This study analyzes how the translation techniques is applied in the bilingual textbook Science Biology for Junior High School.The study was conducted qualitatively. Data was collected by selecting complex sentences from chapter six and seven.Then,I analyzed and categorized the translation techniques used according to the classification of Molina and Albir. The data is then calculated to determine the main translation techniques.The findings indicated that in this textbook,there are many translation techniques that contained in a complex sentences. As a result of the study 40 complex sentences were found in the sixth and seventh chapter.This textbook has nine translation techniques there were: literal translation, borrowing, adaptation, reduction, particularization, amplification, generalization, transposition and description. From 40 complex sentences it can be concluded that there are 15 complex sentences of literal translation,4 complex sentences of borrowing,1 complex sentence of adaptation,2 complex sentences of reduction,3 complex sentences of particularization, 7 complex sentences of amplification,2 complex sentences of generalization,1 complex sentence of transposition,5 complex sentences of description. Literal translation is the most numerous technique in the text book. So , over all the concept of a sentence can be easily understood and the knowledge can be developed from daily experiences.

The independent curriculum is a restoration of the 2013 curriculum which was previously implemented in educational institutions in Indonesia. Currently, the restoration of the curriculum to an independent curriculum is due to the need for students to be able to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. With advances in technology, of course the role of an independent curriculum is also very important to collaborate in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to find out the role of technology as supporting the success of implementing an independent curriculum in schools, apart from that it also wants to see what are the obstacles to collaborative technological progress in the education system. This research that uses qualitative descriptive analysis produces detailed and clear analysis. In collecting data, researchers use library research by looking at various sources that are relevant to the research. The data analysis technique goes through several steps, namely data collection carried out by researchers by grouping data arranged in narrative form, then data reduction, namely collecting important data from the information found and in accordance with the problem topic, then presenting the data with narrative explanations that are strengthened from the study. literature, and finally draw conclusions.

This article aims to present an in-depth Systematic Literature Review related to several key aspects in the audit domain, including Audit Completion, Subsequent Event Review, Auditor's Report, Management Letter, and Fact Finding. By adopting a systematic approach, this research summarizes and analyzes related scientific literature to provide a comprehensive view of the latest developments in each of these aspects. The results of this literature review provide in-depth insight into strategies and methodologies in completing audits, evaluating the impact of subsequent events, the role and process of preparing auditor reports and management letters, as well as finding relevant facts in the audit process. This research not only provides an overview of current practices in the world of auditing, but also identifies knowledge gaps that may provide a basis for future research. By understanding in depth the key aspects of the auditing process, this article makes an important contribution to the development of audit science and facilitates a better understanding of future challenges and opportunities.  

The rapid development of science and technology has led to the emergence of various crimes that violate the law by utilizing technology, for example the Doni Salmanan binary option fraud case, which uses the quotex and flexing platforms on social media to influence the public so that they are interested in trading. This relates to forensic linguistics which analyzes the relationship between language and the field of law. This study aims to 1) understand the utterances used by Doni Salmanan to influence someone from a pragmatic perspective of speech acts, 2) understand the meaning of the language used by Doni Salmanan from a semantic perspective, 3) examine how the relationship between the language used by Doni Salmanan and violations in the world of law . The method used in this study is a qualitative method, data collection techniques in the form of documentary studies, and using a forensic linguistic approach from the pragmatic and semantic perspectives of speech acts. The results of this study concluded that Doni deliberately spread hoax news, flexing and charity with the aim of convincing and motivating members that his current wealth is the result of trading. From a pragmatic point of view, the speech delivered by Doni Salmanan contains illocutionary and perlocutionary meanings. Meanwhile, from a semantic point of view, it can be concluded that binary options trading does not have a definite profit and the teaching method may not be profitable because the activity is chancy. So that Doni violated Article 45A paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) RI Law number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE as amended and added to RI Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Then article Article 378 of the Criminal Code concerning Fraud and Article 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU)

Indonesia is entering a critical period for mental health. Research results from the The Indonesia National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (2022), around 15,5 million Indonesian teenagers experience mental health disorders. Students are part of late adolescence and are vulnerable to mental disorders. The binary logistic regression model is used to examine in more depth what variables have a significant effect. So, this research aims to predict mental health of students in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Pekalongan University. This type of research is observasional with a cross-sectinal design. Data were collected using the SRQ-20 via the Google Form platform using simple random sampling of 186 students. There were 130 students who indicated mental health disordes (69,9%). Simultaneously age, gender, major, semester level, mother’s educational level, father’s educational level, social support and dependence on using smartphone influence student’s mental health status (P Value<0,05). Even though only a few variables were partially significant, the precision percentage of the model that could be predicted correctly was 71,5%. The accuracy of the predicted model is quite good, namely student mental health status (y) = -3,720 + 2,403 (Major) – 1,980 (Mother’s Educational Level) + 1,444 (Father’s Educational Level) + 0,888 (Dependence on using Smartphone). Promotive and preventive interventions such as further screening and education to support student’s healthy mental health.  

Reading is one of the elements of language skills that are at the third level, after listening and speaking skills. Along with the times, the development of reading materials published so that people, especially students, have a varied and not monotonous reading reference. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with survey type. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires, observations and interviews. The data subjects in this study were Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) students. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah Science (FITK) UIN Jakarta. This study aims to reveal the phenomenon of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences (FITK) UIN Jakarta in their interest in reading popular scientific works. The results of this study indicate that factors such as atmosphere, time, and the presence of interesting readings affect students' reading interest, and further understanding of reading preferences and habits can provide additional insights regarding the influence of popular scientific reading skills on the reading interest of PBSI UIN Jakarta 3rd semester students.

This research aims to investigate the impact of students' knowledge levels in the Library and Information Science program on their talent management as future job seekers. In an increasingly information-driven era, students' knowledge and competencies play a pivotal role in preparing them for success in the job market. The research methodology employed is a case study involving students in the Library and Information Science program as the sample. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with students and faculty to understand how their knowledge influences the talent management process. Data analysis was conducted using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the study indicate that the knowledge acquired by students in the Library and Information Science program significantly influences their talent management process. Students with broader and deeper knowledge tend to be better prepared and more confident in managing their talents. Interviews also revealed the pivotal role of faculty in assisting students in developing their knowledge and talents.

With the various advantages that CodeIgniter has, there are still many who haven't used it because they don't know enough about the CodeIgniter framework. Just like at Muhammadiyah University of Jambi, students don't know about the CodeIgniter framework. Students' ignorance of the CodeIgniter framework is due to the lecturer's limitations in teaching, namely the lecturer's limited time to teach or limited time. So, lecturers at the Faculty of Science and Technology teach only material according to the established syllabus, they cannot teach material outside of that, such as: material about the CodeIgniter framework. Given this problem, the author intends to hold training for Muhammadiyah University Jambi students about web development and web creation with the CodeIgniter framework. With this training, students can learn about the history of the web, web development, the meaning of frameworks, the most important thing is that students can create their own web using the CodeIgniter framework.

This study aims to identify the influence of credibility dimensions (attractiveness, trustworthiness and expertise) of influencers on intention to buy on "Safi-Skincare" products. The type of data used is primary data, which refers to information obtained directly from research subjects through measurement tools or data collection methods. In this study, we obtained data by circulating questionnaires to 250 respondents aged 16 to 35 years, and then this data was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this research analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between the dimensions of credibility (attractiveness and expertise) of an influencer on purchase intention, except for the dimension of trust in influencer credibility. There is a positive and significant influence between the dimensions of credibility (attractiveness, trustworthiness and expertise) of an influencer on online customer engagement. There is a positive and significant influence between online customer engagement and purchase intention. This research has the potential to be expanded to present greater variation and increase the validity of existing theories. This can be achieved through the development of research objects, increasing the number of respondents, more in-depth research on various aspects of influencer credibility dimensions, as well as more detailed research on the influence of influencer credibility.

The development and progress of science, especially in the field of building materials technology, has encouraged the birth of new concepts, especially for construction made of concrete. One of these new concepts is by presenting innovations in the manufacture of lightweight concrete to reduce the excessive use of bricks / concrete blocks as non-structural building materials such as walls. One way to overcome this is to use lightweight concrete as a precast wall or as a brick. Its use can reduce the magnitude of the load acting on the building and is fast in installation. The purpose of this research on lightweight concrete with a mixture of bamboo shavings is to determine the properties of the stacking material, the relationship between mechanical properties at the age of 14 and 28 days of concrete with no soaking conditions, and the effect of the addition of bamboo shavings. The tests and examinations carried out were compressive strength, strain, and content weight of lightweight concrete. The results showed that lightweight concrete with the most ideal bamboo shavings mixture was 1 cement: 1-1.5 bamboo shavings: 2 sand (fas value: 0.8) has a compressive strength of 1.65 MPa and 1.63 Mpa, respectively, for a content weight of 753.01 kg/m3 and 609.66 kg/m3.

Now many companies have implemented technology-based digital systems to support their performance to be more productive and generate large profits as well as develop innovation and facilitate the company's progress to continue to be sustainable in the future. Technology is developing and advancing rapidly thanks to scientists and researchers who have contributed to it in terms of science and technology. With this, digital-based systems and digital-based physical facilities and infrastructure created to make things easier for people achieve various needs and desires according to their respective goals. This is certainly something that cannot be denied and avoided in the world community, not only in Indonesia. Therefore, this article will focus on discussing the readiness of companies in Indonesia to face the positive and negative challenges arising from changes in this progress Results of this study article conclude that although there are efforts being made to prepare companies in Indonesia to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0, further efforts are still needed to ensure equal readiness in various industrial sectors.

The spread of the Covid-19 virus and the emergence of various variants became a global pandemic in just a matter of minutes.  The Indonesian government swiftly implemented several policies to prevent the spread of the virus.  In the pandemic phase which requires social distancing for the community.  The government does not stop urging the public to always obey health regulations and protocols.  Moreover, the role of regional governments is very central in handling the Covid-19 pandemic, even though they limit direct contact with the community, thanks to advances in science and technology, central or regional leaders can use social media to convey texts or videos in the form of appeals to the public.  After passing through the pandemic phase, the time has come to rebuild and overcome various problems that have arisen due to the impact of the pandemic.  Conditions after the Covid-19 pandemic have become the focus of attention of regional governments, including Regional Heads in Central Java.  This research uses a qualitative research approach.  The aim of qualitative research consists of describing the research object, expressing the meaning behind the phenomenon, and explaining the phenomenon that occurs.  The method used is descriptive and content analysis.  Data is obtained critically through speech discourse contained in content on social media and produces inferences regarding the use of spoken language as a form of speech act.  The results of this research show that in the speech video of the Central Java Regional Head, Ganjar Pranowo, there is macro structure (thematic) analysis, superstructure (schematic) analysis and micro structure analysis.  Macro structure analyzes discourse that influences thoughts, actions and implied ideologies.  Superstructure analysis understands the way speech discourse is structured and the appearance of its interactions.  Meanwhile, microstructural analysis reveals that the language conveyed by Ganjar Pranowo aims to achieve certain communications.

Economic education is a branch of education that focuses on the study of the economy from its understanding to its influence on life. The economics education study program prepares students to become economics teachers in the future. Meanwhile, educational economics is a science that studies how humans and society choose to use money or not to utilize scarce productive resources to produce various types of training and development of knowledge, skills, thinking power, character and so on. Automatically, economic education influences every human behavior, including students' consumptive nature or desire to shop. Employee performance is the main key in a company. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including leadership style, teamwork, work discipline. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, teamwork, work discipline at PT Wana Citra Sentosa. This type of research is research using quantitative research methods. The population determined in this research is employees at PT Wana Citra Sentosa, totaling 54 people. In sampling, the technique used is the Probability Sampling technique using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method is the analysis method, namely the multiple linear regression method. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science ) version 25. The research results showed that the independent variables leadership style, teamwork, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable employee performance at PT Wana Citra Sentosa

Lack of understanding of basic social science concepts at secondary school level is a serious challenge in developing students' knowledge and skills in society, nation and state. The basic concepts of social science, which include aspects such as social processes, social interaction, and social contact, are an important foundation in Social Sciences (IPS) in schools. The interdisciplinary approach to social studies covers various points of study, such as basic concepts of sociology, history, geography, economics, anthropology and political science. However, along with the complexity of the material, there are factors that cause students' lack of understanding of basic social science concepts at the secondary school level. Causative factors include teaching methods that are less effective, such as using only discussion methods without adequate explanation of the material.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. Health is a state of health, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially, which enables everyone to live a productive life socially and economically. Public health is a condition that describes the level of health that occurs in society. Society is a group of individuals who live together, work together to obtain common interests and have an order of life, norms and customs that are adhered to in their environment. Public Health is a part of science that discusses and studies the prevention and treatment of disease in each individual. Physiotherapy as a health worker plays a very important role and must have the ability to maximize the potential for movement and function within the promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative scope. Therefore, it is proof that physiotherapy not only plays a curative and rehabilitative role but also plays a big preventive role. Nape pain or neck pain is generally not a serious condition that needs to be watched out for. This condition can heal in a few days or weeks without special treatment. However, neck pain can also occur due to certain diseases. Bending over, looking down for too long, often gritting your teeth, or reading in bed, using a cell phone for a long time can cause the neck muscles to become tense. Over time, this condition will cause Kornik's neck pain, which is a myofascial condition. Smartphones are a real manifestation of technological progress and are devices that work very complexly with access to the internet, social media and games. Excessive smartphone use can cause musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal disorders associated with smartphone use cause neck muscle fatigue caused by poor posture. Using smartphones for a long time can cause muscle tension. Apart from using smartphones, household activities can also cause neck pain such as ironing and washing. Providing exercise therapy in the form of Free Active Movement can reduce complaints of neck pain.

Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages gives broad authority to villages to regulate and manage the various needs and interests of the community. Village government officials are required to have the capacity to draft regulations in the village. However, the facts show that the capacity of the village government apparatus is still weak in forming regulations in the village, especially the preparation of evidence-based village regulations. This fact also occurred in Maros Regency, especially in Moncongloe District. This phenomenon underlies the importance of conducting training for village apparatus in drafting regulations in the village. This technical guidance was carried out for 8 hours in the Hall of the Moncongloe District Office and was attended by 30 people and facilitated by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Hasanuddin University. To find out the effectiveness of this training, a pre-test evaluation was carried out at the beginning and a post-test at the end of the training. The results of the evaluation showed that there was an effect of the training on the participants, namely increasing their knowledge of evidence-based technical regulations in villages.

According to the educational dictionary, methods mean ways and procedures for carrying out an activity to achieve goals effectively.  And research aims to reveal phenomena in the field or in society so that they are clearly known and can be used as a basis for developing all kinds of needs for human life. rstabel Spearman with α = 5% and n = 9, then rstabel = 0.683 and from rstabel and rstabel it can be seen that rstabel ˂ rstabel is 0.658˂ 0.683 so it can be known for certain that Hi is rejected and Ho is accepted. The regression coefficient is 0.482, meaning that each addition (because of the + sign) of one Counselor score will give an increase in score of 0.482. So, counselors can influence student learning achievement by 36.3%. The main foundation of the teachings disseminated to students by Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers is the Bible, which is contained in II Timothy 3:16, so that teaching in the form of theory and practice must not deviate from this path. As a Christian Religious Education teacher, you must maintain that your teaching comes from God. With the aim of spreading the truth of God's Word (Matthew 28:19-20).

Based on data from the West Sumatra energy and mineral resources service, it is stated that Limapuluh Kota Regency has the potential for rocks (andesite, granite, limestone, marble) and metallic minerals (gold and lead). This huge natural potential requires good management so that it can develop and requires potential human resources as well. This is the background for socializing opportunities and potential job opportunities in Limapuluh Kota Regency. The socialization explains what potential mining resources exist in Limapuluh Kota Regency along with the job opportunities that exist in managing these resources. The target of this socialization is to open the minds of high school students in terms of the natural potential that their region has and to open up the students' insight in choosing the science they will study in college, so that as sons/daughters of the region they can contribute to the management and development of their region.
