This study examines the implementation of Islamic business ethics in e-commerce transactions, with a specific focus on the Shopee platform. The research is motivated by the increasing growth of digital commerce accompanied by various ethical issues such as product misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and weak accountability of sellers. The objective of this study is to analyze how ethical principles, including honesty, fairness, and responsibility, are applied in online transactions. This research employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review method by analyzing 20 relevant scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2026. The findings reveal that although the platform provides adequate transactional systems, ethical violations are still prevalent, primarily due to information asymmetry between sellers and consumers. Trust emerges as the most influential factor in purchasing decisions, while perceived risk and security play supporting roles in shaping consumer behavior. Additionally, economic incentives such as promotions often override ethical considerations in influencing consumer decisions. The study implies that strengthening ethical enforcement, enhancing platform supervision, and improving consumer digital literacy are essential to ensure a sustainable and trustworthy e-commerce ecosystem.

The transformation of payment systems from cash to digital through the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) is part of financial transaction modernization in Indonesia. This transformation has begun among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Baduy community, particularly in Baduy Luar, which has higher interaction with external communities. However, the adoption of digital payment systems has not been fully supported by adequate financial management capabilities. This community service activity aims to identify the transformation process of payment systems and describe the financial literacy conditions of Baduy MSMEs. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and field observations. The results show that some MSMEs have adopted QRIS through Bank BRI as an alternative payment method alongside cash and have utilized social media such as TikTok Live and Instagram for product marketing. The main sources of income include handicrafts, traditional clothing, accessories, and food products. However, financial management practices remain simple and lack systematic recording. This indicates improved financial inclusion but not yet accompanied by adequate financial behavior. Therefore, strengthening financial literacy is essential to support sustainable financial modernization in the Baduy community.

Transformasi digital dalam sistem transaksi ekonomi telah menggeser pola konsumsi masyarakat menuju penggunaan layanan finansial berbasis teknologi yang lebih instan, namun di sisi lain berpotensi memicu perilaku belanja yang tidak rasional. Fenomena ini tampak pada pesatnya adopsi fitur Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) yang menawarkan fleksibilitas pembayaran tanpa agunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan sistem pembayaran Shopee PayLater terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa STIE Yapis Dompu. Shopee PayLater merupakan inovasi layanan keuangan digital yang memberikan kemudahan transaksi dengan kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada 94 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Shopee PayLater berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 serta koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,2%, yang menunjukkan kontribusi variabel penggunaan Shopee PayLater terhadap konsumtif mahasiswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi penggunaan Shopee PayLater, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa STIE Yapis Dompu.

Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkan sistem penjualan berbasis online. Meskipun memberi kemudahan, sistem ini juga menimbulkan tantangan baru, khususnya dalam hal pengendalian internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana UMKM di Kota Malang menerapkan pengendalian internal dalam aktivitas penjualan online, dengan fokus pada aspek seperti pengendalian lingkungan, penilaian risiko, aktivitas pengendalian, komunikasi, dan pemantauan. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar UMKM belum menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal secara optimal, terutama dalam dokumentasi transaksi, pemisahan tugas, dan otorisasi pembayaran. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar UMKM mulai menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dasar pengendalian internal sesuai dengan kapasitas dan kebutuhan usaha untuk menunjang kelangsungan dan kepercayaan pelanggan dalam kegiatan bisnis online.

This study aims to describe the concept of Immersive Commerce based on Augmented Reality (AR) in increasing consumer confidence in E-Commerce transactions and to design a conceptual prototype design framework for an AR E-Commerce system with a clear technical flow. The research method uses a literature study through a comprehensive review of AR-based E-Commerce implementations and needs analysis from the perspective of consumer problems and business opportunities. The main problem identified is consumer hesitation in purchasing products online due to limited visualization that relies solely on product photos, causing fears about differences in shape, size, and quality of goods. The research results produced a conceptual framework that includes an integrated system architecture with a frontend layer (AR visualization engine), backend layer (product database and 3D asset management), and integration layer, as well as a systematic user flow design from the discovery to the decision phase. Based on simulations using literature data, the designed framework has the potential to increase customer engagement by up to 169%, conversion rates by up to 11 times, and reduce product return rates by up to 50%. The benefits of this research include digital dimensions through E-Commerce technology innovation, social dimensions by increasing consumer trust and reducing product fraud, and environmental dimensions through the potential reduction of product returns. This conceptual prototype provides a foundation for digital innovation, social trust building, and environmental sustainability through reduced product returns.

Abstraksi Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh yang dihasilkan oleh pengalaman pelanggan dan personalisasi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tembakau di wilayah kota Semarang. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh konsumen yang melakukan transaksi pembelian produk tembakau di Toko Tembakau Nusantara SR Tobacco yang berlokasi di Semarang. Jumlah sampel yang di tetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 128 responden, dengan teknik purposive sampling diterapkan sebagai metode dalam proses pengambilan sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data primer, di mana kuesioner menjadi instrumen utama dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan teknik analisis regerensi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang diperoleh, ditemukan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputus pembelian, demikian pula dengan personalisasi yang juga menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. nilai koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,546, yang mengindikasi bahwa variabel pengalaman pelanggan dan personalisasi secara bersama sama mampu menjelaskan variasi yang terjadi pada variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 54,6%. Dengan demikian terdapat ruang terbuka bagi pelaksanaan penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek lain yang perpotensi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian

Nowadays, people are more likely to make transactions online. The rapid growth of e-commerce has intensified the need to understand transaction patterns and customer purchasing behavior as a foundation for strategic decision-making. This study aims to analyze e-commerce transaction patterns and customer purchasing behavior based on demographic characteristics and transaction timing. By utilizing e-commerce transaction data, this research seeks to provide a more comprehensive understanding of customers’ purchasing tendencies and the factors influencing their behavior. This study employs Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) as the primary method to descriptively explore data characteristics through various statistical visualizations, including histograms, bar charts, line graphs, and boxplots. The analysis conducted to identify transaction trends, the distribution of purchase values, and behavioral differences across demographic groups and specific time periods. The results indicate that e-commerce transaction patterns tend to increase during certain periods, particularly in the latter part of the observation timeframe, suggesting the influence of seasonal factors and promotional strategies. The distribution of transaction values is asymmetric, with most transactions occurring in the low to medium value range, while high-value transactions are conducted by a relatively small proportion of customers. Furthermore, variations in purchasing behavior are observed across demographic groups in terms of transaction frequency and value, despite relatively balanced transaction volumes. The findings confirm that e-commerce customer purchasing behavior is influenced by a combination of temporal factors and demographic characteristics. These results are expected to serve as a basis for e-commerce practitioners in developing more targeted marketing strategies and as a reference for future research in the field of e-commerce data analytics.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, kemudahan transaksi dan kepercayaan terhadap menggunakan SPayLater. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Generasi Z (usia 18-29 tahun) di Kota Semarang yang menggunakan layanan SPayLater. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang yang tersebar di 5 kecamatan yaitu Gunungpati, Banyumanik, Gajahmungkur, Tembalang, dan Pedurungan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan proporsional random sampling. variabel eksogen (bebas) terdiri dari promosi, kemudahan transaksi,dan kepercayaan,yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen (terikat), yaitu keputusan pembelian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh tersebut adalah analisis regresi linier. Hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa variabel eksogen yang meliputi promosi, kemudahan transaksi, dan kepercayaan memiliki dampak searah dan berarti secara statistik terhadap penggunaan SPayLater dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Artinya Peningkatan promosi, kemudahan transaksi, dan kepercayaan terbukti mendorong penggunaan SPayLater di kalangan Gen Z Kota Semarang.

The rapid growth of Sharia-based e-commerce reflects the increasing demand among Muslim consumers for transactions that comply with Islamic principles. However, digital transaction practices still raise various concerns, particularly regarding the clarity of contracts (akad), payment security, and information transparency. This study aims to explain Muslim consumers’ perceptions of the application of the legal maxim al-yaqīn lā yazūlu bi al-shakk in Sharia e-commerce transactions, with a focus on students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews with 10 informants as the primary data source, supported by questionnaire data to identify general tendencies in respondents’ perceptions. The findings reveal that although most respondents understand the maxim theoretically, they have not been able to apply it effectively in digital transaction contexts. The uncertainties experienced by respondents are predominantly triggered by technical factors, such as delays in payment confirmation, rather than shakk in the fiqh sense. Moreover, limited understanding of digital contract mechanisms contributes to uncertainty regarding the moment when a contract is considered legally valid. Information transparency emerges as a key factor in fostering yaqīn, particularly in relation to the clarity of product descriptions and transaction procedures. This study concludes that the application of al-yaqīn lā yazūlu bi al-shakk in Sharia e-commerce remains suboptimal due to limited digital fiqh literacy and insufficient technological reliability, highlighting the need for enhanced digital muamalah education and improved information quality on Sharia e-commerce platform.

Because it directly impacts revenue, customer loyalty, and long-term business sustainability, customer churn is a critical issue for the e-commerce industry. High churn rates indicate that a business is unable to retain existing customers, which means it is more expensive to acquire new customers. Therefore, a precise analytical approach is needed to identify customer behavior patterns that are likely to churn. Using machine learning methods, this study analyzes and predicts customer churn. For this study, the E-Commerce Customer Churn 2025 dataset, obtained from Kaggle, was used. This dataset consists of 10,000 customer data and contains fifteen variables covering transaction behavior, customer characteristics, and churn status. Data preprocessing, descriptive analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and classification model development using Logistic Regression and Random Forest algorithms were part of the research project. Model evaluation was conducted using a Confusion Matrix and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve to evaluate the model's accuracy and ability to distinguish between churned and non-churned customers. The results showed that the Random Forest model performed better than Logistic Regression, with an ROC-AUC of 1.00. Furthermore, feature importance analysis revealed that the days_since_last_purchase variable was the most dominant factor in predicting customer churn. These findings are expected to help e-commerce companies design more effective, data-driven customer retention strategies.

Pratama clinics, as first-level healthcare facilities, play a crucial role in providing healthcare services to the community and are also subject to tax obligations for their business activities. However, many clinics still lack a thorough understanding of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax (PPh) provisions for their transactions, particularly regarding the tax treatment of medical services, drug sales, and tax withholding and reporting obligations. This Community Service activity aims to improve Harapan Jaya Pratama Clinic's tax understanding and compliance through outreach and mentoring on VAT and PPh for clinic transactions. The implementation method includes outreach on relevant tax regulations, training in tax accounting-based transaction recording, and mentoring in identifying taxable objects, calculating, depositing, and reporting VAT and PPh in accordance with applicable regulations. The expected outcomes of this activity are increased tax literacy and awareness among clinic managers, more orderly transaction recording, and increased compliance of Harapan Jaya Pratama Clinic in fulfilling its tax obligations. This activity is expected to support better and more sustainable clinic financial governance.

The digital era presents challenges as well as opportunities for business actors, especially Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Accelerating the adoption of digital technology-based payment systems is an urgent need so that MSMEs are able to compete and improve transaction efficiency. This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out in Cendoro Village, Tuban Regency, with the aim of providing assistance to MSME actors through the implementation of a QRIS-based digital payment system. The method of implementing PKM consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, needs are identified and socialization of QRIS benefits are carried out. The implementation stage includes technical training on the use of QRIS as well as direct assistance in the implementation of non-cash transactions. The evaluation stage was carried out to measure the level of understanding and application of QRIS by participants. The results of the activity showed that participants understood the concept of digital payment and were able to apply QRIS in daily transactions. In addition, this activity encourages an increase in the adoption of QRIS which has an impact on efficiency, transaction security, expansion of market access, and local economic growth. The main obstacles faced include limited technological knowledge, uneven internet access, and operational costs. Thus, this PKM contributes to strengthening digital literacy and supporting technology-based economic transformation in Cendoro Village, Tuban Regency.

The development of information technology has transformed trade from traditional markets to digital platforms, including Cash on Delivery (COD) payment systems. This study analyzes the integration of the COD system with the istishna contract in online transactions (specifically on Shopee), its implementation mechanisms, and its validity according to Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah). The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach through digital observation and literature review. The focus of the study was on pre-order or custom product transactions made after a specification agreement between the buyer (mustashni') and seller (shani'). The results showed that the COD system is valid in the istishna contract because it allows for final payment upon receipt of the goods. This is in accordance with Sharia law as long as the product specifications are clear, the price is transparent, and the buyer's right to khiyar is fulfilled to ensure the goods conform to the contract. As long as it is free from riba (usury), gharar (gharar), and tadlis (tadlis), the COD method in istishna transactions reflects fairness, openness, and benefits for both parties in the digital economy ecosystem.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of using BNI Bank’s QRIS in improving transaction convenience and efficiency at the canteen of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Surabaya. The research was conducted by a team led by Ida Ayu Nuh Kartini, S.E., M.M., together with students of the Management Study Program, during November–December 2025. The rapid development of digital banking has encouraged the adoption of QRIS as a standardized non-cash payment system regulated by Bank Indonesia. This study aims to examine the level of QRIS BNI utilization, assess ease of use (application access and QR code scanning), and evaluate transaction efficiency, including time savings, queue reduction, and error minimization. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with a five-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 36 respondents consisting of students, lecturers, and administrative staff who had used QRIS at the canteen. Primary data were analyzed descriptively using averages and percentages, supported by relevant literature. The results show that QRIS is perceived as highly effective, with scores above 90% for ease of use (95%), transaction speed (92.78%), reduction of change-related issues (97.78%), support for digitalization (97.22%), and security (91.11%). The main limitation identified is dependence on internet connectivity (85%). Overall, respondents strongly support the full implementation of non-cash payment systems at the campus canteen.

This study analyzes the influence of Islamic business ethics principles on online buying and selling transactions in the predominantly Muslim community of South Sumatra. Using a quantitative approach through a survey of 200 respondents in Palembang with a Likert scale questionnaire, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The results showed that the principle of honesty (sidq) had the strongest significant influence (β = 0.029, p = 0.002), followed by unity (tawhid) (β = 0.016, p = 0.049), while other principles such as balance, free will, and responsibility showed a positive but insignificant influence. The regression model explained 10.3% of the variation in transaction behavior (R² = 0.103). This study concluded that the application of Islamic ethics can increase trust and sustainability in e-commerce in the region, with implications for the development of halal businesses. In the future, the application of these principles is expected to mitigate ethical issues in e-commerce, such as fraud and uncertainty that often occur, as well as strengthen transparency and fairness in online transactions.

This research has a purpose to determine the effect of online transaction security on purchasing decisions through the Shopee application. The respondents consisted of 74 students from the Digital Business Study Program at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto who actively use Shopee. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method with simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that online transaction security has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient of 0.887 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination of 35.2% shows that transaction security contributes to purchasing decisions, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. The higher the level of security perceived by consumers during online transactions, the greater the likelihood of making a purchase. These findings highlight the importance of improving security systems and information transparency on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee to create a safe, comfortable, and trustworthy shopping experience for users.

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Penjualan berbasis web untuk Gerai Oleh-Oleh Bali yang selama ini masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dengan buku besar dan perhitungan menggunakan kalkulator. Sistem manual tersebut menyebabkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan, lambatnya proses pencarian data, serta kesulitan dalam pengarsipan data penjualan, pembelian, pemesanan, dan pengelolaan stok barang. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall dengan pendekatan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik gerai, perancangan sistem (Use Case Diagram dan Class Diagram), implementasi, pengujian unit, pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black-box testing, serta tahap pemeliharaan (maintenance). Sistem yang dibangun mencakup fitur login, dashboard, pengelolaan data master (supplier dan barang), transaksi penjualan dengan dukungan scan barcode, transaksi pembelian, laporan penjualan dan pembelian, serta pengelolaan user. Hasil pengujian black-box menunjukkan seluruh test case berstatus Valid dan sistem berfungsi sesuai harapan. Pada tahap maintenance dilakukan contoh corrective maintenance dengan perbaikan bug pada query laporan penjualan harian.Sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang dihasilkan mampu mempercepat proses transaksi, mengurangi kesalahan manusia, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta memudahkan pengelolaan stok dan pembuatan laporan secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pencatatan transaksi pada Toko Bangunan Subur Kaliwungu yang sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi pencatatan yang tidak efisien, kesulitan pencarian data, serta kurangnya ketepatan dalam laporan keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model Prototype. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menerapkan metode akuntansi berbasis Akrual (Accrual Basis) agar laporan keuangan dapat disusun lebih akurat dan real time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mencatat transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, mengelola data barang dan pelanggan, serta menyajikan laporan penjualan dan laporan keuangan secara digital. Fitur tambahan seperti histori transaksi, informasi stok barang, serta perhitungan laba rugi juga membantu pemilik toko dalam pengambilan keputusan. Implementasi sistem memberikan dampak positif, di antaranya peningkatan efisiensi, keakuratan data, dan kemudahan monitoring aktivitas penjualan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of transactional leadership, servant leadership, and work integrity on employee performance at PT. Istana Argo Kartika (Sanken) Surabaya Branch. The research applies a quantitative approach with an associative design to examine the relationships among variables. The population consists of all permanent employees, and because the total number is limited, a saturated sampling technique was used so that every employee could serve as a respondent. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and later analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine both partial and simultaneous effects. The findings reveal that transactional leadership, servant leadership, and work integrity each have a positive and significant impact on employee performance when tested individually. In addition, the combined influence of all three variables also shows a significant contribution to overall performance levels. These results suggest that firm direction, supportive service-oriented leadership, and strong adherence to integrity can effectively improve employee outcomes. Therefore, this study is expected to provide useful insights for management in designing leadership development programs and strengthening human resource strategies.
