Coloring materials for fabric painting can be produced from natural dyes and synthetic dyes. Natural and synthetic dyes have their respective advantages and disadvantages. The combination of the two colors will give the impression of a brighter color, and slightly reduce environmental pollution. The objectives of this research are: 1) Knowing the processing of synthetic and natural dyes for fabric painting; 2) Knowing the results of applying synthetic and natural dyes to fabric painting. The method used in this research is the research and development approach model Research and Development (R&D) and data analysis. Trials in this study were carried out with dye using 4 types of cloth with the help of a validator as an assessor of the coloring results. The results of this study indicate that synthetic dyes are lighter than natural dyes. Meanwhile, the colors produced from natural dyes tend to be darker. In painting this cloth, the writer needs a combination of dark and light colors. Therefore, the use of synthetic and natural dyes requires mixing of colors. The fading test conducted by the author for the color absorption of diamond crape on the fabric is very good. Thus it can be concluded that the use of natural and synthetic dyes can be applied to fabric painting by conducting trials first to get the right color.

The determination of cost of goods sold aims to determine the price of product sales by a company. Calculation of basic price in a company to reduce the number of losses in the company. Because often the company suffered losses due to the large cost of production does not match the product selling price. The background of this study is how the calculation of cost of goods sold on manufacturing companies and how to determine the method of selling prices of products in manufacturing companies. In collecting this research data using descriptive research with quantitative qualitative data analysis techniques. Data collection method used is method of documentation and interview method. The data collected in the form of production data, sales, raw materials and others. The method used in determining cost of goods sold is using the approach of calculation method of full costing and method of variable costing.The calculation of cost of goods sold is a method of determining the price of products that charge elements of different production costs between the method of full costing with variable costing. In 2013 - 2015 UD. Eternal Blessing using Full Costing method in getting the results of 2013 amounted to Rp. 280.573.00. Year 2014 of Rp. 236.789.00. Year 2015 of Rp. 350.931,00. Meanwhile, when using Variable Costing method in getting the results in 2013 of Rp. 233701.00. Year 2014 of Rp. 209.398.00. Year 2015 of Rp. 323.299,00. Thus in knowing that between using method of full costing with variable costing happened difference. This difference is because the full costing method imposes all production costs, whereas the variable costing method does not impose fixed overhead costs. Fixed overhead costs exclude production costs. From this research it can be concluded that UD. Kedungpring Lamongan Eternal Blessings experience ups and downs of total profits per year and this study proves that cost of goods sold should pay attention to cost issues affecting the sale price.

The inventory system is one of the most important managerial functions, because the majority of companies involve large investments in this aspect, as well as for PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia which uses a lot of inventory in the field of planning and controlling its inventory costs. PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia is a company engaged in the ceramic industry. Problems that often occur so far include the company not determining the frequency of ordering raw materials and storing raw materials, as a result the costs incurred by the company for ordering raw materials are quite high, and the absence of a safety stock to anticipate uncertain inventory needs. The Periodic Review method is a method that can help the process of controlling raw material inventory costs. This method uses an approach to the concept of the number of orders economically used in each period which is a diverse demand. The application of the Periodic Review Method (R, s, s) policy on the inventory system is able to produce a lower total inventory cost, order volume and inventory levels in a balanced manner. . Judging from these problems, the authors need to redesign the stock information system using a computer-based system, namely Microsoft Visual Basic. System design using Qlient Server which consists of input design, system design and procedure, output design fiber. This new system is expected to be able to overcome the weaknesses of the previously used information system.

Fixed assets are one of the elements in the financial statements, the value of fixed assets in companies tends to be in large amounts. Investments in fixed assets by the company are intended to support the company's business activities. Every transaction that affects changes in fixed assets must be managed in order to produce information in the form of financial statements. Improper handling of fixed assets will have an impact on finances and improper handling of fixed assets because they still practice a manual system that allows for various problems in financial reporting. The research objective is to build an accounting information system for depreciation of the company's fixed assets which produces output in the form of fixed asset information that can facilitate management in making business decisions. The research method uses research and development methods, using six steps from ten steps of the R&D model. The system development model uses the Prototype model approach to produce products according to user needs. This research produces a fixed asset management information system product that is able to assist in handling fixed asset management transactions and the information system is capable of producing fixed asset accounting information quickly. Main Objective: The objective of this research is to complete the exciting and fictive effects of each color and lighting type when practiced in 3D animation setting. In addition, this research also proposes several lighting design recommendations in 3D animation. Background problem: The main sense for the advance of animated films is cinematic lighting effects. Various techniques and approaches have been planned to create lighting effects, but how these effects affect the viewer’s sentimental sense and especially the storytelling practice is not understood. Novelty: The results of the emotional effects of lighting styles show that these effects are not shown in an imposing aspect, which means, not all lighting style affects the feelings on each scale. In this study, several differences were found in several color scales with different cinematic meanings. Research Method: The research method used is quantitative and subjective data analysis adopting a qualitative grounded theory coding with several animated video scenes developed with various colors and low and high-key statistical lighting designs to analyze and measure the effects of different lighting designs. Finding/Result: The finding of this study indicate that cinematic lighting influences the emotional impact of scenes and stories in plan. Conclusion: This study also confirms the current lighting approach, according to the result of this study, it brings guidance on how certain lighting and color techniques can be adopted to influence the audience in 3D animation about feelings and story perception Keywords: Cinematic Lighting, 3D animation, Emotional Storytelling

In our daily needs as a human being cannot be separated from the natural resource that is bestowed by God Almighty, especially water. People choose to consume drinking water produced by the Drinking Water Depot (AMD) business because of the need for clean and healthy water for consumption. But it turns out that health is not always guaranteed because the drinking water produced by the drinking water depot (AMD) refills is still found many germs that cause disease (pathogens) and is not safe for consumption because it does not meet the standard of eligibility. Issues to be discussed are the legal protection of consumers for their rights being violated by business actors in refill drinking water depots in Semarang City, and the settlement mechanisms that can be taken to resolve various violations of refilled drinking water depots that do not have a business license in Semarang City. The approach method used in this research is a normative juridical approach using secondary data in the form of library materials, documents, and other laws and regulations related to the research that will be discussed. And the analysis technique used is descriptive analytical. Legal Protection for Water Depot Consumers whose Rights are Violated by Business Actors of Refill Drinking Water Depot in Semarang City, are regulated in Article 60 and Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Law as well as in Article 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 736 / Menkes / Per / IV / 2010 concerning Procedures for Supervision of Drinking Water Quality, while the Settlement Mechanism that Can Be Taken to Resolve Various Violations of Refill Drinking Water Depots that Do not Have Business Permits in Semarang City are regulated in Article 47 and Article 48 of the Consumer Protection Law.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Drinking Water Depot (AMD), Business License

Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Pembelajaran Scientific Approach  Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar PPKn Materi Nilai Pancasila Dalam Praktik Penyelenggaraan Kekuasaan Negara Pada Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri Colomadu Tahun Pelajaran  2019/2020. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MIPA2. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu paired sample t-test. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung sebesar 12,412. d.b = (N-1) sehingga (36-1) = 35 dalam taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,030. Jadi thitung lebih besar dari ttabel atau 12,412 > 2,030, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi hipotesis“Ada Pengaruh Pembelajaran Scientific Approach  Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar PPKn Materi Nilai Pancasila Dalam Praktik Penyelenggaraan Kekuasaan Negara Pada Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri Colomadu Tahun Pelajaran  2019/2020” dengan taraf signifikansi yang sebesar 5%, bisa dibuktikan kebenarannya.

Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

In their life, the people of Siwal Village cannot be separated from the use of oil. Moreover, the majority of Siwal Village residents work as food or fried food sellers on the roadside. Repeated use of cooking oil can have harmful effects on health. In addition, used cooking oil that can no longer be used is usually dumped in careless places and causes environmental pollution. Another problem in Siwal Village is the lack of skills of children due to the influence of gadgets. With these things in mind, training on how to process used cooking oil into an alternative material for making used used wax is one of the right solutions. Activities consist of a location survey, implementation, results and discussion. Implementation includes; 1) preparation 2) counseling 3) training 4) mentoring 5) evaluation 6) advanced stage training. The application of technology in public services has become an indispensable obligation, even for the Village Government of Tidu in Pohjentrek Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. Manual approaches in public services are vulnerable to serious problems, such as the risk of losing important documents and the lack of structured recording of documents issued by the Village Government of Tidu. In response to this challenge, a community service effort was undertaken to support the Government and the community of Tidu Village in utilizing the Tidu Village Information Website. The mentoring and training sessions conducted successfully demonstrated that the implementation of the service system by the Village Government of Tidu is much more productive, with time savings and a transition from manual data management to digital format through the village information system.

Additional criminal threats added on top of the main criminal sanctions aim to prevent military members from committing violations. The aim of this research shows that to maintain discipline, the application of additional punishment must remain based on the principles of law and justice. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that this additional penalty is expected to provide a stronger incentive for military members to comply with established ethics and regulations, maintain military integrity and efficiency, and improve the public's image and trust in military institutions.

The purpose of the research was to find out the level of the students' problem solving skills on environmental material at X class of MAN Bintan. The researcher applied descriptive quantitative approach as method for analyzing the data. Sampling in this study using Total Sampling technique with the sampel consisted of 59 students. This instrument is used to collect students' problem solving skills through six aspects to Chang & Kelly with 6 items essay and feature interviews. The data were analyzed with statistical rule in percentage. Based on the results of data analyze shows that a 77% rate highly classified. The researcher concluded that student at X class MAN Bintan has good problem solving skills. However, it still needs training and guidance to develop problem solving skills.

Kopi merupakan salah satu jenis tanamannperkebunan yang sudah lama dibudidayakan dannmemiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Biji kopi umumnya diolah menjadi kopi bubuk. Produk kopi ini ditambahhdengan rempah-rempah yaitu kapulaga dan kayu manis sehinggaaakan menghasilkan produk kopi yang kaya akan antioksidan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukannpengaruh penambahan kapulaga dan kayu manis dalam kopi serta menentukan pengaruh variasi komposisi rempah terhadappkopi dan aktivitasSantioksidan kopi rempah. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor pertama perbandinganSkopi dan rempah (100:0, 99:1, dan 98:2) dengan perbandinganSkapulaga dan kayuumanis 1:3. Faktor kedua yaitu perbedaan suhu roasting kopi (205oC, 220oC, 235oC). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa formulasi kopi dengannpenambahan rempah (kapulaga dan kayu manis) terbaik berdasarkan nilai kimia dan organoleptikSadalahhkopi 100 gram rempah 0 gram dengan suhu 220oC dengan kadar air sebesar 5,536%, kadar abu sebesar 4,705%, aktivitas antioksidan DPPH sebesar 67,886%, aktivitas antioksidan FRAP sebesar 11,396%, total fenol sebesar 2,851 mg GAE/g serta kadar kafein sebesar 18,290 mg/g.

Hypertension is situation where blood pressure exceeding the limit of normal with blood pressure 140/90 mmHg and which includes non contagious disease. Complementary therapy can reduce the risk of hypertension complications. SEFT therapy one of a complementary therapy that can be used to overcome the problem of increasing blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to carried out SEFT therapy towards decreasing blood pressure in hypertension patients in the built area of Puskesmas Rowosari Semarang. This type of researAch is descriptive using the case study approach method. The criteria used in the case study: primary hypertension patients, hypertension sufferers were able to communicate well, hypertension patients who did not take anti-hypertension drugs. Case study analysis was carried out by processing data through observation of blood pressure before and after SEFT therapy. The results of the case study showed that there was a decrease of blood pressure. Before therapy the blood pressure of  the subject I was 170/110 mmHg decreased to 120/80 mmHg and in subject II before therapy, blood pressure 160/100 decreased to 140/80 mmHg. The recommendation is with control of blood pressure by using SEFT therapy, the society can apply this therapy.

Old age is a final stage in the span of human life. Health problems that are often found in the elderly, one of which is psychological disorders, namely anxiety, depression, readiness. These psychological disorders usually cause the emergence of sleep disorders, namely insomnia. Insomnia has an impact on physical effects, namely fatigue and muscle pain. The combination of progressive relaxation techniques and keroncong music is a non-pharmacological therapy given to clients by tensing certain muscles and then relaxing chili sauce accompanied by keroncong music. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of progressive relaxation therapy and keroncong music on insomnia in the elderly at the Setya Manunggal III Posyandu, Semarang Regency. This type of research is a quasi-experimental approach with a one group pre-post-test design without control approach. The population of the study was the active elderly who were registered at the Setya Manunggal III Posyandu Lansia as many as 33 elderly. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling by taking into account certain criteria, namely: 1) the elderly who were registered at the Setyamanunggal III Posyandu, 2) aged 60-74 years. 3) Does not experience limitations or paralysis of limbs 4) Likes keroncong music. The exclusion criteria set included: 1) Elderly people with dementia 2) Elderly people who received medication to help sleep/anti-depressants/sedatives 3) Elderly people with total hearing loss. Insomnia measuring instrument using the KSBPJ Questionnaire. The results showed that there was an effect of Combination of Progressive Relaxation Therapy and Keroncong Music on insomnia in the elderly with a t value of 16,142 > t table.

STEKOM College which has branch campuses in several places. Employee performance appraisals are carried out by superiors and branch campus coordinators using Ms. Excel. The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

Leadership is an activity used to influence the behavior of other people so that they are willing to be directed to achieve certain goals, one of which is improving the performance of nursing services. Performance is an effort made from the results of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with their respective authorities. This research method uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was all nurses at the Ridge Community Health Center, totaling 55 people with a sample size of 55 people, the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72.7%) with a D3 education (76.4%) aged 21-30 years (40.0%) with a length of work of 1-10 years (52.7%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between authoritarian (p=0.185) and democratic (p=0.128) leadership styles on nurse performance. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between participative leadership style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) on nurse performance. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that at the Ridge Community Health Center, the Participative Leadership Style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) are implemented, resulting in greater performance of good nurses compared to less good performance of nurses.

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in ASEAN, but in Islamic banking Indonesia is still lagging behind Malaysia. This study compares the financial performance of Islamic banking in both countries with the CAMEL method. There are five aspects to the CAMEL approach, namely Capital Adequacy (CAR), Asset Quality (NPF), Management Quality (NPM), Earnings (ROA, BOPO), and Liquidity (FDR). The analytical tool used is a different t-test to find out whether there is a difference or not between the financial performance of Indonesian and Malaysian sharia. From the results of data analysis with the Independent t-test three variables namely (NPF, NPM, BOPO) showed significant differences, while the variables (CAR, ROA, and FDR) there were no significant differences between Indonesian and Malaysian banks.

In line with the development of science and technology today, a job that is done requires fast-paced data and information. By getting data and information quickly, the company has the ability to develop faster. Inventory is a very important part for a company. Inventory of goods is one of the tasks of logistics management in a company, namely support in the procurement of goods for the company. In order for this support to be utilized, it is necessary to plan and carry out in an integrated manner, which is interrelated and supports between related elements. CV Sinar Karya Ungaran is a private company which is engaged in the distributor of Electric tools. CV Sinar Karya is located on the road Dabo II / D30 RT6 Nitibuana, Ungaran Regency Semarang Tel. (024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

The purpose of this study is to implement the digitization of accounting through the adoption of financial management accounting information systems. Accounting digitalization is needed for automated financial transaction management and results in a fast, accurate, and transparent reporting system. The approach used in building financial management accounting information systems is the accrual basis method, the research method used is the method of research and development (R&D) with a prototype system development model. The results of this study indicate that the digitalization of accounting by implementing financial management information systems at As shifa clinics shows that the information system can work as expected and is able to meet needs. Based on the results of testing the effectiveness of the old system compared to the new system it can be concluded that the performance of financial management in the As Shifa clinic using the new system is more effective than using the old system.
