This study aims to analyze in depth the quality of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers in the learning process at schools and its implications for early childhood development. The quality of educators is viewed as one of the key factors determining the success of learning implementation and the achievement of educational objectives at the early childhood education level. This study employs a literature review method, which involves collecting various relevant scientific articles, books, and other academic sources related to the research topic, followed by systematic analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding and conclude the findings. The results indicate that the quality of educators has a significant influence on teachers’ success in performing their roles as facilitators, mentors, and educators in supporting children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development. Therefore, the quality of early childhood educators needs to be continuously developed and improved through education, training, and professional development to maintain and enhance the quality of learning activities in schools. In addition, support from various stakeholders, including the government, educational institutions, schools, and parents, plays a crucial role in efforts to improve the quality of early childhood educators in an optimal and sustainable manner.

This study examines the impact of government policies on the distribution and quality of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers in Indonesia, as a crucial component in efforts to improve the quality of education services during the golden age. Governmment policies such as the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 137 of 2014 concerning National PAUD Standards, tiered training, teacher certification, Teacher Professional Education (PPG), and the Teacher Mover program have significantly contributed to improving educator competency. However, the implementation of these policies still faces various obstacles, particularly related to the unequal distribution of educators between urban and 3T areas, limited access to education, and the low welfare of non-civil servant teachers. The study results indicate that government policies have increased teacher awareness of the importance of academic qualifications and professional competencies, but the impact on equity has not been optimal due to geographical factors and unequal regional support. This analysis emphasizes the need to strengthen the data-based teacher needs mapping system, improve ongoing training programs, and provide more appropriate welfare support for PAUD teachers. Therefore, collaboration between the central government, regional governments, professional organizations, and the community is key to ensuring the distribution of educators and improving the quality of PAUD services nationally. This study is expected to serve as a reference in developing more effective and equitable policies for PAUD educators in Indonesia.

This study aims to identify and analyze the challenges in developing Indonesian students’ mathematical abilities within the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Using a literature review method, 14 out of 30 reviewed articles were found relevant. The findings highlight key challenges such as gaps in foundational literacy and numeracy, low teacher quality, limited learning resources, lack of innovation in mathematics instruction, suboptimal formative assessments, and low student motivation. Although the Merdeka Curriculum promotes student-centered learning with flexibility, its implementation still faces significant barriers. Therefore, targeted strategies are needed, including teacher training, provision of adequate resources, and collaboration between educational institutions and the government. This review offers valuable implications for policy development aimed at improving the quality of mathematics education in Indonesia.

Education is an important sector in the development of a country, and effective utilization of educational resources plays a major role in achieving these goals. However, in Indonesia, the utilization of educational resources still faces various challenges, especially related to the unequal distribution of resources between urban and remote areas. This study aims to analyze the utilization of educational resources in Indonesia, both in terms of the quality of educators, educational facilities, and available technology. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to describe the current conditions and existing challenges. The results of the study show that despite government efforts, there is still a large gap in access to education between developed and disadvantaged areas. Assistance programs such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) have not fully reached areas in need. The quality of educators is also a major obstacle, especially in the 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) areas, where many teachers have not received adequate training. In addition, the problem of uneven distribution of educational infrastructure is a major obstacle in creating a conducive learning environment. This study suggests the need for equal distribution of education budgets, improvement of teacher quality through continuous training, and more transparent and efficient management of existing education resources. The implementation of educational technology is also expected to improve the quality of learning in areas with physical limitations. In the long term, more inclusive and locally data-based policies will strengthen Indonesia's education system. This study explores the role of educational policy implementation in reducing urban-rural learning disparities through scholarship programs. Educational disparities between urban and rural areas have persisted across many nations, affecting student outcomes due to differences in access to resources, infrastructure, and qualified teachers. Scholarship programs have emerged as an effective policy tool to address these gaps, providing financial support and enabling rural students to pursue higher education opportunities. This research examines the impact of scholarship policies on bridging the urban-rural education divide, focusing on the performance outcomes of scholarship recipients compared to non-recipients. The study also discusses the socio-economic barriers and challenges faced by rural students and evaluates how scholarships, along with additional support mechanisms such as mentorship and academic workshops, contribute to improving academic performance. The findings suggest that while scholarships have a significant positive effect on academic outcomes, a more comprehensive approach, including better infrastructure, teacher quality, and socio-emotional support, is necessary to fully address educational inequities. This research provides insights into how well-designed scholarship programs, embedded within broader educational reforms, can effectively reduce disparities in educational access and outcomes between urban and rural students.

In the era of globalization, the world of education has made very significant progress in all fields. All have been based on the use of information and communication technology in the teaching and learning process. Technology acts as a tool to help students and teachers in conveying information more effectively. However, students have not been able to master technology-based learning materials. So, teachers must facilitate and monitor student performance so that they can more easily and quickly master the material. The professional quality of teachers in Indonesia is still relatively low. This is because the human resources of the Indonesian people are still lagging behind compared to other countries. The quality of teachers in Indonesia needs to be improved by using a learning approach. Learning approach based on Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). This TPACK approach makes it easier for teachers to master technology that is by learning content so that students are motivated and active in learning. This study aims to determine TPACK-based learning in supporting the quality of teachers in Indonesia. This research uses the type of library research. Research samples from literature studies sourced from Google Scholar and Eric Journal. The criteria for the data to be sampled are articles published in 2015-2022. The data that was used as a sample amounted to 15 articles that were following the research variables. Data analysis is qualitative data analysis. The results show that from 15 articles that have been analyzed, TPACK-based science learning is very helpful for science teachers in Indonesia. TPACK-based science learning enhances the professionalism of teachers in teaching science material. Furthermore, the TPACK approach greatly helps teachers' professional performance to be more effective and efficient in mastering technology for learning facilities
