Learning technology continues to develop as time goes by. Technology is the science of tools and skills that make humans work more efficiently. The implementation of daily learning often follows technological developments in the world of education, as do teachers and lecturers. In the field of education, technology has an influence on improving the quality of education, types of educational technology, information technology and communication and learning technology have a major role in learning. The role of technology in the field of education is as an information center and doing new things to illustrate learning and determine online learning methods. With increasingly developing technology, it can also provide benefits that have both good and bad impacts. One of the developments in technology has had a good influence by increasing self-openness in terms of expanding knowledge as information for all life in the world across borders, places and times. Negative impacts include changes in behavior, morals, rules or morals of life so that they conflict with the moral rules that apply in society. Therefore, to prevent the negative impact of using technology in learning, it is necessary to supervise parents and educators who work together in carrying out teaching and supervising children in using technology. The presence and function of technology in the world of education provides the development and growth of human resources as a determinant in achieving success in education. This kind of thing is caused by human resources themselves which are still lagging behind in using this technology in training. With today's technological developments in education, there are many new innovations to support learning. In this case, one way is to provide changes in educational facilities which are increasingly increasing and developing rapidly through technology.

To carry out the constitutional mandate to overcome the very complex problems arising among youth, the Indonesian government, through the BKKBN organization, has launched a program called Generasi Beplan, or GenRe for short, for teenagers. Planning Generation, integrated into the Youth/Student Information and Consulting Center (PIK R/M), aims to provide communication, information, and education services to reproductive health adolescents to create quality adolescents. Many countries have issued regulations on reproductive health services, but implementation is still limited. The author uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive analysis method. The data collected is secondary data in the form of legal regulations related to adolescent reproductive health services. The results of this study indicate that UKM PIK-M Garuda Bhakta has implemented adolescent reproductive health services in the form of KIE provided during peer teacher training. At the same time, KIE (communication, information, and education) is provided formally and informally, as well as activities that empower the younger generation as peer educators. Therefore, implementation of adolescent reproductive health services at Bhakti Wiyata Kediri Institute of Medical Sciences through UKM PIK-M Garuda Bhakta has been carried out in accordance with the constitutional provisions of PP No. 61 of 2014.

Strengthening national insight and nationalism is a strategic step in building a society that loves its homeland, upholds unity, and understands diversity as the strength of the nation. This article discusses a community service program carried out in Sidodadi Village, Surabaya City, with the aim of increasing public understanding of national insight and nationalism. This program involved 30 participants from various backgrounds through seminars, group discussions, and practical training. Participatory methods were applied to ensure active community involvement in the learning process. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in the level of participant understanding, from 70% before the activity to 85% after. In addition, the positive response from participants reflects the success of this activity in instilling national values ​​that are relevant to everyday life. Despite challenges such as time constraints and uneven involvement, this activity has had a real impact on strengthening nationalism at the local level. This program concludes that strengthening national insight requires a systematic, educational, and sustainable approach. With the support of local governments and community participation, similar activities can be replicated in other regions to strengthen national unity.

Improving teacher competency is a key factor in improving the quality of education. One of the latest innovations in teacher professional development in Indonesia is the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), a digital-based platform designed to provide flexible access to independent training. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PMM in improving teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies, especially in the context of educational transformation in the digital era. The method used is a literature study, by collecting and analyzing relevant literature from reputable academic sources. The results of the study indicate that PMM significantly improves teacher competency through interactive modules, online learning communities, and digital resources designed for learning personalization. Teachers who participate in training through PMM show better ability in implementing innovative learning strategies compared to those who do not use this platform or participate in traditional training. However, the effectiveness of PMM can be influenced by teachers' technological readiness and digital literacy, especially in areas with limited infrastructure. This study highlights the importance of supporting technology-based education policies to ensure that the benefits of PMM can be felt inclusively and sustainably. In conclusion, PMM is a promising solution to address the teacher training gap in Indonesia, but requires a strategic approach to improve its access and effectiveness. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term empirical impact of this platform on teacher professional development and student learning quality.

Social media plays an important role in supporting innovation and digitalization of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This research aims to understand how social media affects the growth of MSMEs through marketing strategies and interactions with consumers. The method used is qualitative analysis on several case studies of MSMEs that successfully use social media. The results show that social media increases product visibility and allows MSMEs to interact directly with customers, understand their neaeds, and adapt quickly to market trends. In addition, feedback from consumers on social media drives product and service innovation. The conclusion of this study is that social media not only improves the competitiveness of MSMEs, but also contributes to national economic growth. The suggestion for MSMEs is to utilize social media proactively and take part in digital marketing training.The implications of this study emphasize the need for support from the government and related institutions in the form of training programs and access to technology to strengthen the capabilities of MSMEs in the digital era. Thus, social media can be a strategic tool for sustainable growth and innovation in the MSME sector.

This research explores the implementation of computer vision technology in AI-based e-commerce platforms to enhance product identification and improve user experience. The study specifically examines the use of deep learning algorithms, particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), to automate product recognition and classification. The results indicate that AI-driven image search features significantly increase the speed and accuracy of product search, leading to greater customer engagement. However, challenges such as the need for high-quality datasets, varying image quality, and high initial investment costs were identified as barriers to effective implementation. The findings suggest that overcoming these obstacles can lead to improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The success of AI in e-commerce depends on robust infrastructure, data quality, and skilled workforce training.

The Jacob Children's Community is a service initiative that was formed as a response to the challenges faced by children in the Silangkitang area after the COVID-19 pandemic. The main focus of this community is to provide holistic education that includes academic, spiritual and character building aspects. The facilitators try to overcome the impact of social isolation and dependence on devices experienced by children by holding teaching activities, Bible studies, as well as moral and environmental awareness training. Through inclusive and love-based methods, this community plays an important role in forming a generation that is not only intelligent, but also has character and cares about the surrounding environment. This article discusses theological reflections on the services carried out in this community, referring to Biblical values ​​and the views of theologians such as John Wesley and Dietrich Bonhoeffer, who emphasized the importance of education as a means of forming faith and character. The Jacob's Children Community makes a significant contribution in facing post-pandemic social challenges by educating and developing children through a comprehensive and loving approach.

The branch of economics called Islamic monetary policy discusses the nature, function, and impact of monetary policy in a country. Not only the supply and demand of money, this Islamic monetary emphasizes the principles of justice and brotherhood that pursue equality and create equitable distribution of wealth and income. The purpose of this research is to see how the transmission of Islamic monetary policy on the performance of MSMEs in Serang City. To stay competitive or even win the competition, an organization can evaluate its strategy in the face of an ever-changing market. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are very flexible and resilient to the economy, but they have several limitations such as financial capabilities and human resources. To gain a competitive advantage, MSMEs must be able to determine the right strategy. This research uses a descriptive approach by using observation techniques and interviews with MSME actors in Serang City. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the sharia monetary policy applied to the performance of MSMEs in Serang City is very helpful for business actors by providing access to safe capital, effective money management training, and information technology-based marketing training.

The unemployment rate in Jombang district is still quite high, data from the Central Statistics Agency for East Java Province shows that there are still 4.66 percent of Jombang residents who are still unemployed. Efforts to reduce the unemployment rate in the future are by preparing complex education and providing training. Prakerin is expected to be able to increase the work readiness attitude of vocational school students. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with the research population being class XII vocational school students in Jombang City who have taken part in Prakerin. The research results support the first hypothesis that the Prakerin variable has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of vocational school students in the city of Jombang. It is shown in the f test where the significance value for the Prakerin variable (X) is 0.000 because the significance value <0.05 shows that there is a partial influence of the Prakerin variable (X) on the work readiness variable (Y).

The time management training for the Islamic Student Community aimed to enhance understanding and skills in effective time management to reduce procrastination and increase productivity. The methods utilized included capacity-building-based psychoeducation, material delivery, and practical exercises using the Eisenhower matrix. The intervention was conducted in three stages: initial data collection, material presentation, and practical training. Seven community members participated in the program. Evaluation results showed an average pre-test score improvement from 40 to 95.7 in the post-test, indicating the intervention's success in fostering more disciplined and organized behavior. The program is recommended for continuous implementation to support the capacity development of individuals and the community.

Speaking ability is one of the important skills in education and daily life, but students often face obstacles such as lack of self-confidence and minimal opportunities to practice. This study aims to improve students' speaking ability through debate and discussion-based training. This activity is designed to provide students with direct experience in constructing logical arguments, conveying opinions effectively, and interacting in formal and informal forums. The methods used include theory training, debate simulations, and group discussions with periodic evaluations through observation and questionnaires. The results showed a significant increase in students' speaking ability, especially in terms of clarity of idea delivery, argument structure, and courage to speak in public. In addition, this training also had a positive impact on students' critical thinking skills, ability to work together, and self-confidence.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the ability to adapt to technology is key to the sustainability and success of (MSMEs). In South Cikarang, where many business potentials have not been fully tapped, it is important to provide relevant training so that MSME players can compete in an increasingly tight market. This service activity was carried out at Seblak Mamah Farid MSME, one of the MSMEs located in the South Cikarang area, with the aim of equipping MSME players with entrepreneurial skills through training on the use of online shop platforms. With the hope that participants can utilize digital technology to increase the visibility and sales of their products. This program used a qualitative approach through indepth interviews and direct observation. Qualitative data was collected to understand participants' experiences, challenges, and expectations of the training. The results of this activity show that the training on the use of online shop platforms significantly contributes to improving participants' ability to utilize digital technology for marketing, and has a positive impact on the growth of turnover of Seblak Mamah Farid MSMEs. Thus, this program not only helps participants in improving their entrepreneurial skills, but also helps them strengthen their position in the increasingly competitive market competition.

This service aims to improve the capabilities of MSMEs through packaging and labeling training. Apart from that, the aim of this training is to provide MSME players with an understanding of the importance of attractive and informative packaging and labels in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Good packaging not only protects the product, but also functions as a promotional tool that can increase the product's attractiveness in the market. Labeling that complies with standards can also increase product credibility and make it easier for consumers to obtain important information, such as raw materials, expiration date and distribution permits. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital financial management training for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cibatu Village, South Cikarang. In the digital era, the ability to manage finances effectively is key for MSMEs to increase competitiveness in the global market. The method we used in this research is a quantitative approach with an experimental design, where participants were divided into a training group and a control group The results of the study showed a significant increase in digital financial management knowledge and skills after the training. In addition, participants also reported increased confidence in using technology for their business. The findings suggest that this training can be an effective strategy to empower MSMEs, encourage them to adapt to market changes, and expand their business reach at the global level. Recommendations for future research extend to the development of a more comprehensive training program as well as a long-term assessment of the impact of this training on MSME growth

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in economic growth but often face challenges in expanding their market reach. Utilizing social media as a marketing platform can be an effective and efficient solution to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs. This community service activity aims to optimize the use of social media for product marketing by SMEs in Mekarmukti Village through intensive training. The training covers an introduction to social media platforms, techniques for creating engaging content, digital marketing strategies, and performance analysis. The methods employed include participatory approaches, hands-on practice sessions, and group discussions. The results of the activity indicate an increase in participants' understanding and skills in using social media to promote products. Furthermore, participants are capable of creating creative content and designing more structured marketing strategies. Consequently, this training has a positive impact on the development of SME marketing in Mekarmukti Village and is expected to increase income and business sustainability for SME entrepreneurs..

Educational supervision in elementary schools is an activity to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. Educational supervision must also adapt to existing technological developments. MSMEs (Enterprises, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) play a crucial role in the economy in Indonesia, but many MSME owners (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) have not maximized digital technology in their business activities, so they cannot develop and explore technological advances. Seblak MSMEs in Kedung Waringin are one of the businesses that have great potential to compete and promote in digital technology. This community service activity aims to provide digital content creation training to Seblak MSME actors in Kedung Waringin. This training includes creating attractive product photos, creating simple promotional videos, as well as marketing techniques through social media such as Instagram and Tiktok. The methods used in the training include discussions, and content creation practices. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of digital content in supporting promotions and abilities in creating relevant and interesting Seblak content in Kedung Waringin. With this training, it is hoped that MSMEs will carry out more effective digital promotions so that they can increase their competitiveness through this training. The number of participants is expected to be approximately 20 participants of Seblak MSMEs in Kedung Waringin so that they can create maximum results

Education is an important sector in the development of a country, and effective utilization of educational resources plays a major role in achieving these goals. However, in Indonesia, the utilization of educational resources still faces various challenges, especially related to the unequal distribution of resources between urban and remote areas. This study aims to analyze the utilization of educational resources in Indonesia, both in terms of the quality of educators, educational facilities, and available technology. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to describe the current conditions and existing challenges. The results of the study show that despite government efforts, there is still a large gap in access to education between developed and disadvantaged areas. Assistance programs such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) have not fully reached areas in need. The quality of educators is also a major obstacle, especially in the 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) areas, where many teachers have not received adequate training. In addition, the problem of uneven distribution of educational infrastructure is a major obstacle in creating a conducive learning environment. This study suggests the need for equal distribution of education budgets, improvement of teacher quality through continuous training, and more transparent and efficient management of existing education resources.
