This study investigates the impact of product quality, price, and brand image on the purchasing decisions of Wardah facial moisturizer among female students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung. Wardah was selected due to its popularity among young consumers and its reputation as a halal-certified brand offering affordable, high-quality products. Using a quantitative survey method, data were collected from 115 respondents who had purchased the product at least three times. The analysis, conducted through multiple linear regression, reveals that product quality, price, and brand image significantly influence purchase decisions both individually and simultaneously. These results highlight the importance of these factors in consumer decision-making and offer practical insights for cosmetic companies, especially Wardah, in crafting marketing strategies tailored to the preferences of young consumers. Additionally, the findings contribute to the growing body of marketing literature on cosmetic products in the Indonesian context.

The reserchaims to examine the impact of product quality and price on customer satisfaction with The Originote skincare products. The research is motivated by the growing public awareness of skincare and the increasing interest in local skincare brands, particularly The Originote. The data is a questionnaire using a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis was employed to assess the variables. The findings reveal that product quality has a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction, where significance probability value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Consumers tend to prefer high-quality products as they offer a sense of security, comfort, and benefits that meet ex-pectations. However, price does not significantly, with a significance probability value of 0.534, which is greater than 0.05. This indicates that consumers prioritize product quality and ingredients over price. The study's implications highlight the need for companies to focus on maintaining and improving product quality to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction.

This research aims to explore how price and product quality influence purchasing decisions for Y.O.U cosmetics at Panda Lovely Jombang. Given the rapid growth of Indonesia's cosmetics market, Y.O.U has emerged as a local brand offering quality products at competitive prices. Panda Lovely, with its numerous branches across Java Island, is one of Y.O.U’s primary distributors. The study adopts a quantitative approach using associative methods, with data collected through questionnaires from 100 Panda Lovely Jombang customers. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the relationship between independent variables (price and product quality) and the dependent variable (purchase decisions). The findings reveal that both price and product quality, individually and combined, significantly impact purchasing decisions. Key factors influencing consumer choices include affordability, the alignment of quality with expected benefits, and product durability. This research offers valuable insights for both Panda Lovely managers and Y.O.U producers to refine marketing strategies that cater to consumer needs and preferences.

The purpose of this study was to determine the internal and external factors of sago agro-industry development and to identify the strategy for developing sago agro-industry in Asaki Village, Lambuya District, Konawe Regency. The determination of the location of this study was carried out purposively, which is a method of determining the research area intentionally. The population in this study were all farmers who were in the sago agro-industry in Asaki Village, Lambuya District, Konawe Regency, where the number was 36 people. The sample determination was carried out by census, namely by taking all populations as research samples. The analysis used the SWOT formula. The results of the study Internal factors are strength factors consisting of seven, namely: quality products at affordable prices, strategic production locations, experience in business, having their own sago plantation land, products without preservatives and bleach, accepting orders in advance. Weakness factors consist of five, namely: small production results, no regular consumers, production is carried out with traditional equipment, lack of supporting facilities, only relying on the capital of the business owner. External factors are opportunity factors consisting of six opportunity factors, namely: high consumer purchasing power, high demand for sago products, it is a staple food for the community, raw materials are easy to obtain, the availability of raw materials is guaranteed, more modern production machines have been created. Threat factors consist of five factors, namely: many competitors, no government assistance, increasing fuel prices, unstable raw material prices, changes in weather or climate and sago agroindustry is on the medium line or Hold and maintain strategy, which means that the processing business is maintained, maintained and improved where the Hold and maintain strategy is a profitable situation that has opportunities and strengths, so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities.

The current phenomenon is that the entertainment and beauty industry releases many products that can be used by the whole community, so this can create a different culture, encouraging the attraction of celebrity endorsers, who are figures (a person, mascot or group) who are known by the social community and celebrity endorsers. one of them is Twice (K-pop girl group) which is currently collaborating or has an agreement to endorse a brand in the form of Scarlett Whitening skincare products or services.  This will influence a brand ambassador on the buyer's decision through the intention to purchase the product, so the author aims to analyze how much influence the brand ambassador has on the buyer's decision through people's purchase intention by using a survey research type method and a quantitative approach as a data collection tool through questionnaires. Data obtained through questionnaires shows that the percentage of women is 84% ​​and the percentage of men is 16%. The results of this research are that brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest. Where Scarlett Whitening has superior quality products including consumer trust so it can be concluded that brand ambassadors do not increase purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. The author gives advice to Scarlett Whitening as the object of this research, even though Twice is already quite good, it still needs to seek more brand awareness and increase consumer trust.

This research uses library research, also known as a literature review, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive techniques. This technique aims to analyze a problem that occurs in a study, namely PT. Adi Satria Abadi. The results of this research explain that the quality of raw materials and product quality is very important in the production process.

Indonesia has great potential in horticulture, including floriculture, because it is one of the world's centers of biodiversity. The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategies used by the Ibal Flower Flower Shop in Medan, North Sumatra, to sell their decorative flower products. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data through direct observation, interviews and literature study. As a result of this research, Ibal Flower Flower Shop has succeeded in building a business that focuses on high quality products and services. However, to face increasing competition, these businesses must step up their digital marketing campaigns through e-commerce and social media platforms, hold promotional events, and collaborate with plant-loving communities. Supplier diversification, improving packaging quality, optimizing pricing, and effective inventory management are some of the suggestions for product development. Ibal Flower Flower Shop is expected to increase sales and maintain its sustainability in a dynamic market by using creative and effective marketing strategies.

In this digital era, product photos play a crucial role as the main tool to attract the attention of potential consumers. Community service in the form of product photography services emerged as a promising solution. This product photography service not only provides access to good quality product photos, but can also empower small and medium businesses to increase their presence in an increasingly competitive online market. This Community Service focuses on providing product photography services for Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) located on the 3rd and 4th floors of South Johar Market, Semarang City. This service aims to provide photo services for products owned by various SMEs in Johar Market, such as food, handicrafts, shoes, batik cloth, etc. The results of this service include journal publications, training modules, documentation, press releases and final reports. It is hoped that this service can make a real contribution in strengthening the local business ecosystem and encouraging economic inclusion for all parties involved.

The objectives to be achieved in this activity are: To train Mojogedang Village PKK members to master marketing techniques through social media and internet networks by creating interesting content with digital marketing facilities so that they can generate significant income to improve the family economy in Mojogedang Village as a supporting area for Tourism Village in Mojogedang District. The approach technique is carried out using seminar methods and simulations directly utilizing the laptop and smartphone of each participant. With this dedication, Mojogedang Village PKK members can open their minds to competition, quality products, and the correct production process and develop themselves through digital marketing training, to improve economic welfare in the future. Choosing a good machine and process to make a particular product requires basic knowledge about all the possibilities that occur during the production process. Therefore, material selection, machine settings and determining appropriate machining parameters need to be optimized to produce quality products. In the milling process, surface roughness is very important. From this surface roughness, an evaluation can be made whether the workpiece is acceptabel or not. The lower the surface roughness of a workpiece, the better the quality of the workpiece. The higher the surface roughness, the lower the performance of the components of the workpiece pair will be because it will increase friction on the components of the machine elements. This research aims to determine the effect of variations in feeding work movement, spindle rotation, and feed depth on the level of surface roughness resulting from conventional milling machining processes. This research also discusses which influences produce optimal surface roughness values in conventional milling machining processes. This research was carried out three times in one combination. Data collection on surface roughness values was carried out horizontally on the surface of the workpiece by taking data three times on the workpiece. The results of the statistical analysis prove that the feeding movement variable is proven to have a significant influence on surface roughness, while the optimum combination for the lowest level of surface roughness can be obtained with a feeding movement of 249 mm/minute (3rd test)

This research aims to examine the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency from a review of digital marketing and the quality of human resources. This research uses an explanatory method with a population of MSME actors in Demak Regency and a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an influence of digital marketing on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (2) There is an influence on the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (3) There is an influence of digital marketing and the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. The contribution of digital marketing and human resources variables to the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency is 66.40%, while 33.60% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing and the quality of human resources are important factors influencing the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. Digital marketing can help MSMEs to reach a wider market and increase sales, while the quality of human resources can help MSMEs to develop innovative and quality products and services. Recommendations that can be given to improve MSME development in Demak Regency are: (1) The government and related agencies need to provide training and assistance to MSMEs to improve digital marketing capabilities and quality human resources. (2) MSMEs need to utilize digital technology to market their products and services. (3) MSMEs need to improve the quality of their products and services in order to compete in an increasingly competitive market

The problem of the level of consumer trust and satisfaction is important in the trade business. However, not all products that have been and have not been regulated have adequate after-sales service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of after-sales service, product quality and product warranty on customer satisfaction. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 consumers from a population of 180 consumers and are active consumers of PT Karya Bahari Abadi Jakarta. The sampling technique is by accidental sampling. The data collection technique is primary data or data taken directly from the respondents through a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression and comparative analysis for data analysis with the help of SPSS Ver. 21, This study obtained the results that the quality product, after-sales service, product guarantee has a positive effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction, quality product, after-sales service, product guarantee has a partial positive effect on customer satisfaction. Through data processing, researchers can provide input or advice to companies, namely companies are expected to be able to maintain product quality that has been rated well by customers and pay more attention to after-purchase services to create satisfaction which ultimately impacts on customer loyalty.

Currently, many industrial companies are growing rapidly and significantly. One indicator of a company's success is the ability to sustain. This means that companies need to have added value that refers to strategic alignment, interconnection of companies and supply chain partners. An integrated supply chain will increase the overall value generated. This shows that companies must meet consumer demand by working together to produce cheap, timely, and high-quality products. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of how much influence the implementation of supply chain integration has on improving the performance of industrial companies. This research uses a literature study method with literature searches, namely Google Scholar and Pubmed, selected between 2019-2022. The results of this study were obtained from eight research articles that fit the keywords and inclusion criteria. This study shows that supply chain integration provides supply chain visibility and overall operating performance. This research can be concluded that supply chain integration has a direct effect on company performance. Thus, the higher the supply chain integration, it will provide better supply chain performance and certainly an increase in performance in industrial companies in producing a product.

The smooth production process is one of the factors supporting the success of a manufacturing industry in producing quality products, timely completion of manufacture and low production costs. Industrial machines are an important factor in a manufacturing industry besides reliable human resources (HR) and other supporting facilities, so that industrial machines require special attention that is carried out on an ongoing basis in order to support the smooth operation of an industry. Practical work at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction is carried out in the Maintenance division, especially the electrical parts. In practice, the authors conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company, especially field research that discussed the upper cylinder control system based on programmable logic control in the section mill area at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction. . In this study using field research techniques where the author conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company accompanied by industrial supervisors and maintenance division employees for 1 month.

PT. Kali Jaya Putra is a manufacturing company that focuses on the production of wood floors. One of the products produced is solid flooring. In a series of production processes, product defects are still found up to 7.5% of total production, defects that often occur such as cracks, pinholes, roughness, and also twists which certainly affect product quality. The research conducted aims to determine the percentage of defective products, the causes of defects and the resulting impacts or effects, and to provide recommendations for improvements to minimize the percentage of defects in solid flooring products at PT Kali Jaya Putra. The method used is Six Sigma and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results of this study are that the most dominating defects are crack (53.75%), followed by pinhole defects (36.77%), twist (8.62%), and roughness (0.85%). The causes of defects in products are caused by several factors such as humans, machines, methods, materials, and the environment. Based on FMEA, it is known that the cause of the defect with the highest RPN is 384, namely operator negligence in material sorting. As for recommendations for improvement that can be given, namely conducting training on the grading of raw materials in the hope of minimizing operator errors in sorting raw materials.

PT Kota Jati Furindo is a private company engaged in furniture especially outdoor and indoor furniture and has been established since 1987, having its address at Jl. Raya Jepara - Bangsri Km. 6.5 Jepara, originated from a company that makes products based only on orders, prioritizing high quality product quality. In mid-2008 there was a financial crisis that hit countries in Europe which then affected orders for furniture products from companies. In early 2009 PT Kota Jati Furindo created a website aimed at promoting and introducing products throughout the world, the website creation target was for the export market or overseas, therefore the website used an international language, English. In early 2013 the company began to look for consumers from within the country so that the sustainability of the business can run well. Efforts made by companies to get consumers in the country began with introducing their products to the public, it was done because there are still many people in Indonesia who are not familiar with furniture products from PT Kota Jati Furindo, to support the efforts of the company needed a promotional media that is in accordance with current company needs. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to make a promotional media at PT. Kota Jati Furindo to facilitate consumers and of course increase company sales in the form of catalogs, brochures, wall clocks, t-shirts and mugs.
