The incidence of reproductive tract infections (RTI) in adolescents around the world ranks between 35% and 42%. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, as many as 5.2 million adolescents complain of itching in the genital region after menstruation, which is a result of poor personal hygiene during menstruation. This situation exists because the level of knowledge of adolescents is lacking, especially among those who have just experienced menstruation. Adolescents' lack of knowledge about personal hygiene is the leading cause of high cases of reproductive tract infections. This study aimed to determine the effect of educational videos about personal hygiene during menstruation on the level of knowledge in early adolescence. This type of research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental method and a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The population in this study were early adolescents in class VII at the Al Badriyyah Mranggen Islamic Boarding School who were already menstruating. The sampling technique used total sampling and obtained 47 female students. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out in terms of univariate and bivariate analysis (using the McNemar test with a p-value < 0.05). The results of this study showed that educational videos about personal hygiene during menstruation were affected by the level of knowledge in early adolescence, with a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05.

The sampling technique used was total sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire and analysis of the results of the chi-square statistical test concluded that p-value = 0.003 or <0.05, so a significant relationship was found between the level of knowledge. with the level of anxiety of teenagers in facing menarche in the work area of the Pumpkin Beach Community Health Center in 2023

Inadequate dietary fiber intake may present a risk of inhibiting the final catch-up process in young adolescents. Therefore, it is vital to find solutions to this issue, one of which is the creation of fiber-rich products. This study was conducted to determine the acceptability (color, scent, texture, and taste) of cookies with different levels of purple sweet potato substitution and the addition of chia seeds, as well as the fiber content of the best cookie formula. This quantitative research with pure experimental methods uses a research design in the form of a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of six different treatments, namely (80%, 15%); (80%, 10%); (75%, 15%); (75%, 10%); (70%, 15%); and (70%, 10%). A questionnaire will be used as the study tool, and 35 semi-trained panelists will complete it. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used as the statistical test in this study, and an extra test in the Mann-Whitney test was used if the p-value was less than 0.05. The results showed that the substitution of purple sweet potato and the addition of chia seeds had an effect on color and taste, so Ha was accepted for both characteristics. However, the substitution of purple sweet potato and the addition of chia seeds did not affect the scent and texture, so Ha was rejected for aroma and texture. The cookies with the best hedonic test results were F5 (70%; 15%) with a dietary fiber level of 6.61 g per 100 g of cookies.

Then, the calculated r-value was seen with the product moment table of r with N = 60 and a significant level of 5% and 1%, 0.254 and 0.330, respectively. It turned out that the results of the data analysis obtained a higher r number. table size r or 0.254<0.394>0.330. In this regard, the null hypothesis or (Ho) that "There is no relationship between the fear of missing out (FOMO) and offensive behavior among young teenagers in SMP Negeri 3 Tasikmadu Karanganyar 2023 / 2024" is rejected and not proven. and the working hypothesis (Ha) that “there is a correlation between the fear of missing out (FOMO) and demanding behavior in adolescent youth SMP Negeri 3 Tasikmadu Karanganyar. 2023/2024", was found to be true at the 1% or 5% level of significance.
