Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring.The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

Increasingly sophisticated technological developments can be used for business development. The most obvious impact is being able to increase sales, because digital marketing is a marketing medium that has a huge influence. The general aim of this research is to educate about the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Mojopilang village. Therefore, we, students of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) at Mayjen Sungkono University, Mojokerto, are providing education to youth youth organizations in Mojopilang village about implementing digital marketing through the Shopee platform and other social media as a tool for marketing bamboo crafts in Mojopilang village. Because basically many of the human resources in Mojopilang village are old, so only the younger generation are able to implement digital marketing like this. From the research results, it is known that digital marketing still needs to be educated and taught to youth organizations to make it easier for business people to market bamboo craft products.

This research explores the low political participation of students in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the State University of Medan in conveying their aspirations to the government. Characteristics of a democratic country highlight the active involvement of its citizens in political activities, including student political participation. Student organizations are considered small entities similar to the government. The literature review involves definitions of democracy, forms of democracy, and political participation. The research method uses a quantitative and descriptive approach with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The research findings indicate that the majority of students rarely or never convey their aspirations, driven by a lack of confidence that their aspirations will be responded to. Respondent profiles show a majority from the Geography department and with student registration numbers from the year 2022. Factors influencing low participation include lack of trust, low awareness, and lack of support from student organizations. Recommendations include increasing courage, organizational support, student awareness, interdisciplinary networks, innovation, easily accessible communication platforms, and active government engagement. This research provides in-depth insights and offers recommendations to enhance student participation in conveying political aspirations.

This research analyzes the branding strategy used by Ikatan Orang Tua Mahasiswa ITS (IKOMA) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS) through social media, with a focus on the use of interactive Reels videos as a campus approach. The research results show that the use of interactive Reels videos has made a positive contribution in increasing student interaction and awareness of IKOMA and ITS. This research also identifies key factors that influence the success of a branding strategy through social media, such as content quality, creativity, consistency and interaction with the audience. These findings provide important insights for student organizations and educational institutions in understanding the role of branding strategies through social media as a means of strengthening relationships between students and the College.

In addition to being a means of enhancing and developing self-quality, community development aims to increase the independence of both individuals and groups. It is strongly anticipated that community organizations will exist and oversee the accomplishment of institutional goals; nevertheless, their human resources must possess the flexibility to quickly seize any presented chances. In order to achieve strategic and sustainable goals where the principle of benefit will return to the community/ummah, waqf serves as a middleman for those who have more money to donate to community projects. This is in addition to the fact that waqf charity is itself a religious command.So the purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance on how to manage waqf money and waqf assets properly and productively according to the muwakif's objectives. This waqf collection and management assistance is carried out using the counselling method through several stages, including, 1) Activity programme planning; 2) Implementation of the activity plan 3) Implementation of activity evaluation and reporting. The goal of this help is to manage waqf funds efficiently and effectively while also accelerating the rise of waqf earnings. To improve the quality of education in Indonesia, school reform includes zoning. Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 44 of 2019 concerning Admission of New Students to Kindergartens, Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools and Vocational High Schools is part of the government's efforts to evaluate education. This study aims to explain how the implementation of the Zoning Policy for New Student Admissions is carried out as an effort to check the quality of education in state elementary schools and elementary schools in Genteng District, Surabaya City. The author uses a qualitative consideration literature study method. According to Van Meter and Van Horn in Subarsono (2013: 99), six variables are used as the focus of research: policy size and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, tendencies or propensities of implementers, communication between organizations and activities, and the economic, social, and politics. Technical data used. The results show that those implementing the Zoning Policy for Admission of New Students as an Effort to Study the Quality of Education (Primary School and Junior High School Level Studies in Genteng District, Surabaya City) have followed the expected policy. Although zoning policies are necessary, there are still some problems. Social, political and economic resource and environmental variables are still difficult to apply.

GPA reflects the quality of one's academic achievement in college and is often used as a measure of academic success. This study was conducted to find out more about the effect of organizational activities followed by students on the average GPA achieved. The research population only includes active students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. In this study, the sample used amounted to 50 students studying at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The data collection technique used is a survey method using Google Form as the main tool and distributed through social networks such as WhatsApp groups. The research method includes several stages: Identify research variables, collect data and test the relationship between the two research variables. The results showed that at the 5% significance level there was no relationship between student GPA and student participation in organizations. Students do not need to worry because the Cumulative Performance Index (GPA) and student organization activities at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University are not valid. Because according to this study, if you join an organization, your cumulative grade point average (GPA) is always good and above average.

Corruption can be defined as bad habitual behavior and is a common phenomenon in society. This concern arises because the perpetrators of corruption exist in both government and private organizations and may also involve leaders of organizations who are role models for the younger generation. One of the efforts to reduce the increase in corruption cases is to focus on the legal aspect. However, there have not been many preventive efforts through education that have the potential to eradicate the "culture of corruption". Anti-corruption education is a preventive effort to increase self-awareness and integrity in the face of corrupt practices. The purpose of this study is to determine whether anti-corruption education can develop students' sensitivity and awareness of corruption issues. The research method is to combine collective self-reflective action research with student-centered learning, conducted in small groups, and realized through critical reflective actions of group members as individuals, and measure the learning outcomes. The participants in this study amounted to 25 students in one class. The results obtained show that students are able to identify corrupt practices based on individual and collective experiences. Documented student corruption includes cheating, tardiness and fraud. Participants were also able to identify the impact of corrupt practices on individuals and (groups). Participants realized that corruption can create a "domino effect" of corrupt behavior over time. At the reflection stage, participants revealed the existence of integrity values in the form of honesty, responsibility, consistency of attitudes and behavior, and religious values that are believed to prevent corrupt practices. Activities carried out in the form of socialization as a form of change in the management of student organizations that are clean and anti-corruption.

Purpose: The article aims to explore the inclusiveness of the target schools of the Teaching Campus Program at One Roof Public Middle Schools in Wonosobo Regency, by emphasizing findings that characterize the portrait of education in rural schools. Methodology: Research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative. Data was collected through literature study, news and articles in both online and offline media, as well as interviews with the Secretary of the Wonosobo Regency Education, Youth and Sports Service, School Principals, teaching staff and students of the Teaching Campus program. Next, the data is analyzed and strengthened with various theoretical supports in the discussion. Findings: The inclusiveness of education at the target school of the Teaching Campus in terms of attitudes and educational patterns is different from schools in urban areas, where they understand more about education from the surrounding environment. This opens up the opportunity for a dichotomy curriculum between one region and another. This research contributes to theory, practice and future research directions in the field of educational curriculum. We propose that scientific organizations can push the boundaries of scientific progress, moving beyond power structures by integrating the principle of diversity as a consideration in national curricula. Originality: research integrates educational inclusiveness in rural areas, where previous research has not been specific in approach.    

The purpose of this research is 1) to look at the history of the founding of the East Surrounding Children's Association organization in Mustafawiyah. 2) To see the role of the Surrounding Eastern Children's Association organization in maintaining the passion for learning in Musthafawiyah Purba Baru. This type of research is a qualitative research type with a qualitative descriptive approach method. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction and data presentation. The data source in this research is the management of the Association of Surrounding Eastern Children (GATIS). The results of this research are 1) that in the East Surrounding Children's Association organization which was founded on September 28 2015, which was spearheaded by alumni and continued by the seventh class, among those who participated in establishing this organization were: Ilhan Syahfutra, Maulana Malik Ibrahim and Muhammad Yusuf. 2) The role of the surrounding Eastern Children's Association organization in developing Ghirah, they create several activities which can increase their enthusiasm for learning, including: Carrying out Mudzakarah, Special Guidance, holding competitions between fellow branch organizations, etc.

This research is research by IAIN Ponorogo students conducted by the KPM 19 group in Bungkuk village, Parang, Magetan. This KPM aims to be media for learning, practice, and society. Understanding of students in managing human resources to improve the quality and critical thinking patterns of each individual so that they become good individuals. The method used is the asset-based community development (ABCD) method. The ABCD approach involves five steps, including the processes of discovery, dreaming, planning, determining, and implementing. For this reason, it aims to provide character and activities that are beneficial to the community. Based on the potential according to initial observations, inviting Bungkuk Village youths to participate in enlivening the mosque in their respective hamlets because of the potential, to increase the sympathy of Bungkuk Tiga Village youth towards the mosque in their respective hamlets, it's not just congregational prayers, but work programs that have been prepared by the BKM Mosque Welfare Board, in order to increase youth togetherness to revive youth youth organizations that have been passive.

The purpose of thisresearch is to understand what are thebenefits of databases and how to implement databases for organizations or companies. By knowing the benefits of a database, an organization or company can make good decisions or policies in managing andutilizing their data. The method in this study uses a qualitative method by conducting a survey to find out the benefits of the database at the UIN North Sumatra Library and what facilities are obtained by implementing the database in managingits information system. The results obtained from this study are that the North Sumatra Uin Library utilizes databases in improving services by carrying out several developments such as an online library, an application called OPAC, an application that makes it easy to check library collections and a web called repository which is a collection application. the work of students. Libraries that previously only used the recording method but have switched to using online by utilizing databases.

The Islamic Student Association (HMI) is an umbrella organization with a clear model of being Indonesian and Islamic, providing a platform to train and develop leaders with honesty and quality determination, faith and responsibility. The factors that provide direction within the organization to adopt an Enterprise Architecture (EA) system are aimed at enhancing what the organization needs. Enterprise architecture or what can be called Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a description of the task in question consisting of knowledge, actions, direction from the organization and architectural performance parameters in the description of the design or plan and development of an integrated system. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a framework that is widely used in creating enterprise or organizational architectures. TOGAF offers methods and tools for creating, running, implementing, and maintaining enterprise architectures in existing systems. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint that is expected to be useful for organizations as material to assist IT development in HMI.

The role of management in improving the quality of education in the digital era aims to plan education that is fair, of high quality, effective and responsible, and enhances the positive image of education. The research process aims to provide knowledge about the need for management in educational organizations. Researchers used a descriptive-qualitative method by relying on library research or library research. Data collection was then analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques, this analysis process involved review and evaluation. Management is a valuable element of an organizational institution that manages a life with the hope that it can run smoothly without obstacles. The urgency of improving the quality of education in the digital era includes the quality of student learning, supporting the government's independent learning program. There are challenges and obstacles to education management, namely the lack of educator skills in dealing with the digital era, security threats such as data hacking. This study aims to determine the efforts of Ke-NU-an teachers in instilling the values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah in students at SMP Islam Ngadirejo. In addition, it is also to find out the results obtained in the efforts of NU-an teachers in instilling the values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah in students at SMP Islam Ngadirejo, as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. Qualitative field research uses observation, interview and documentation methods in data collection. Then the analysis technique uses data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that: 1) Teachers' efforts in instilling Aswaja values in students by instilling Aswaja values in the style of NU-an every day, religious extracurricular activities, IPNU and IPPNU organizations, as well as teaching Aswaja to NU-an in the classroom. 2) the results obtained in the process of instilling Aswaja values in students, namely the more accustomed students are in carrying out various Aswaja amaliyah-amaliyah to NU-an. 3) supporting factors in the process of instilling Aswaja values in students, namely SMP Islam Ngadirejo Temanggung is a school under the auspices of LP Ma'arif NU, then support from school culture that is still thick with Aswaja values, then support from teachers who are competent in ovating students in instilling Aswaja values, as well as support from facilities and infrastructure that can facilitate the learning process. While the inhibiting factors are the external environment (family environment and community environment) and the time in the learning process is short.

. School as an organization certainly has a culture of organization which becomes an important role in the realization of the vision and mission of school. The culture of school organizations is the norms adopted and implemented by all components to achieve the vision and mission of the school effectively. This study aims to describe the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan for preparing superior human resources and programs to support  the culture of school. The approach of this study was quantitative observation, interview and documentation were used as the instruments of eliciting the data. The research subjects included elements of school residents, namely the deputy headmaster, teachers, and students. The results of this observation showed that (1) SMK Negeri 1 Medan has three superior cultures namely the culture of discipline, cooperation, and the culture of industrial work, (2)  there are several programs for students in the application of school culture, (3) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the realization of an effective school organization culture.  According to observations, the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan can be said to be effective.

. In an educational organization or school, it cannot be separated from its relationship with learning media or commonly called facilities and infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure aim as a place to carry out learning activities and increase student learning motivation. Therefore, facilities and infrastructure are very important to advance and develop the productivity of educational institutions. In addition, the management of infrastructure is one of the things that must be considered so that it can help encourage student achievement and achieve the goals of educational organizations. Facilities and infrastructure have a very important urgency to increase student learning productivity. However, the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in schools does not always go well. There are problems or obstacles that need to be resolved and overcome so as not to interfere with the learning process. Factors that hinder the management of facilities and infrastructure in schools usually arise from internal and external factors. Therefore, school management needs to make various efforts to overcome these obstacles. This study aims to determine the efforts of school management in overcoming barriers to educational infrastructure. From the method used, namely the qualitative method with literature study techniques, it produces an elaboration which shows that school management efforts in overcoming obstacles to facilities and infrastructure are planning, organizing, procuring, inventorying, distributing, maintaining, eliminating, and monitoring and evaluating.    

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.

Competency tests organized by universities in collaboration with professional organizations, health care training institutions become a requirement for vocational and professional education graduation. Based on the results of the 2019 competency test, 19.66% of competency test participants were declared competent which means it is still far from the expected target. This research aims to find out the effectiveness of web-based competency test models against increasing the confidence of midwifery students in the face of competency tests. The method used in this study is the Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest. The study was conducted at Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Makassar and Universitas Megarezky.Sampling is done with the Purposive Sampling Technique which is as many as 45 samples. Data is analyzed using statistical analysis, namely byconducting a data normality test and then followed by the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The effectiveness of using a web-based competency test model found that the average level of confidence of students before the intervention was 78% in the high confidence category and the average confidence of students after the intervention was 84% in the category of very high trust. Based on the analysis of pretest and posttest results there is an increase in student confidence before and after the intervention. Furthermore, the Wilcoxon Test has obtained a p-value of 0.00 < 0.05 which means there is asignificant difference between the pretest and posttest grades of students so that the web-based competency test model is effective in increasing theconfidence of students facing competency tests
