Low frequency and minimal practicum facilities have become the main problems in the implementation of science learning at SMP Negeri 1 Sambi, Boyolali. According to the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 24 of 2007, the learning process requires facilities and infrastructure that support optimal implementation. The benefits of science practicum include increasing students’ motivation to learn science and providing opportunities for them to satisfy their curiosity through scientific approaches. The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of science practicum and to evaluate the quality of the facilities and infrastructure of the science laboratory at SMP Negeri 1 Sambi, Boyolali. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results show that the quality of facilities and infrastructure for science practical activities at SMP Negeri 1 Sambi, Boyolali is classified as good, as stated in the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 24 of 2007, with an average percentage of 71.62%. The implementation of science practicum is categorized as very good, with an average percentage of 97.8%. The results of the questionnaire also show that 93.4% of the science practicums fall into the very good category, meaning that the implementation of science practicum for Grade VIII in the odd semester runs well.

Educational institutions that are common in society are schools. Schools must be able to provide good-quality facilities so as to produce quality human resources for the next generation.. This research aims to purpose of this research is to calculate the tuition fees of Parlaungan Islamic Middle School.. The research method used is  A qualitative method, descriptive analysis describes the method of determining the SPP rates of Parlaungan Islamic Middle School, which has been applied in the school so far using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method..  From the results of observations that have been made, it can be seen that in determining the SPP rate, the basis for calculation is the Salary of Teachers and Employees.  The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the SPP rate of SMP Islam Parlaungan has used the Activity Costing (ABC) method, but in determining the rate results, the school rounds down. This is to make the cost allocation more efficient. The SPP rate determined by the school management is IDR 65,000, but based on calculations using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method, the SPP rate is IDR 65,909 (rounded up) to IDR 66,000. This causes undercost.

The DKI Jakarta Student Sports Training Center (PPOP) is an organization that operates in the field of student sports training in DKI Jakarta Province, one of which is football. The DKI Jakarta PPOP football team experienced two consecutive defeats in official competitions in the 2022 Soeratin Cup U-17 and 2023 Porseni NU championships. The aim of the research is to look at the performance of the DKI Jakarta Student Sports Training Center using organizational performance theory. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the productivity indicators are good, this can be seen from the success in achieving the predetermined targets. In terms of service quality indicators, it has provided quite complete facilities with quality facilities and infrastructure which are also in very good condition, however the quality of the grass on the field at PPOP DKI Jakarta is different from that used on official match fields, so this is a problem. problems that arise for football athletes. In terms of responsiveness indicators, it is good, this can be seen from the fact that all staff at PPOP DKI Jakarta can carry out their duties well, are friendly and also informative to all people who need services. The responsibility indicators are quite good. This can be seen through the actions taken in creating work plans and programs required by football coaches and athletes. Apart from that, monitoring is also carried out on programs that have been prepared and implemented to see existing developments. The accountability indicator has been implemented well, this can be seen in the preparation of the annual work plan and the finances are explained in detail to the relevant stakeholders.
