Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economy but still face challenges in utilizing digital technology for marketing. Shofi Cookies, as the partner of this program, has been using TikTok and a website, yet their utilization remains suboptimal. This community service activity aimed to enhance the partner’s digital capacity through social media analysis, website audits, and digital branding training. The methods included evaluating the TikTok account, auditing the website’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and providing training on the use of WordPress Content Management System (CMS) along with branding strategies. The results showed that the TikTok account was still personal, limiting analytic data, while the website audit produced a C- SEO score with issues in mobile access speed. The training, attended by the owner and operator, received positive responses with high satisfaction, although participants’ understanding still needs improvement. The implication of this activity highlights the importance of follow-up actions such as switching to a TikTok business account, increasing content upload consistency, and optimizing website SEO. With these efforts, Shofi Cookies is expected to strengthen competitiveness, expand market reach, and increase sales in the digital era.

This research uses a qualitative method to explore the role of digital marketing skills in enhancing the competitiveness of Islamic banking institutions in the era of digital transformation. The rapid development of information technology requires financial institutions, including Islamic banks, to adapt to digital-based marketing strategies to remain competitive in the market. Digital marketing skills such as social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and digital data analysis have become essential in effectively reaching customers and building strong brand awareness. This study was conducted through in-depth interviews with Islamic banking practitioners and analysis of documentation related to digital marketing strategies. The findings reveal that mastering digital marketing skills significantly helps Islamic banking institutions expand their market reach, improve customer engagement, and strengthen their competitive position in the financial industry. Moreover, the proper implementation of digital marketing also enhances promotional cost efficiency and encourages product and service innovation based on customer needs. These findings serve as a vital reference in developing more relevant Islamic marketing strategies for the current era.

The increasing competition among higher education institutions necessitates effective marketing strategies to build brand awareness. Digital marketing has become a crucial tool in achieving this goal. This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing in enhancing brand awareness in higher education institutions. The research method employed is a literature review, gathering and analyzing various relevant sources, including scientific journals, books, and previous research reports. The results indicate that implementing digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), significantly contributes to the enhancement of brand awareness in higher education institutions. Moreover, active interaction and relevant content on digital platforms can increase audience engagement and loyalty. The implications of this study highlight the importance for higher education institutions to integrate digital marketing into their communication strategies to expand reach and strengthen brand image in the public eye.

In the era of globalization, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face increasingly complex challenges, especially in maintaining competitiveness in local and global markets. Digital marketing is one of the key strategies that can help MSMEs take advantage of technological developments to expand market reach, increase interaction with customers, and create a competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the importance of implementing digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in increasing their competitiveness. The method used involves literature studies and case studies on MSMEs that have successfully implemented digital marketing strategies. The results of the study show that digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and data-driven marketing, are able to increase brand visibility, operational efficiency, and customer loyalty. Thus, digital marketing is not only a promotional tool, but also as an innovative solution to support the growth of MSMEs in the digital era. The adoption of this strategy requires adequate knowledge, skills, and technological adaptation so that MSMEs can survive and thrive in the midst of global competition.

Digitization of cooperatives and the use of technology are strategic steps in increasing economic competitiveness in the Madura handwritten batik sector, especially in Central Pakandangan Village, Sumenep Regency. This program aims to empower handwritten batik artisans through technology integration and digital capacity building. Some of the main activities include Search Engine Optimization (SEO) training, digital financial management through Accountable Digital Financial Management, digital cash book preparation, as well as Social Media Officer training and social media management strategies. The participants were also trained to create creative content, carry out digital branding of batik through logo design and visual branding, as well as build digital partnerships and cooperation. In addition, technological innovations are introduced through the use of night blasting machines to support production efficiency. This approach is expected to be able to increase the visibility of Madura written batik products, expand the market, and strengthen the competitiveness of artisans in the digital era. With a combination of training and the application of technology, this program contributes to the transformation of the digital-based economy in the Madura batik sector.

This research aims to analyze effective digital marketing strategies in increasing sales of bag products on e-commerce platforms. In the digital era, the use of technology and online platforms is the main key for business actors to reach a wider range of consumers. This study identified various digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), marketing via social media, paid advertising (PPC), content marketing, as well as the use of influencer marketing. Additionally, data-driven personalization strategies and consumer behavior analysis are also discussed to improve customer experience and sales conversion. The combination of an attractive content strategy, use of data analytics technology, and consistent interaction with consumers can have a positive impact on sales of bag products on e-commerce platforms. These findings provide guidance for business actors in designing more effective and targeted digital campaigns. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with the research object being digital marketing strategies to increase bag sales in e-commerce. Data types are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data collected directly by researchers or data practitioners in the field. This research aims to identify and analyze digital marketing strategies that are effective in increasing product sales in the online market. The research methods used include actor surveys of local businesses, and data analysis from digital platforms. Research results show that the use of social media, search engine optimization and content marketing play an important role in expanding market reach and attracting potential customers. This final project is created to fulfill the graduation requirements for a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing at FEB UNPAD. This final project is designed to help Bakso Malang Jezzy increase its sales, which have declined over the past 3 years. The researcher hopes that this project can provide a reference for food and beverage business owners to improve conversion rates using digital marketing strategies. Bakso Malang Jezzy has 18 branches spread across Bekasi City and Bogor Regency. Bakso Malang Jezzy operates differently from other Bakso Malang vendors by using a buffet technique. Additionally, the production house for all Bakso Malang Jezzy branches is centralized at Jl. Payangan Mess. Al, Jatisari, Jatiasih, Bekasi, West Java, which serves as the meat processing and quality control center. The proposed digital marketing strategy includes the use of social media such as TikTok and Instagram, as well as search engine optimization and content marketing to increase visibility and customer engagement. With this strategy, Bakso Malang Jezzy is expected to increase sales conversions and strengthen its market position. The theoretical benefits of this project include contributions to the digital marketing literature, while the practical benefits include increased sales and brand positioning for Bakso Malang Jezzy.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economy but often face challenges in marketing their products, especially in the digital era. This study aims to design and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing training for MSME activists in Sangatta District, East Kalimantan. The research methodology uses a mixed-methods approach with 50 MSME actors as subjects. The training conducted includes the basics of digital marketing, the use of social media, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), and data analysis.The results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in digital marketing. Additionally, the training successfully increased sales and product visibility of MSMEs. Training participants began adopting digital marketing strategies and using data analytics for more effective decision-making. These positive impacts indicate that digital marketing training can be an effective solution to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of MSME businesses. This study recommends the implementation of advanced training and continuous support for MSME actors, as well as collaboration between the government, universities, and the private sector to provide necessary resources. Thus, MSMEs in other regions are expected to benefit from similar programs to face challenges in the digital era.

This research purpose to determine the influence of Search Engine Optimization, Online Advertising and Time Pressure on Purchase Intentiom at the Uniqlo Flash Sale. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 96 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the Smart-PLS Version 3.0 program. The results of this research show that there is an effect of Search Engine Optimization on Purchase Intention. Online Advertising also has an effect Purchase Intention. Meanwhile, Time Pressure has no effect on Purchase Intention.

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi yang pesat menyebabkan munculnya berbagai model digital marketing, yang diharapkan memiliki dampak signifikan bagi perkembangan sebuah usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati sejauh mana pengaruh penerapan model digital marketing terhadap perkembangan peningkatan sebuah usaha. Studi kasus dilakukan pada bisnis kuliner Nyamm Ayam di Salatiga, yaitu sebuah bisnis yang melayani penjualan masakan ayam dengan berbagai kreasi dan menu pilihan dengan cita rasa nusantara. Penerapan digital marketing dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari tahap penentuan tujuan dan target audiens, pemilihan saluran digital dan perencanaan konten untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, pengembangan web dan Search Engine Optimization, penggunaan media sosial serta analisis dan pengukuran kinerja. Dari studi kasus yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan digital marketing memiliki dampak yang positif bagi peningkatan usaha, khususnya pada bisnis kuliner Nyamm Ayam di Salatiga.

Tourism is now a sector that is experiencing rapid growth supported by developments in information and communication technology. One of the potential tourism destinations in Palembang is the "Punti Kayu" City Forest. However, marketing is still less than optimal. This research aims to explore the implementation of digital marketing in increasing tourist visits to the "Punti Kayu" City Forest. Through a qualitative approach, data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results show that digital marketing plays an important role in increasing the visibility of the "Punti Kayu" City Forest in the eyes of the public, especially the younger generation. Social media content strategies, promotion through influencers, and search engine optimization (SEO) are implemented to increase brand awareness and visits. Obstacles such as lack of resources and training become obstacles in its implementation. However, with cooperation between stakeholders and the use of appropriate technology, the potential of the "Punti Kayu" City Forest as a leading tourist destination in Palembang can be achieved. The implementation of digital marketing in tourism marketing for the "Punti Kayu" City Forest shows that technological adaptation in the tourism sector is a necessity in the current digital era.

In the current digital era, MSMEs business competition is getting tougher in getting customers through digital marketing platforms. The best strategies and solutions are needed by MSMEs to gain market share by optimizing several search engine techniques. Digital marketing in the form of websites that rank well on Google search pages will get more potential visitors. The website must be capable of being featured on Google pages. One way to optimize a website is by using search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to get a good ranking on search engine pages. SEO techniques are needed to increase brand awareness and generate potential traffic for a company's services or products. In this study, the authors apply SEO to MSMEs engaged in florist business. This research is an implementative research with SEO Web Design Methodology method, which emphasizes the delivery of information precisely and quickly. The result of implementing the system development method carried out on the digital marketing platform software from Funcraft Florist is that the Funcraft.epizy.com website can appear on the initial ranking of Google pages after applying SEO techniques according to keywords.

Pengabdian ini merupakan pengabdian lanjutan dari proses pengabdian sebelumnyam bahwa di Kelurahan Desa Gebang memiliki potensi untuk ditingkatkan UMKM makanan ringan.  Dengan adanya peningkatan UMKM di Kelurahan Gebang, akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di lingkungannya. Akan tetapi dalam pemasaran produk UMKM masyarakat di Kelurahan Gebang belum diimbangi dengan adanya pemanfaatan alat tekhnologi, sehingga proses pemasaran belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena rata-rata pelaku UMKM memiliki usia yang tidak muda lagi, sehingga perlu pendampingan yang lebih ekstra. Pada saat era milineal ini, semua disajikan secara praktis dan efisien yaitu dengan memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi. Seperti pemasaran melalui akun facebook, Instagram, website, twitter dan lain-lain. Hal ini bertujuan bahwa dengan menggunakan tekhnologi informasi, semua informasi produk dapat tersampaikan secara luas, baik tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Permasalahan yang utama ketika UMKM tidak memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi dengan baik adalah mereka hanya bisa menjual produknya secara lokal dan jenis-jenis produk yang dijual tidak tersampaikan secara luas. Dalam mensiatasi kompetensi bisnis di era digital diharapkan seluruh UMKM memahami dan menggunakan digital marketing dengan baik, agar mereka mampu bersaing dengan baik hingga mencapai keunggulan k;ompetitif lebih maksimal.
