This research aims to find out and prove that innovation, creativity and business ethics are needed for business sustainability in the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach based on the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala. The results of this research are about the importance of innovation, creativity and business ethics in business sustainability as well as the importance of making business innovations that can keep up with current developments.

HIV stigma is negative attitudes and beliefs about HIV sufferers. One of the obstacles in controlling HIV/AIDS is stigma and discrimination against People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Stigma and discrimination are carried out by ordinary people, including students who do not have sufficient knowledge about HIV/AIDS. This research aims to determine the factors that influence stigmatizing attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among health students in Bogor. This research activity was carried out at the Prima Husada Bogor Midwifery Academy. The method used is quantitative analysis with a descriptive correlation research design with a cross sectional approach. Using an incidental sampling technique with an online questionnaire measuring tool consisting of 38 questions, there were 180 respondents from the total sampling results. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a confidence level of 95%. Results: Based on the research results, 60.6% of students have stigmatized attitudes, 82.2% of students have marital status of parents who live together, 53.9% of people have less knowledge about HIV/AIDS, 53.3% of people lack sources of information, 60 .6% have less trust, 48.3% of people have a negative attitude towards HIV/AIDS, and 72.8% live in rural areas. There is a strong correlation in the level of knowledge and stigma with p-value = 0.000. and p-value 0.003, and there is a significant correlation between attitudes and stigma, with p-value 0.037. The result is that stigmatization of attitudes among young women is influenced by factors of knowledge, belief and attitudes towards HIV/AIDS and PLWHA.

More Than That, The Meaning Of Fasting Is To Refrain From All Actions And Words That Are Forbidden. In This Sense, It Is Important For People When Fasting, Not Only To Be Able To Restrain Thirst And Hunger, But Also To Be Able To Restrain Their Mouth, Eyes, Ears, Hands And Other Parts Of The Body From Actions That Can Reduce Or Eliminate The Rewards Of Fasting.  رُبَّ صَائِمٍ حَظُّهُ مِنْ صِيَامِهِ الجُوْعُ وَالعَطَشُ "How Many People Fast But They Get Nothing From Their Fast Except Hunger And Thirst." The "Kolak Ayam" tradition in Gumeno Village is a typical cultural celebration carried out by the village community during the month of Ramadan. This tradition has historical origins close to the reign of King Sunan Dalem of the Giri Kedaton Kingdom and important events that occurred at that time. This tradition begins with the story of Sunan Dalem who fell seriously ill while building a mosque in his village. Through instructions in his dream, Sunan Dalem and the village community created a special food called "Kolak Ayam". Sunan Dalem recovered from his illness after eating this dish, and the tradition became a symbol of healing and celebration for the Gumeno people. This research aims to find out how people believe "Kolak Ayam" can cure diseases. This data collection technique uses interview techniques, observation and literature study. The results of research show that until now "Kolak Ayam" (Sanggring) is believed to be able to cure diseases. People believe that "Kolak Ayam" can cure diseases, this is caused by two things, the first is from the ingredients used to make "Kolak Ayam" which has many benefits, the second comes from Sunan Dalem's blessing and this belief is because in the past Sunan Dalem was cured by eating "Kolak Ayam ", people believed that "chicken compote" could cure the disease.    

Community Service is one of the implementations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, aiming to apply students’ academic knowledge directly within society. This activity was carried out by fifth-semester students of the Islamic Banking Study Program through the organization of the Festival Ramadhan Ceria at SDN 1505 Pasir Julu. The program aimed to instill Islamic values, enhance basic understanding of Islamic finance, and foster religious and social character among elementary school students during the month of Ramadan. The implementation method employed an educational and participatory approach through various activities, including Islamic competitions, educational games, simple counseling on saving based on Islamic principles, and socio-religious activities. The results of the program indicated increased enthusiasm and active participation among students, improved understanding of Ramadan values, and early awareness of Islamic financial concepts. In addition to benefiting the students, this community service activity also served as a practical learning experience for university students in developing soft skills, leadership, teamwork, and social awareness. Therefore, the Festival Ramadhan Ceria proved to be an effective medium for strengthening the relationship between higher education institutions and the community, while also contributing positively to the character development of elementary school students.

This study aims to develop an Android-based educational game that focuses on learning about fasting. This game is designed to provide a fun, exciting and educational interactive experience for users, especially children aged 6-12 years who want to learn about fasting in the month of Ramadan. The method used in developing this game is the Design Thinking method, which involves five stages of the process, namely (emphasize) understanding, (define) definition, (ideate) idea, (prototype) prototype and, (test) testing. In research and data collection, the authors used questionnaires, and observations as primary data, and secondary data including literature and internet reviews. Making educational games is developed using the game engine Construct 2. The games developed are only limited to prototypes so that more implementation and application is needed, therefore further research is still needed to perfect this Ramadan Adventure game. The results of this study are expected to make a positive contribution in the development of educational games that are useful for learning about fasting. This game can be used as an interesting and interactive educational tool to help users better understand and practice fasting. In addition, this research also has the potential to become a foundation for the development of other Android-based educational games that focus on religious and cultural learning.

The process of recording cash receipts and disbursements is an important part of financial management of an entity, be it a business, organization or individual. This process helps ensure that money received and disbursed is recorded correctly, so that it can be used to control finances, prepare financial reports, and fulfill tax obligations. The aim of this research is to create an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at UD. Berkat Berkawan by creating a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application program. This research method uses a study method with an approach used to understand and analyze how an accounting information system operates in a business or organizational context. The results of this research can be used to facilitate UD. This research focuses on analyzing the impact of strict parents in the short story "Gadis" by Hening Apriliananda Wikuruni using a mimetic approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The resource used is the short story "Gadis" by Hening Apriliananda Wikuruni. The data collection technique used was to read critically and carefully the entire story content of the short story. The analysis technique is to examine the impact of the strict parents in the short story, then compare it with real life reality. The results of this research are that the short story describes an authoritarian parenting pattern, then this parenting pattern creates violence in the family which results in the girl (the main character of the short story) experiencing mental disorders. The girl tried to commit suicide twice but ultimately failed. In real life, we encounter this a lot and it is not something new. The impact that often occurs in real life is that children have difficulty making decisions, there is tension between parents and children, and the child has the potential to commit criminal acts.    

This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital turnover (WCT) and liquidity (CR) on profitability (ROA) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 – 2022. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique for 31 food and beverage companies. Data is processed using secondary data, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests and hyphotesis test,  The results of the study partially show that working capital turnover (WCT) has a positive but not significant effect on profitability (ROA), while liquidity (CR) has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA). Simultaneously, both working capital turnover (WCT) and liquidity (CR) have a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA).

The technology-based rapid changes that are often referred to as the Industrial Revolution 4.0 have had a major impact on various aspects of people's lives both from Indonesia and the international scene, one of which is the lifestyle of people's consumption. The ease of access to information and the increasing popularity of e-commerce make it easy for people to be tempted to buy things they don't really need. Moreover, it is marked by the presence of social media and digital advertising which reinforces people's lifestyles to become increasingly consumptive with the desired standard of living and forces consumers to buy products that meet these standards. Therefore, it is important for people to understand and be aware of managing their needs within financial limits and use technology wisely to improve their quality of life, thereby avoiding or minimizing a consumptive lifestyle. Researchers will explore this major phenomenon using a descriptive-based qualitative approach. In addition, it is concerned with the theory of Herbert Mead, namely Symbolic Interactionism as a reference for the impact and characteristics that have arisen as a result of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

The Mediterranean region, in particular Algeria, is experiencing serious challenges due to the increased opportunities for forest fires. Since the mid-1970s, there has been a 50% reduction in rainfall over northwestern Algeria, making northern Algeria particularly vulnerable to the problem for many years. More than 37,000 hectares of sensitive forest are lost every year due to this extreme drought. The findings of this study, which assessed the hazard of forest fires from 2006 to 2019, agree with those of Bentchakal,Chibane (2022), who examined the problems caused by forest fires in the region. The aim of this investigation is to gain a better understanding of the problems caused by local forest fires and to use that expertise to provide insight for the authors and readers of this report. The report was written by presenting the findings of observations made using the Rapid Miner classification approach, which includes the categorization of areas affected by forest fires. Data is collected using a variety of algorithmic techniques, including Naive Bayes, KNN, and decision trees, which are used as tests of data to identify the most accurate results. The findings show that the Decision Tree technique has the best accuracy of 86.49% and provides a thorough explanation of the data.

This journal article was created to discuss SWOT analysis in an effort to develop a culinary business in the Ramadan market. This study aims to identify internal and external factors that influence culinary business development in the Ramadan market and provide recommendations for appropriate business development strategies. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting data through interviews with traders and visitors to the Ramadan market as well as through literature study. The results of the study show that internal factors such as product quality, price and promotion influence the culinary business development in the Ramadan market, while external factors such as market conditions, competition and regulations also play an important role in the culinary business development in the Ramadan market. Recommendations for the right business development strategy include improving product quality, price adjustments, and increasing promotions to increase the attractiveness of the culinary business in the Ramadan market. In addition, traders are also advised to pay attention to market conditions and existing competition and comply with applicable regulations to optimize culinary business development in the Ramadan market.

The art of Reog Ponorogo is one that has quite long values and history in the process of Islamization of the people of the land of Java, particularly in East Java. This is particularly true for East Java. In Islamizing people in East Java, the values contained in Reog Ponorogo include traditional, religious, cultural, social, political, and historical values. These values are all interrelated in some way. Since Islam was introduced to Java, the traditional art of Reog has been transformed into a form of propaganda that is utilized to disseminate Islamic principles. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the ways in which Reog is utilized as a tool for Islamization in Java. There are a number of symbols connected to the religion of Islam that can be found in Reog. One example of this is the depiction of a horse, which represents the Mi'raj Isra journey that the Prophet Muhammad undertook. Ulrich Beck's theory of the risk society faces is utilized in the method of analysis. Ulrich Beck investigates the ways in which contemporary dangers mold and transform society, as well as the difficulties inherent in mitigating these dangers in a way that is both equitable and environmentally responsible. In the context of the Islamization of Reog culture, through the lens of Ulrich Beck's point of view, it is possible to interpret that the culture of Reog Ponorogo is the result of a modernization process and also a response to increasingly complex changes in both the global and local contexts.

The Region V Airport Authority Office as UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) within the Ministry of Transportation is under the auspices and is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Director of Air Transportation. The function of the Region V Airport Authority is to supervise, control, and regulate aviation activities. This research aims to find out (1) How is the quality of the Inspector's supervision of flight security in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) The obstacles faced by aviation inspectors in the avsec field and the efforts made by inspectors in conducting surveillance in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, in February - March 2023, this research uses descriptive research with qualitative analysis. The data in this study used primary and secondary data, data collection in this study was by interview, observation and documentation. And the tringulation technique to test the reliability of the data. The results of the discussion in this study are (1) the quality supervision of inspectors on aviation security in the terminal area is good as evidenced by training, field practice and has followed applicable regulations such as PM 41 of 2011 which contains airport authority inspectors only as regulators who carry out supervision of activities in the field. (2) and the obstacles faced by inspectors in the terminal area, namely limited security area cooking permits for this obstacle, the inspectors have carried out surveillance of the avsec and if the inspectors find that the person is categorized as endangering flight activities, the inspectors take action against the person without having to contact the avsec on duty in the terminal area, office busy hours for the office busy hours themselves, the inspectors use breaks or office hours to keep monitoring in the terminal area, and finally the culture as the inspectors themselves are firm and give an appeal that the actions they take are wrong.

This article attempts to reveal the essence of social piety in the halalbihalal tradition in Indonesia, by focusing on tracing what is done in that tradition so that it can be mapped where the form of social piety is. The article is a finding from qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The results of the study show: that the halalbihalal tradition is an implementation of social piety, which functions as a complement to individual piety that has been forged before for one full month in the month of Ramadan. This refers to the hadith of the Prophet that sins against Allah can be forgiven directly by him, but sins related to other people must be lived by establishing direct communication with those concerned. Social piety in halal bihalal manifests in the act of apologizing, asking for halal, praying, and giving alms. The research implication, narrative understanding brings a bond of individual piety, and social piety is synergized in the personality of a Muslim so that he becomes a kaaffah Muslim. This research is expected to contribute to the conceptual of Islamic education.  

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the global economy, including Indonesia, Banten Province being one of the areas affected, with an increase in the unemployment rate as one indicator. The purpose of this study was to analyze the unemployment rate in the Banten area due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative approach or secondary data method from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and analyzed using linear regression. The results of the study show that the unemployment rate in Banten has increased significantly since the Covid-19 Pandemic began. This is due to the reduced number of jobs and a decrease in economic activity in the area. This research is expected to contribute to the development of government policies in overcoming the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the unemployment rate in Banten Province.

The issue of poor scientific learning results, particularly for the water cycle curriculum, is the main emphasis of this study's class V pupils at SDN 5 No. 050728 Tanjung Pura. By employing DoSiAr media, this project seeks to enhance students' learning outcomes in scientific classes concerning the water cycle. Using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) technique, which comprises of two cycles, the research was carried out in class V at SDN 5 No. 050728 Tanjung Pura.
