The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional social assistance program provided by the government to improve the quality of life of underprivileged families through support in the education, health, and social welfare sectors. In its implementation, the process of determining PKH candidate recipients at the West Sumba Regency Social Service often experiences obstacles, especially with regard to objectivity, accuracy of targets, and limitations in complex data management. Thus, a decision support system (SPK) is needed that can assist the agency in selecting prospective recipients more effectively, efficiently, and on target. This study proposes the application of the Naive Bayes method in the development of SPK to determine PKH recipients. The Naive Bayes method was chosen because of its ability to classify data based on probability, and it can handle large volumes of data with a good degree of accuracy. The criteria applied in the classification include the level of household income, the number of members covered, the state of residence, the education of children, and the health of family members. The research process includes needs analysis, system design, data collection, application of Naive Bayes algorithms, and system testing. The findings of the study show that SPK based on Naive Bayes can provide recommendations for PKH recipients with better accuracy compared to manual methods. In addition, the system is able to improve transparency, fairness, and speed in the recipient selection procedure. With this system, it is hoped that the distribution of PKH in West Sumba Regency can be more orderly, balanced, and on target in accordance with the goals of government programs.

Modern Islamic boarding schools not only focus on religious education, but are also required to improve the academic quality of students, including in mathematics subjects which are often challenging due to differences in students' learning styles, motivations, and abilities. This study aims to design and implement a Decision Support Sistem (DSS) based on the VIKOR method to analyze students' mathematical understanding and provide recommendations for more adaptive learning strategies. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data obtained through documentation of students' grades, as well as interviews with mathematics teachers. The VIKOR method is used to evaluate students' understanding based on five main criteria, namely exam scores, report card scores, attendance, attitudes and behavior, and skills, through a process of normalization, weighting, calculation of S, R, and Q scores, and ranking students. The results show that there are five students with the lowest level of mathematical understanding, namely A11, A4, A17, A1, and A12, who have the lowest VIKOR index scores. This low level of understanding is influenced by factors such as learning attitudes, attendance, report card scores, and skills, so they require further attention and guidance from teachers. The application of the VIKOR method in SPK has proven effective in optimizing the analysis of students' mathematics achievements and providing recommendations for more targeted personal learning strategies, thereby helping to improve the quality of education and maximize students' academic potential.

Tahapan seleksi anggota Panitia Pengawas Pemilu Kecamatan (Panwascam) memiliki peran penting dalam menjamin kualitas pengawasan pemilu di tingkat lokal. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk menyusun proses seleksi yang objektif dan bebas dari konflik kepentingan. AHP digunakan karena kemampuannya dalam merancang hierarki keputusan, menentukan bobot kriteria dan subkriteria, serta memastikan konsistensi hasil. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan Bawaslu Kabupaten Brebes yang mengidentifikasi lima kriteria utama: integritas, kompetensi, pengalaman, kesehatan, dan netralitas politik, masing-masing terdiri dari tiga subkriteria. Penilaian terhadap kandidat menghasilkan calon A1 sebagai pilihan utama dengan bobot 0,41, disusul A2 dan A3. Analisis konsistensi menunjukkan nilai CR < 0,1, yang menandakan hasilnya valid dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP dapat diandalkan dalam mendukung seleksi Panwascam secara transparan dan sistematis

Quality health services are an important factor in increasing patient trust in medical facilities and health workers. One of the crucial aspects is accuracy in providing drug recommendations that suit the patient's needs. Drug recommendations are influenced by various criteria, including effectiveness, safety, price, availability, and potential side effects. However, in practice, there is often a gap between the patient's expectations and the reality of the treatment received. This can affect patient satisfaction and perception of health services. To overcome these challenges, a Decision Support (SPK) is needed that is able to provide drug recommendations in a more objective, measurable, and structured manner. This study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method because of its advantages in processing various complex and diverse criteria. SAW works by giving weight to each attribute, normalizing the data, and then calculating the preference value to determine the best alternative from several available drug options. The results of the study show that the SAW method is able to produce more structured and consistent recommendations than manual determination. In this study, the drug with the highest preference value, which is 92.00, was recommended as the top choice. These findings confirm that SPK and SAW-based approaches can be an effective solution in supporting medical personnel, especially in the selection of external drugs. In addition to improving decision accuracy, this SPK also has the potential to be further developed, for example by integrating into an electronic medical record (EMR) or based on a mobile application, so that its use becomes more practical and accessible. Thus, the implementation of the SAW method in SPK not only provides benefits on the technical aspect, but also contributes to improving the quality of health services as a whole.

When making a decision to purchase a motorcycle, it is necessary to consider several criteria. These include price, environmental impact, fuel consumption, design and technology, performance and power, availability of spare parts, after-sales service, warranty on spare parts and distance to the nearest service centre. This research aims to help consumers make informed decisions when buying motorbikes by using the Multi-Objective Optimisation by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The MOORA method was selected because it can handle many criteria efficiently and simply, and produce very objective decisions. Nine criteria were used with four alternatives: motor A, motor B, motor C and motor D. The MOORA calculation results ranked motor C as the highest with a value of 1.90, motor B as the second highest with a value of 1.77, motor A as the third highest with a value of 1.25 and motor D as the fourth highest with a value of 1.20. This research proves that the MOORA method can effectively and accurately provide recommendations for making decisions about purchasing motorbikes with many criteria.

Determining the best hosting service provider is a very important first step in starting a digital business. Mistakes in choosing a hosting service will have fatal consequences for the continuity and smooth running of a digital business. This research aims to select the best hosting service in the form of a Decision Support System (SPK). Determining the best hosting service provider is very important because hosting is one aspect that determines the success of an e-business. This research uses the PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) method to determine the ranking of the best hosting service providers. The performance assessment of hosting service providers was carried out from January to April 2024. This research was carried out using data from 9 alternatives and 5 criteria which are crucial aspects in hosting services, namely, loading time, server uptime, number of downtimes, support and user friendliness. In this research, it was found that the hosting service provider Niagahoster was the first ranked alternative with a net flow value of 0.75.

Village development is an effort to improve the quality of life and life for the greatest welfare of village communities. As is the case with village development, Watu Wona Village is one with a majority of farmers, which is an example of a road access development plan that really needs assistance from the government in its construction to support the production and sale of agricultural products. Infrastructure is still lacking, damaged infrastructure roads make access to the village difficult. As a result, the flow of goods and services to villages to transport agricultural products is also lacking and hampered. This study uses a weighted summation approach of alternative rankings on all attributes, which is often known as the Simple Additive Weighting method. To determine which residents receive social assistance, the system can calculate the value of the multi-criterion preference index, preference value, outflow, inflow, and net flow for each alternative and sub-criterion.  

Education is an effective way to improve people's quality of life. The quality of education depends on the quality of the teachers who teach. Teachers have an important role in the growth and development of students at school. SDN Langenharjo 01 evaluates teacher performance in teaching students by selecting the best teachers as a form of appreciation for their performance and also as a form of teacher motivation to improve the quality of teaching students at school. The school still carries out manual calculation processes and does not yet use the system. The aim of this research is to develop a decision support system for determining the best teachers at SDN Langenharjo 01 using the web-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This research uses the Agile System Development method, starting with initial planning, then continuing with the analysis and design stages, and ending with implementation and testing. The SAW method calculation shows that Raharja S.Pd is the best teacher with a preference value of 0.9913. Testing of system functionality shows that all functions in this decision support system work as expected

Sentra Produksi IKM Garam Konsumsi di provinsi Jawa Tengah tersebar di beberapa kabupaten seperti Pati, Rembang, Brebes, Jepara dan Demak. Kabupaten Pati merupakan salah satu Kabupaten sentra produksi garam yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan garam di tingkat lokal maupun nasional. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (DISDAGPERIN) Kabupaten Pati menunjukan bahwa, banyaknya IKM yang perlu di data dan selama ini pemberian bantuan IKM kurang tepat sasaran dikarenakan Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati kesusahan mengelola data yang akurat tentang kondisi masing-masing IKM, maka diperlukan monitoring IKM untuk membantu Dinas dalam melakukan penilaian. Tujuan monitoring IKM membantu dalam pemberian bantuan supaya tepat sasaran, oleh karena itu penulis membutuhkan sistem dengan menerapkan SPK (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan) dalam melakukan perhitungan. Metode SPK yang diperlukan dalam penentuan pemberian bantuan IKM digunakan AHP dan SAW..

Untuk mengatasi kompleksitas tersebut, metode SAW digunakan untuk memberikan bobot atau nilai penting pada setiap kriteria dan membandingkan perguruan tinggi di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur untuk menemukan yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. SPK dirancang untuk membantu calon mahasiswa dalam memilih perguruan tinggi terbaik dengan cepat dan efektif, memberikan informasi yang akurat dan terpercaya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode SAW dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk masalah pengambilan keputusan dan SPK yang dikembangkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam memilih perguruan tinggi terbaik di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur

The method used in this study is the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, which is an SPK method used to select various objects that are used as the best alternative from the many existing alternatives, with the criteria used namely location, atmosphere, menu, price, service and cleanliness. With this decision-making system, it is hoped that it can help several parties, such as the tourism office and also the UMKM and industry cooperative services to become a source of reference if you want to develop SMEs and businesses in Seruyan District

The Semarang Police in the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Center) field has functions which include serving complaints from people affected by criminal acts, namely reports of fraud, robbery, embezzlement, theft, loss of valuables and so on. The high number of public complaints at this time so that people really need fast service in the SPKT section. SPKT is the spearhead of police services in providing services to the community to improve and facilitate services, an online complaint application is needed. This research is only used for reporting public complaints about traffic, crime and drugs that occur in Semarang district at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Semarang Police. The search method is only used to find the complaint number using the sequential search method. The results of the study show that the application of public complaints in the Semarang Police SPKT section makes it easier for the public to submit complaints to the Semarang Police regarding traffic, crime, drugs and searching for complaint numbers using the sequential search method

Laptops are very necessary for students in lectures. However, choosing a laptop for student needs is not easy. A way to help college students decide which laptop is right for their needs is to use a decision support system. The process used by DSS is the Analytical Hierarchy Process or AHP. shows that the Asus Vivobook Ultra 15 laptop is the first priority for students with a total score of 0.1243, the HP 250 G8 laptop is the second priority with a total score of 0.0951, and the Lenovo V14 G2 laptop is the last priority with a total score of 0.0823 for students. Based on the review and assessment of the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn:1. Making DSS for laptop selection can be pursued with an analytical Hiarakiya process that ensures the criteria and weights are calculated systematically. 2. The process of analytic hierarchy, which is a decision support procedure for solving various multi-criteria decision problems, can also be used to solve the laptop selection problem.

Program bantuan adalah salah satu jalan yang diberikan pemerintah untuk penanggulangan masalah kemerosotan ekonomi pada pedagang yang disebabkan karena virus covid-19 yang menjalar di Indonesia menyebabkan jarang ada pelanggan untuk membeli sesuatu bahan atau produk ke pasar, bermaksud agar bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pedagang  yang mempunyai ekonomi yang lemah dan meningkatkan kehidupan pedagang dengan menerima program bantuan. Proses untuk menentukan penerima program bantuan di pasar masih menggunakan cara yang masih manual dengan menulis formulir dalam wujud kertas yang sudah dibagikan, perhitungan matematis skor pun masih dilakukan secara manual dan dipindah ke format excel dari hasil seleksi yang sudah didata, hal ini hanya membuat lebih banyak peluang terjadinya error dan memperlambat performa para petugas pasar. Sering kali terjadi miskomunikasi penyaluran bantuan yang menjadi rumit, atau berkurangnya jumlah nominal, sehingga terjadi kesalah pahaman antar masyarakat. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan. Untuk penyelesaian masalah ini, penulis menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk mendapatkan penilaian kriteria majemuk dan lengkap. Kata Kunci: SPK, COVID 19, Bantuan, Metode SAW.

BLT merupakan program bantuan pemerintah dalam bentuk uang tunai kepada masyarakat miskin di desa yang dananya diambil dari dana desa atau disebut BLT-DD. Desa Sidaharja, Kecamatan Suradadi, Kabupaten Tegal memiliki jumlah penduduk ± 7.583 jiwa. Dari sekian banyak warga di desa tersebut, pemerintah desa melibatkan RT, desa setempat dalam mendaftarkan calon penerima BLT sesuai dengan kriteria dan mekanisme yang telah ditentukan agar bantuan yang disalurkan adil dan merata. Permasalahan dalam penyaluran BLT adalah masyarakat yang terdaftar sebagai calon penerima bantuan langsung tunai tidak memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan sehingga bantuan tidak disalurkan kepada masyarakat yang berhak menerimanya. Hasil rekomendasi pemilihan BLT di Desa Sidaharja adalah Budi Susilo karena memiliki nilai Qi tertinggi yaitu 0,475. Budi Susilo memiliki skor tertinggi karena memiliki kriteria pendapatan kepala rumah tangga yang memiliki persentase berat badan tertinggi. Kombinasi keunggulan pendapatan kepala rumah tangga dan keunggulan berat badan memberikan nilai tinggi bagi Budi Susilo.

Di kota Semarang terdapat beberapa perguruan tinggi jurusan komputer yang sangat kompetitif dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Dengan banyaknya universitas yang ada, sebagian besar lulusan SMA dan SMK harus pandai menentukan universitas yang baik untuk masa depan mereka. Kriteria penilaian meliputi akreditasi, jumlah mahasiswa, jumlah dosen, biaya kuliah, biaya SPI dan jumlah jurusan. Hasil rekomendasi pemilihan perguruan tinggi bidang komputer di kota Semarang didapatkan dari nilai yang paling tinggi. Dari seluruh Perguruan Tinggi bidang komputer yang ada di kota Semarang diatas, nilai Q_i tertinggi adalah UDINUS dengan nilai sebesar 0,955. 3. UDINUS memiliki nilai tertinggi karena memiliki akreditasi tertinggi dimana kriteria akreditasi memiliki bobot persentase tertinggi. Kombinasi keunggulan dalam akreditasi dan keunggulan dalam bobot memberikan UDINUS skor tinggi.
