This century has seen an increase in the development of sustainable development, and to help with this, the green economy strategy has been established. Businesses who are aware of this are beginning to include environmental management components to the strategic roadmap in order to accommodate this programme, which needs funding in order to be carried out. As a result, many institutions are now beginning to use green budgeting techniques. A budgeting model known as "green budgeting" gives environmental considerations top priority during the planning, execution, monitoring, and assessment stages. Organisations can use budgets as a tool to promote the accomplishment of environmental goals by implementing green budgeting. The OECD-based green budgeting theory and idea is applied. The purpose of this study is to offer a framework for implementing the green budgeting idea in line with business needs. This study employs qualitative methodologies grounded in financial company case studies. The information used came from documents and interviews pertaining to the organisation's green corporate roadmap and budgeting procedure. The study's findings demonstrate that PT. Smart Finance has strategic goals for environmental management in its frame design, and these goals are guided by the company's long-term aims and its shareholders. The company has relevant policies, such as the Green Company Document Blueprint, to put this idea into practice. It also has media, such as management reports and sustainability reports, to report on its progress and provide information on programme realisation. If this idea is put into practice, the annual budget of the company will need to be prepared with a grading system for environmental management.

This research aims to analyze the judge's decision regarding environmental crimes committed by corporations through Decision Number 190/Pid.B/LH/2020/PN Plw. This research uses a type of normative research with three approaches for the purposes of legal analysis and explanation, namely the case approach, statutory approach and conceptual approach. In contrast to previous research, this research specifically describes how judges interpret judges' interpretations in deciding cases of environmental crimes committed by corporations in more detail, not only from a criminal law perspective but also from the perspective of environmental law itself. The results of this research show that the Defendant in the "a quo" case is not a human being/person who can physically act and speak in front of the court, but rather a corporation with a legal entity, so in this case the Defendant PT. APAI must be represented by its administrator, namely Mr. GKE who is the Director of PT. WHAT. The defendant's actions were categorized as gross negligence because they reflected very serious negligence because they had a significant impact and were detrimental to the wider community. The defendant was not sentenced to prison but was only sentenced to a minimum fine in accordance with the provisions of Article 99 Paragraph (1). The defendant was also sentenced to additional punishment or disciplinary action in the form of reparation for the consequences of the criminal act even though this article was not included in the prosecutor's indictment. The additional punishment imposed is in the form of the amount of costs required to improve the environment in the amount of land that has been determined by taking into account the polluter pays principle and the precautionary principle. For this reason, the imposition of additional criminal sanctions should be decided by considering the concept of sustainable and environmentally sound development by taking into account various aspects including social, economic and environmental.

The public's lack of understanding of the benefits of vehicle testing and driving safety can have serious impacts on road safety and the environment. Many vehicle owners do not realize that vehicle testing is not only a legal obligation, but is also a preventive step that can reduce the risk of accidents and extend the service life of the vehicle. Efforts to increase public awareness need serious attention from the government, educational institutions and non-governmental organizations. The aim of this writing is to raise public awareness about motor vehicle testing. The method used in this research is Literature Review. The church is faced with an urgent responsibility to address the environmental crisis by building awareness of eco-tourism. By promoting eco-tourism as a tool to preserve nature and support sustainable development, the church not only provides theological understanding but also acts as a real agent of change in supporting environmental conservation efforts. A literature review of environmental ecology theory, eco-tourism theory, and Christian religious views provides a foundation for understanding human behavior towards nature. This research, using a descriptive qualitative method, combines literature analysis with the author's field experience to formulate a theoretical proposal. The church is considered to have a crucial responsibility in protecting the environment and building eco-tourism by supporting environmental programs, collaborating with NGOs, providing environmental education through worship, playing an active role in commemorating environmental days, and taking concrete steps in the development of sustainable eco-tourism. Conclusions highlight three concepts of the human view of the environment, with humans together with nature approaching the values of Christian eco-theology, while suggestions include church support on government environmental programs and close cooperation with NGOs to raise the environmental awareness of its members.
