The advancement of information technology has transformed consumption patterns, including shopping activities that have increasingly shifted to digital platforms or e-commerce. Bukalapak, as one of the early players in this industry, is currently facing challenges in the form of declining market share and user complaints related to digital service quality (e-service quality). This research aims to analyze the effect of electronic service quality on consumer loyalty (e-loyalty), with electronic satisfaction (e-satisfaction) as a mediating variable among Bukalapak users in Denpasar City. The sampling technique employed a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach, and the number of samples was determined based on the number of indicators used. The research findings indicate that electronic service quality has a positive and significant effect on both user satisfaction and user loyalty. Electronic satisfaction is also proven to significantly affect user loyalty and serves as a partial mediator in the relationship between service quality and loyalty. These findings affirm that improving the quality of digital services can enhance customer satisfaction and ultimately build loyalty toward the Bukalapak platform

The phenomenon of increasing female activity in cafes shows a shift in lifestyle that is not merely consumptive, but also reflective and social. Cafes have now become leisure spaces where women express themselves, build relationships, and find emotional balance. This study aims to examine the trend of women utilizing cafes as a practice of social welfare in the era of sustainability. The approach used is descriptive qualitative based on secondary sources, with data in the form of news articles, lifestyle writings, and online media coverage of women's leisure behavior in Cirebon. This analysis was conducted to explore the social and spiritual values that emerge in these activities. The results of the study show that cafes serve as safe spaces for women to interact, share ideas, and restore mental energy. These activities reflect maqashid values such as Hifz al-nafs (preserving the soul) and Hifz al-'aql (preserving the mind), while contributing to the spirit of sustainability through the strengthening of gender equality and social welfare. The novelty of this research lies in its attempt to interpret women's leisure trends through the paradigm of social welfare, rather than simply as a modern lifestyle. These findings have important implications for the creation of a more inclusive, safe, and sustainable public space, while also opening up a new perspective that leisure activities can be part of achieving maqashid al-syari'ah in contemporary social life.

In January 2025, automatic motorcycles recorded a fantastic market share of 93.75% of total sales. This figure confirms Indonesian consumers' preference for the practicality and comfort offered by automatic motorcycles. This trend shows a shift in consumer interest, with consumers now preferring automatic motorcycles for their daily mobility needs over manual motorcycles. The purchase decision is a stage in the decision-making process until the consumer actually buys the product. Based on the background of the research through interviews, the researcher found that sales of Honda Beat motorcycles at the Taruna Adi Prima branch in Pati city fluctuated annually. Based on this background, the researcher was interested in determining the influence of price, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions. The number of respondents was 100 who had purchased Honda Beat motorcycles at the Taruna Adi Prima branch in Pati City, which became the sample for this quantitative study. Based on the research results, the price variable did not have an influence on purchasing decisions, but product quality had a positive and significant influence, and brand image also had a positive and significant influence with a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of Generation Z members of the Toba Batak ethnic group in Pegagan Julu VI Village, Sumbul District, Dairi Regency, regarding the symbolic meaning of the tradition of giving manuk naniatur (a traditional gift) and the shifting meaning or function of this tradition according to Generation Z. The method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the tradition of giving manuk naniatur is still routinely practiced and has become a local custom. Most Generation Z members value this tradition as an important part of their cultural identity and ancestral heritage, although not all understand its symbols deeply. This tradition is seen as an expression of love and gratitude to God, as well as a sign of blessing, hope, encouragement, and strength for children or families who have migrated. However, there has been a shift in meaning in Generation Z's perspective, from the tradition previously seen as a symbol of respect and spiritual bonding to now being seen more as a cultural identity and shared values that must be maintained. This study illustrates the dynamics of traditional cultural preservation and adaptation to the changing times among the younger generation of the Toba Batak ethnic group.

This study aims to interpret the budgeting process in the policy-making of Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) at PT Kaltim Industrial Estate (KIE). Using a qualitative-interpretive approach through a single instrumental case study, data were collected from interviews with key informants, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that TJSL budgeting at KIE is not merely a technical process but rather a complex arena of meaning negotiation. This process reflects the company’s efforts to respond to institutional pressures while simultaneously building social legitimacy. Five main themes were identified: (1) the interpretation of TJSL as a commitment to sustainability and Creating Shared Value (CSV); (2) the integration of TJSL into corporate strategy; (3) a bottom-up and participatory budgeting process; (4) priority setting influenced by institutional pressures and financial capacity; and (5) program evaluation involving external parties. The study concludes that the interpretation of TJSL has shifted from a symbolic obligation to a strategic investment, substantively integrated into corporate governance to ensure business sustainability.

This study was motivated by the need to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning so that it does not only focus on delivering material but also encourages students to actively build understanding through higher-order thinking processes. Traditional teacher-centered learning tends to limit students' analytical, evaluative, and creative abilities. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the use of Active Learning in IRE and its relationship with the development of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The method used was library research with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which involved identifying, selecting, and synthesizing various relevant literature from the last ten years. The results of the study showed that Active Learning was implemented through various strategies such as problem-based learning, project-based learning, think-pair-share, the use of digital technology, and collaborative discussions. These strategies shift the focus of learning from the teacher to the students so that they can construct knowledge through dialogue, reflection, and problem solving. The findings also show that this approach has a direct influence on the development of HOTS, especially the ability to analyze religious issues, evaluate arguments based on arguments, and create contextual solutions in learning situations. In addition to improving cognitive abilities, Active Learning has an impact on increasing learning motivation, courage to ask questions, active involvement, and the quality of students' social interactions. The implications of this study confirm that PAI learning needs to integrate Active Learning strategies.

This study explores the role of transformational leadership in driving digital innovation and management practices in SMP Negeri 4 Jombang, an Indonesian public junior high school navigating the shift toward digital-based education. The research was motivated by the challenges many schools face in adopting digital technologies, particularly in terms of limited resources, digital literacy, and leadership readiness. The objective of this study is to investigate how school leadership contributes to the successful implementation of digital transformation, focusing on collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation within school management. Using a qualitative approach, the study involved in-depth interviews and observations with the school principal and several teachers as key informants. Data were analyzed thematically to capture leadership strategies, teacher engagement, and institutional responses to technological change. The findings reveal three main insights. First, the principal’s transformational leadership acts as the primary catalyst for digital innovation, inspiring a shared vision, fostering trust, and encouraging a proactive culture among teachers. Second, the implementation of digital management is characterized by collaborative decision-making and teacher inclusivity, ensuring that policies and practices remain contextually relevant and broadly accepted. Third, significant barriers persist, particularly regarding insufficient technological infrastructure, inconsistent internet connectivity, and varying levels of digital literacy among staff, which often limit the pace and scale of digital adoption. These findings suggest that effective digital transformation in education requires not only strong visionary leadership but also collective engagement from teachers and systemic support from educational stakeholders. The study emphasizes the importance of aligning leadership practices with institutional readiness to create sustainable digital change. By offering a practical framework that highlights the interdependence of leadership vision, collaborative practices, and organizational capacity, this research contributes to the growing literature on educational leadership and digital innovation. Furthermore, it provides valuable implications for policymakers and practitioners seeking to strengthen school management practices in the era of digital transformation.

This study investigates the implementation of the discovery learning model to enhance the learning independence of Grade V students in the IPAS subject at MIS Nurul Yaqin. The problem arises from limited learning facilities, which reduce opportunities for activities that stimulate creativity, as well as students’ limited ability to recognize and describe shapes and colors in detail. This Classroom Action Research applied the Kemmis and McTaggart model with Grade V students as the research subjects. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively in both quantitative and qualitative forms. The results show that Discovery Learning effectively improved students’ independence in learning. Through its exploratory approach, students actively engaged in questioning, observing, experimenting, and drawing conclusions in meaningful activities. Improvements were noted in self-confidence, task discipline, initiative in managing learning, motivation to understand material, and responsibility for outcomes. Active participation at each stage—from problem formulation to reflection—enhanced mastery of the properties of light and their applications, while also fostering critical, creative, and responsible learning behavior. Furthermore, the study found that the implementation of Discovery Learning encouraged collaborative interaction among students, allowing them to share ideas, test hypotheses, and provide peer feedback. This created a more student-centered learning atmosphere, shifting the focus from teacher instruction to student exploration. Quantitative results showed that student independence increased significantly, with success rates rising from 47.80% in Cycle I, when learning was still teacher-centered, to 84.76% in Cycle II, as students became more actively engaged both physically and mentally. These findings highlight the importance of using student-centered approaches such as Discovery Learning to develop independence, critical thinking, and motivation. The model not only supported better academic outcomes but also prepared students with essential lifelong learning skills that can be applied across subjects and in real-life problem solving.

The digital media era is marked by a major shift in how information is accessed, produced, and disseminated. The internet and electronic devices such as smartphones enable anyone to become an information producer through social media, blogs, and other digital platforms. Media is no longer dominated by large institutions but also by ordinary individuals, creating a more democratic communication space. Digital communication enables the two-way exchange of messages in the form of text, images, audio, and video, accelerating the dissemination of information and strengthening collaboration across distances. However, challenges such as the spread of hoaxes and the ethical use of digital media still require attention. One form of active community participation is citizen journalism, where individuals cover and share local issues through digital media. This was evident in the OMK Week activities at Liwulagang Parish, which were documented by the OMK team through photos and videos. This documentation aims to preserve archives, serve as material for reflection, and expand publications to the congregation through social media, especially Facebook. The content shared emphasizes the spirituality, solidarity, and creativity of OMK, while also motivating the younger generation to become active in church life. To support citizens' ability to utilize digital media appropriately, journalism training was conducted to increase public understanding of the wise use of social media. The research methods used in this activity included data collection, outreach, and interviews, with results demonstrating the importance of open communication, feedback between presenters and participants, and active community participation.

Aceh’s economy has long been dominated by the oil and gas sector, particularly LNG Arun exports, which contributed more than 40% of regional GDP (GRDP) in the early observation period. However, declining production after 2014 drastically reduced its share to below 20%, and in recent years, to only around 10–12%. This study aims to analyze the contribution of oil and gas (migas) and non-oil and gas (nonmigas) exports to Aceh’s economy and to assess the potential of export diversification as a sustainable development strategy. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary time series data from 2007–2021 obtained from BPS, Bank Indonesia, and other official sources. Data were analyzed descriptively and through simple econometric models, including OLS regression and cointegration tests. The findings reveal that oil and gas exports are significant in the short term but have weakened in the long term. In contrast, non-oil and gas exports, although relatively small, exhibit stable growth and demonstrate a long-term relationship with GRDP. These results underscore the importance of diversifying exports towards nonmigas commodities, particularly coffee, cocoa, rubber, and fisheries. The practical implication is the urgent need for Aceh’s development strategy to shift from oil and gas dependence towards globally competitive nonmigas industrialization

The advancement of information technology has shifted marketing strategies from conventional to digital platforms, with TikTok emerging as a key driver of modern consumer behavior, including impulse buying. This phenomenon is evident in the local perfume industry, such as SAFF & Co, which has successfully captured a significant market share through strong content strategies. This study aims to analyze thej nfluence of Content Marketing, Price Discount, and Online Customer Review on Impulse Buying of SAFF & Co perfume via the TikTok application in Surabaya. A quantitative associative approach was employed, using an online questionnaire distributed to 100 TikTok users who have purchased the product. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Content Marketing and Price Discount have a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, while Online Customer Review does not show a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, all three variables positively and significantly influence Impulse Buying. These findings imply that businesses can stimulate consumer impulse purchases through effective content and discount strategies, while the role of customer reviews still requires optimization to strengthen their psychological impact on consumer purchasing decisions in social media environments.

The purpose of this study is to examine the structure of economic performance and identify superior clusters in districts/cities in order to develop a basis for formulating effective regional development strategies. The methodology used is quantitative with a descriptive approach that includes analysis of location quotient (LQ), shift share and class typology. Secondary data comes from official institutions such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results of the study indicate that Sidoarjo has an advantage in the manufacturing sector (LQ 1.85) and is included in the category of advanced and rapidly developing regions. Lamongan stands out in the agricultural and fisheries sectors with significant growth, although its contribution to GDP is low, it is classified as a rapidly developing region. Gresik has a large and solid commercial sector, but its growth is still lagging behind the national average. Pasuruan is included in the lagging category because its education services sector has not become the mainstay of the economy. The cluster approach has proven successful in identifying regional potential and formulating data-based development policies. Cross-sector collaboration and responsive and supportive government policies are key factors in developing superior clusters that can accelerate regional economic growth in an inclusive and sustainable manner.

This study aims to analyze and explore more deeply the concept of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) by examining the role of electronic service quality, with trust as an exogenous variable and electronic satisfaction as a mediating variable. The phenomenon of consumer behavior in the context of e-commerce continues to grow in line with the rapid increase in internet users. In Indonesia, internet users are projected to reach 72.8 million people, making the country the third-largest in internet penetration among ASEAN nations. This surge in internet usage has significantly influenced online shopping behavior, especially among digital-savvy consumers. However, this trend contrasts sharply with the declining performance of offline retail, as shopping centers are witnessing a drop in consumer visits. This decline is largely driven by three major factors: (1) shifting consumer preferences, (2) decreasing employment in physical retail sectors, and (3) a rapid rise in the number of online stores. The research utilizes primary data, collected from respondents who have made online purchases from two major marketplaces in Indonesia—Tokopedia and Lazada. The data were analyzed using the Smart PLS software to test the relationships between the variables. The results indicate that electronic service quality has a positive and significant effect on eWOM when mediated by trust. However, the direct effects of service quality and satisfaction on eWOM were found to be statistically insignificant. The findings suggest that building customer trust through enhanced service quality is a strategic priority for e-commerce platforms aiming to encourage consumers to share positive online recommendations.
