Kemampuan baca tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ) merupakan kompetensi dasar dalam pendidikan Islam yang perlu dikembangkan secara sistematis sejak usia dini. Namun, dalam praktik pembelajaran di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ), masih ditemukan permasalahan berupa rendahnya kemampuan membaca, menulis huruf hijaiyah, serta ketidakseimbangan antara aspek tajwid, makhraj, dan kefasihan bacaan santri. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya inovasi metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan terstruktur. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan BTQ santri melalui pendampingan berbasis integrasi metode imla’ dan talaqqi di TPQ Nurul Huda Sentani Jayapura. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain library research yang didukung oleh data lapangan kegiatan pengabdian. Proses pelaksanaan dilakukan secara partisipatif dan aplikatif melalui tahapan pembelajaran membaca (talaqqi), menulis (imla’), serta penguatan melalui muroja’ah terjadwal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan santri pada berbagai aspek. Pada aspek kelancaran membaca dan hafalan, lima santri memperoleh nilai 5, empat santri nilai 4, dan enam santri nilai 3. Pada aspek tajwid, empat santri mencapai nilai 5, enam santri nilai 4, dan lima santri nilai 3. Sementara itu, pada aspek kefasihan bacaan, sembilan santri mencapai nilai 5. Secara umum, penerapan metode imla’ dan talaqqi memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca, menulis huruf hijaiyah, serta ketepatan makhraj dan tajwid santri. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi metode imla’ dan talaqqi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan BTQ santri, serta berdampak positif terhadap motivasi, kedisiplinan, dan keterlibatan aktif dalam pembelajaran. Model ini dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran BTQ di TPQ, khususnya di wilayah dengan keterbatasan sumber belajar.

The ability to read the Qur’an is a fundamental competence in Islamic education. However, many children still face difficulties in reading the Qur’an accurately and fluently in accordance with tajwid rules. This community service program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PKM) aimed to improve Qur’anic reading skills of students at Asy-Syakirin Qur’anic Learning Center (TPQ) in Nibung Village, Kapuas Hulu Regency, West Kalimantan. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, actively involving teachers and students in all stages of the activities. The implementation consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. During the planning phase, students’ initial reading abilities were identified and grouped into basic (iqra’) and advanced (tahsin) levels, appropriate learning methods were selected, and supporting learning media were prepared. The action phase involved individual and small-group mentoring, guided Qur’an reading with direct correction of pronunciation (makharij al-huruf) and tajwid, application of memorization and dictation (imla’) techniques, and varied teaching approaches through instructor rotation. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests, direct observation of students’ reading performance, and assessment of participation and attendance. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ Qur’anic reading skills, particularly in fluency, accuracy of pronunciation, and basic understanding of tajwid. This program is expected to serve as a sustainable model for improving Qur’anic literacy in Qur’anic learning institutions.

This community service program was implemented to address the problem of the low quality of students' Quran reading at TPQ Al-Litfilah Nur, Situhiang Village, which was caused by the lack of implementation of a structured and sustainable tahsin learning method. This activity aims to improve students' Quran reading skills through training and mentoring using the Tilawati method combined with the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, so that the potential and resources of the community can be optimized. The program was implemented in stages, including mapping the initial conditions of students' and teachers' abilities, training TPQ teachers on the principles and techniques of the Tilawati method, mentoring the learning process in a classical and individual manner, and evaluating the development of students' reading skills. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the accuracy of makhraj, the application of basic tajwid, and the fluency of students' Quran reading. In addition, TPQ teachers experienced an increase in pedagogical competence and were able to apply the Tilawati method independently in teaching and learning activities. These findings indicate that strengthening community assets through targeted and participatory training can create meaningful and sustainable changes in improving the quality of Qur'an learning at the TPQ level.

This community service activity was carried out in the form of the Studi Al-Qur’an Intensif (SAINS) program as an effort to empower Qur’anic literacy among students of Universitas Negeri Makassar. The program focused on improving the ability to read and write the Qur’an, considering that some students still lacked the skill to read properly and correctly according to the rules of tajwīd. The implementation methods included a preliminary test of Qur’anic reading and writing skills, intensive mentoring through study groups, the application of the talaqqī method, and periodic evaluation through a final test. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ ability to read and write the Qur’an, a strengthened understanding of basic tajwīd, and an increased spiritual motivation to become closer to the Qur’an. In addition, the program successfully fostered a collaborative and sustainable Qur’anic learning atmosphere within the campus environment. Thus, SAINS proved to be an effective means of empowering students’ Qur’anic literacy while instilling religious values as a provision for both academic and social life.

This community service activity was carried out with the primary objective of improving the Qur'an reading skills of the women of the Majelis Taklim (Islamic study group) through systematically designed intensive training. Reading the Qur'an properly and correctly is an obligation for every Muslim, but in reality, many people, especially the women of the Majelis Taklim (Islamic study group), still face obstacles in aspects of makhraj, tajwid, and fluency. This condition encourages the need for a targeted coaching program to improve the quality of Qur'an reading, so that the values ​​of Islamic teachings can be understood and practiced more accurately. The training was held in early July 2025 with a total of 35 participants from the Majelis Taklim (Islamic study group) with diverse reading ability backgrounds. The methods used included lectures, demonstrations, reading practice, individual guidance, and ongoing evaluation at each meeting. This approach was chosen so that participants not only gain theoretical knowledge but also practical skills that can be immediately applied. Evaluation was carried out through observing reading ability, courage to ask questions, and active participation in group exercises. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in the participants' Qur'an reading skills, both in terms of letter pronunciation, application of Tajweed rules, and fluency in reading holy verses. The participants' enthusiasm was evident in their eagerness to participate in all sessions, their sincerity in practicing, and their active interaction during the learning process. Furthermore, this activity also fostered new motivation for participants to continue improving their reading quality independently and create a conducive learning environment in the Islamic study groups. Thus, this training proves that the right learning strategy, supported by high motivation from participants, can have a positive and sustainable impact on improving the quality of Quran reading. It is hoped that this type of program can be replicated in other Islamic study groups so that its benefits are even broader for the community.

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to improve enthusiasm for learning Tajwid in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MIS Islamiyah Tanjung Manis through the Jigsaw learning model. The background of this research is the low enthusiasm among students, caused by conventional teaching methods that are less interactive and monotonous. The Jigsaw model was chosen as it encourages active student participation through collaboration in small groups, where each member is responsible for learning and presenting material to their peers. The research was conducted in three cycles, following the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observations, questionnaires, and interviews to measure students' enthusiasm before and after the implementation of the Jigsaw model. The results indicated a significant increase in students' enthusiasm, observed in the participation, enthusiasm, and interaction among students during the learning process. These improvements were seen from the first cycle to the second and third cycles. The findings suggest that the Jigsaw learning model is effective in boosting students’ enthusiasm for learning Tajwid. Therefore, the implementation of this model is recommended as an alternative for interactive and enjoyable learning for students at MIS Islamiyah Tanjung Manis.

The Qur'an is a collection of the words of Allah SWT which were revealed to the Messenger of Allah SAW through the angel Gabriel which was then taught to mankind. Reading the Qur'an is part of the proof of the faith of Muslims in maintaining and loving the words of Allah, because it is known that the Qur'an has such great and meaningful content in human life and the universe and its knowledge. This community service was carried out at the TPQ Musholla Al-Hikamh Batam which focused on providing an understanding to the TPQ students of the Al-Qur'an class on the science of tajwid, so that the students were allowed in their learning to provide an example of a tajwid reading "One Person One Example" which lasted for 2 months. This service uses the PAR method so that the students are active in participating in this activity. Observations carried out before this activity gave us an idea in an effort to provide an understanding to the students that studying the science of tajwid is not as difficult as previously imagined. The achievement of this activity is to provide a positive impact for the students of the Al-Qur'an class to continue learning to understand the science of Tajwid..

This training aims to improve fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an accompanied by students and lecturers through one of the Teaching Assistance KKN programs, namely training fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. The service process uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Before the training was carried out, fluency in reading the Qur'an was still not fluent, this was seen based on the results of observations, namely when poets such as Habsyi appeared confident in singing poetry but when reading the Qur'an for the reading of the divine kalam the students did not have the courage so they gave it a try. go back to the teacher there who is more experienced. The results of training on students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an through joint Koran activities, which was carried out for 3 months using the ABCD approach, can be concluded that students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an increased with the training, which helped students overcome problems that makes you feel less confident, such as feeling that your recitation of Tajwid is not good enough or that you are less confident in your Koran songs, so this is where fluency training comes into play. The ability to read the Qur'an is an essential skill that every Muslim should possess. However, current trends show a decline in Qur'anic literacy levels in Indonesia. According to data, about 65% of Muslims in Indonesia are still unable to read the Qur'an. One way to address this issue is by implementing an effective Qur'anic learning method. This community service program uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, actively involving students, religious teachers, and school staff. Over the course of six months, 45 female students participated in Qur'anic learning using the Tilawati method. The evaluation results showed a 75% improvement in their Qur'anic reading ability, with 85% of the students able to read the Qur'an correctly and in accordance with tajwid rules. Additionally, the program successfully formed independent study groups and created local leaders among the students. The implementation of the Tilawati method also had a positive impact on the family environment, strengthened the school's commitment to Qur'anic literacy programs, and encouraged a shift in the students' mindset toward Qur'anic learning. The sustainability of this program is ensured through the establishment of an organizational structure and a systematic evaluation mechanism.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Al-Qur'an learning program implemented in Dusun 1, Riak Siabun I Village. The focus of this research is to assess how the program can improve children's understanding of makhrojul letters and tajwid, as well as identifying factors factors that influence the success or obstacles in its implementation. This method of service is a persuasive method for study participants. The use of this method is considered suitable for subtly inviting or encouraging the general public to take part in an activity. The results of this research show that there are several children who have not mastered the pronunciation of the letters of the Koran and recitation of the Koran well. Apart from that, in this village there is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure as well as teaching staff for Al-Qur'an learning. Based on these findings, we then held a learning program to recite the Koran to improve the understanding of makhrojul letters and tajwid among children in hamlet 1, Riak Sibun 1 village, Sukaraja sub-district, Seluma district.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Qiroati method in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur'an at the Darul 'Izzah Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ). The Qiroati method is a method of learning to read the Koran which emphasizes correct pronunciation, recitation and fluency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation which were analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that the Qiroati method applied at TPQ Darul 'Izzah is effective in improving students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an. This application method involves several stages, starting from introducing hijaiyah letters, mastering tajwid, to practicing reading with fluency. The teachers at TPQ Darul 'Izzah consistently provide guidance and evaluation to ensure that every student is able to read the Al-Qur'an well and correctly. The conclusion of this research is that the Qiroati method can be an effective alternative in learning to read the Al-Qur'an at TPQ. The recommendation given is the need for continuous training for teachers as well as adjustments to open materials according to the development of students' abilities to achieve more optimal results.

The problem of Koran illiteracy is still a challenge among Muslim students, including at SMP N 2 Limboto Barat. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the tahsin program using the talaqqi method in eradicating Al-Qur'an illiteracy in the school. The research method used is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and Al-Qur'an reading ability tests before and after the program was implemented. The research results showed a significant increase in students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an, especially in the aspects of tajwid, makhraj letters, and reading fluency. The talaqqi method, which emphasizes direct learning with teacher guidance, has proven effective in helping students improve their reading of the Qur'an. Even though there are obstacles such as limited time and number of teachers, the solution implemented is in the form of additional class sessions and the involvement of more competent teachers and alumni. In conclusion, the tahsin program using the talaqqi method at SMP N 2 Limboto Barat is effective in improving students' Al-Qur'an reading skills, so it can be recommended for implementation in other schools to overcome the problem of Al-Qur'an illiteracy.

This research aims: 1) To find out the method of memorizing the Al-Qur'an Tariqah Tasalsuli at PPTQ Baitul Abidin Darussalam. 2) To find out the application of the Tariqah Tasalsuli method in improving the memorization of the Al-Qur'an for PPTQ Baitul Abidin Darussalam students. 3) To determine the factors that support and hinder the application of the Tariqah Tasalsuli method in improving the memorization of the Al-Qur'an for PPTQ Baitul Abidin Darussalam students. This research uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is field. Data collection techniques used participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation methods. Then data sources were obtained from field research, qualitative research and case studies. The analysis technique used is analysis of data collected by research through methodological tools. The results of the research show that: 1) The Tariqah Tasalsuli method of memorizing the Al-Qur'an at PPTQ Baitul Abidin Darussalam is a suggestion given by Asatidz to students who feel that they still have difficulty memorizing the Al-Qur'an and quickly forget their memorization due to lack of focus and repetition. -repeat the memorization which results in the memorization not sticking in the memory. 2) application of the tasalsuli thariqah method at PPTQ Baitul Abidin Darussalam, starting with the students preparing to memorize the surah by reciting one page over and over then reading it again and again verse by verse while memorizing it when the students have completely memorized the previous verse then they can continue with the second verse, then combined and so until the last verse and even the last surah. Then the students who are ready to submit their memorization come forward to demonstrate their memorization to the teaching ustadz by repeating the previous surah. 3) The most important supporting factor in the Tariqah Tasalsuli Method is the intention and motivation of the students themselves to be able to fluently read and memorize the Koran according to the rules of the science of tajwid. Meanwhile, the most common inhibiting factor is the condition of some students who have never memorized the Koran, so they need to adjust to get used to memorizing the Koran. Another weakness is that students are easily distracted when doing muroja'ah to improve their memorization.

Membaca dan memahami Al-Qur‟an adalah suatu keharusan karena Al-Qur‟an merupakan sumber utama bagi umat Islam dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari- hari. Kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur‟an masih belum maksimal. Hal ini terlihat dari siswa yang belum paham tentang hukum bacaan dalam ilmu tajwid dan masih lemah dalam pelafasan huruf sehingga masih ada siswa yang belum benar dalam menerapkan hukum bacaan ilmu tajwid ketika membaca Al-Qur‟an. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  bagaimana  metode  tahsin  yang digunakan  oleh  guru.  Jenis  penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  kuantitatif karena  data-data  yang  diperoleh  berupa  data-data  numerik  dan  pengolahan datanya  dengan  menggunakan  statistik,  dibantu  dengan  menggunakan  aplikasi SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII di MTs Al- Ikhwan, dengan sampel sebanyak satu kelas yaitu kelas VIII A. Hasil penelitian ini adalah  adanya  pengaruh  pelajaran  tajwid  terhadap  kemampuan  membaca  Al- quran di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhwan ditunjukkan dari hasil output SPSS dapat diketahui bahwa Sig (2-tailed) = 0.985 ini berarti pada taraf signifikan α = 0.05  diterima dan terdapat pengaruh antara variable X dan Y.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar PAI siswa di kelas XII IPA 1 di SMA N 1 Koto Balingka pada soal ilmu tajwid, yang disebabkan kurang maksimalnya dalam mengunakan media pembelajaran. Ini dibuktikan dengan siswa yang tidak bisa menjawab pertanyaan berhubungan dengan ilmu tajwid dan sangat kaku dalam membaca Al- Qur‟an. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah pertama, untuk mengetahui ketercapaian penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Basic Learning pada materi al-Qur‟an surat Luqman ayat 13 dan 14 terhadap siswa kelas XII IPA 1 di SMA N 1 Koto Bilingka, kedua, untuk mengatahui hasil belajar materi al-Qur‟an surat Luqman ayat 13 dan 14   siswa Kelas XII IPA 1 di SMA N 1 Koto Bilingka setelah penerapan model Pembelajaran Problem Basic Learning. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan menjadikan siswa kelas XII IPA 1 di SMA N 1 Koto Bilingka , sebagai sumber datanya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian adalah pertama, Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Model Problem Basic Learning apabila dilakukan dengan perencanaan dan penguasaan konsep yang baik akan dapat berjalan dengan baik, sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. kedua, siswa menjadi aktif dalam pembelajaran dan mulai terlatih dengan pola berfikir tingkat tinggi. Ketiga, Model Pembelajaran Problem Basic Learning terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus satu ketercapaian hasil belajar siswa pada rata-rata kelas sebesar 71,82, dan pada siklus dua rata-rata kelas 87,72. Sementara yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar pada siklus satu 64 persen, dan pada siklus dua 90,9 persen. Ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model Pembelajaran Problem Basic Learning mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, dan penelitian terkait penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Problem Basic Learning dianggap berhasil.

Salah satu unsur yang harus dilestarikan dan dijaga melalui kegiatan pendidikan adalah nilai, tradisi, budaya, keterampilan dan konsep yang berlaku pada masyarakat. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pemerintah menggulirkan perubahan kurikulum dengan menambahkan mata pelajaran muatan lokal. Melalui pembelajaran muatan lokal diharapkan peserta didik, tidak saja memiliki pengetahuan akademis berupa pengetahuan yang bersifat global sebagaimana diharapkan, tetapi juga mempunyai kepedulian terhadap nilai-nilai sosio-kultural yang melingkupi pesertadidik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian library research atau penelitian pustaka. Jadi yang dimaksud dengan pendidikan muatan lokal Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an adalah  kompetensi dan potensi daerah yang dituangkan kedalam suatu muatan pendidikan yang mempelajari tentang membaca dan menulis Al-Qur'an sesuai dengan ilmu tajwid. Di dalamnya juga diajarkan tentang adab-adab dalam membaca dan menulis Al-Qur'an
