Abstract. Public transportation is often considered a practical solution for reducing traffic congestion. However, initial surveys conducted after implementing the TEMAN Bus service along Corridor 2 showed low enthusiasm among commuters. Only 14.103% of them used the service. This study aims to identify areas for improvement to increase public interest in utilizing this service. Corridor 2 runs from Mall Panakkukang to Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport and vice versa. The study focuses on four main categories of variables: service level, service quality, socialization/information, and stop services. To assess public interest in the TEMAN Bus service along Corridor 2, this study used observations and distributed questionnaires. The questionnaire data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) after undergoing validity and reliability tests. The study found that the variable of stop services was the primary factor contributing to the low level of public interest. Keywords: teman bus; trans mamminasata; public transportation; SEM   Abstract. Transportasi massal merupakan salah satu pilihan yang tepat dalam mengatasi kemacetan. Namun setelah beroperasi, berdasarkan hasil pra survei yang peneliti    lakukan,antusias masyarakat yang menggunakan TEMAN Bus masih sangat rendah untuk rute koridor 2 dengan persentase 14,103%. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan suatu perbaikan untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata rute koridor 2 (Mall Panakkukang – Bandara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin dan sebaliknya). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 4 kategori diantaranya tingkat pelayanan, kualitas pelayanan, sosialisasi/informasi dan layanan halte. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada trayek TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata rute koridor 2 dengan melakukan observasi langsung dan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan TEMAN Bus. Data dari hasil kuesioner diolah dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas kemudian melakukan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari pengolahan tersebut menunjukkan faktor rendahnya minat masyarakat adalah variabel layanan halte. Keywords: teman bus; trans mamminasata; transportasi massal; SEM.

This study's objective is to examine the influence of servant leadership on turnover intention and the impact of organizational affective commitment as a mediator between these two relationship constructs. This investigation employs a quantitative methodology by surveying restaurant employees in Surabaya using questionnaires. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS), the collected survey data were analyzed. 78 restaurant employees participated in this investigation as respondents. According to the findings of this study, servant leadership and affective organizational commitment have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. In addition, affective organizational commitment can substantially and negatively moderate the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intention. In this research, both theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

The development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the government's priorities, especially in Tebing Tinggi City. Known as an industrial city, it becomes an opportunity for the development of SMEs, which are the majority of the workers. The development of SMEs, especially "Culinary Clusters" that have high added value to economic growth, needs to be given greater attention to developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the business performance of SMEs in Batam City. The method used to determine the relationship between these factors uses partial least square- structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of data processing show that internal and external factors influence the performance of SMEs. External factors consist of government policies, socio-economic conditions, and culture, the role of related institutions has a significant influence on the condition of internal factors consisting of aspects of human resources, finance, technical production, and marketing. External and internal factors have a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMEs.

This research aims to measure the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable. This research was prepared based on the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions and purchasing interest. This type of research is quantitative research, which uses a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire which has been prepared in several statements and measured using a 1-5 Likert scale. The population used in this research is port coffee consumers. The sample in this study amounted to 160 respondents. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling method, meaning that the respondents who became the research sample were respondents who were met by the researcher when conducting research without paying attention to certain characteristics. Research data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was run via AMOS 24. Hypothesis test results showed that product quality had an influence on purchasing decisions, price variables had an influence on purchasing decisions, product quality variables had an influence on buying interest, and price variables had an influence on interest. purchase, purchasing decisions influence purchasing interest and product quality and purchasing decisions influence purchasing interest and price influences purchasing decisions and purchasing interest.

The contemporary state of Indonesian education grapples with challenges concerning educational quality. The zoning system stands as one policy initiative by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) to ensure equitable access to educational services and an even dissemination of national education quality. This study aims to elucidate the impact of school zoning system policies and school culture on education quality, moderated through student motivation and achievement at Public schoolin Semarang City. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving 192 participants chosen through purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed as the data analysis method. Findings of this study reveal that both the school zoning system and school culture exhibit a significant, positive influence on student motivation and academic achievement. Consequently, these factors culminate in the enhancement of education quality within public senior high schools located in Semarang City. In sum, the study underscores the critical role of the zoning system and school culture in shaping student motivation, achievement, and, subsequently, the overall quality of education within the realm of public senior high schools.

This research aims to empirically prove the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial inclusion, the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial performance, the influence of financial inclusion on financial performance, and the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial performance through financial inclusion of SMEs in Sei Semayang Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The sample for this research was UKM Sei Semayang Village, Deli Serdang Regency which was selected using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square. The research results show that financial literacy and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion, financial literacy, and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial performance, financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, and financial inclusion mediates the effect of financial literacy and financial technology on financial performance.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction Employee at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Oficce, (2) The Effect of Organizatonal Climate on Employee Performance at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office, (3) The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were all ASN employees at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 41 employee by determining the sample using the census technique. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0.  Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Organizational Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.012.  And the Organizational Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.030. And the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Perfomance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.000.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of brand image on purchase interest at the Shopee marketplace in the coastal communities of the Bajo tribe in Kab. Bombana. (2) The Influence of Trust on Purchase Interest in the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. (3) The Influence of Brand Image on Trust in the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. And (4) The Effect of Trust Mediation on Brand Image and Purchase Interest at the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana This research is an explanatory research model with a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is the entire Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 140 respondents using the sampling technique used in this research using purposive sampling technique, which is a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Analysis of Moments of Structures (AMOS) with Normality testing, outliers and testing the Goodness of fit index (GFI) structural model with AMOS 24.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Brand Image variable on Purchase Interest, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.041. The Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.014. The Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on Trust, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.000. And the Trust variable mediates brand image on positive buying interest but is not significant as shown by the P-Value value of 0.138.

This study aims to find out: The Effect of Leadership Managerial Ability and Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance at the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of East Kolaka Regency. This research uses an approach with quantitative methods. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study is all employees of the Koltim Tourism and Creative Economy Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 34 employees by determining samples using census techniques. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart-PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variable of Managerial Ability of Leaders has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance which is indicated by a P-Value value of 0.011. As well as the variable Innovative Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, this is indicated by a P-Value value of 0.000.

This research aims to determine: 1) The influence of compensation on job satisfaction of employees at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. (2) The Influence of Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Employees at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used observation studies, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees who work at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 34 people, with the sample determined using census techniques. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Compensation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, which is shown by a P-Values ​​value of 0.020. And the Motivation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, this is shown by a P-Values ​​value of 0.000.

The growing subsector of the food and beverage industry, including the highly competitive restaurant industry, highlights the importance of research in maintaining businesses and increasing customer loyalty in this sector. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediator in Fun House Resto. The method used is the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique with descriptive and quantitative analysis. The sample used was 100 respondents using purposive sampling method in determining the respondents. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a direct positive effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through mediation of customer satisfaction. These results indicate that Fun House Resto should consider maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction in ensuring customer loyalty. Furthermore, as part of their efforts to maintain customer loyalty, they should also consider other factors such as product quality, facilities, prices, and others.

Digital financial services in Indonesia, one of which is Flip which provides interbank transfer services for free and also free of charge. This study wants to know and measure the level of acceptance and understanding in using a Flip e-wallet service through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is determined by the perception of ease of use through usage attitude as a mediation variable. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which uses PLS (Partial Least Square) Software. The characteristics of respondents used in data processing are Surakarta people with age criteria of 19-44 years and frequency of use of Flip <1 month in 2023.The results obtained from the data processing above explain that the perceived ease of use has no effect on the behavioral intention to use. Attitude towards using are able to mediate the influence between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention to use Flip e-wallet service.

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Workload on Employee Performance at the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram. This study aims to develop the concept of external support, compatibility and organizational capabilities in increasing the adoption of Electronic Commerce and its impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises. The sample of this research was 123 respondents consisting of small and medium culinary business owners in the city of Semarang, Indonesia. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling - Amos program version 21. The results show that adoption of electronic commerce is significantly positively influenced by external support, by compatibility, by organizational capability, and by organizational capability, in addition to being significantly positively influenced by adoption of electronic commerce and the performance of small and medium-sized businesses. You may swiftly and effectively rework and reword your material by using paraphraser to take your sentences and make modifications.

In order to investigate the effects of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on employee performance in Auto 2000 By Pass Padang, job satisfaction will be used as an intermediary variable. All 50 employees of Auto 2000 By Pass Padang received questionnaires as part of the data collection process. The analytical method used in this study was structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS). The study's findings are as follows: (1) Leadership has a small but positive impact on employee performance. (2) Reward has a favorable and significant impact on employee performance. (3) Punishment has a significant and favorable impact on an employee's performance.
