Apart from the age factor, there are many things that influence the rate at which joint pain occurs due to the fact that many elderly people do not control their lifestyle such as regular exercise, diet and so on. Pain often occurs in the hands or fingers, knees, hips and spine. This disease generally develops gradually and gets worse over time, disrupting the sufferer's ability to do physical activity. Methods of exercise therapy for osteoarthritis are therapy in the form of active movement exercises and in the form of exercises using resistance/weights which aim to train the muscles so that the muscles become relaxed, preventing limitations. movement, maintain muscle elasticity and increase muscle strength. Exercise therapy will minimize injury by strengthening the muscles supporting the joints, restoring strength and range of motion so that activities can be carried out as before. Activities that are beneficial for health should meet the FITT criteria (frequency, intensity, time, type). Frequency is how often the activity is done, intensity is how hard the activity is done, usually divided into low, medium and high intensity. Time refers to the duration of the activity and the type of physical activity carried out. Community service activities are aimed at all elderly people in order to increase knowledge and alternatives about non-pharmacological therapies that are relatively safe from side effects.

This research discusses how to restore the coffee culture of ancient people and its relationship with modern cafes that exist today. In ancient times, people drank coffee by producing the ingredients themselves, from growing the coffee to the brewing process. However, as time progressed, instant coffee emerged which made people start consuming instant coffee because the manufacturing process was practical, the price was relatively cheap and the taste had many innovations. This research uses a systems theory perspective by Walter Buckley and is reinforced by Niklas Luhmann's General Systems Theory. According to him, this systems theory focuses on the relationship of various processes in a social system. The research method used is a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach. The research results show that many cafes that have been established today have brought back the coffee culture of ancient people. This can be proven by making coffee starting from the coffee beans to the blooming process or brewing the coffee using a coffee maker.

In Islam, the halalness of the food consumed is a very basic principle, therefore the state is obliged to provide protection and guarantees regarding the halalness of the products consumed and used by the community. The government seeks to stabilize and regulate the flow of products circulating in Indonesia so that Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee is established. Before PP 31 of 2019 was issued, the halal certification process was still carried out by MUI. However, after PP 31 of 2019 was issued, the authority to issue halal certification rests entirely with BPJPH as the leading Halal Product Assurance sector. The move has drawn a lot of criticism because BPJPH is considered to be still not ready to implement the program, as is the case with infrastructure and information systems. The transfer of authority should have been as mandated by the Law on Halal Product Guarantee, but until the time specified BPJPH is not yet fully ready to become a regulator of halal product assurance in Indonesia. The results of this study can be concluded that BPJPH is ready to be a pioneer in determining halal product guarantees which were previously the authority of MUI. Mandatory halal certification is categorized as maslahah because it relates to the basic needs of mankind in the world and the hereafter and does not contain any harm.
