Shibori fabrics is one of the kind materials which has its own circlenes especially in its uniqe and ethnic design, it's light but it looks elegant.This research will innovate to shibori fabrics which will be cultivated become party clothing, to beautify party clothing performance which is made, the writter applied one of the ornaments that is "ribbon needlework".the writter took the title the production of party clothing by using the combination of shibori fabrics and Japanese embroidery variations because he wanted to know a sartorial costume technique that combines the sheboris with a embroidered Japanese ribbon. It USES methods: observation, literature and documentation. The result of the completion of the dressmaking process, the combination of shibori fabrics with a variety of embroidery bands, is that shibori cloth can be used as a combination for the dress of the party, but some important things need to be noted, such as the selection of a shibori cloth, a motif of the shibori colors. Also, the combination of other fabrics is crucial to supporting the shibori cloth to give a more extravagant appearance, while the application of the bow on the wedding dress provides an interesting result, but there are some things to consider in applying for the embroidery of the ribbon, such as, the embroidery of the ribbon must fit and not look so full, the design of the ribbon's embroidery should fit the cloth that is filled, And the selection of tape colors as well as the tape size to be applied.

The decision support system as a tool for decision making, has now begun to be widely applied in various fields of life, not least in making a decision for the process of accepting new students at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabaliused. With the decision support system (SPK) can help schools in the selection of new students. The method used in building a decision support system in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The method used to select new students is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which functions to calculate the final score of each student in the school and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) serves to rank each student.The result of this study is that the combination of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) methods in determining new student admissions at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabali School can be used. SPK (Decision Making System) can display information according to what the user inputs correctly.

Public transportation is one of the important modes of transportation and is the backbone of transportation in Indonesia. The development of public transportation is also supported by the government, this government support is evident in the national policy, namely the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN). Although public transportation is an effective mode of transportation, it also has obstacles in its development, namely how to meet customer desires in choosing a mode of transportation. There are several variables that are the focus of this research, namely age, gender, income, cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility. The search for influential variables will use the K-Means and DBSCAN clustering algorithms, these two algorithms are also compared to their performance to find a better algorithm. The results of the Silhouette Coefficient show that DBSCAN has a better performance with a value of 0.99 than K-Means with a value of 0.86. The variables that affect the interest in using public transportation are the most important ones related to cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility.

Management of medical actions carried out in handling patients who are ODP (people under monitoring), OTG (asymptomatic people), PDP (patient under monitoring) and positive Covid-19 patients is carried out based on assumptions, such as self-isolation, hospitalization, or special treatments in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) room. The condition of the body in each patient is different, a patient may have same symptoms but the treatment is different, especially in elderly patients. Many problems occur in determining medical action because the patient's body condition is different. Therefore, it needs to be appointed as a research. The research method used in this study was Nive Bayes algorithm with supporting application Rapid Miner. It was applied to carry out the process of testing on patient data as much as 500 data, 25 variables or patient symptoms and 3 outputs as a form of medical action. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, prediction of medical actions for ODP, PDP, OTG and positive Covid-19 patients were obtained by comparing training data with testing data using Rapid Miner application. It resulted that an accuracy rate of 76.00% was obtained

Getting the attention of consumers is very important, because if a product does not get the attention of consumers (consumer attention), then consumers will not have a picture of the product (Hine, 1995). Packaging can give an initial picture of a product, both in terms of quality and value offered. “Jenang Kudus” is a type of traditional food originating from the city of Kudus. At first it was produced in a home industry since about a century ago. Initiated by mothers as a supporter of family income, and marketed directly to local consumers in traditional markets. Because the development of this business in the future is considered quite prospective for the Kudus community, the Kudus Regency Government makes the Jenang Kudus product as the mainstay product of the Kudus Regency. Based on some of the explanations above, there are several weaknesses in the packaging design of CV jenang products. Sinar Aisyah Kudus which can cause delays in the marketing process of its products due to unattractive packaging designs. This causes a desire to increase the competitiveness of jenang sales with other companies through attractive and varied packaging designs. Due to some of these things, raises the desire of CV. Hj Siti Aisyah to redesign the product packaging according to the type of jenang product, type of taste, quantity of contents, without leaving the characteristics of the previous design.

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

Universitas Maritim AMNI carried out community service activities at Tambak Lorok  to support the government of Semarang program. It is not only students/cadets and lecturers who carry out community service activities but also the surrounding community. They are very enthusiastic in participating in implementing various program activities carried out at Tambak Lorok  . The method of implementing this activity uses a direct socialization and training approach , observation, interviews and literature studies. Socialization and training materials on efforts to increase fishing yields to increase fishing family income. The observation was held in Tambak Lorok  . The data collection was carried out through interview methods and as a reference for implementing community service activities was using the literature study method. The success of these program was  indicated by improve the healthy lifestyles and increase the income of the Tambak Lorok  Community.

Organizational management applies the right strategy to be able to remain competitive with other competing organizations. The implementation of the strategy is not only about the benefits but also the performance of the organization. Organizational performance is one of the successes in market business competition. Company management implements strategies that can develop organizational performance by developing supporting aspects such as TQM and knowledge management. This research was conducted to determine the formation of organizational performance from TQM and knowledge management. This research was conducted at a company in Sidoarjo which is engaged in the manufacture of animal feed. The respondents obtained were employees from different divisions who were randomly selected except for the security and cleanliness division. In this study used a sample of 120 respondents. The data used will be analyzed using multiple linear regression. After processing the data, the results showed that there was a significant influence given by TQM on organizational performance. Data processing also proves that organizational performance is formed because of the significant influence given by knowledge management. Research also proves that TQM and knowledge management have an effect on the ups and downs of organizational performance together.

Pulmonary TB is a major problem in the prevention and eradication of TB in the world. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of the family and compliance with taking medication for elderly people suffering from pulmonary TB at the Adam Malik Haji Central General Hospital, Medan in 2021. This type of research is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional research design. The number of samples was 43 from April to June 2021. The research was conducted at RSUP. Human Rights at the MDR TB Polyclinic. Bivariate analysis used the chi-square test to determine the relationship between the role of the family and the role of nurses on medication compliance, while the multivariate analysis used medication compliance for elderly people suffering from multiple logistic pulmonary TB. Based on hypothesis testing using chi-square with a confidence level of 95%, it was found that there was a significant relationship between family role and medication adherence (p=0.01). There is a significant relationship between. Based on multivariate analysis, the variable that was most related to medication adherence in MDR TB sufferers was informational family support (p=0.01). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the supportive role of nurses and compliance with taking medication in TB sufferers.

Motivation is the driving factor to achieve a quality services, especially in health. Work motivation is desirable in order to improve public health, it also can be expected to produce socially optimal production in accordance with the goals and ideals of the organization in the future. Research Purposes to determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance at Puskesmas Kairatu Method. This type of research used in this study was cross sectional. This research was conducted at the health center Kairatu West Seram regency. The population in this study were all employees of the health center Kairatu totaling 84 people. While the sample is done purposive sampling amounted to 69 people. The survey results revealed that respondents are less intensive relationship with the motivation to work as much (100%). For quite intensive relationship with the motivation does not support as many (10.8%) and motivational support as many (89.2%). known relationship with the working conditions are less motivation to work as much support categories (100%). For good working conditions to do with the motivation that does not support as many (11.4%) and support as many (88.6%). it is known that the relationship is less motivated colleagues support as many categories (100%). For a good relationship with co-workers motivation does not support as many (11.1%) sedangan motivational support as many (88.9%). Chi-square test results note that there is no significant relationship between the variables relationships with colleagues with the motivation which means p = 1.000 p> 0.05.

Cadres are voluntary workers recruited from, by and for the community who are tasked with assisting the smooth running of health services. The performance of Posyadu cadres experienced a decline in the early 2000s as a result of a prolonged multi-dimensional crisis, this is known because there were reports of malnutrition from various parts of the country. The decline was felt following the lack of cadre skills, no Posyandu operational support, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and weak coaching. The purpose of this study was to describe the performance of posyandu cadres with the satisfaction of mothers of children under five at the Posyandu, Wakasihu Village, Central Maluku Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all mothers under five who visited the posyandu as many as 30 toddlers. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, which means that all populations are sampled. So that the sample found in this study amounted to 30 people or respondents. The results showed that the mothers under five studied who said that the performance of cadres was good amounted to 13 people (56.7%), and the performance of cadres was not good amounted to 17 people (43.3%). Furthermore, from the 30 respondents who were examined, it can be seen that the number of respondents who said they were satisfied with the performance of the cadres were 18 people (60.0%), and respondents who said they were not satisfied were 12 people (40.0%). It was concluded statistically and illustrated that the performance of cadres still had opinions from mothers of children under five that they were not good at providing services at the posyandu. It was also concluded that statistically some respondents or mothers of toddlers still said that they were satisfied with the performance of cadres.

This research explores the utilization of virtual reality (VR) in educational settings and examines current trends, future directions, benefits, and challenges associated with its implementation. The purpose of this library research is to provide an overview of the existing literature on VR and educational research, highlighting the potential of VR technology to enhance traditional teaching methods and improve student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The method used for this research is a comprehensive review and analysis of relevant scholarly articles, books, and reports from academic databases and libraries. The results indicate that VR has been utilized in educational research to create immersive and interactive learning experiences, personalize instruction, bridge the gap between abstract concepts and concrete understanding, and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. VR also presents challenges such as cost, accessibility, curriculum integration, teacher training, technical limitations, health and safety concerns, privacy, and ethics. However, the research concludes that with careful planning, adequate resources, and proper support, VR has the potential to revolutionize education and prepare students for a technologically advanced future. Further research and innovation in areas such as immersion, AI integration, collaboration, assessment, accessibility, and ethics are recommended to fully leverage the benefits of VR in educational settings.

In an effort to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum majoring in Building Information Modeling Design in building structure subjects, it is necessary to introduce to students that there is a computer program that can support it. The computer program is SAP 2000 which can be used to analyze the forces acting on the structure of beams, columns, plates, and the cross-section of a 2-story house construction. As a form of effort that can be made to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum, majoring in Building Information Modeling Design (DPIB) in building structure subjects, it is necessary to make a proposal to hold an activity "Training on Design and Modeling of 2 Floor House Buildings Using the SAP 2000 Program in the Department of Design and Building Information Modeling SMK PGRI 1 Gresik".

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, personnel capabilities and top management support on the performance of the CV accounting information system. Kurogi Semarang. The population in this study are all employees of CV. Kurogi Semarang, namely as many as 60 employees. The technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 40 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that education has a positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This is evidenced by the calculated t value which is greater than t table, namely 2.359 > 1.688, with a significant value of 0.024 <0.05. Personal ability has a negative effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This is evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely -2.421 (signed negative) > 1.688, with a significant value of 0.021 <0.05. Top management support has a positive effect on the accounting information system. This is evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely 4.467> 1.688, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. The impact of Covid 19 occurs in all aspects of life, even 80% of the impact occurs in the non-health sector. Therefore, the management of Covid 19 needs to involve all elements of society, including the campus community. The campus community is expected to actively take social action and be at the forefront of carrying out social change, including responding to disasters. Higher education is responsible for teaching awareness of various social problems to its campus community. Efforts made by the campus in carrying out prevention started from policy development, development of supporting instruments for the Covid 19 alert campus, mobilizing Covid 19 volunteers to the formation of the Covid task force team.  

Cervical cancer is a malignancy in the cervix or cervical uterus. Efforts made to detect cervical cancer include cervical cancer screening with Inspection of Visual Acetate (IVA) method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influenced the interest in visiting the inspection of Visual Acetate (IVA) Inspection by Productive age women in Sipahutar Health Center in 2019. The type of this study was the Cross Sectional method. The population in the study was productive age women in Sipahutar Public Health Center. The eligible women were 4408 women and 96 women were taken as sample . The results of the study stated that there was a significant influence between age and interest in visiting; education; knowledge; access to information; health services; support of health and socio-cultural personnel with p value <0.05. The variable that most influenceing was the interest in IVA examination visits is access to information with a value of Rp. 95,615. It is hoped that productive age women will increase its knowledge about the dangers of cervical cancer and participate in the early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA method at the health care facility.

Health promotion media is media that can support the success of health promotion efforts. Determining good media is one that suits the characteristics of the target. Handling health problems requires health promotion media as an effort to make it easier for officers to deliver material according to target, place, age and time. The more five senses that utilize the media, the easier it is for the target to receive the counseling material. The method used in this research is a literature review using a library review method, data obtained from articles taken from journal search engines. The results of this research show that variations in the visual media of posters, leaflets and flip sheets will make it easier for the public to receive knowledge from health promotion officers.   Keywords: , Stunting.
