employee intent to leave the company. In contrast, Leadership Style and Work Environment did not show a significant influence on Turnover Intention. The implications of these results emphasize the importance of effectively managing workloads as an employee retention strategy. This research makes a practical contribution to human resource management, especially in the pharmaceutical industry sector, to design more adaptive and sustainable work policies. In addition, the results of this study can be a reference for follow-up studies that want to explore other variables that have the potential to influence Turnover Intention in the context of modern organizations.

High turnover intention has become a critical issue in the broadcasting industry, especially in divisions that operate under fast-paced tasks and high levels of pressure. This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and job satisfaction on employees’ intention to leave the organization. Career development is measured through indicators such as promotion opportunities, work experience, and training, while job satisfaction is assessed through compensation, work environment, and recognition. A quantitative research design was applied, utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze data obtained from a survey of employees working in a broadcasting company in Surabaya. The findings demonstrate that both career development and job satisfaction have a significant negative relationship with turnover intention, meaning that improvements in these variables can effectively reduce employees’ desire to quit. Among the career development indicators, work experience was found to be the most dominant factor influencing employee retention. On the other hand, recognition emerged as the most influential dimension of job satisfaction, showing that appreciation from the organization plays a crucial role in maintaining employee commitment. Turnover intention is widely recognized as one of the earliest indicators of potential employee resignation, which in turn can generate considerable organizational challenges such as increased operational costs, the erosion of organizational knowledge, and declining productivity levels. While a significant body of international research has explored the antecedents of turnover intention, studies that specifically provide a narrative synthesis within the Indonesian workforce context remain scarce. Recognizing this gap, the present study seeks to identify the dominant factors that influence turnover intention in Indonesia by conducting a narrative literature review. The review focused on nine selected articles published between 2018 and 2023 in nationally indexed journals. To ensure rigor, the selection was based on predefined criteria: the articles had to employ empirical designs involving full-time employees, apply quantitative research methodologies, and explicitly examine the relationships between independent variables and turnover intention. The data extracted from the studies were analyzed thematically to identify recurring patterns and dominant themes. The analysis revealed four key factors that consistently shaped turnover intention across the reviewed literature. First, job stress was found to be a critical determinant, where prolonged work pressure and role overload significantly increased employees’ desire to leave. Second, job satisfaction emerged as a central variable, with dissatisfaction related to compensation, recognition, and career development strongly linked to turnover intention. Third, leadership style played an important role, as authoritarian or unsupportive leadership approaches heightened employees’ intention to resign. Finally, the leader’s role in fostering workplace relationships and support systems was identified as a factor influencing employee attachment and loyalty. In conclusion, this study contributes theoretically by mapping the dominant factors of turnover intention within the Indonesian context and highlights their interconnections.
