Nowadays, the utilization of a Web-based Hospital Management Information System has been implemented in Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital of Pulau Riau Province, which not only has an impact on patient services but can also have an impact on the effectiveness of employee work in serving patients in the hospital, in order of study aims to determine the effectiveness of work through Web-based HMIS (SIMRS) by determining the Quality of Information, Organizational Culture and Digital Competence. This study will conduct data analysis through SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) software, which the test conducted by the researcher uses path analysis to test the pattern of relationships that can reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect influences. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, the researcher found that there is a positive influence between Organizational Culture both on HMIS and on work effectiveness and organizational culture has a significant determination of work effectiveness through the utilization of Web-based HMIS. On the other hand, the quality of information and digital competence are not significant to Web-Based HMIS, although both are significant to work effectiveness. However, the determination of information quality and digital competence does not have an indirect relationship to work effectiveness through Web-based HMIS.

Population administration services in general have not been able to provide satisfaction to the community using population services, for various reasons that are not acceptable to the community, so a form of service that is easy and can be accessed by the community is needed without having to come to the population service center, therefore a comprehensive service is needed. online with the” Pak Kades Mantap” population service program, which is supported by employee competence so that people can get population documents easily and fast. The sample collection technique used is the incidental technique. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis. This type of research uses the explanatory type. One of the customers at BTPN Syariah Bank Jepon Branch Blora Regency reported his complaint to the Community Officer (CO) there is one officer who is less friendly serving customers, another officer the service is long so that customers have not been satisfied. This is complained by customers related to the quality of service and employee competence provided greatly affects customer satisfaction. In this descriptive qualitative research intends to explain this social phenomenon in detail. Researchers attempt to develop concepts while collecting facts in the field. Secondary Informants are BTPN Syariah customers and Key Informants are some employees and supervisors in BTPN Syariah Jepon Branch, Blora Regency. The 30 customers were obtained from questionnaires that were processed using cumulative score and percentage (%). Looking at Fornell's Theory and Kotler's Theory and some data analysis, it can be concluded that customer relationship management (CRP) on customer satisfaction at BTPN Syariah Bank Jepon Branch, Blora Regency can be said to be quite good. It is proven that customer satisfaction by calculating the cumulative score is calculated as 72%. In addition, most of the secondary informants, namely as much as 50%, said that Bank employees have done their job in accordance with existing SOPs, employees have good quality in serving, employees also have the ability to attract other customers, explanations from employees to customers are also easy to understand and understand, therefore customers believe in bank products. This shows that with the help of employees and existing customers, they can recommend potential new customers. Therefore, BTPN Syariah employees need to maintain better customer relationship management (CRM).

Passport services at the Class 1 Non TPI Immigration Office in Pemalang, Central Java are oriented towards public satisfaction by not abandoning the principles of excellent service, which include: simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, accuracy, security, responsibility, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, convenience access, discipline, politeness and friendliness, as well as comfort. As well as having standards, namely: legal basis, requirements, systems, mechanisms, procedures, settlement period, costs/tariffs, service products, facilities and infrastructure, implementing competence, internal supervision, complaint handling , suggestions, input, number of implementers, service guarantees that provide certainty of time, security and safety guarantees, as well as evaluation of implementer performance.The purpose of this research is to evaluate the level of service provided by the Class 1 Non TPI Immigration Office, Pemalang, Central Java in making passports. This research uses observation, documentation and interviews as data collection methods, with a qualitative descriptive approach.The results show that the Central Java Non-TPI Class 1 Immigration Office in Pemalang usually offers competent passport issuance services. This conclusion is based on an assessment of service quality elements such as dependability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and concrete evidence. However, the report also identified a number of challenges, such as staff shortages and a lack of facilities and equipment.The Class 1 Non TPI Immigration Office in Pemalang, Central Java must take a number of steps to improve the quality of its services. These include increasing the number of employees, training to improve human resource capabilities, improving and completing facilities and infrastructure, as well as increasing community collaboration and communication. The office's goal in implementing these changes is to provide services that are faster, easier, and more acceptable to the community.

This research aims to determine the quality of service for employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency and determine the competency of employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method. The number of informants was 12 people consisting of 6 sub-district officials and 6 community members. The results of the research show that the quality of service for employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency is satisfactory and to improve quality you must pay attention to factors inhibiting and supporting public services, paying attention to procedures for providing services to the community. The competency of Penajam District Employees, North Penajam Paser Regency is quite good and must continue to be improved.

Human resources are very valuable assets and are a major investment that can determine the progress of an organization. Human resources who have knowledge, skills and attitudes that are in accordance with the needs of the organization will encourage creativity and new innovations so that they become a source of unique competitive advantage that is difficult to imitate. Thus, human resources as an asset in an organization must be managed effectively so that they are useful and effective in realizing organizational goals. Employee performance can be used as a benchmark to assess the progress of an organization. Performance measures can be seen from the number and quality of certain aspects according to the standards set by the organization or company, the form can be tangible (the measuring instrument or standard can be determined) or intangible (the measuring instrument or standard cannot be determined), depending on the form and process of implementing the work. This study aims to determine the level of work competence and work motivation as an effort to improve the performance of employees of the Archives and Library Service of Banjar City. This study uses a descriptive survey method, namely research that seeks to collect data, critically analyze the data and conclude it based on facts during the research period. The population in this study were employees of the Archives and Library Service of Banjar City, both civil servants and non-civil servants. Data processing used SPSS version 20. The results of the study were obtained from the results of testing with multiple linear regression tests showing that competence had an effect of 48.3%, and work motivation had an effect of 44.5% on performance partially, overall both variables had an effect of 78.9% and the remaining 21.1% was influenced by other factors.

This This study evaluates the performance of the customer friend team at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Bogor City and analyzes the factors influencing their performance. The study adopts a qualitative field research method. Effective performance evaluation has been found to enhance employee competence and motivation, while ineffective evaluation can have negative repercussions such as employee complaints, decreased motivation, and turnover. Critical factors influencing the customer friend team's performance include inter-team coordination, customer engagement, and interpersonal communication skills. Training and skill fulfillment are also vital in improving employee performance. Effective performance evaluation aids RSUD Bogor City in enhancing employee competence, work motivation, and achieving organizational goals optimally. Factors such as fairness, transparency, and clear and constructive feedback are important considerations in performance evaluation. The study findings provide a better understanding of the factors influencing the customer friend team's performance and offer practical implications for RSUD Bogor City to enhance service quality and patient relations.
