This Community Service (PKM) activity is motivated by the low capacity of MSME actors and start-up business people in utilizing social media and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology as a means of digital promotion. These limitations include low digital literacy, limited capabilities for visual content production, weak marketing communication strategies, and inconsistent business social media management. This study aims to improve participants' understanding and skills in optimizing social media and utilizing AI to support business promotion. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with observation, interviews, documentation, direct practice, discussion, mentoring, and training evaluation. The activity was held in Petukangan, Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta, with participants consisting of MSME actors, students, and the general public. The results showed that 85% of participants experienced an increase in understanding of digital marketing strategies.In comparison, 78% were able to create promotional content independently with the help of AI, especially through Bing Image Creator and ChatGPT. These findings show that integrating social media and AI can increase creativity, improve content production efficiency, and enhance the visual appeal of MSME promotion. The novelty of this activity lies in integrating AI-based visual design training with strengthening the digital entrepreneurship mindset. Thus, this training model can be an applicable, adaptive, and relevant MSME empowerment strategy for digital economy transformation.

The development of digital technology has encouraged businesses to utilize social media as an effective marketing tool, particularly in the fashion industry targeting Generation Z. In addition to digital promotional strategies, product quality is also an important factor influencing consumers’ purchase decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing and product quality on purchase decisions among consumers of Jims Honey Kaliwungu Branch. This research employed an explanatory type with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a t-value of 2.293 greater than the t-table value of 1.984 and a significance value below 0.05. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a t-value of 6.631 greater than the t-table value of 1.984 and a significance value below 0.05. Simultaneously, social media marketing and product quality have a significant effect on purchase decisions, with an F-value of 25.994 greater than the F-table value of 3.09 and a significance value below 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 0.349 indicates that both independent variables contribute 34.9% to purchase decisions. These findings confirm that product quality has a more dominant influence than social media marketing in encouraging purchase decisions among consumers of Jims Honey Kaliwungu Branch.

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on customer loyalty at the Uban Muslim Clothing Store MSME in Cianjur in the context of e-commerce development. The increasingly rapid digital transformation requires MSMEs to adapt to technology-based marketing strategies to be able to compete and retain consumers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique on 20 adult respondents, both men and women, who have interacted with the store. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms, measuring two main variables: digital marketing (as an independent variable) and customer loyalty (as a dependent variable). The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive influence of digital marketing on customer loyalty, as indicated in the regression equation Y = 3.5226 + 0.582XY = 3.5226 + 0.582XY = 3.5226 + 0.582X. The regression coefficient of 0.582 indicates that every one unit increase in digital marketing activity can significantly increase customer loyalty. Meanwhile, the intercept value of 3.5226 indicates that customer loyalty remains high even without digital activities, indicating a strong foundation of loyalty from non-digital factors. This finding has important implications: digital marketing is not just a promotional tool, but a key strategy for building long-term customer engagement. This study recommends that MSMEs optimize digital content, online interactions, and data-driven communication systems to maintain and enhance customer loyalty in the digital marketing era.

The development of financial technology (fintech) in the digital era has made it easier for young people, particularly students, to access investment services through applications such as Bibit, Ajaib, Pluang, and Bareksa. The increasing number of young investors has not been fully aligned with the quality of investment decision-making, which is still influenced by low financial literacy, social media promotion, and the availability of financial education features on digital platforms. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial education features and social media promotion on student investment behavior, with financial literacy as a moderating variable. The primary theory used is the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991), supported by Financial Literacy Theory, Uses and Gratification Theory, and the Technology Acceptance Model. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a population of student users of the Bibit application in Bali. The independent variables in this study include financial education features and social media promotion, while the dependent variable is investment behavior, while financial literacy is positioned as a moderating variable. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of management studies, digital marketing, and behavioral finance, as well as practical benefits for investment application developers, educational institutions, and students in fostering rational, intelligent, and sustainable investment behavior in the digital era.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand association, brand awareness, and brand loyalty on brand equity. The background of this research is the increasing competition in the smartphone industry, where leading brands are competing to capture consumer attention, particularly Generation Z, who have unique characteristics in using technology. Generation Z is a group that is highly engaged with digital development, quick in accessing information, and critical in making brand choices. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence brand equity among this generation is essential, especially for Samsung as the research object. This research is categorized as quantitative with a descriptive-verificative approach. The population in this study consisted of Samsung smartphone consumers from Generation Z in Nias City. Data were collected using questionnaires designed to measure the independent variables, namely brand association, brand awareness, and brand loyalty, as well as the dependent variable, brand equity. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, where respondents were selected based on specific criteria. The total sample obtained was 100 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 22. The analysis was conducted to examine the partial effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that brand association, brand awareness, and brand loyalty each have a significant partial effect on brand equity. These results suggest that the stronger the brand associations held by consumers, the higher their awareness of Samsung as a brand, and the greater their loyalty, the stronger the brand equity will be among Generation Z. The implications of this study highlight the importance for companies to strengthen brand-based marketing strategies by emphasizing emotional value, enhancing brand exposure, and maintaining consumer loyalty. Such efforts will enable Samsung to sustain its competitive position in the increasingly dynamic smartphone market.

This study aims to analyze the influence of E-Promotion through Instagram, Google Maps Rating, and payment methods on iPhone purchasing decisions at Ibgadgetstore Purwokerto. The background of this study is based on the importance of digital marketing strategies and the ease of payment systems in influencing consumer behavior in the modern era. Along with the development of technology, consumers increasingly rely on social media and digital platforms to search for information before making a purchase. Therefore, companies are required to be able to utilize digital promotional media optimally, provide flexible payment systems, and maintain reputations through online reviews. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have made transactions at Ibgadgetstore. The number of samples was set at 111 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods using SPSS software, so that an overview of the influence of each independent variable on purchasing decisions was obtained. The results showed that the three independent variables, namely E-Promotion, Google Maps Rating, and payment methods, had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously. E-Promotion through Instagram was proven to increase consumer purchasing interest by presenting interactive, interesting, and informative promotional content. Google Maps ratings strengthen consumer trust in stores through positive reviews and transparent digital ratings. Meanwhile, diverse, secure, and flexible payment methods can encourage consumers to make faster purchasing decisions because they perceive the transaction process as easier. Thus, this study confirms that digital marketing strategies, online reputation, and payment convenience play a significant role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions.

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed consumer behavior, making online applications the primary channel for interaction and transactions. These applications provide convenience for consumers to access various products and services quickly and efficiently. In this context, the quality of service provided, along with the rating and reviews shared online, plays a crucial role in influencing purchasing decisions. For instance, the Fore Coffee app allows consumers to leave reviews and ratings, which can influence other consumers in selecting the desired products or services. These factors are essential in increasing customers' purchase intention, as consumers tend to rely on the experiences of others as references when making decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to consumers of the Fore Coffee app in West Surabaya. The study aims to determine the extent to which service quality, ratings, and reviews affect consumers' purchase intentions. The data collected were then processed using SPSS version 20 to conduct validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and t-tests. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure that the instruments used in this research accurately and consistently measure the relevant variables. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between the independent variables (service quality, ratings, and reviews) and the dependent variable (purchase intention). Meanwhile, t-tests were used to examine the significant impact of each variable on purchase intention. The findings of this study can provide valuable insights for Fore Coffee in formulating more effective marketing strategies. The results indicate that service quality, ratings, and reviews significantly influence consumers' purchase intentions. With this understanding, Fore Coffee can improve the customer experience and strengthen its competitive position in an increasingly competitive market.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed the landscape of marketing, with social media platforms emerging as powerful tools for influencing consumer behavior. This study aims to examine the impact of social media engagement, content quality, and social proof on the purchasing behavior of consumers in the catering services industry in Sichuan, China. Recognizing the dynamic nature of the digital marketplace, the research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing a structured survey to gather data from 390 participants who are active users of social media and potential consumers of catering services. The social transformation that has occurred in the digital era has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to developments in information technology to increase competitiveness and expand market reach. One form of this adaptation is the use of e-commerce platforms as a means of marketing and managing their businesses online. This community service activity aims to empower the Kartika Taro Chips MSME through the introduction and implementation of an e-commerce platform based on Odoo.com, an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This activity was carried out by students of the Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science, Victory University Sorong, with the assistance of lecturers from the Information Systems and Sociology fields. The training method includes several stages, namely: the stage of material preparation and analysis of participant needs, the implementation of a workshop that includes the installation and configuration of Odoo.com, and the post-training mentoring stage to ensure the sustainability and independence of participants in managing their online stores. The results of the training showed that participants were not only able to build and manage online stores independently, but also understood the basic concepts of ERP systems and experienced a significant increase in digital literacy. From a sociological perspective, this activity reflects a technology-driven social transformation process, where MSMEs are actively expanding their social networks through digital spaces and increasing their involvement in the digital economy. This demonstrates that integrating technological and social approaches can be a relevant MSME empowerment model in local contexts. Overall, this training has had a positive impact on strengthening MSMEs' digital capacity and opening up new opportunities for sustainable business development in the era of digital transformation.

This UMKM socialization activity aims to develop the digital competence of UMKM actors in order to create digital entrepreneurs who can compete with the complex dynamics of today's market. With the digitalization of UMKM actors, It is anticipated that UMKM owners will recognize the significance of strengthening their understanding of financial management, marketing strategies, and the application of appropriate technology, so that they can position their businesses effectively and efficiently. This activity uses the Lecture and Drill and Practice methods which can attract the public to join in the activity. The data from this study reveals, (1) The socialization of UMKM digitalization provides benefits for the development of UMKM businesses in Purwodiningratan Village, (2) Increases digital competence for UMKM actors in the use of digital marketing platforms such as: marketplaces, digital payment methods using QR Code scans (QRIS), and digital financial records, and (3) UMKM actors are able to practice making digital payments in the form of QR Codes (QRIS) independently so that digital entrepreneurs can develop in Purwodiningratan Village.

Background: The advancement of digital technology has transformed how consumers interact with brands, including in the skincare industry. Social media, particularly Instagram, has become an effective platform to enhance brand awareness and influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing and brand awareness on the purchasing decisions of Skintific products on Shopee, a leading e-commerce platform in Indonesia.Design/methodology/approach: This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 97 respondents who met specific criteria, such as having purchased Skintific products on Shopee. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software to examine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable.Results: The findings reveal that social media marketing and brand awareness have a positive and significant impact on consumers' purchasing decisions. Social media marketing, through engaging and interactive content, effectively increases consumer interest, while brand awareness strengthens product image in consumers' minds, encouraging them to make purchases.Research limitations/Implications: This study has several limitations, such as being limited at Jakarta and having a relatively small sample size, making the results less generalizable to all consumers in Indonesia. The implications of this research provide insights for skincare business practitioners about the importance of digital marketing strategies, particularly through social media, to boost sales.

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing and brand ambassadors on the purchase interest of Glad2Glow products on MissGlam. The development of digital technology has influenced the way companies market their products, especially through social media platforms. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are active social media users and MissGlam customers. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on product purchase interest. The results of the study show that both social media marketing and brand ambassadors have a positive and significant influence on the purchase interest of Glad2Glow products. Social media marketing, with interesting content and promotion through digital platforms, has a strong impact on building awareness and purchase interest. In addition, the presence of brand ambassadors who have influence on the audience also plays an important role in increasing consumer purchasing decisions. These findings provide implications for companies to further maximize digital marketing strategies and choose the right brand ambassadors to increase product purchase interest in a competitive market.

Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) play a strategic role in developing human resources that are not only religiously competent but also economically independent. In addressing the challenges of globalization, pesantren independence can be strengthened through entrepreneurship programs that provide economic benefits, empower students (santri), and contribute to the surrounding community. This study focuses on analyzing the entrepreneurship programs at Pondok Pesantren Al Kautsar 561, which include biofloc tilapia farming and melon cultivation in greenhouses, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection involved focus group discussions (FGD) with foundation administrators, teachers, students, and the local community. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship programs enhance pesantren independence by generating additional income, which is utilized for scholarships and operational activities. Entrepreneurship training equips students with practical skills in agribusiness and aquaculture, such as biofloc systems and greenhouse technology. Furthermore, these programs strengthen the relationship between pesantren and the community through community-based economic collaboration, creating job opportunities and improving local economic resilience. However, challenges such as limited resources and access to technology persist. Solutions include establishing strategic partnerships with external parties and providing training in digital marketing to ensure program sustainability.

This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, advertising, and benefits of digital wallets (e-wallets) on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in Sukabumi. Digital wallets have become increasingly popular as a payment tool, particularly in the culinary industry. This research focuses on how these three factors affect the decision of MSME operators to use e-wallets in their business operations. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to owners and managers of culinary MSMEs in Sukabumi. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each independent variable (ease of use, advertising, and benefits) on the dependent variable (e-wallet usage). The results show that all three independent variables have a significant positive influence on the use of digital wallets among culinary MSMEs in Sukabumi. Ease of use and benefits have a more dominant influence compared to advertising in driving the decision to use e-wallets. This study contributes to the development of digital wallet marketing strategies and provides insights for MSME operators to leverage digital payment technology to improve business efficiency and competitiveness.

In the era of rapid development of digital technology, one of the marketing strategies that is increasingly being applied is through artists as advertising promotions for a product through television, including advertisements on Clear shampoo products. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of celebrity endorser analysis, brand image, brand trust and television advertising on shampoo purchase decisions at Mapur stores in Brebes District. The correlation method with the quantitative approach method carried out is based on positivistic research data (concrete data), namely numerical values that will be measured by statistics as a calculation test tool, related to the problem studied to produce a conclusion. The population of this study was Clear shampoo customers at the Mapur store, Jagalempeni Village, Brebes Regency. The sample was obtained by the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% of the population of 413 people, then a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The research instrument used was in the form of primary data from filling out questionnaires. The results of the t test in the study found that the brand trust variable did not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, brand trust had an effect on purchasing decisions, television advertisements did not affect purchase decisions. Based on the F test, this value is obtained that brand trust has the most significant influence, followed by brand image, television advertising, and celebrity endorsers in order of significance of influence in a given analysis model. These results provide an idea of the relative contribution of each independent variable to the dependent variable simultaneously influencing the determination in purchasing decisions on Clear shampoo products.
